In some possible embodiments of the present application, the driving device includes a plurality of driving assemblies, the driving assemblies are respectively disposed corresponding to the plurality of smoke inlets, and each driving assembly is in transmission connection with the shielding member at one of the smoke inlets.
In some possible embodiments of the present application, the drive assembly includes a drive motor; and the connecting rod mechanism is in transmission connection with the driving motor and the shielding piece respectively.

Referring to fig. 1, a range hood 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a box assembly 1, a smoke collecting hood assembly 2, a fan, an electric control system, a lighting system, and a power switch.
Wherein, box subassembly 1 includes decorative board 11, bellows 12 and check valve, and decorative board 11 is installed in the outside of bellows 12, and the check valve is installed in the top air outlet department of bellows 12, and above-mentioned fan is installed in bellows 12.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the above-described smoke collecting hood assembly 2 includes a smoke collecting hood 21 and a shutter 22, the smoke collecting hood 21 being installed below the wind box 12, and a smoke intake chamber being formed in the smoke collecting hood 21. For the top-suction type range hood, the bottom plate of the fume collecting hood 21 is provided with a fume inlet 210 communicated with the fume inlet cavity; for the side-draft range hood, the side surface of the fume collecting hood 21 is provided with a fume inlet 210 communicated with the fume inlet chamber. The shutter 22 is installed at the smoke inlet 210 to close the smoke inlet 210.
The electric control system is arranged above the air box 12 and positioned in the decorative plate 11, and the lighting system is arranged below the decorative plate 11; the control switch can be arranged on the fume collecting hood 21 and is electrically connected with the electric control system, the fan system and the lighting system.
When the range hood 100 receives the operation instruction, the power switch is turned on, the fan 6 is controlled to start (the lighting device can be turned on according to the needs of the user), the fan sucks the oil smoke generated by cooking into the smoke inlet cavity through the smoke inlet 210, and the oil smoke is discharged to the public flue or the outdoor through the air channel in the air box 12, so that the oil smoke suction function of the range hood 100 is realized.
For the top-suction range hood, the distance between the smoke inlet 210 of the range hood 100 and the pot on the cooking range is large, so that the problems that the oil smoke on one side cannot be discharged timely and the oil smoke escapes easily occur; and if adopt near-suction type range hood, though range hood 100's smoke inlet 210 is less with the interval of pan on the kitchen range, oil smoke exhaust efficiency improves, nevertheless to adopting highly great steamer to cook, when the fender cigarette board of range hood 100's smoke inlet 210 department installation was opened, kept off the cigarette board and touch the steamer easily for user experience is relatively poor.
Therefore, in order to solve the above problem, referring to fig. 3 and 4, in the range hood 100 of the embodiment of the present application, there are a plurality of smoke inlets 210, and the plurality of smoke inlets 210 are arranged at intervals along the length direction P of the smoke collecting cover 21; the number of the shielding pieces 22 is also multiple, and one or more shielding pieces 22 are arranged at each smoke inlet 210; the extractor hood 100 further comprises a driving device 3, wherein the driving device 3 can drive one or more shielding pieces 22 to close or rotate outwards to open. The longitudinal direction P of the smoke collecting hood 21 is parallel to the direction in which the burner of the gas range is arranged.
Because the plurality of smoke inlets 210 in the embodiment of the present application are arranged at intervals along the length direction P of the smoke collecting cover 21, the number of the smoke inlets 210 can be set according to the range holes of the gas stove, each range hole corresponds to one or more smoke inlets 210 (i.e. one or more smoke inlets 210 are arranged right above each range hole), and one or more shielding members 22 are installed at each smoke inlet 210; when a cooking mode (such as quick-frying) of any gas stove with large oil smoke of a cooking range is adopted, the driving device 3 opens one or more shielding pieces 22 at the smoke inlet 210 corresponding to the cooking range, and the distance between the cooking range and the smoke inlet 210 corresponding to the cooking range is short, so that the oil smoke generated at the cooking range can be quickly pumped away, and the problem that the oil smoke escapes when the oil smoke on one side is not discharged in time is solved; when a cooking mode (such as cooking) that a kitchen range oil smoke on any gas-cooker is less, drive arrangement 3 controls one or more shielding pieces 22 of the smoke inlet 210 department that this kitchen range corresponds and keeps closing, consequently, even place the great steamer of height on this kitchen range and cook, because shielding piece 22 can not outwards rotate and open, so, the steamer can not touch shielding piece 22, and user experience is better.
