3. The first driving piece and the second driving piece can realize fine adjustment of the up-and-down movement and the left-and-right rotation transfer of the thrust wheel by the thrust wheel mounting bracket.
4. The supporting wheel mounting bracket is simple to manufacture and convenient to operate, and fine adjustment can promote the aligning and centering efficiency of the supporting wheel to be improved by about 60%.

1. A thrust wheel mounting bracket, comprising:
a support (10);
a rotating portion (20), the rotating portion (20) being partially rotatably provided on the supporting portion (10);
the supporting part (30) is arranged on the rotating part (20) in a part capable of lifting, the rotating part (20) drives the supporting part (30) to rotate, the supporting part (30) is used for installing a supporting wheel, and the supporting part (30) drives the supporting wheel to lift;
the supporting part (30) comprises a supporting plate part (311), a bracket part (312) and a first driving piece (32), wherein the supporting plate part (311) is arranged on the bracket part (312) in a lifting manner, the bracket part (312) is arranged on the rotating part (20), the rotating part (20) drives the bracket part (312) to rotate, the supporting plate part (311) is used for bearing a supporting wheel, and the first driving piece (32) is in driving connection with the supporting plate part (311) so as to drive the supporting plate part (311) to lift;
the support frame part (312) comprises two struts (3121) arranged at intervals and a plurality of auxiliary support plates (3122) arranged at the periphery of the struts (3121), the auxiliary support plates (3122) are arranged in a region between the two struts (3121) in a avoidance way, the struts (3121) and the auxiliary support plates (3122) are both arranged on the rotating part (20), the support plate part (311) comprises a support plate (3111) and limiting pieces (3112) arranged at two sides of the support plate (3111), the support plate (3111) is used for installing a thrust wheel, limiting grooves are formed between the limiting pieces (3112) and the support plate (3111), the two struts (3121) are respectively in limit fit with the limiting grooves at two sides, and the first driving piece (32) is in driving connection with the support plate (3111);
the supporting plate (3111) is provided with a stop surface (3113), an arc-shaped surface (3114) and an assembly hole (3115), the stop surface (3113) and the arc-shaped surface (3114) are oppositely arranged, the stop surface (3113) and the rotating portion (20) are in stop fit, the arc-shaped surface (3114) is provided with a plurality of spacing protrusions (3116) which are arranged at intervals, the spacing protrusions (3116) are used for supporting the thrust wheel, and the thrust wheel is fixedly connected with the assembly hole (3115);
the first driving piece (32) comprises a telescopic cylinder (321) and an abutting plate (322), the telescopic cylinder (321) is arranged on the supporting portion (10), the telescopic direction of the telescopic cylinder (321) is the same as the lifting direction of the supporting plate (3111), one side of the abutting plate (322) is fixedly connected with a rod body of the telescopic cylinder (321), the other side of the abutting plate (322) is fixedly connected with the supporting plate (3111), and the maximum size of the abutting plate (322) is smaller than that of the supporting plate (3111).

The thrust wheel mounting bracket according to claim 1, wherein one of the support plate portions (311) and one of the support frame portions (312) constitute a set of support members (31), the support member portion (30) includes two sets of support members (31) arranged at intervals, two of the support plate portions (311) are each used for supporting a thrust wheel, the first driving member (32) and two of the support plate portions (311) are each in driving connection, the support member portion (30) further includes a plurality of reinforcing members arranged at intervals between the two support plate portions (311), and both ends of the reinforcing members are connected with the two support plate portions (311) respectively.

The thrust wheel mounting bracket according to claim 1, wherein the rotating portion (20) includes a housing case (21), a rotating member (23), and a second driving member (23), the housing case (21) is provided on the supporting portion (10), the rotating member is partially provided in the housing case (21), the weight portion (30) is connected to an upper side of the rotating member, and the second driving member (23) is drivingly connected to the rotating portion (20) to drive the rotating member to rotate.

A thrust wheel mounting bracket according to claim 3, wherein the housing (21) is of annular configuration and has an annular groove, the rotating assembly comprises a rotating plate (221) and a rotating ring (222) which are connected with each other, the rotating ring (222) is rotatably arranged in the annular groove, the rotating plate (221) is arranged above the housing (21) and is fixedly connected with the weight portion (30), and the second driving member (23) is arranged on the housing (21) and is in driving connection with the rotating ring (222) so as to drive the rotating ring (222) to drive the weight portion (30) to rotate.

The thrust wheel mounting bracket according to claim 4, wherein the rotating ring (222) is a worm wheel, the second driving member (23) includes a housing (231) and a worm (232) rotatably provided in the housing (231), the worm (232) is engaged with the worm wheel, the housing (231) is provided on an outer peripheral surface of the housing case (21), the outer peripheral surface of the housing case (21) has a first escape hole communicating with the annular groove, and the housing (231) has a second escape hole communicating with the first escape hole.
6. The thrust wheel mounting bracket according to claim 1, characterized in that the support part (10) comprises a support seat (11) and a plurality of plug-in blocks (12) arranged below the support seat (11) at intervals, the rotating part (20) is arranged on the support seat (11), and the plug-in blocks (12) are provided with plug-in grooves (13).
