Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a foldable infant Tong Tuoche skeleton 100, wherein the infant Tong Tuoche skeleton 100 includes:
An upper surrounding frame group comprising an upper front frame 101 and an upper rear frame 102;
the lower surrounding frame group comprises a lower front frame 103 and a lower rear frame 104, the lower front frame 103 is connected with a first supporting plane 105, and the lower rear frame 104 is connected with a second supporting plane 106;
at least a pair of folding frame group, but swing joint enclose the frame group on with enclose between the frame group down, folding frame group can:
the upper surrounding frame group is supported to be at a preset height from the lower surrounding frame group to form a unfolding state, a containing space 107 is formed between the upper surrounding frame group and the lower surrounding frame group in the unfolding state, the upper front frame 101 and the upper rear frame 102 are butted with each other to form an upper end opening area of the containing space 107, and the lower front frame 103 and the lower rear frame 104 are butted with each other to enable the first supporting plane 105 and/or the second supporting plane 106 to support a baby; and is also provided with
The upper surrounding frame group is linked to be close to the lower surrounding frame group to form a first folding state; and
The upper front frame 101 and the lower front frame 103 are interlocked with the upper rear frame 102 and the lower rear frame 104 to be close to each other, so as to form a second folding state.
Therefore, when the infant Tong Tuoche skeleton 100 of this embodiment is used, the upper surrounding frame group is supported at a preset height from the lower surrounding frame group by at least one pair of folding frame groups, so that the infant Tong Tuoche support is unfolded, and accordingly two infants can enter the accommodating space 107 through the upper end opening area and respectively sit on the aligned first supporting plane 105 and second supporting plane 106, and when the skeleton needs to be folded, the upper surrounding frame group is made to face the lower surrounding frame group by the linkage of the folding frame groups, so as to form a first folding state, and the upper surrounding frame group is folded up and down, thereby meeting the usual use of a user, and the upper front frame 101, the lower front frame 103, the upper rear frame 102 and the lower rear frame 104 are made to be close to each other by the linkage of the folding frame groups, so as to form a second folding state, so that the folding effect is achieved, and the folding size can be reduced, so as to achieve a smaller volume.
In this embodiment, the lower front frame 103 and the lower rear frame 104 may be pivoted by the lower joint shaft 108 to form a lower peripheral frame group, so that when the infant Tong Tuoche skeleton 100 is in the unfolded state, the lower front frame 103 is in butt joint with the lower rear frame 104, and after the infant Tong Tuoche skeleton 100 is folded to the first folded state, only the lower front frame 103 and the lower rear frame 104 need to be folded in opposite directions, and the lower front frame 103 and the lower front frame 104 rotate relative to the lower joint shaft 108, so that the change to the second folded state can be achieved by the linkage of the folding frame group.
Of course, when the infant Tong Tuoche skeleton 100 is in the unfolded state, the lower front frame 103 and the lower rear frame 104 may be detachably abutted, for example, in the unfolded state, a sliding bolt is arranged at the abutting joint of the lower front frame 103 and the lower rear frame 104 to keep the relative fixation of the lower front frame 103 and the lower rear frame 104, and after the sliding bolt is removed from the abutting joint, the relative fixation of the lower front frame 103 and the lower rear frame 104 can be released, so that the lower front frame 103 and the lower rear frame 104 are oppositely folded, the abutting joint between the two can be separated, and the infant Tong Tuoche skeleton 100 is changed from the first folding state to the second folding state, so that the folding effect of the second folding state is achieved.
In this embodiment, when the infant Tong Tuoche skeleton 100 is in the unfolded state, the upper front frame 101 and the upper rear frame 102 may be detachably abutted, and when the infant Tong Tuoche skeleton 100 is changed to the second folded state, the upper front frame 101 and the upper rear frame 102 are separated and simultaneously rotate relative to the lower joint shaft 108, so as to achieve the folding effect.
Of course, the upper front frame 101 and the upper rear frame 102 may be pivoted by an upper joint shaft 129 to form an upper peripheral frame set, so that when the infant Tong Tuoche skeleton 100 is in the unfolded state, the upper front frame 101 is abutted against the upper rear frame 102, and when the infant Tong Tuoche skeleton 100 is converted to the second folded state, the upper front frame 101 and the upper rear frame 102 are folded in opposite directions, and at this time, the upper front frame 101 and the upper rear frame 102 are rotated relative to the upper joint shaft 129, thereby achieving the folding effect of the second folded state.
In this embodiment, the lower front frame 103 is detachably connected with the front wheel set 200, and the lower rear frame 104 is detachably connected with the rear wheel set 300, so that when the infant Tong Tuoche skeleton 100 needs to be folded, the front wheel set 200 and the rear wheel set 300 are detached from the lower front frame 103 and the lower rear frame 104 respectively.
The infant Tong Tuoche skeleton 100 further comprises a first foot support 109 and a second foot support 110, the first foot support 109 is pivotally connected to the lower front frame 103, the second foot support 110 is pivotally connected to the lower rear frame 104, the first foot support 109 and the second foot support 110 can jointly define a foot accommodating space 111 lower than the first supporting plane and the second supporting plane, an opening communicating with the foot accommodating space 111 is provided between the first supporting plane 105 and the second supporting plane 106, wherein the first foot support 109 and the second foot support 110 are respectively pivotally connected to the lower front frame 103 and the lower rear frame 104, and can be folded to a second folding state along with the infant Tong Tuoche skeleton 100.
Thus, an infant seated on the first support plane 105 and the second support plane 106, respectively, can put legs and feet into the foot accommodating space 111 through the opening. In the second folded state of the infant Tong Tuoche skeleton 100, the first and second temple holders 109 and 110 can be folded.
The first foot support 109 is pivotally connected to the lower front frame 103 through the lower joint shaft 108, the second foot support 110 is pivotally connected to the lower rear frame 104 through the lower joint shaft 108, the first foot support 109 and the second foot support 110 each have a pedal position and a folding position to adapt to the unfolded state and the second folded state of the infant Tong Tuoche skeleton 100, specifically, when the first foot support 109 and the second foot support 110 are in the pedal position, the included angle between the first foot support 109 and the second foot support 110 relative to the first support plane 105 and the second support plane 106 is a first included angle, at this time, the infant Tong Tuoche skeleton 100 is in the unfolded state, and when the first foot support 109 and the second foot support 110 are in the folding position, the included angle between the first foot support 109 and the second foot support 110 relative to the first support plane 105 and the second support plane 106 is a second included angle, at this time, the infant Tong Tuoche skeleton 100 is in the second folded state, wherein the second included angle is substantially zero, and the first included angle is greater than the second included angle, so that the final folded size of the infant Tong Tuoche is sufficiently small.
It should be noted that, the first foot support 109 and the second foot support 110 may be detachably connected to the lower front frame 103 and the lower rear frame 104, so before the infant Tong Tuoche skeleton 100 needs to be folded to the second folded state, the first foot support 109 and the second foot support 110 may be detached from the lower front frame 103 and the lower rear frame 104, respectively, so as to avoid the infant from influencing the folding of the infant Tong Tuoche skeleton 100; when the infant Tong Tuoche skeleton 100 is to be used (i.e., changed to the expanded state), the first and second temple holders 109 and 110 may be reattached to the lower front frame 103 and the lower front frame 104.
