The invention provides a sealing ring pre-supporting expansion device which comprises a guide push cylinder, a sealing ring expansion sleeve, a sealing ring body and a base; the guide pushing cylinder is provided with an inner cavity, the inner cavity comprises a first cavity and a second cavity which are arranged from bottom to top, the inner diameter of the first cavity is larger than that of the second cavity, and a surface formed between the first cavity and the second cavity is a stepped surface; the bottom of the base is provided with a bottom support, the middle part of the base is provided with a guide column, the middle upper part of the base is provided with an expansion sleeve seat, the expansion sleeve seat is used for sleeving the sealing ring expansion sleeve, the sealing ring body is sleeved to the sealing ring expansion sleeve, the guide pushing cylinder is sleeved to the base, and a first cavity of the guide pushing cylinder is in clearance fit with the guide column of the base; and the second cavity of the guide pushing cylinder is used for pushing the sealing ring body from top to bottom on the sealing ring expansion sleeve. The invention aims to solve the problem of uneven force application of the push cylinder when the steel sealing ring is expanded by adopting the expansion sleeve.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of turbochargers, and particularly relates to a sealing ring pre-supporting expansion device.
Background
Turbochargers are important subsystems of engines and have high technical requirements on the reliability and stability of their use. The shaft end sealing ring of the turbine rotating shaft is one of key structures for guaranteeing the stable operation and the service life of the supercharger. The turbine end and the compressor end of the turbocharger are both provided with sealing ring structures, and the turbocharger has the dual functions of sealing gas and sealing oil. Particularly, the working temperature of the turbine close to the turbine end can reach 750 ℃, and the sealing ring with unqualified quality is easy to deform exceeding a design margin due to high temperature, so that the air leakage and oil leakage of the supercharger are caused by light weight, the sealing effect cannot be achieved, the supercharger cannot work reliably for a long time, and the shaft breakage accident occurs due to cutting of the rotating shaft is formed by heavy weight;
when the turbine end sealing ring of the supercharger is assembled, a section of thick shaft needs to pass through to enter the sealing ring groove, and the section of journal needs to pass through is about 4% larger than the journal when the sealing ring is in a free state, so that the sealing ring needs to be inflated and then is installed in the journal ring groove. When the sealing ring is supported and expanded by using the expansion sleeve and the push sleeve tool, due to the unavoidable large size difference between the inner diameter of the push sleeve and the outer diameter of the conical surface of the expansion sleeve, the deflection of the thrust and the uneven distribution of the thrust can be caused by the deflection of the push sleeve in the supporting and expanding process of the sealing ring, so that the sealing ring is inclined to advance, bending torsion is generated or the fragments are generated by scratching the local part and the expansion sleeve, and the fragments are difficult to clean after entering the sealing ring groove, so that the serious hidden danger is buried for the occurrence of the faults of the supercharger.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention aims to provide a seal ring pre-supporting expansion device so as to solve the problem of uneven force application of a push cylinder when a steel seal ring is supported and expanded by an expansion sleeve.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
a sealing ring pre-supporting expansion device comprises a guide push cylinder, a sealing ring expansion sleeve, a sealing ring body and a base; the guide pushing cylinder is provided with an inner cavity, the inner cavity comprises a first cavity and a second cavity which are arranged from bottom to top, the inner diameter of the first cavity is larger than that of the second cavity, and a surface formed between the first cavity and the second cavity is a stepped surface; the bottom of the base is provided with a bottom support, the middle part of the base is provided with a guide column, the middle upper part of the base is provided with an expansion sleeve seat, the expansion sleeve seat is used for sleeving the sealing ring expansion sleeve, the sealing ring body is sleeved to the sealing ring expansion sleeve, the guide pushing cylinder is sleeved to the base, and a first cavity of the guide pushing cylinder is in clearance fit with the guide column of the base; and the second cavity of the guide pushing cylinder is used for pushing the sealing ring body from top to bottom on the sealing ring expansion sleeve.
Further, after the sealing ring expansion sleeve is mounted on the expansion sleeve seat, a conical cylinder section and a straight cylinder section with gradually increased outer diameters from top to bottom are formed, and the outer diameter of the bottom of the conical cylinder section is the same as that of the straight cylinder section.
Further, the ratio of the outer diameter of the conical section top end to the outer diameter of the straight section is 1:1.13.
Furthermore, the second cavity of the guide pushing cylinder is in clearance fit with the guide column of the base through H7/H6.
Compared with the prior art, the sealing ring pre-expanding device has the following advantages:
