When the two arc-shaped baffles 62 close the inside of the grooved drum 21, the heating pipe 82 is started, the heating pipe 82 emits heat to heat the cleaning agent, the temperature of the cleaning agent is increased, and the cleaning balls 75 brush the automobile transmission shaft through the cleaning agent with high temperature. When the oil stain on the automobile transmission shaft is cleaned, the cleaning agent in the slotting cylinder 21 is completely discharged, and the heating pipe 82 is closed. So, can make the better deoiling of car transmission shaft of clearance ball 75.
When operating personnel twisted drain pipe 22 and opened, the cleaning agent in grooving barrel 21 dropped to collecting jar 92 through drain pipe 22 in, when collecting jar 92 and being equipped with appropriate amount of cleaning agent in, twisted drain pipe 22 and closed, will collect jar 92 and take off from bracket 91, pour the cleaning agent again, after the cleaning agent was all poured, will collect jar 92 and put back to on bracket 91. Therefore, the cleaning agent is more convenient for operators to collect and treat.

An oil removing device for processing an automobile transmission shaft comprises a support frame (1), a fixing frame (2), a slotting barrel (21), a liquid outlet pipe (22) and a high-pressure nozzle (3), wherein the left side and the right side of the top of the support frame (1) are fixedly connected with the fixing frame (2), the slotting barrel (21) is fixedly connected between the inner sides of the fixing frames (2) at the left side and the right side, the liquid outlet pipe (22) used for discharging a cleaning agent is communicated with the middle of the left side of the bottom of the slotting barrel (21), the high-pressure nozzle (3) used for spraying the cleaning agent on the automobile transmission shaft is fixedly penetrated in the middle of the left side of the slotting barrel (21), the automobile transmission shaft clamping device is characterized by further comprising a clamping mechanism (4) and a driving mechanism (5), wherein the clamping mechanism (4) used for clamping an automobile transmission shaft is installed on the grooving barrel (21), and the driving mechanism (5) used for providing power is installed between the supporting frame (1) and the clamping mechanism (4).
