If the included angle alpha is smaller than 60 degrees, a larger impact force is generated between the pawl 9 and the ratchet wheel 10 under the action of the tooth driving surface 9d1, the tooth driving surface 9d1 and the outer tooth surface 10b1 cannot be attached, so that unstable engagement is caused, and the pawl 9 and the ratchet wheel 10 are easily separated, so that switching failure is caused. If the included angle α is greater than 85 °, the pawl 9 and the ratchet 10 cannot automatically engage, and may even be separated, and the pawl 9 cannot drive the ratchet 10, which also causes a switching failure. Therefore, when the included angle alpha is 60-85 degrees, the automatic engagement of the pawl 9 and the ratchet 10 is effectively ensured, and the switching reliability is high.
The pawl 9 drives the ratchet wheel 10 to rotate under the action of the transmission rod 7, specifically by the interference of the driving teeth 9d with the external teeth 10 a. In the driving process, the external teeth 10a are firstly abutted against the driving tooth surface 9d1, and as the plane where the driving tooth surface 9d1 is located and the reference line of the pawl 9 form a preset included angle alpha, the external teeth 10a slide to the inner side of the driving tooth surface 9d1 from the tooth tip of the external teeth 10a under the action of the driving tooth surface 9d1, so that the driving tooth surface 9d1 is abutted with the external tooth surface 10b1, the automatic engagement of the driving tooth 9d and the external teeth 10a, namely the automatic engagement of the pawl 9 and the ratchet 10, is realized, the pawl 9 and the ratchet 10 are not easy to separate in the driving process, the switching reliability is ensured, and the switching failure is avoided. The inner cambered surface 9d2 is a surface formed by recessing towards the inside of the pawl 9, and the arrangement of the inner cambered surface 9d2 can play a role in avoiding positions, so that the blocking caused by interference of the pawl 9 and the ratchet 10 is effectively prevented, and the switching failure is avoided. The arrangement of the drive-connection assembly enables the pawl 9 to be automatically meshed with the ratchet wheel 10, so that the connection reliability of the pawl 9 and the ratchet wheel 10 is further ensured, and the reliability of operation switching is further ensured.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 6, the stepping mechanism further includes a stopping claw 13 for stopping the ratchet 10 from being reversed, the stopping claw 13 being made of an elastic material, the stopping claw 13 being caught at the outer periphery of the ratchet 10. Since the pawl 13 is always engaged with the ratchet 10 and the pawl 13 has elasticity, the pawl 13 can change a position engaged with the ratchet 10 when the ratchet 10 rotates. However, if the ratchet 10 rotates in the opposite direction, the pawl 13 collides with the external tooth surface 10b1, thereby preventing the ratchet 10 from reversing, ensuring that the ratchet 10 can only rotate forward but not reverse, and avoiding the switching failure.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 12, a seal ring 14 for sealing water is provided on the inner side wall of the lower body 1, and the turntable 4 is hermetically connected to the lower body 1 via the seal ring 14, and the seal ring 14 has a longitudinal cross-sectional shape with a wide middle and narrow ends. The upper end and the lower end of the sealing ring 14 are narrower than the middle part, namely the upper end and the lower end are symmetrically arranged, so that the contact area between the rotary disk 4 and the sealing ring 14 is reduced, the friction force is reduced, the switching hand feeling is lighter, and the operation is easy. Meanwhile, the upper end and the lower end are narrow, so that convenience is brought to installation, and the installation direction does not need to be identified.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the upper opening edge of the water guiding hole 4a is provided with a first rounded corner 4a1, and the lower opening edge is provided with a second rounded corner 4a2. The invention utilizes the coanda effect, and leads the water on the upper surface of the rotary disk 4 to the water guide hole 4a through the first round angle 4a1, thereby realizing quick water outlet. The second rounded corners 4a2 can prevent the sealing ring 14 from being damaged by scraping the sealing ring 14 at the edge of the water guide hole 4a in the rotating process of the turntable 4, so that the water sealing effect is weakened.
Correspondingly, as shown in fig. 15-16, the invention also discloses a shower head, which comprises a shell 100 and the water outlet switching device arranged in the shell 100. The specific structure of the water outlet switching device is as above, and will not be described here again. Wherein, the distance between the top end of the reinforcing rib ring 1f and the inner wall of the housing 100 is 1mm, and the distance between the top end of the rotating shaft 11 and the inner wall of the housing 100 is 2mm.
Preferably, the upper side of the inner side wall of the shell 100 corresponding to the pawl 9 is provided with a limit rib 101. The limiting rib block 101 plays a limiting role on the pawl 9, and switching failure caused by upwarp of the pawl 9 is prevented.
The working principle of the water outlet switching device of the invention is as follows: the driving member 5 is manually pressed, the driving member 5 pushes the crank 6, the crank 6 pushes the transmission rod 7 to move towards the ratchet 10, and the pawl 9 moves towards the ratchet 10. At the same time, the pawl 9 automatically engages with the ratchet 10 under the action of the tightly driving mechanism, so that the pawl 9 drives the ratchet 10 to rotate. The ratchet wheel 10 drives the turntable 4 to rotate through the rotating shaft 11, so that the water guide holes 4a are connected with different water outlets 2a, and water outlet switching is realized. The driving rod 7 is reset under the action of the first spring 8 by loosening the hand, the pawl 9, the crank 6 and the driving piece 5 are reset at the same time, and the ratchet wheel 10 is not driven by the pawl 9 under the action of the stopping claw 13. Thus, the next switching operation can be performed.
The implementation of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention sets the strengthening component on the water outlet main body, the strengthening component can increase the strength of the water outlet main body, and avoid the deformation of the water outlet main body in the environment of long-term high temperature and high pressure, thereby avoiding the situation that the switching component pawl 9 and ratchet 10 arranged on the water outlet main body are blocked with the shell 100 and can not realize the switching. Wherein, the strengthening subassembly includes strengthening rib ring 1f and strengthening rib strip 1h, and when the play water main part warp and upwards bulge, the strengthening rib ring 1f can touch the inner wall of casing 100, plays spacing effect to the play water main part, and the height that highly is greater than actuating mechanism and step by step mechanism of strengthening rib ring 1f simultaneously makes actuating mechanism and step by step mechanism can not with casing 100 jamming, guarantees actuating mechanism and step by step mechanism normal work. The reinforcing rib blocks 1g can support the reinforcing rib ring 1f and strengthen the strength of the reinforcing rib ring 1 f. The strength of the water outlet main body can be enhanced by the reinforcing ribs 1h, so that the water outlet main body is not easy to deform.
In addition, the invention also provides a tight driving mechanism, so that the pawl 9 and the ratchet wheel 10 are not easy to separate in the water outlet switching process, the pawl 9 can effectively and reliably drive the ratchet wheel 10 to rotate, the operation is reliable, and the switching failure is effectively prevented. Specifically, the tight drive mechanism comprises a tight connection assembly and a tight drive connection assembly, the tight connection assembly pushes the pawl 9 to the ratchet 10, the pawl 9 is guaranteed to move to one side of the ratchet 10, the pawl 9 is not separated from the ratchet 10, and switching failure is prevented. The driving assembly enables the pawl 9 to be automatically meshed with the ratchet wheel 10, so that the connection reliability of the pawl 9 and the ratchet wheel 10 is further ensured, and the reliability of operation switching is further ensured.
In conclusion, the water outlet switching device and the shower head are compact and firm in structure and reliable in operation, and clamping stagnation and switching failure are effectively prevented.

