Fig. 2 is an exploded structural schematic view of a boiler in a laundry care machine according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 3 is a sectional view of the boiler in the laundry care machine according to the embodiment of the present application;
in one possible embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the boiler 2 has a steam generation chamber 20 therein, and the boiler 2 has a first liquid inlet 21 communicating with the steam generation chamber 20, and the functional solution storage cartridge 3 has a cartridge liquid outlet 31 (refer to fig. 12 described below); the first liquid inlet 21 is internally provided with a spray head assembly 22, the spray head assembly 22 is internally provided with a liquid channel 23, two ends of the liquid channel 23 are respectively communicated with the steam generation chamber 20 and the storage box liquid outlet 31, namely, one end of the liquid channel 23 is communicated with the storage box liquid outlet 31, and the other end of the liquid channel 23 is communicated with the steam generation chamber 20, for example, extends into the steam generation chamber 20. The functional solution in the functional solution storage cartridge 3 is thus introduced into the steam generation chamber 20 through the cartridge outlet 31 and the liquid passage 23 of the head assembly 22.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 and 3, the functional solution storage cartridge 3 (e.g., a cartridge outlet) is communicated with the spray head assembly 22 through a first pipe 24, that is, one end of the first pipe 24 is communicated with the top end of the liquid channel 23, and the other end of the first pipe 24 is communicated with the cartridge outlet 31. Alternatively, in order to make the functional solution in the functional solution storage case 3 flow into the steam generation chamber 20 more smoothly, a first pump 25 may be provided on the first pipe 24.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the boiler 2 optionally further has a second liquid inlet 26 in communication with the steam generating chamber 20, the water tank 5 having a water tank liquid outlet 51, said second liquid inlet 26 being in communication with said water tank liquid outlet 51. Specifically, the water tank liquid outlet 51 is communicated with the second liquid inlet 26 through a second pipeline 52, namely one end of the second pipeline 52 is communicated with the second liquid inlet 26, and the other end of the second pipeline 52 is communicated with the water tank liquid outlet 51. Alternatively, a second pump 53 may be provided on the second pipe 52 in order to make the water in the water tank 5 flow into the steam generating chamber 20 more smoothly.
In this way, the functional solution in the functional solution storage case 3 is introduced into the steam generating chamber 20 through the first pipe 24 and the first pump 25, and the water in the water tank 5 is introduced into the steam generating chamber 20 through the second pipe 52 and the second pump 53, and the functional solution and the water may be mixed in the steam generating chamber 20 to dilute the functional solution.
Optionally, referring to fig. 3, a heating plate 27 may be further disposed on an outer wall of the steam generating chamber 20, and the heating plate 27 heats the mixed solution in the steam generating chamber 20 after being electrified, so as to change the mixed solution into small molecular vapor of the mixed solution. Alternatively, the boiler 2 may be provided with a boiler outlet 28, and the boiler outlet 28 communicates with the laundry care chamber 12, so that small molecule steam may enter the laundry care chamber 12 through the boiler outlet 28 and escape to corners in the laundry care chamber 12, thereby enclosing the laundry to be cared for.
The structure of the showerhead assembly 22 is described below in conjunction with fig. 3 and 4.
As described above, the liquid passage 23 includes the first passage section 231, and the cross-sectional area of the first passage section 231 is reduced in the flow direction K (refer to the dotted arrow in fig. 4) of the functional solution so that the functional solution flowing out from the cartridge liquid outlet 31 is sprayed into the steam generation chamber 20. Spraying the functional solution into the steam generating chamber 20 in this manner allows the functional solution to be sprayed divergently for better and faster dissolution into the water contained in the steam generating chamber 20.
The cross section of the first passage section 231 in the above-described embodiment refers to a cross section perpendicular to the axial direction of the first passage section 231. While the cross-sectional area of the first channel segment 231 decreases in the flow direction K of the functional solution, the decrease may be gradual or stepwise.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 4, the spray head assembly 22 includes a spray head core 222 and a spray head 221 inserted in the first liquid inlet 21, the spray head 221 has a through hole 2211 therein, a portion of the through hole 2211 toward the inner side of the steam generating chamber 20 accommodates the spray head core 222 therein, a space 2311 is formed between the spray head core 222 and a portion of the corresponding portion of the through hole, the space 2311 may be, for example, an annular space, and the spray head core 222 and the through hole 2211 together define a first channel segment 231. The first channel segment 231 thus comprises a cylindrical channel segment and an annular channel segment in practice, and the cross-sectional area decreases in the flow direction K of the functional solution. Of course, when the head core 222 has an offset in the radial direction of the through-hole 2211, even contacts the inner wall of the through-hole 2211, it is sufficient that there is a gap in the axial direction between the head core 222 and a part of the inner wall of the through-hole 2211.
