Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a pesticide emulsion in water for preventing and treating corn borers and rust and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Corn borers and rust diseases are easy to occur simultaneously in spring and autumn, and can cause great loss of the corn yield. For the two pests, the common method is to respectively use bactericides such as difenoconazole, triadimefon and the like and insecticides such as acetamiprid, dichlorvos and the like for prevention and treatment, so that the application times and labor cost are increased, and the influence of the pesticides on the environment is aggravated. The invention provides a pesticide emulsion in water for preventing and treating corn borers and rust diseases and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the technical problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a pesticide emulsion in water for preventing and treating corn borer and rust and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the technical problems of more pesticide application times, poor prevention and treatment effect and high implementation cost of the existing pesticide.
The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme:
a pesticide emulsion in water for preventing and treating corn borers and rust diseases comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 2-12% of acetamiprid, 2-12% of difenoconazole, 4-18% of solvent, 8-17% of surfactant, 2-6% of antifreeze agent, 0.2-4% of thickening agent, 0.1-1% of defoamer and the balance of water.
Further, the solvent comprises one or more of aromatic hydrocarbon, fatty alcohol and vegetable oil which are insoluble in water and mixed in any proportion.
Further, the surfactant comprises one or more of castor oil polyoxyethylene ether, styrene phenol polyoxypropylene ether, alkylphenol formaldehyde resin polyoxyethylene ether, alkylaryl polyoxypropylene ether, alkylphenol and ethylene oxide condensate, ethylene oxide propylene oxide block copolymer and calcium dodecyl benzene sulfonate which are mixed in any proportion.
Further, the antifreeze comprises one or more of ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, glycerol and urea mixed in any proportion.
Further, the thickening agent comprises one or more of xanthan gum, hydroxymethyl cellulose, Arabic gum, gelatin, agar and modified starch mixed in any proportion.
Further, the defoaming agent comprises one or more of polyether defoaming agent, organic silicone and organic silicon defoaming agent s-29 which are mixed in any proportion.
Further, the water is distilled water or tap water.
A preparation method of pesticide emulsion in water for preventing and treating corn borers and rust diseases comprises the following steps:
firstly, co-dissolving acetamiprid and difenoconazole by using a solvent and a surfactant to form a uniform oil phase;
stirring and mixing water, an antifreeze agent, a thickening agent and a defoaming agent to form a uniform water phase;
and step three, pouring the water phase into the oil phase, or pouring the oil phase into the water phase, controlling the temperature to be 60-90 ℃, the rotating speed to be 1500-.
Further, the average particle size of the pesticide water emulsion is less than 10 mu m.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the pesticide emulsion in water is mainly water except the effective components, only contains a small amount of organic solvent, is safe to use, can greatly reduce the pollution to the environment, and belongs to a novel environment-friendly pesticide preparation. Meanwhile, the pesticide emulsion in water can simultaneously prevent and control the corn borers and rust, realizes 'one-spraying multiple prevention', has obvious effect, and can reduce the application times, improve the prevention and control effect and reduce the labor cost compared with the existing preparation.
In addition, the effective components of the pesticide emulsion in water are firstly formed into a uniform oil phase, then various additives are dissolved in water to form a uniform water phase, and then the oil phase and the water phase are mixed to form the pesticide emulsion in water.

The pesticide aqueous emulsion for preventing and treating corn borer and rust disease contains acetamiprid and difenoconazole as effective components. Specifically, the active ingredient for preventing and treating corn borer is acetamiprid. The effective component for preventing and controlling the corn rust is difenoconazole.
Acetamiprid is a chloronicotinyl compound, acts on a nicotine acetylcholine receptor at a synaptic part of an insect nervous system, interferes with stimulation conduction of the insect nervous system, causes the obstruction of a nervous system channel, causes the accumulation of neurotransmitter acetylcholine at the synaptic part, and leads to the final death of the insect.
The difenoconazole is a low-toxicity heterocyclic bactericide pesticide and is systemic for sterilization.
Further, the solvent comprises one or more of aromatic hydrocarbon, fatty alcohol and vegetable oil which are insoluble in water and mixed in any proportion.
Specifically, the solvent may be rapeseed oil, soybean oil, xylene, or kerosene.
Further, the surfactant comprises one or more of castor oil polyoxyethylene ether, styrene phenol polyoxypropylene ether, alkylphenol formaldehyde resin polyoxyethylene ether, alkylaryl polyoxypropylene ether, alkylphenol and ethylene oxide condensate, ethylene oxide propylene oxide block copolymer and calcium dodecyl benzene sulfonate which are mixed in any proportion.
The invention adds the surface active agent into the pesticide emulsion in water: firstly, improve the emulsifying capacity between each component, make each component mix more effectively: secondly, in the foaming process, the control system has proper surface tension to generate a good bubble network structure.
Further, the antifreeze comprises one or more of ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, glycerol and urea mixed in any proportion.
The antifreeze agent adopted by the invention has the advantages of low price, good chemical stability, no corrosiveness, nonflammability, low toxicity, low foam, no odor and small viscosity. By adding the antifreeze agent into the pesticide aqueous emulsion, the secondary damage to crops can be reduced during pesticide application.
Further, the thickening agent comprises one or more of xanthan gum, hydroxymethyl cellulose, Arabic gum, gelatin, agar and modified starch mixed in any proportion.