Claims (10)

1. A shower head, comprising:
a housing;
the water outlet main body is arranged in the shell and is provided with a water inlet and a plurality of water outlets, the water outlet main body comprises an upper main body, a lower main body and a rotary table, the upper main body is fixedly connected with the lower main body, a water containing cavity is formed between the upper main body and the lower main body, the rotary table is arranged in the water containing cavity, and the rotary table is provided with a water guide hole;
the driving mechanism and the stepping mechanism are arranged on the water outlet main body, and the driving mechanism drives the turntable to rotate through the stepping mechanism so that the water inlet is communicated with the corresponding water outlet through the water guide hole;
the reinforcing component comprises a reinforcing rib ring arranged on the upper surface of the upper main body and reinforcing rib strips arranged on the lower surface of the upper main body, and the reinforcing rib ring is arranged along the circumferential direction of the upper main body; the height of the reinforcing rib ring is larger than that of the driving mechanism and the stepping mechanism, and the outer side wall of the reinforcing rib ring is provided with reinforcing rib blocks for supporting the reinforcing rib ring.
2. The showerhead of claim 1 wherein the stiffener ring and the stiffener block are both perpendicular to the plane of the upper body.
3. The shower head according to claim 1, wherein the reinforcing ribs are provided in a plurality and are arranged in a circumferential direction of the upper body.
4. A showerhead according to claim 3 wherein each of the stiffening ribs extends in the same direction as the radial direction of the upper body.
5. The showerhead of claim 1 wherein the stiffener ring abuts or is in gap with an inner wall of the housing.
6. The shower head of claim 1, wherein the driving mechanism comprises a driving assembly and a transmission assembly, the driving assembly comprises a driving member and a crank, the driving member and the crank are both movably connected with the upper main body, the transmission assembly comprises a transmission rod and a first spring which are arranged on the upper main body, two ends of the first spring respectively collide with the transmission rod and the upper main body, the driving member drives the transmission rod through the crank, and the transmission rod is reset through the first spring.
7. The shower head according to claim 6, wherein the step mechanism comprises a pawl, a ratchet wheel and a rotating shaft, the upper main body is provided with a transmission hole, the rotating shaft is arranged in the transmission hole in a penetrating manner, the ratchet wheel is arranged on the upper surface of the upper main body, the rotating disc and the ratchet wheel are sleeved outside the rotating shaft, and the ratchet wheel drives the rotating disc to rotate through the rotating shaft; the pawl is movably connected with the transmission rod and can be meshed with the ratchet wheel, so that the pawl drives the ratchet wheel to rotate.

The shower head of claim 7, wherein the step mechanism is disposed in the stiffener ring, the step mechanism further comprises a tight driving mechanism, the tight driving mechanism comprises a tight assembly for pushing the pawl to the ratchet wheel, the tight assembly comprises a cavity disposed in the pawl, a third spring and a contact block mounted in the cavity, a guide post is disposed in the cavity, the third spring is sleeved outside the guide post, and the contact block is abutted against the stiffener ring through the third spring so as to enable the pawl to move towards the ratchet wheel.
9. The showerhead of claim 8, wherein the inner sidewall of the cavity is provided with a clip, and the outer sidewall of the contact block is provided with a clip, the clip being clipped to the clip to prevent the contact block from escaping from the cavity.

The showerhead of claim 6, wherein the crank comprises a handle and a curved portion, one end of the handle is hinged to the upper body, the other end of the handle is connected to the curved portion, the curved portion moves circumferentially through the handle, one end of the curved portion abuts against the driving member, and the other end abuts against the driving rod.
