Fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 15, fig. 16 and fig. 17 show that the device further includes a lifting mechanism 11, the lifting mechanism 11 includes a first spur gear 111, a second spur gear 112, screws 113, supporting blocks 114 and nuts 116, the bottom of the base 4 is rotatably provided with the first spur gear 111 which does not need to be manually extruded to perform the puncturing operation, the supporting blocks 114 are connected between the tops of every two corresponding sliders 31, the four supporting blocks 114 are all connected with the storage box 91, the bottoms of the four supporting blocks 114 are rotatably provided with the screws 113, the lower sides of the four screws 113 are all connected with the nuts 116 in a threaded connection manner, the bottoms of the four screws 113 are all provided with the second spur gear 112, the four second spur gears 112 are all engaged with the first spur gear 111, and the four nuts 116 are all connected with the first connection plate 2 on the same side.
After the angle and position of the puncture needle are adjusted, the doctor can rotate the first spur gear 111 to drive the second spur gear 112 and the screw 113 to rotate, because the suction cup 1 is adsorbed on the skin of the abdomen of the patient, the screw 113 rotates along the nut 116, and the nut 116 cannot move, so that the screw 113 drives the supporting block 114 and the second spur gear 112 to move downwards, further drives the sliding block 31, the connecting block 3 and the base 4 to move downwards, and simultaneously drives the first spur gear 111 to move downwards, so that all the other components of the device except the suction cup 1 and the first connecting plate 2 move downwards, the sliding block 31 moves downwards along the connecting block 3, the puncture needle can be inserted into the abdominal cavity of the patient to extract accumulated liquid, after the accumulated liquid extraction is finished, the doctor can reversely rotate the first spur gear 111 to drive the second spur gear 112 and the screw 113 to reversely rotate, so that the screw 113 moves upwards along the nut 116, further drives the supporting block 114, First spur gear 111 and second spur gear 112 rebound reset, and supporting shoe 114 drives slider 31, connecting block 3 and base 4 rebound simultaneously and resets for except sucking disc 1 and first connecting plate 2, the whole rebound of all the other parts of this device resets, drives the pjncture needle rebound simultaneously and extracts, at this moment the doctor can take off this device, handles patient's wound, so the operation can need not artifical this device of extrusion and carry out puncture work, and is also convenient for control more laborsavingly.
