Claims (17)

1. An opening and closing mechanism, comprising:
a panel (1) on which a through hole (101) is formed;
a cover plate (2) rotatably provided on a first surface of the panel (1) and capable of opening/closing the through hole (101);
and the rotating assembly is connected with the panel (1) and the cover plate (2) and drives the cover plate (2) to rotate.

The mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the rotating assembly comprises a rack (3) and a first gear (4) which are engaged with each other, the rack (3) is connected with the second surface of the panel (1) in a sliding manner, the first gear (4) is arranged on one surface of the cover plate (2) facing the rack (3), and the length direction of the rack (3) is axially perpendicular to the rotating shaft of the cover plate (2).
3. The opening and closing mechanism according to claim 2, wherein the rotating assembly further comprises a driving member for driving the rack (3) to slide.

An exhaust and drainage device, comprising the opening and closing mechanism of any one of claims 1 to 11 and a bottom case (9), wherein a panel (1) of the opening and closing mechanism is covered on the bottom case (9), and a liquid containing and drainage assembly is arranged on the bottom case (9) and below a through hole (101) of the panel (1).

The exhaust and drainage device according to claim 12, characterized in that the liquid containing and drainage assembly comprises a liquid containing box (10) fixedly connected with the bottom shell (9), the liquid containing box (10) is opened towards the through hole (101) and has a caliber matched with that of the through hole (101), and the liquid containing box (10) is provided with an air inlet hole (1001) and a drainage hole (1002).
