the diameter of the pin rod is matched with the inner diameter of the cylinder, knurls are arranged at the upper end of the pin rod along the outer wall, a boss is arranged at the lower end of the pin rod, the size of the boss is matched with the size of a deep hole sealing surface to be processed, and the boss is a grinding surface; when the grinding tool is used, the sleeve is sleeved in a hole to be machined, then the sleeve is fixed on the surface of a part through the mounting hole, the pin rod is inserted into the cylinder, the table surface of the boss of the pin rod is in contact with the sealing surface in the hole, and finally the sealing surface is ground through rotating the pin rod to meet the machining requirement.
Furthermore, the length of the pin rod is 10-15mm greater than the depth of the deep hole to be processed.

the diameter of the pin rod 2 is matched with the inner diameter of the cylinder 11, the upper end of the pin rod is provided with knurls 21 along the outer wall, the lower end of the pin rod is provided with a boss, the size of a table top 22 of the boss is matched with the size of a deep hole sealing surface to be processed, and the table top 22 of the boss is a grinding surface; when the processing tool is used, the sleeve 1 is sleeved in a hole to be processed, then the sleeve is fixed on the surface of a part through the mounting hole 12, the pin rod 2 is inserted into the cylinder 11, the table-board 22 of the boss of the pin rod 2 is in contact with the sealing surface 10 of the part in the hole, and finally the sealing surface 10 of the part is ground by rotating the pin rod 2 to meet the processing requirement.
