Referring to fig. 4, 5, 7 and 8, an arc-shaped guide groove 6 is formed at the outer side of the front tip end and the lower surface of the rear end of the scraper 2, and the upper edge line of the guide groove 6 is obliquely downwards arranged from the front tip end of the scraper 2 to the rear end of the scraper 2; the guiding groove 6 is arranged, so that the flowing direction of the glue introduced by the front tip of the scraping plate 2 is limited, namely, the glue is gathered and flows into the guiding groove 6, under the constraint of the shape of the inner surface of the guiding groove 6, the glue flows into the guiding groove 6 at first, then flows obliquely downwards, finally flows along the inner surface of the guiding groove 6 and is discharged out of the scraping plate 2, the glue is prevented from gathering and rushing up the upper surface of the scraping plate 2, the glue is caused to flow, the scraping plate 2 is covered, and the scraping and cleaning effects of the scraping plate 2 on the glue are affected.
Referring to fig. 4, a rounded corner 7 is arranged at the lower corner position of the front tip of the scraper 2; the upper surface of the heating plate 5 is obliquely arranged, and the oblique direction is obliquely arranged at the inner side and the outer side of the heating plate 5; because the vehicle sticker moves forward in a flowing way, and glue is sprayed on the vehicle sticker surface layer 3, the glue is impacted and discharged, so that the vehicle sticker surface layer 3 swings up and down, the swinging vehicle sticker surface layer 3 is arranged opposite to the lower corner position of the front tip of the scraper 2, the phenomenon that the front tip lower corner of the scraper 2 scratches and tears the vehicle sticker surface layer 3 is caused, and therefore, the lower corner position of the front tip of the scraper 2 is provided with a round corner 7, and the lower corner position of the front tip of the scraper 2 is rounded, so that the vehicle sticker surface layer 3 is prevented from being scratched and torn by the scraper 2; and the upper surface of the heating plate 5 is obliquely arranged, so that the edge of the car logo surface layer 3 is inclined to two sides of the car logo surface layer, and glue on the edge of the car logo surface layer 3 is facilitated to penetrate through.
Referring to fig. 6, an inclined concave portion 8 is formed on the outer side of the upper surface of the heating plate 5, the inclined direction of the concave portion 8 is inclined to the inner side and the outer side of the heating plate 5, and the vehicle surface layer 3 is attached to the upper surface of the heating plate 5 and is pressed in the concave portion 8 by the front tip of the scraper 2; the concave part 8 is arranged, and the lower corner position of the front tip of the scraper blade 2 is arranged in the concave part 8, so that the edge of the car logo surface layer 3 is pressed down in the concave part 8, the edge of the car logo surface layer 3 is extruded, the scraping and removing effects of the scraper blade 2 on glue are increased, and meanwhile, slope transition is realized between the concave part 8 and the upper surface of the heating plate 5, so that the car logo surface layer 3 is prevented from being extruded and wrinkled.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, an air channel 9 is formed inside the scraper 2, the air channel 9 penetrates through the rear end of the scraper 2 and is communicated with an external air pump through a hose 13, the air channel 9 is formed along the arc shape of the scraper 2, a plurality of exhaust holes 10 are formed in the air channel 9, and the exhaust holes 10 penetrate through the inner surface of the guide groove 6; the air flue 9 and the exhaust hole 10 are matched to impact the glue adhered on the scraping plate 2, so that the amount of the glue remained on the scraping plate 2 is reduced, the glue is prevented from being accumulated on the scraping plate 2, the exhausted gas is hot air, the temperature is controlled between 80 ℃ and 90 ℃, the temperature of the scraper is controlled to be 80 ℃ to 90 ℃, the scraper is warmed to 2, the fluidity of the glue is further ensured, and the glue is discharged.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the exhaust direction of the exhaust hole 10 is concentrated toward the middle of the scraper 2; the exhaust direction of the exhaust hole 10 enables the glue to be intensively discharged to one direction, intensively collects the glue, reduces the glue dispersion area and is beneficial to the collection of the glue.

referring to fig. 9, in a first comparative example, as another embodiment of the present invention, two sides of the supporting plate 1 are provided with a collecting box 12 for collecting glue, and a feeding end cover of the collecting box 12 is fixedly connected to the heating plate 5 and the scraping plate 2; the collecting box 12 is arranged for collecting the discharged glue in a concentrated manner, so that the later-stage glue can be recovered and managed conveniently and reused.
