技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种含acynonapyr和螺螨双酯的杀螨剂。
背景技术
柑橘红蜘蛛属蜱螨目,叶螨科,是危害柑橘最严重的害虫之一,在我国各柑橘产区广泛分布,也是影响柑橘产量和品质的最主要因素。以成螨、幼螨、若螨群集叶片、嫩梢、果皮上吸汁危害,引致落叶、落果,尤以叶片受害为重,被害叶面密生灰白色针头大小点,甚者全叶灰白,失去光泽,终致脱落,严重影响树势和产量。
柑橘红蜘蛛1年发生数代,其代数随着温度的高低而发生变化。年均温15℃的地区,一年发生12-15代,年均温20℃以上地区,一年可达20-24代。柑橘红蜘蛛危害期长,对药剂易产生抗性,尤其对单剂更容易产生抗性。目前,防治柑橘红蜘蛛的药剂主要以阿维菌素、联苯菊酯、哒螨灵、乙螨唑、三唑锡、四螨嗪、苯丁锡和联苯肼酯等为有效成分的单剂或复配制剂。柑橘红蜘蛛对常规药剂已产生明显的抗性。一般新农药品种开发需要较长时间,而复配制剂开发不仅时间相对较短,而且对新农药品种也是一种保护。因此,急需开发防治柑橘红蜘蛛高效、低毒、低残留的新型复配杀螨剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高效、低毒、低残留的含acynonapyr和螺螨双酯的杀螨剂,用于柑橘红蜘蛛的防治,以解决柑橘红蜘蛛对常规药剂产生抗药性的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种含acynonapyr和螺螨双酯的杀螨剂,其有效成分由含acynonapyr和螺螨双酯二元复配而成。
所述acynonapyr和螺螨双酯质量比为1-27:27-1,优选比例为1-3:3-1。
进一步,所述acynonapyr和螺螨双酯两者占杀螨剂总重量的6-60%,优选为20-40%。
进一步,所述杀螨剂可以辅以农药辅助成分配制成农药上允许的任意一种剂型,所述的剂型优选悬浮剂、水分散粒剂。
进一步,所述杀螨剂用于防治农业上的各种螨虫,尤其是柑橘红蜘蛛。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明复配杀螨剂,相对单剂,具有明显的增效作用,提高防效。
(2)本发明复配杀螨剂,在提高防效的同时,减少用药量,减少成本,减少残留。
(3)针对柑橘红蜘蛛已对常规药剂产生抗药性,防治较难的问题,本发明复配杀螨剂为防治柑橘红蜘蛛提供了一种新药剂。
(4)本发明复配杀螨剂,由两种作用机理不同药剂复配,没有交互抗性,有利于延缓螨虫抗药性产生,同时对acynonapyr和螺螨双酯起到保护作用。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的和技术方案更加明确,下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
一、室内活性实施例
试验方法参考《农药室内生物测定试验准则杀虫剂第12部分:叶螨薄片浸渍法》。
试验对象:柑橘红蜘蛛。
实验步骤:
(1)试材准备:选择室内饲养、生理状态一致的雌成螨。将双面胶剪成2cm长,贴于载薄片一端,然后选取健康雌成螨,将其背部粘于双面胶上,每片30头,放入垫有湿海绵容器中,盖上盖子,置于(25±1)℃条件下,2小时后镜检,剔除死亡和受伤个体,补足每片30头。
(2)药剂配制:原药用丙酮配置成母液,用0.1%吐温-80水溶液将母液配置成5个浓度梯度的单剂和复配药剂。
(3)药剂处理:将玻片浸于药液中轻轻振荡5s后取出,用吸水纸吸去多余药液,置于垫有湿海绵白瓷盘中,使用透光性好的塑料薄膜覆盖,置于(25±1)℃下饲养观察。每处理4次重复,并设不含药剂处理作空白对照。
(4)检查:处理后48h检查试虫死亡情况,分别记录总虫数和死虫数,计算死亡率。通过死亡率的机率值和系列浓度的对数值之间的线性回归分析,求出各药剂的LC50值,用孙云沛法计算混剂的共毒系数(CTC),以此来评价供试药剂对试虫的活性,室内活性试验结果见表1。
实测毒力指数(ATI)=(标准药剂LC50/供试药剂LC50)×100,
理论毒力指数(TTI)=A药剂毒力指数×混剂中A的百分含量+B药剂毒力指数×混剂中B的百分含量,
共毒系数(CTC)=[混剂实测毒力指数(ATI)/混剂理论毒力指数(TTI)]×100。
按照联合作用划分标准:
共毒系数(CTC)≥120表现为增效作用,
共毒系数(CTC)≤80表现为拮抗作用,
80<共毒系数(CTC)<120表现为相加作用。

室内活性试验表明,acynonapyr和螺螨双酯复配防治柑橘红蜘蛛在1-27:27-1时,共毒系数均大于120,说明两者在此范围内复配表现出增效作用,当acynonapyr和螺螨双酯在配比为1-3:3-1时,共毒系数均大于220,说明两者在此范围内复配增效作用更为明显。

三、田间药效实施例
为了更好的验证本发明的实际应用效果,下面采用本发明的实施例的制剂,做柑橘红蜘蛛田间药效试验,每小区定株挂牌50片叶进行调查,处理前螨口数不可少于500头,施药前调查虫口基数,药后3天、7天分别调查活螨数,进行防治效果统计,同时观察试验药剂对柑橘有无药害产生,试验结果见表2。
表2 acynonapyr和螺螨双酯复配药剂对柑橘红蜘蛛的田间药效试验结果
由表2可以看出,acynonapyr和螺螨双酯复配药剂能有效防治柑橘红蜘蛛,在减少用药量的条件下,药后3天和药后7天的防效均好于单剂,增效作用明显,且在用药范围内对靶标作物无不良影响。

Claims (6)
1.一种含acynonapyr和螺螨双酯的杀螨剂,其特征在于,其有效成分由acynonapyr和螺螨双酯二元复配而成,所述acynonapyr和螺螨双酯质量比为1-27:27-1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀螨剂,其特征在于,其有效成acynonapyr和螺螨双酯质量比为1-3:3-1。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述杀螨剂,其特征在于,所述杀螨剂有效成分占总重量的6-60%。
4.根据权利要求3所述杀螨剂,其特征在于,所述杀螨剂有效成分占总重量的20-40%。
5.根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述杀螨剂,其特征在于,所述杀螨剂剂型为悬浮剂、水分散粒剂。
6.根据权利要求1-5所述杀螨剂对柑橘红蜘蛛具有较好的防治效果。
