Abstract

Background
At present, with the development of market economy, cigarette consumers have higher and higher requirements on cigarette quality, cigarette smoking quality such as fragrance and aroma has a direct relation with cigarette moisture, and cigarettes generally have a standard moisture value during production and packaging, but with the change of storage time and external environment, the cigarette moisture in a cigarette box gradually changes, and cigarettes may become dry or damp, so that smoking feeling is affected. On the other hand, various cigarette box lining papers capable of preserving moisture, moisture and aroma appear on the market, and how to effectively detect whether the cigarette box lining paper can keep constant cigarette moisture is the direction of market research.

The other method is indirect, other packing materials are added on the lining paper in the cigarette case, the cigarettes are packed in an actual packing mode, then the cigarettes are placed in a high-humidity or dry environment for simulation test, sampling is carried out periodically, and the moisture retention performance of the lining paper for the cigarettes is judged by comparing the moisture content of the cigarettes before and after the test.

and S5, judging the moisture retention performance of the lining paper in the cigarette box according to the drawn temperature and humidity change curve chart.
Based on the technical scheme, before the moisture retention performance of the lining paper in the cigarette box is tested, the sealing performance of the test box is firstly detected, the opening of the test box is sealed by an aluminum-plastic composite film, the test box is placed under the conditions of temperature and humidity of 24 ℃ and 90% RH for 5 days continuously, and the change of the relative humidity in the box is observed; then selecting a plurality of same detection devices, putting cigarettes into a test box of each detection device, and sealing each test box by using the inner lining paper of each cigarette box; then the sealed test box is placed in an environment with the temperature of 0-100 ℃ and the relative humidity of 30-95% RH for testing; the test lasts for 10 days, the temperature and the humidity in the test box are detected by a temperature and humidity detector, the temperature and the humidity in the test box are continuously recorded, and a temperature and humidity change curve chart in the test box is drawn; and finally, judging the moisture retention performance of the lining paper in the cigarette box according to the drawn temperature and humidity change curve graph.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the detection method is performed by using a detection device 100, as shown in fig. 2-3, the detection device 100 includes a test box 1 and a temperature and humidity detector 2, the test box 1 has a base 11 and a cover plate 14 with a through hole, a groove 13 for placing a cigarette is formed in the upper surface of the base 11, the cover plate 14 can cover the upper surface of the base 11, the temperature and humidity detector 2 includes a temperature and humidity sensor 21, the temperature and humidity sensor 21 is disposed in the groove 13 and divides the groove 13 into two symmetrical groove bodies 13a, and the temperature and humidity sensor 21 is used for collecting the temperature and humidity in the groove 13. Preferably, in this embodiment, in order to avoid quality errors between different cartridges and the lining paper 3, before the cigarettes are put into the test cartridge 1 and sealed by the cartridges and lining paper 3, the weights of the cartridges and the lining paper 3 are measured and recorded, and only the cartridges and the lining paper 3 and the cigarettes with the quality within the error tolerance range are selected for testing.
Furthermore, in the embodiment, twenty cigarettes are put into the test box 1 of each detection device 100 to simulate the actual situation that twenty cigarettes are packed in one box of cigarettes, and the test can directly show the moisture retention performance of the inner lining paper 3 of the cigarette box when the cigarettes are packed.
Similarly, when the test box 1 is sealed by the inner lining paper 3 of the cigarette box, the cutting area of the inner lining paper 3 of the cigarette box is the same as the area of the inner lining paper of the actual cigarette box, and the test can more truly show the moisture retention performance of the inner lining paper 3 of the cigarette box when cigarettes are packed.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the sealed test cartridge 1 is placed in a constant temperature and humidity chamber for testing, the temperature of the constant temperature and humidity chamber is set to 23 ℃, and the relative humidity is 50% RH. During testing, two detection devices are selected, and the test box 1 of the two detection devices 100 is sealed by using ceramic lining paper and non-ceramic lining paper respectively.

The humidity change curve graph can judge that the moisture retention performance of the cigarette case lining paper containing pottery is obviously superior to that of the lining paper in the ordinary cigarette case without pottery, namely the waterproof air permeability performance of the lining paper in the cigarette case containing pottery is obviously superior to that of the lining paper in the ordinary cigarette case.
The working process of the invention is as follows: firstly, detecting the sealing performance of a test box, then selecting a plurality of same detection devices, putting cigarettes into the test box of each detection device, and sealing each test box by lining paper in each cigarette box; then the sealed test box is placed in an environment with the temperature of 0-100 ℃ and the relative humidity of 30-95% RH for testing; the test lasts for a preset time, the temperature and the humidity in the test box are detected through a temperature and humidity detector, the temperature and the humidity in the test box are continuously recorded, and a temperature and humidity change curve chart in the test box is drawn; and finally, judging the moisture retention performance of the lining paper in the cigarette box according to the drawn temperature and humidity change curve graph.
In summary, the embodiment of the invention provides a method for detecting the moisture retention performance of cigarette case lining paper, which can be performed in a high humidity environment or a dry environment, is not interfered by other factors during testing, has accurate testing results, does not damage cigarettes during testing, and avoids cigarette waste.
