when the brush block 20 is worn and cannot be used, a user can pull the inserting rod 23 to move the inserting rod out of the brush block 20, then pull the brush block 20 out of the swing rod 19, insert a new brush block 20 again, loosen the inserting rod 23, enable the inserting rod to be inserted into the brush block 20 through the resilience force of the spring 24 and fixed, and finish the replacement of the brush block 20.

Claims (10)

1. A method for rapidly treating wastes for processing wooden furniture is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1: collecting raw materials, stacking sawdust wastes in a centralized manner, and performing damp-proof treatment;
step 2: conveying raw materials, namely extracting sawdust waste to a treatment box through conveying equipment, and performing dust suppression treatment in the conveying process;
step 3: the preparation work comprises the steps of putting a wood board into a grid plate, fixing the wood board by a fixing part, adjusting the supporting height of the grid plate by a grid plate adjusting part until the wood board slightly collides with a grinding block, and pouring sawdust wastes into a treatment box through a funnel;
step 4: wood chip compression and burr removal, starting a driving motor with bidirectional automatic control, enabling two groups of pressing blocks in a treatment box to circularly move in opposite directions, extruding wood chip waste poured continuously to form blocks, providing driving force for a swing rod linked above a grid plate, driving a grinding block to grind burrs on the surface of a wood plate by the swing rod, sweeping sawdust and grinding residues originally existing on the wood plate down, enabling the sawdust and the grinding residues to pass through the grid plate and fall into the treatment box for compression;
step 5: cutting the compressed matter, turning off the driving motor after the waste is formed into blocks, then rotating the cutter adjusting part according to the specification of the compressed matter, adjusting the extension length of the cutter on the inner side of the pressing block, and starting the driving motor again after the adjustment is finished so that the cutter cuts the compressed matter into smaller compressed blocks;
step 6: taking out the product, removing the blocking part of the upper cover door of the treatment box, pulling down the cover door, and taking out the compressed matter after cutting;
step 7: consumable replacement, wherein maintenance personnel regularly check the service condition of the polishing block, and when the polishing block is worn and cannot be used, the quick-assembly part for the old polishing block can be removed, and the new polishing block is fixed again after replacing the old polishing block;
step 8: and (4) maintaining the components, checking the blockage condition of the grid plate by a maintainer, dredging the blocked grid, checking the abrasion condition of the cutter, and regularly recording.
