A three-dimensional storage rack is characterized by comprising a plurality of storage mechanisms which are arranged at intervals along the longitudinal direction, wherein each storage mechanism comprises a plurality of storage areas which are arranged in sequence along the transverse direction, and each storage area comprises a plurality of storage units which are arranged in sequence from top to bottom; the storage rack is characterized in that a control management system is arranged corresponding to each storage unit of the storage rack, a goods position code capable of reflecting the position of each storage unit is correspondingly arranged corresponding to each storage unit, corresponding goods are stored in the corresponding storage units, the goods are contained in the packing box, and a goods code capable of displaying the information of the goods is arranged outside the packing box.

The stereoscopic storage rack of claim 1, wherein the storage mechanism comprises two rows of vertical rods arranged in sequence along the transverse direction, the two rows of vertical rods are parallel to each other, a reinforcing component is arranged between two vertical rods opposite to each other in the longitudinal direction, the reinforcing component comprises an upper longitudinal reinforcing rod and a lower longitudinal reinforcing rod which correspond to each other, a plurality of inclined reinforcing rods connected end to end are arranged between the upper reinforcing rod and the lower reinforcing rod in sequence from top to bottom, and each reinforcing rod is connected with two vertical rods opposite to each other in the longitudinal direction; three storage units of each storage area are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; all be provided with two spaced reinforcement bracing pieces from top to bottom between the two adjacent pole settings about in every row of pole setting, support on vertical corresponding two reinforcement bracing pieces and be provided with horizontal supporting plate, placed the tray on the layer board, be located the subaerial horizontally tray that also corresponds of tray below, three tray top forms the three storage unit of arranging in proper order from the top down that corresponds the storage area.

The stereoscopic storage rack according to claim 2, wherein three outer protective railings are transversely arranged between the outer sides of two adjacent left and right vertical rods in each row of the vertical rods corresponding to the goods on each tray, the three outer protective railings are sequentially distributed from top to bottom, and the three outer protective railings are respectively arranged corresponding to the goods on the three trays.

The stereoscopic storage rack according to claim 2 or 3, wherein two corresponding sets of the storage mechanisms are arranged in parallel, a plurality of sets of reinforcing components are arranged between the two parallel sets of storage mechanisms, the reinforcing components are distributed at intervals in the transverse direction and comprise a plurality of longitudinal reinforcing connecting rods which are sequentially distributed from top to bottom, and each set of reinforcing components is respectively arranged between two corresponding longitudinally adjacent vertical rods of the two parallel sets of storage mechanisms.

The stereoscopic storage rack according to claim 3, wherein the left and right ends of the outer guard rail are provided with connecting blocks, the connecting blocks are provided with connecting holes, the vertical rods are sequentially provided with a plurality of mounting holes at equal intervals along the length direction, and the connecting blocks of the outer guard rail are fixedly connected with the corresponding mounting holes on the vertical rods beside through fasteners.

The method according to claims 1-5, wherein each of the storage units has at least one mark A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, each of the storage areas of each storage unit has at least one mark 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, the control and management system constructs a plurality of storage addresses corresponding to the storage units, and each storage address records the name and number of the stored goods; the control management system is installed on a control computer, and is correspondingly provided with a hand-held machine for warehousing and a hand-held machine for ex-warehouse which can scan and identify the goods code and the goods position code respectively, and the hand-held machine for warehousing and the hand-held machine for ex-warehouse are all networked with the control management system, and the control management system is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when warehousing, firstly, a plurality of cargos are moved into corresponding storage units by a stacker crane, after the cargos enter the corresponding storage units for storage, cargo codes on the outer packing boxes of the cargos are scanned by a warehousing hand-held machine, name information of the cargos is input into a control management system, the storage number of the cargos is input into the control management system by the warehousing hand-held machine, then, cargo position codes of the corresponding storage units are scanned by the warehousing hand-held machine, storage addresses of the cargos are input into the control management system, and names and the number of the warehoused cargos are recorded into the storage addresses of the control management system corresponding to the storage units;
when the goods are delivered from the warehouse, the goods position code of the storage unit where the goods to be transported are located is scanned by the hand-held delivery machine, the storage address where the goods to be delivered from the warehouse are located is found in the control management system, then the goods code on the outer packing box where the goods to be transported are scanned by the hand-held delivery machine, the name information of the goods to be delivered from the warehouse is input into the control management system through the hand-held delivery machine, the delivery quantity of the goods to be delivered from the warehouse is input into the control management system through the hand-held delivery machine, and then the name and the quantity of the remaining goods to be stored are updated and recorded in the storage address of the control management system corresponding to the storage unit.

The use method of the three-dimensional storage rack according to claim 6, wherein when warehousing goods are newly added to the storage unit through the warehousing handset, the name and the number of the newly added warehousing goods in the storage address of the control management system corresponding to the storage unit are added; when goods are moved out of the storage unit through the ex-warehouse hand-held machine, the names and the quantity of the goods out of the warehouse are subtracted from the storage address of the control management system corresponding to the storage unit; when no goods are stored in the storage unit, the name and the quantity of the goods recorded in the storage address of the control management system corresponding to the storage unit are both absent.
8. The using method of the three-dimensional storage rack according to claim 6, wherein three goods codes corresponding to the three storage units of the storage area are sequentially arranged on the vertical rods corresponding to the storage area from top to bottom.

The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the control management system storage address corresponding to the storage unit is recorded with the name and number of 1-3 kinds of goods, when the warehousing goods are added to the storage units of the two parallel storage mechanisms, the warehousing goods select the goods location code of any parallel storage unit, and when the warehousing goods are delivered, the goods location code of the same storage unit is selected.
10. The using method of the stereoscopic storage rack according to claim 6, wherein when goods are searched, the control management system of the control computer searches for corresponding goods, the control management system displays all storage address positions where the goods are stored, the storage address positions are composed of a first letter mark, a second number mark and a third space mark, the space marks comprise an upper part, a middle part and a lower part, and the upper part, the middle part and the lower part of the space marks respectively correspond to the upper part, the middle part and the lower part of the storage area.
