Abstract
The application discloses nanofiber gauze mask, this nanofiber gauze mask includes: the mask comprises a mask body, an ear band and a nose bridge batten, wherein the mask body comprises a supporting layer, a hydrophobic nanofiber membrane layer, an oleophobic nanofiber membrane layer and a superfine fiber filter material layer which are sequentially compounded from inside to outside; the fiber diameter range of the superfine fiber filter material layer is 0.01-8 mu m; the supporting layer is a plain woven fabric with the fiber diameter within the range of 0.05-0.3mm, or a non-woven fabric with the fiber diameter within the range of 0.1-200 mu m, or superfine fiber cloth with the fiber diameter within the range of 0.02-8 mu m. This application has been solved the gauze mask among the correlation technique and can not have simultaneously concurrently hydrophobic and oleophobic function, has limited the range of application's of gauze mask problem.

The main purpose of this application lies in providing a nanofiber gauze mask to solve the gauze mask among the correlation technique and can not have hydrophobic and oleophobic function concurrently simultaneously, limited the range of application's of gauze mask problem.

Furthermore, the average fiber diameter of the hydrophobic nanofiber membrane layer is 80-400 nm.

the supporting layer 4 is a plain woven fabric with a fiber diameter in the range of 0.05-0.3mm, or a non-woven fabric with a fiber diameter in the range of 0.1-200 μm, or an ultrafine fiber cloth with a fiber diameter in the range of 0.02-8 μm.
In this embodiment, the hydrophobic nanofiber membrane layer 7 may be combined with the support layer 4 through an electrostatic spinning process, and the oleophobic nanofiber membrane may also be combined with the hydrophobic nanofiber membrane layer 7 through an electrostatic spinning process, where the electrostatic spinning process is a special spinning process, and the polymer fiber filament with a nanometer-scale diameter is prepared through the action of an electric field force. The membrane material formed by stacking the nanofiber layers prepared by electrostatic spinning contains a small-aperture and zigzag-hole structure, has high specific surface area, high porosity and good adsorbability, can block small particles, does not hinder the passing of air gas molecules, and has good air permeability. The hydrophobic nanofiber membrane layer 7 is prepared by preparing a hydrophobic high molecular polymer into a first spinning solution and then performing electrostatic spinning by adopting the first spinning solution. Wherein, the hydrophobic high molecular polymer is selected from any one of polyvinylidene fluoride, polylactic acid, polyurethane or polystyrene. The solvent of the first spinning solution is any one of N, N-dimethyl amide, acetone, ethanol, butanol, formic acid, acetic acid and tetrahydrofuran.
The oleophobic nanofiber membrane layer 5 is prepared by preparing oleophobic high-molecular polymer into second spinning solution and then performing electrostatic spinning by adopting the second spinning solution. Wherein, the oleophobic high molecular polymer is selected from any one of polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyacrylic acid or polyacrylamide.
The mask in this embodiment has hydrophobic, oleophobic performance, has high specific surface area, high porosity, good adsorptivity moreover, can block less particulate matter, but does not hinder the passing through of air gas molecule, has good gas permeability.
As shown in fig. 1, the hydrophobic nanofiber membrane layer 7 has an average fiber diameter of 80-400 nm. The average fiber diameter of the oleophobic nanofiber membrane layer 5 is 80-400 nm. The nose bridge layering 3 is located the upper portion of gauze mask body 2, and nose bridge layering 3 is located between supporting layer 4 and hydrophobic nanofiber membrane 7.
As shown in fig. 1, the ear straps 1 are spot-welded on the surface of the superfine fiber filter material layer 6, and the two ear straps 1 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the mask body 2. The thickness of the superfine fiber filter material layer 6 ranges from 0.1 mm to 0.8 mm. The periphery of the supporting layer 4 and the periphery of the hydrophobic nanofiber membrane layer 7 are compounded together through ultrasonic spot welding, and a plurality of welding spots of the ultrasonic spot welding are distributed in an array; the area of each welding point is 0.05-0.5mm2, and the distance between two adjacent welding points is 5-20 mm.

A nanofiber mask, comprising: the mask comprises a mask body, an ear belt and a nose bridge batten, wherein the mask body comprises a supporting layer, a hydrophobic nanofiber membrane layer, an oleophobic nanofiber membrane layer and a superfine fiber filter material layer which are sequentially compounded from inside to outside;
the fiber diameter range of the superfine fiber filter material layer is 0.01-8 mu m;
the supporting layer is a plain woven fabric with the fiber diameter within the range of 0.05-0.3mm, or a non-woven fabric with the fiber diameter within the range of 0.1-200 mu m, or superfine fiber cloth with the fiber diameter within the range of 0.02-8 mu m.
2. The nanofiber mask of claim 1 wherein the hydrophobic nanofiber membrane layer has an average fiber diameter of 80-400 nm.
3. The nanofiber mask of claim 2 wherein the oleophobic nanofiber membrane layer has an average fiber diameter of 80-400 nm.
4. The nanofiber mask of claim 3 wherein the nose bridge batten is located on the upper portion of the mask body, the nose bridge batten is located between the support layer and the hydrophobic nanofiber membrane layer.
5. The nanofiber mask as claimed in claim 4, wherein the ear bands are spot-welded to the surface of the microfiber filter layer, and the two ear bands are symmetrically disposed at two sides of the mask body.
6. The nanofiber mask as claimed in claim 5, wherein the thickness of the microfiber filter layer ranges from 0.1 to 0.8 mm.
7. The nanofiber mask as claimed in claim 7, wherein the periphery of the support layer and the periphery of the hydrophobic nanofiber membrane layer are compounded together by ultrasonic spot welding, and a plurality of welding spots of the ultrasonic spot welding are distributed in an array; the area of each welding spot is 0.05-0.5mm 2 And the distance between two adjacent welding points is 5-20 mm.