Working principle: in the production process of the vehicle sticker, glue is coated on the back surface of the vehicle sticker surface layer 3 in a spraying manner, the edge area of the sprayed glue is uneven, the edge of the vehicle sticker is required to be trimmed through a trimming machine after being attached to release paper, the uneven glue area is trimmed off so as to improve the quality of products, partial glue is remained in the trimmed area, the vehicle sticker production capacity is large, the residual glue is little, and the waste is also caused, so that after the glue is sprayed on the back surface of the vehicle sticker surface layer 3, the glue is scraped off by arranging a scraping plate 2 before the glue is not dried and solidified, and is collected, so that the recycling of the glue is realized, the waste is reduced, and the cost is saved;
heating plates 5 are arranged on two sides of the front surface of the car sticker surface layer 3, the heating plates 5 are arranged opposite to the scraping plates 2, two sides of the car sticker surface layer 3 are arranged in gaps between the heating plates 5 and the scraping plates 2, the heating plates 5 heat glue on the back surface of the car sticker surface, the glue is kept in a sticky state and in a non-flowing state, then the glue with uneven scraping plates 2 is scraped off, collected in a concentrated mode, and recycling of the glue is achieved; the heating plate 5 is arranged to heat the sprayed glue, so that the glue is still in a sticky and undried solidification state when passing through the scraper position, and the glue is convenient to separate from the back surface of the car sticker surface layer 3;
hot air flow is injected into the spraying groove 4 to be used as power for spraying sizing material, and the sizing material is heated at the same time, so that the fluidity of the sizing material is ensured, the sizing material can be uniformly sprayed on the back surface of the car logo surface layer 3, the solidification time of the sizing material is prolonged, and the sizing material is convenient to scrape the sizing material of the car logo surface layer 3 by the scraping plate 2; the arc-shaped scraping plate 2 is arranged, so that not only can the glue films with uneven edges of the vehicle sticker be scraped, but also the inner arc-shaped surface of the scraping plate 2 can flow along the arc-shaped surface, so that the glue is discharged from the vehicle sticker, and the accumulation of the glue on the scraping plate 2 is prevented, and the ineffective scraping and cleaning of the glue by the scraping plate 2 are caused;
the heating plate 5 is arranged, the heating plate 5 is electrified and heated by the electric heating resistance wire 11 in the heating plate 5, heat is radiated to the surface layer of the vehicle body to warm the glue, so that the mobility of the glue is ensured, meanwhile, when the scraping plate 2 and the heating plate 5 are arranged, the effective heating surface area of the heating plate 5 is increased, the inner side of the glue contacted by the front tip of the scraping plate 2 is heated, the glue contacted by the scraping plate 2 is not only heated, the glue which is scratched is effectively separated, the possibility that the glue drags the surface layer 3 of the vehicle is reduced, and the scraping plate 2 smoothly cleans the glue from the surface layer 3 of the vehicle;
the guiding groove 6 is arranged, so that the flowing direction of the glue introduced by the front tip of the scraper blade 2 is limited, namely, the glue gathers and flows into the guiding groove 6, under the constraint of the shape of the inner surface of the guiding groove 6, the glue flows into the guiding groove 6 at first, then flows obliquely downwards, finally flows along the inner surface of the guiding groove 6 and is discharged out of the scraper blade 2, the glue is prevented from gathering and rushing up the upper surface of the scraper blade 2, the glue is prevented from flowing, the scraper blade 2 is covered, and the scraping and cleaning effects of the scraper blade 2 on the glue are affected;
because the vehicle sticker moves forward in a flowing way, and glue is sprayed on the vehicle sticker surface layer 3, the glue is impacted and discharged, so that the vehicle sticker surface layer 3 swings up and down, the swinging vehicle sticker surface layer 3 is arranged opposite to the lower corner position of the front tip of the scraper 2, the phenomenon that the front tip lower corner of the scraper 2 scratches and tears the vehicle sticker surface layer 3 is caused, and therefore, the lower corner position of the front tip of the scraper 2 is provided with a round corner 7, and the lower corner position of the front tip of the scraper 2 is rounded, so that the vehicle sticker surface layer 3 is prevented from being scratched and torn by the scraper 2; and the upper surface of the heating plate 5 is obliquely arranged, so that the edge of the vehicle-mounted surface layer 3 is inclined to two sides of the vehicle-mounted surface layer, and the glue on the edge of the vehicle-mounted surface layer 3 is facilitated to be penetrated;
the concave part 8 is arranged, and the lower corner position of the front tip of the scraper 2 is arranged in the concave part 8, so that the edge of the surface layer 3 of the car logo is pressed down in the concave part 8, the edge of the surface layer 3 of the car logo is extruded, the scraping and removing effects of the scraper 2 on glue are increased, and meanwhile, slope transition is realized between the concave part 8 and the upper surface of the heating plate 5, so that the surface layer 3 of the car logo is prevented from being extruded and wrinkled;
the air flue 9 is matched with the exhaust hole 10 to impact the glue adhered on the scraping plate 2, so that the amount of the glue remained on the scraping plate 2 is reduced, the glue is prevented from accumulating on the scraping plate 2, the exhausted gas is hot air, the temperature is controlled between 80 ℃ and 90 ℃, firstly, the scraping plate 2 is warmed, secondly, the glue is warmed, the fluidity of the glue is further ensured, and the glue is discharged;
the exhaust direction of the exhaust hole 10 enables the glue to be intensively discharged in one direction, intensively collects the glue, reduces the glue dispersion area and is beneficial to the collection of the glue; the collecting box 12 is arranged for collecting the discharged glue in a concentrated manner, so that the later-stage glue can be recovered and managed conveniently and reused.
