Description

Locking anticreep fastener
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fasteners, in particular to an anti-loose and anti-falling fastener.
Background
The anti-loosening method of the fastener comprises a detachable anti-loosening method and a non-detachable anti-loosening method. The detachable anti-loosening comprises friction anti-loosening and mechanical anti-loosening. The disadvantage of friction locking is that the parts are easily released under impact forces. The disadvantage of mechanical anti-loosening is that the parts cannot be lost and damaged. The disadvantage of non-detachable locking is that the bolt is mostly destroyed when the bolt is detached, and the bolt can not be used repeatedly.
For the screws and bolts which are widely used, the screws and bolts mainly have the function of connecting two workpieces together for fastening. The screw and bolt are tools for fastening machine parts of the objects step by utilizing the physics and mathematical principles of the inclined plane circular rotation and the friction force of the objects, and the application is very wide, but in the process of long-term engineering application, a plurality of problems such as connection looseness, insufficient clamping force, fatigue fracture and the like can be brought. According to different application fields, the failure modes of the fasteners are different, however, the most failure modes are loosening and releasing, the vibration loosening risk of a screw and bolt connecting structure is higher than the structural strength damage, and the larger the pretightening force of the screw and the bolt is, the better the structural performance is. The loose connection of the screw and the bolt can affect the quality and the efficiency of the product and even cause accidents. Therefore, how to enable the bolt to work for a longer time more effectively and improve the reliability of related workpieces is a problem to be solved urgently in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the background art, the mechanical anti-loosening method is reliable, and the mechanical anti-loosening method is used for important connection. The invention provides an anti-loose and anti-drop fastener which comprises a fastener body, wherein a limiting element capable of stretching out of a contact surface is arranged on the contact surface of the fastener body and a to-be-connected piece.
Optionally, the anti-loose and anti-drop fastener further includes: a drill locating aperture for drilling an external device extends through the fastener body.
Optionally, the fastener body is provided with an opening communicating the bore hole and the exterior.
Optionally, a portion of the opening is provided in the fastener body side wall and another portion is provided in the contact face of the fastener body.
Optionally, the anti-loose and anti-drop fastener further includes: the limiting pore passage is internally provided with a limiting element; and the exhaust hole is positioned in the fastener body and communicated with the limiting pore channel.
Optionally, the anti-loose and anti-drop fastener further comprises: the limiting shell is positioned in the limiting pore passage, the limiting shell and the limiting pore passage are in clearance or interference fit, and the limiting element and the limiting shell are in interference fit; and the elastic element is positioned in the limiting shell and can extend out of and retract into the limiting pore passage under the elastic force of the elastic element.
Optionally, the elastic element is a spring and the limiting element is a ball.
Optionally, the anti-loose and anti-drop fastener further includes: and the connecting cylinder is connected to the fastener main body and used for connecting the to-be-connected piece.
Optionally, a wrench connecting hole is provided on the top surface of the fastener body for connecting an external wrench.
Optionally, when the number of the limiting hole passages and the number of the drilling positioning hole passages are multiple, the limiting hole passages and the drilling positioning hole passages are uniformly arranged at intervals.
The anti-loose and anti-drop fastener solves the problems that the connection of a screw and a bolt is self-loosened and drops under the action of external cyclic shear load under random vibration of the conventional fastener. Moreover, because the axes of the nut and the bolt are concentric, unlike the eccentric design of a wedge-shaped nut, stress concentration cannot be generated, and the risk of fatigue fracture of the bolt and the bolt due to the stress concentration is reduced. Meanwhile, when the fastener is required to be unscrewed, the locking part can automatically rebound and contract into the head of the fastener under the action of friction force, so that the fastener is convenient to disassemble, time and labor are saved, and the fastener can be repeatedly used.

Preferably, the anti-loose and anti-drop fastener is provided with a wrench connecting hole 10 for connecting a wrench for installation.
The steps of using the fastener of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 9-14. Before the bolt is used, the limiting element 4 and the elastic element 3 are in the maximum stroke state, and the ball of the limiting element 4 protrudes from the lower surface (the contact surface with the connecting piece) of the anti-loosening bolt body 1.
When the anti-loose and anti-drop fastener is used, a wrench is firstly inserted into a wrench connecting pore passage 10 in the center of the fastener body 1, the wrench is rotated to screw the anti-loose and anti-drop fastener into an internal threaded pore passage of a to-be-connected piece (a connecting piece and a connected piece) clockwise, and when the wrench is not screwed (pre-tightened to a limit position), a straight line is drawn on a connecting piece 13 along the direction indicated by a first mark 11 to be used as a manual mark 15, and the direction is shown in figure 10.
Then the spanner is rotated anticlockwise to loosen the anti-loose and anti-drop fastener, the second mark 12 is aligned to the position of the line drawing on the connecting piece, and the spanner is taken out, as shown in fig. 11. At this time, the restricting member 4 is pushed into the restricting housing 2 (i.e., the restricting orifice 5), and the elastic member 3 is in a compressed state. The hole 6 is drilled along the drill hole positioning hole in a diagonal state (a diagonal is a preferred scheme, and other modes can be adopted) by using a drill with a limiting device. The chips are then expelled from the exhaust port 9 by blowing gas along the bore-locating aperture 6 with high pressure gas or a needle, see fig. 12. Then the spanner is rotated again to pre-tighten the anti-loose and anti-drop fastener clockwise to the limit position, and the limiting element 4 is ejected and clamped into a spherical hole (also can be a groove, a through hole, a blind hole and other shapes processed in advance) drilled on the surface of the connecting piece, as shown in fig. 13-14. At the moment, the limiting device is restored to the initial state, namely the limiting element 4 protrudes out of the limiting shell 2 and is attached to the drilled spherical hole to complete clamping and limiting, so that the purpose of mechanical looseness prevention of the looseness-prevention fastener is achieved. At this time, the elastic member 3 is in a relaxed state. When the anti-loosening and anti-dropping fastener needs to be disassembled, a wrench is used for increasing certain force (overcoming the friction force of the limiting element 4) to rotate in the opposite direction of pre-tightening, and the anti-loosening and anti-dropping fastener can be easily screwed out. At this point, the stop element 4 retracts inside the stop housing 2.

Fig. 10 is a top view of another embodiment (nut) of the present invention. Fig. 11 is a bottom view of another embodiment of the present invention (nut). Fig. 12 is a perspective view of another embodiment (nut) of the present invention.
The fastener body 1 of the anti-loose and anti-drop fastener comprises one or more drilling positioning holes 6 (4 in the embodiment shown in the figure), one or more limiting holes 5 and one or more exhaust holes 7 (2 in the figure). Preferably, the drill hole positioning hole 6 and the exhaust hole 7 are concentrically and uniformly distributed. A bore-locating aperture 6 extends through the fastener body 1. The exhaust hole 7 is located at the upper portion of the fastener body 1. The limiting hole 5 is positioned at the lower part of the fastener body 1. The vent hole 7 and the limiting pore passage 5 are coaxially communicated up and down, the vent hole 7 is small in diameter, and the limiting pore passage 5 is large in diameter.
A limiting element 4 is arranged in the limiting pore passage 5. The limiting element 4 and the limiting pore passage 5 are in clearance or interference fit. The limiting element 4 is fixed in the limiting hole 5 when being shipped.