It should be noted that the structural form of the above-mentioned shielding member 22 can be selected according to actual needs, for example, the shielding member 22 is a baffle, and for example, a baffle is installed at each smoke inlet 210, the shape of the baffle is the same as that of the smoke inlet 210, and the size of the baffle is adapted to the size of the smoke inlet 210, which means that the baffle can completely shield the smoke inlet 210. Of course, the shutter 22 may have other configurations such as a stopper.
The driving device 3 includes a plurality of driving assemblies 301, the plurality of driving assemblies 301 are respectively disposed corresponding to the plurality of smoke inlets 210, each driving assembly 301 is in transmission connection with the shielding piece 22 at one smoke inlet 210, that is, the shielding pieces 22 at the plurality of smoke inlets 210 are in transmission connection with different driving assemblies 301, and one or more shielding pieces 22 at each smoke inlet 210 are in transmission connection with the same driving assembly 301, so that the shielding pieces 22 at different smoke inlets 210 are driven to open or close by different driving assemblies 301, the driving controls are independent from each other, and the control method is simple. Of course, one drive assembly 301 may be used to drive the rotational movement of multiple shutters 22.
Because the kitchen range of the gas-cooker that most kitchens adopted at present all is the double-end, when the user cooks, most of the time all only adopts a kitchen range to fry dishes, even when two kitchen ranges all use, also use a furnace end to fry dishes, another furnace end is cooked, consequently, in some embodiments of this application, above-mentioned collection petticoat pipe 21 has seted up two above-mentioned smoke inlet 210 along length direction P, every smoke inlet 210 department installs a shielding piece 22, two shielding pieces 22 adopt two drive assembly 301 drives respectively, as shown in fig. 3-6.
If a cooking mode (such as stir-frying) with large oil smoke by using the cooking range is adopted, a shielding piece 22 is opened, as shown in fig. 3; if two cooking modes (such as quick-frying) with large oil smoke by using the cooking range are adopted, the two shielding pieces 22 are opened, as shown in fig. 4; if two cooking ranges are used for cooking with less cooking fumes (such as steaming) or for stopping cooking, both shutters 22 are closed, as shown in fig. 1.
Taking as an example that the smoke collecting hood 21 is provided with two smoke inlets 210 along the length direction P, each smoke inlet 210 is provided with one shielding piece 22, and the two shielding pieces 22 are respectively driven by two driving assemblies 301, the embodiment of the present application will be further described.
For example, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the driving assembly 301 includes a driving motor 31 and a link mechanism 32, the link mechanism 32 is respectively connected to the driving motor 31 and the shielding member 22 in a transmission manner, the driving motor 31 drives the link mechanism to move, and the link mechanism 32 drives the shielding member 22 to rotate to open or close the shielding member 22; the link mechanism 32 has the advantages of large bearing capacity, convenience in lubrication, difficulty in abrasion, simple shape, easiness in processing, easiness in obtaining higher manufacturing precision and the like.
The driving motor 31 shown in fig. 3 and 6 is disposed in a region near one side edge of the smoke collection cover 21 in the width direction Q of the smoke inlet 210, and the link mechanism 32 includes a driving rod 321, a link 322, a first driven rod 323, and a second driven rod 324, wherein a first end of the driving rod 321 is connected to an output shaft of the driving motor 31, a second end of the driving rod 321 is connected to a first end of the link 322, a second end of the link 322 is connected to a first end of the first driven rod 323, a second end of the first driven rod 323 is connected to a side edge region of the shielding member 22 near the driving motor 31, a first end of the second driven rod 324 is rotatably connected to an inner wall of the smoke collection cover 21, and a second end of the second driven rod 324 is connected to a side edge region of the shielding member 22 far from the driving motor 31. For convenience of connection, two brackets 23 are provided on the inner wall of each shutter 22, and the first follower 323 and the second follower 324 are connected to the corresponding brackets 23, respectively.
When the driving motor 31 is started, the driving rod 321, the connecting rod 322, and the first driven rod 323 are driven by the driving motor 31 to move, so that the first driven rod 323 drives the shielding member 22 to rotate outwards to open or rotate inwards to cover the smoke inlet 210, and meanwhile, the shielding member 22 drives the first end of the second driven rod 324 to rotate, and the second driven rod 324 plays a role in assisting in supporting the shielding member 22.