The front, rear, left, right, up and down are all based on fig. 1 in the drawings of the specification, the face of the device facing the observer is defined as front, the left side of the observer is defined as left, and so on, according to the viewing angle of the person.

s1: preparing a sizing material, namely heating and filling the sizing material into a spraying groove (4), wherein a spraying opening of the spraying groove (4) is in a strip shape, and hot air flow is injected into the spraying groove (4) to be used as the power for spraying the sizing material;
s2: one end of the vehicle-mounted surface layer (3) passes through the lower part of a spraying opening of the spraying groove (4) so that the back surface of the vehicle-mounted surface layer (3) is opposite to the spraying opening of the spraying groove (4), the widths of the two sides of the vehicle-mounted surface layer are symmetrically arranged relative to the length of the spraying groove (4), and the spraying groove (4) sprays sizing material on the back surface of the surface layer;
s3: the rubber material is recovered, scraping plates (2) are arranged on the two sides of the back surface of the surface layer, and uneven rubber moulds on the two sides of the back surface of the surface layer are scraped off and collected;
s4: the surface layer (3) of the car sticker is adhered and extruded with release paper, the rear edge is cut, the two sides of the car sticker are sheared and leveled, and the car sticker is rolled by a rolling wheel;
the vehicle-mounted back adhesive smearing process adopts a vehicle-mounted back adhesive recycling device, and the recycling device comprises a supporting plate (1) and a scraping plate (2); the supporting plate (1) is arranged below the vehicle sticker surface layer (3), and scraping plates (2) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the supporting plate (1); the front tip of the scraper (2) is attached to two sides of the back of the vehicle-mounted surface layer (3), the front tip of the scraper (2) points to the lower part of the spraying groove (4), the tangent line of the front tip of the scraper (2) is parallel to two sides of the vehicle-mounted surface layer (3), and the rear end of the scraper (2) is fixedly connected to the supporting plate (1);
an arc-shaped guide groove (6) is formed in the outer side of the front tip end of the scraper (2) and the lower surface of the rear end of the scraper, and the upper edge line of the guide groove (6) is obliquely downwards arranged from the front tip end of the scraper (2) to the rear end of the scraper (2);
an air passage (9) is formed in the scraper (2), the air passage (9) penetrates through the rear end of the scraper (2) and is communicated with an external air pump through a hose (13), the air passage (9) is formed along the arc shape of the scraper (2), a plurality of exhaust holes (10) are formed in the air passage (9), and the exhaust holes (10) penetrate through the inner surface of the guide groove (6);
the exhaust direction of the exhaust hole (10) is concentrated towards the middle of the scraping plate (2).

The vehicle sticker coating process according to claim 1, wherein: heating plates (5) are arranged on two sides of the front face of the car sticker surface layer (3), the heating plates (5) are arranged opposite to the scraping plates (2), two sides of the car sticker surface layer (3) are arranged in gaps between the heating plates (5) and the scraping plates (2), the heating plates (5) heat glue on the back face of the car sticker surface and keep the glue in a sticky state and in a non-flowing state, and then the scraping plates (2) scratch off the uneven glue and collect the glue in a concentrated mode, so that recycling of the glue is achieved.