In other embodiments, the depth of the penetration of the spray head core 222 into the penetration 2211 may be set according to actual needs, but the spray head core 222 cannot completely penetrate the penetration 2211.
In this embodiment, the liquid channel 23 further includes a pressurizing section 232 located at a side of the end of the first channel section 231, and the pressurizing section 232 is used for pressurizing the functional solution flowing out of the first channel section 231. Therefore, the functional solution can be pressurized and sprayed out, so that the functional solution spray has better divergence angle and spray area, and better dissolution efficiency is realized. The end of the first channel section 231 here refers to the end of the first channel section 231 that is located near the inside of the steam generating chamber 20.
Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view of one structure of a spray head assembly in a laundry machine provided in an embodiment of the present application, fig. 5 is a top view of a spray head core in a laundry machine provided in an embodiment of the present application, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a spray head core in a laundry machine provided in an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 7 is a cross-sectional view of a spray head core in a laundry machine provided in an embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 4, 5, 6, and 7, the spray head assembly 22 further includes a spray head cap 223 covering the spray head 221, and the spray head cap 223 is provided with a spray hole 2231 communicating with the pressurizing section 232; the end of the nozzle core 222 facing the nozzle cap 223 is provided with a pressurizing groove 2221 and at least one centrifugal groove 2222, the first end of the centrifugal groove 2222 is communicated with the pressurizing groove 2221, the second end of the centrifugal groove 2222 extends out in a direction deviating from the pressurizing groove 2221 and is communicated with the first channel section 231, and the pressurizing groove 2221 and the groove body of the centrifugal groove 2222 and the nozzle cap 223 jointly define a pressurizing section 232. The nozzle cap 223 is provided with the nozzle 2231 therein so that the functional solution can be conveniently ejected from the nozzle 2231. And the centrifugal groove 2222 is provided around the pressurizing groove 2221 and communicates with the pressurizing groove 2221, so that the functional solution flows through the first passage section 231 and enters the pressurizing groove 2221 from the outer end portion of the centrifugal groove 2222, and the functional solution can be pressurized by means of the centrifugal action of the functional solution. The pressurizing section 232 is practically defined by the tank body of the pressurizing tank 2221, the tank body of the centrifugal tank 2222, and the wall surface of the head cap 223 facing away from the inside of the steam generating chamber 20.
Alternatively, a plurality of centrifugal grooves 2222 may be provided in a divergent shape at an outer edge portion of the pressurizing groove 2221, so that the centrifugal effect of the centrifugal grooves 2222 on the functional solution is more remarkable. Referring to the head core 222 shown in fig. 5, a case is illustrated in which three centrifugal grooves 2222 are provided, and the extending directions of the respective centrifugal grooves 2222 may be deflected in the same direction, for example, all in a direction toward the center of the pressurizing groove 2221, so that the three centrifugal grooves 2222 are deflected in a counterclockwise direction. It is understood that the number of the centrifugal grooves 2222 may be selected to be other as needed, and the extending direction thereof may be set to be other. This effectively corresponds to the boost section 232 being formed as a turbocharger.
In the present application, when the above-described scheme is further improved, the bottom of the pressurizing groove 2221 may be provided with the projection 2223 projecting toward the head cap 223, and the cross-sectional area of the projection 2223 may be gradually reduced in the flow direction of the functional solution. Referring to fig. 6, the protrusions 2223 may be formed in a cone shape such that a pressurizing section 232 having a gradually decreasing cross section along the flow direction of the functional solution is formed between the surface of the protrusions 2223 and the surface of the head cap 223 opposite thereto, and the guiding action of the conical surface of the protrusions 2223 is added to make the pressurizing effect of the pressurizing section 232 better.
In the embodiment of the present application, the nozzle cap 223 is detachably connected to the nozzle 221, for example, may be clamped to the nozzle 221.
