Technical Field

Background
At present, PCF plates are increasingly used in building structure construction due to the characteristics of factory prefabrication, field assembly and the like. The PCF board is also called a prefabricated external wall board and mainly formed by stacking a concrete external board with the thickness of 6cm and a heat insulation board with the thickness of 7 cm. In the construction of the building exterior wall, the PCF plate is often combined with a cast-in-place wall body for application, specifically, the PCF plate is installed after the reinforcement of the building wall body is bound, then an inner template is erected on the inner side of the PCF plate, the PCF plate and the inner template are fixed through wall-penetrating bolts, then concrete is poured to form the cast-in-place wall body, and then the PCF plate and the cast-in-place wall body form the building exterior wall. However, in actual construction, when the PCF plate is installed on the outer wall of the first floor of the building, because the concrete is not poured on the first floor of the building to form the wall, the bottom of the PCF plate is in a suspended state at the moment and has no effective support, and therefore, the method that the PCF plate is only fixed with the inner formwork cannot ensure the quality of the outer wall of the building formed by the subsequent on-site pouring of the wall, and the problem is still the difficulty of the construction of the outer wall of the first floor of the building at present.

The invention aims to provide a construction method for the first-floor outer wall of a building, which effectively solves the problem that a PCF plate is difficult to install and fix and improves the construction speed and quality of the first-floor outer wall of the building.

1) pre-burying a fixing bolt: after the construction of the negative one-storey outer wall of the building is finished, the binding of the fixing bolts is carried out while the first-storey ground floor reinforcing steel bars are bound, then the concrete is poured to form the first-storey ground floor, and the embedding of the fixing bolts is immediately completed, wherein: a part of the fixing bolt is exposed outdoors;

8) and finishing the construction of the first-floor outer wall of the building.
The invention has the advantages that:
the invention realizes the quick installation and stable support of the PCF plate, solves the problem of difficult installation and fixation of the PCF plate, realizes the quick unhooking of the tower crane, accelerates the construction speed and ensures the construction quality of the first-floor outer wall of the building.

As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the invention provides a construction method of an outer wall of a first floor of a building, which comprises the following steps:

5) forming a cast-in-place wall body: an inner formwork 61 and an outer formwork 62 are respectively erected on the inner side and the outer side of a steel bar 51 bound on a first-layer wall, the inner formwork 61, the PCF plate 20 and the outer formwork 62 are fixed by using a split bolt 63 (the split bolt 63 is schematically shown in FIG. 7), a stable casting formwork system is formed, then concrete is cast, so that a cast-in-place wall 50 is formed on the inner side of the PCF plate 20, as shown in FIG. 7, wherein: the outer template 62 is supported below the PCF board 20;
6) the first-floor outer wall of the building formed by the PCF plate 20 and the cast-in-place wall 50 (as shown in FIG. 7);
7) when the strength of the concrete reaches the standard, the split bolts 63, the inner template 61, the outer template 62, the jacking device 10 and the inclined strut 24 are removed, and the exposed parts of the fixed bolts 16 are cut off;
8) and finishing the construction of the first-floor outer wall of the building.
In practice, step 2) is performed by binding the steel bars 51 of the first layer of wall body with the steel bars 31 exposed upwards of the negative outer wall 30. Here, the first layer of wall reinforcements 51 are bound to prevent the offset phenomenon from occurring when the PCF board 20 is installed.
In step 3), each jacking device 10 is fixed by two pre-embedded fixing bolts 16.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, in the present invention, the jacking device 10 includes a fixed seat 11 composed of an inner side plate 111, an outer side plate 112, a top plate 113 and a bottom plate 114, the fixed seat 11 is in a square tube shape or a square vertical section and is open towards two horizontal ends, wherein: two leveling screws 12 are movably arranged on a top plate 113 of the fixed seat 11 in a penetrating manner, namely, two through holes (not marked in the figure) are formed in the top plate 113, and the two leveling screws 12 vertically extend out of the top plate 113 and are connected with a supporting plate 13 for forming a jacking plane; an upper locking nut 14 and a lower locking nut 15 are movably screwed on each leveling screw 12, and the upper locking nut 14 and the lower locking nut 15 are respectively positioned outside and inside the fixed seat 11; two pairs of through holes (not shown) are oppositely formed on the inner side plate 111 and the outer side plate 112, and each pair of through holes is used for the exposed part of the fixing bolt 16 (part of the screw rod of the fixing bolt 16 is exposed) to penetrate.
In practical design, the fixing base 11 is formed by welding the inner plate 111, the outer plate 112, the top plate 113 and the bottom plate 114 made of steel, or the fixing base 11 is directly made of square steel pipe. Here, since one side plate faces the inside of the room and the other side plate faces the outside of the room after the jacking device 10 is mounted, the two side plates are defined as an inner plate 111 and an outer plate 112, respectively. The pallet 13 is also made of steel.
As shown in fig. 8, two pairs of through holes on the fixing base 11 are located at the same height position, and in addition, two leveling screws 12 are arranged along the length direction of the fixing base 11.
When the step 3) is implemented, the heights of the two leveling screws 12 on the jacking device 10 are adjusted according to the installation height of the PCF plate 20, so that the height of the supporting plate 13 is adjusted.
In practical implementation, after the height of the leveling screw 12 is adjusted to a proper position, the upper locking nut 14 and the lower locking nut 15 are screwed to make the upper locking nut 14 and the lower locking nut 15 respectively abut against the outer surface and the inner surface of the fixing seat 11, so as to realize the height locking of the leveling screw 12.
The step 4) specifically comprises the following steps: the PCF plate 20 is lifted to the top support device 10 by the tower crane and then supported by the supporting plate 13, the PCF plate 20 abuts against the outer side of the steel bars 51 bound on the first-layer wall body, the connecting piece 23 on the PCF plate 20 penetrates through the steel bars 51 of the first-layer wall body and then is connected with the upper end of the inclined strut 24, the lower end of the inclined strut 24 is connected with the fixing piece 25 pre-embedded on the first-layer ground floor 40, so that the inclined strut 24 supports the PCF plate 20, and at the moment, the tower crane can be unhooked to perform other hoisting operations.
In practical implementation, after the PCF board 20 is installed, the flatness of the supporting plate 13 should be adjusted by adjusting the heights of the two leveling screws 12 to adjust the flatness of the PCF board 20, and then the perpendicularity of the PCF board 20 is adjusted by adjusting the inclined struts 24 to ensure the installation quality of the PCF board 20.
In the invention, the installation and adjustment of the jacking device 10 are very simple, convenient and easy to operate, the firmness after installation is high, the PCF plate 20 can be stably supported, and the flatness of the PCF plate 20 can be effectively ensured by flexibly adjusting the leveling screw 12 on the PCF plate. In addition, the jacking device 10 is simple, small and reliable in structure, can be manufactured by adopting common parts on a construction site, is high in practicability, can be recycled, and is low in cost.
In the present invention, each PCF board 20 is preferably supported by two jacking devices 10, as shown in fig. 6.
The PCF panel 20 of the present invention is also called prefabricated external wall panel, and is generally formed by stacking a concrete outer sheet 21 having a thickness of 6cm and an insulation board 22 having a thickness of 7cm, wherein the outer sheet 21 faces outwards and the insulation board 22 faces inwards, as will be understood with reference to fig. 7.