Since the first driven lever 323 and the driving motor 31 are both located at the same side edge of the smoke inlet 210, the distance between the two is small, therefore, the distance between the driving rod 321, the connecting rod 322, and the first driven rod 323 and the driving motor 31 is short, the lengths of the three are all short, the material is saved, the cost is reduced, the second driven rod 324 does not need to be connected with other rod members (the other rod members refer to the driving rod 321, the connecting rod 322 or the first driven rod 323), but the first end of the second driven rod 324 is connected with the side edge area of the smoke inlet 210 on the smoke collecting hood 21 away from the driving motor 31 as the shielding member 22 moves, so that the length of the second driven rod 324 can be designed to be shorter, the cost is lower, and the first driven rod 323 and the second driven rod 324 support the shielding member 22 at the same time, the support force for the shield 22 is relatively reliable and the above solution is suitable for solutions in which the length of the shield 22 is relatively large.
The link structure 32 may also adopt only one driven rod, that is, the driving motor 31, the driving rod 321, the link 322, and the driven rod are all disposed in the middle area near the length direction of the smoke inlet 210, which is suitable for the solution that the length of the shutter 22 is moderate or short.
The driving assembly 301 further includes a motor bracket 33, the motor bracket 33 is fixed on the inner wall of the smoke collecting cover 21, and the driving motor 31 is fixed on the motor bracket 33, as shown in fig. 5 and 6.
Of course, the link mechanism 32 in the above-mentioned driving mechanism may be replaced by a cam link mechanism, the cam is in transmission connection with the driving motor 31, two ends of the link are respectively connected with the shielding member 22 and the cam, the driving motor 31 drives the cam to rotate, and the cam pushes the link to swing, so as to drive the shielding member 22 to rotate.
It should be noted that a control panel may be installed on the smoke collecting hood 21, and a plurality of control buttons (or virtual control keys) are provided on the control panel, and the plurality of control buttons are respectively used for controlling the start and stop of the driving motors 31 in the plurality of driving assemblies 301. When a cooking mode (such as quick-frying) with a certain range hole with large oil smoke is adopted, a user can manually press a control button corresponding to the smoke inlet 210 corresponding to the range hole to control the start of the corresponding driving motor 31 and open the shielding piece 22 on the smoke inlet 210; when cooking is finished, the control button is pressed again to control the reverse movement of the corresponding driving motor 31, and the shutter 22 is rotatably covered on the smoke inlet 210.
Referring to fig. 2 to 6, the range hood 100 in the embodiment of the present application further includes a filter oil screen 4, the filter oil screen 4 is installed at the smoke inlet 210 on the smoke collecting hood 21 and is located at one side of the shielding member 22 close to the smoke inlet chamber, and the filter oil screen 4 can condense water vapor and grease in smoke, so as to improve the oil-smoke separation rate and reduce oil contamination entering the smoke inlet chamber and the air duct of the air box 12.
In order to facilitate cleaning of the oil filter screen 4, the oil filter screen 4 in the embodiment of the application is detachably connected with the smoke collecting hood 21, for example, the oil filter screen 4 is connected with the smoke collecting hood 21 through a buckle, the oil filter screen 4 can be quickly and conveniently detached from the smoke collecting hood 21, and the operation is convenient.
Since the area of the filter screen 4 is large, the filter screen 41 cannot be washed in the water tank after being detached. Therefore, in some embodiments of the present application, the filter screen 4 may be composed of a plurality of filter screens 41, one or more filter screens 41 are installed at each smoke inlet 210, and each filter screen 41 has a small area, so that the filter screen 4 is conveniently placed in a water tank for cleaning.
For the scheme that each smoke inlet 210 is only provided with one filter screen 41, each filter screen 41 can cover the whole area of the smoke inlet 210, and the scheme is suitable for the scheme that the area of the smoke inlet 210 is moderate or small; for the scheme that each smoke inlet 210 is provided with a plurality of filter screens 41, the plurality of filter screens 41 are spliced to cover the whole smoke inlet 210, and the scheme is suitable for the scheme that the area of the smoke inlet 210 is large.
