1. A bogie wheel mounting bracket, comprising:
a support (10);
a rotating portion (20), the rotating portion (20) being partially rotatably provided on the support portion (10);
the supporting part (30), the supporting part (30) is partially arranged on the rotating part (20) in a liftable mode, the rotating part (20) drives the supporting part (30) to rotate, the supporting part (30) is used for installing a supporting wheel, and the supporting part (30) drives the supporting wheel to lift.

The supporting wheel mounting bracket as claimed in claim 1, wherein the supporting portion (30) comprises a supporting plate portion (311), a bracket portion (312) and a first driving member (32), the supporting plate portion (311) is arranged on the bracket portion (312) in a liftable manner, the bracket portion (312) is arranged on the rotating portion (20), the rotating portion (20) drives the bracket portion (312) to rotate, the supporting plate portion (311) is used for bearing the supporting wheel, and the first driving member (32) is in driving connection with the supporting plate portion (311) to drive the supporting plate portion (311) to ascend and descend.

The bogie wheel mounting bracket of claim 2 wherein the bracket portion (312) comprises two spaced apart struts (3121) and a plurality of auxiliary support plates (3122) disposed about the outer periphery of the struts (3121), the auxiliary support plate (3122) is arranged to avoid the area between the two struts (3121), the stay (3121) and the auxiliary stay (3122) are both provided on the rotating portion (20), the support plate part (311) comprises a support plate (3111) and limit parts (3112) arranged on two sides of the support plate (3111), the supporting plate (3111) is used for mounting a supporting wheel, a limiting groove is formed between the limiting piece (3112) and the supporting plate (3111), the two supporting columns (3121) are respectively matched with the limiting grooves on two sides in a limiting way, the first driving part (32) is in driving connection with the supporting plate (3111).

The bogie wheel mounting bracket of claim 3, wherein the first driving member (32) comprises a telescopic cylinder (321) and an abutment plate (322), the telescopic cylinder (321) is arranged on the support portion (10), the telescopic direction of the telescopic cylinder (321) is the same as the lifting direction of the support plate (3111), one side of the abutment plate (322) is fixedly connected with the rod body of the telescopic cylinder (321), the other side of the abutment plate (322) is fixedly connected with the support plate (3111), and wherein the maximum dimension of the abutment plate (322) is smaller than the maximum dimension of the support plate (3111).

A bogie wheel mounting bracket according to claim 2 wherein one of said leg portions (311) and one of said leg portions (312) form a set of leg assemblies (31), said leg portion (30) comprises two sets of leg assemblies (31) spaced apart from each other, both of said leg portions (311) are adapted to support a bogie wheel, said first drive member (32) is drivingly connected to both of said leg portions (311), said leg portion (30) further comprises a plurality of reinforcing members spaced apart from each other between said two leg portions (311), and both ends of said reinforcing members are connected to both of said leg portions (311), respectively.

The bogie wheel mounting bracket of claim 1 wherein the rotating portion (20) comprises a receiving shell (21), a rotating assembly and a second drive member (23), the receiving shell (21) being disposed on the support portion (10), the rotating assembly being partially disposed within the receiving shell (21), the bogie portion (30) being connected to an upper side of the rotating assembly, the second drive member (23) being drivingly connected to the rotating portion (20) to drive the rotating assembly in rotation.

The bogie wheel mounting bracket of claim 7, wherein the receiving shell (21) is of an annular structure and has an annular groove, the rotating assembly comprises a rotating plate (221) and a rotating ring (222) which are connected with each other, the rotating ring (222) is rotatably arranged in the annular groove, the rotating plate (221) is positioned above the receiving shell (21) and is fixedly connected with the bogie portion (30), and the second driving member (23) is arranged on the receiving shell (21) and is in driving connection with the rotating ring (222) so as to drive the rotating ring (222) to drive the bogie portion (30) to rotate.

The bogie wheel mounting bracket of claim 8, wherein the rotating ring (222) is a worm wheel, the second driving member (23) comprises a housing (231) and a worm (232) rotatably disposed in the housing (231), the worm (232) is engaged with the worm wheel, the housing (231) is disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the housing (21), the outer circumferential surface of the housing (21) has a first avoidance hole communicated with the annular groove, and the housing (231) has a second avoidance hole communicated with the first avoidance hole.
10. A bogie mounting bracket according to claim 1 wherein the support portion (10) comprises a support base (11) and a plurality of insert blocks (12) spaced below the support base (11), the rotary portion (20) being provided on the support base (11), the insert blocks (12) having insert grooves (13).
