When the self-winding and unwinding system is used for hoisting and unwinding the escape capsule body, one end of the steel wire rope 1 is connected to the winch 4, the other end of the steel wire rope is connected to the reel 26, and the steel wire rope 1 is wound on the reel 26. When the escape capsule body is transferred, the winch 4 is not started, the driving motor 28 is started, and the steel wire rope 1 is released through the rotation of the reel 26, so that the escape capsule body is transferred.
The self-winding and unwinding system is adopted to realize that the winch 4 can not work due to power interruption, the escape capsule body can be transferred by the self-winding and unwinding system, the system can transfer the steel wire rope 1 on the reel 26 at a certain speed under the matching of the driving motor and the gear, the whole escape capsule body can stably fall to the ground, and escape is finished in the best time.

this embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, and the same parts are not described again, except that: as shown in fig. 9, the outside of the outer supporting mechanism is wrapped by a buffer device 29, the buffer device 29 is arranged around the outer supporting mechanism in a surrounding manner, the buffer device 29 is spherical made of a buffer cloth bag, the middle part of the buffer cloth bag is connected with the outer supporting mechanism, the upper part of the buffer cloth bag is connected with the upper ring seat 7 in a sealing manner, and the lower part of the buffer cloth bag is connected with the lower ring seat 8 in a sealing manner, so that the sealing of the inner space of the buffer cloth bag is ensured.
The buffer cloth bag comprises an inflation layer and a fireproof layer which are sequentially arranged inside and outside, and the inflation layer can enable the buffer cloth bag to have an inflation function, so that the buffer cloth bag can be expanded to facilitate the buffer when the buffer cloth bag is placed on the ground. The flame retardant coating can make the buffering sack have the fire prevention function, avoids high temperature to personnel's injury. The buffer device 29 is provided with an inlet and outlet zipper 30.
When the escape capsule is used, the buffering device 29 can be inflated through the external air pump, the whole external structure of the escape capsule body can be expanded and surrounded, personnel enter the external supporting mechanism through the inlet and outlet zippers 30, and the buffering device 29 is used for buffering the whole escape capsule body after the escape capsule body is descended to the ground.
Meanwhile, the buffer device 29 can be independently matched with the escape cabin body for use, and can be used as a temporary closed place under the condition that the escape condition is not met, so that the smoke can be prevented from being immersed, and the rescue of fire fighters can be waited.

Claims (10)

1. An escape capsule for families in fire comprises a hoisting mechanism and an escape capsule body, and is characterized in that a steel wire rope (1) is arranged between the hoisting mechanism and the escape capsule body for connection, and the escape capsule body comprises an outer supporting mechanism and an inner supporting mechanism which are arranged from outside to inside;
the outer supporting mechanism is in a ball cage shape, the outer supporting mechanism comprises an upper ring seat (7) and a lower ring seat (8) which are oppositely arranged up and down, and a plurality of arc-shaped supporting rods (9) which are annularly hinged between the upper ring seat (7) and the lower ring seat (8), the sections of the upper ring seat (7) and the lower ring seat (8) are in a shape of Chinese character 'shan', and each supporting rod (9) is in a two-section structure which is hinged up and down;
the inner support mechanism comprises two groups of inner support units which are arranged up and down and a safety belt (11) which is elastically connected between the two groups of inner support units and is worn by a person, each group of inner support units comprises a shaft sleeve seat (12) and a connecting rod (13) which is hinged between the shaft sleeve seat (12) and each support rod (9), the shaft sleeve seats (12) of the two groups of inner support units are elastically and slidably connected to the middle parts of an upper ring seat (7) and a lower ring seat (8) through pressure springs (14) respectively, the shaft sleeve seats (12) are clamped with the middle parts of the upper ring seat (7) and the lower ring seat (8) respectively, and pressure spring release assemblies are arranged on the upper ring seat (7) and the lower ring seat (8) respectively;
fixing seats (17) are arranged at the upper ends and the lower ends of the two corresponding supporting rods (9), the two connecting rods (13) of each group of internal supporting units are hinged to the supporting rods (9) through the fixing seats (17), and a tension belt (18) is arranged between each fixing seat (17) and the safety belt (11) to connect.

The escape compartment for home use in case of fire according to claim 1, wherein the winding mechanism comprises a mounting plate (2), a telescopic plate (3) disposed on the mounting plate (2), a winding engine (4) disposed at the rear end of the telescopic plate (3), and a guide pulley (5) disposed at the front end of the telescopic plate (3);
the steel wire rope (1) is arranged on the winch (4), and the steel wire rope (1) bypasses the guide pulley (5) and is downwards connected with the upper ring seat (7); a pull rope (6) is arranged between the mounting plate (2) and the front end of the telescopic plate (3) for reinforcement.

An escape compartment for household use in case of fire according to claim 1, characterized in that a plurality of the stay bars (9) are annularly arranged at the edges of the upper ring seat (7) and the lower ring seat (8), the upper ends and the lower ends of the stay bars (9) are respectively hinged with the upper ring seat (7) and the lower ring seat (8), and the middle part of each stay bar (9) is a self-hinged point (10).

The escape compartment for home use in case of fire according to claim 1, wherein the shaft sleeve seat (12) is circular, the shaft sleeve seat (12) is sleeved in the middle of the upper ring seat (7) and the lower ring seat (8), the section of the middle of the upper ring seat (7) is inverted "T" shaped, and the section of the middle of the lower ring seat (8) is "T" shaped to limit the shaft sleeve seat (12);
the middle parts of the upper ring seat (7) and the lower ring seat (8) are respectively sleeved with the pressure spring (14), and the pressure spring (14) is tightly propped against the shaft sleeve seat (12) to prop open the connecting rod (13).

The escape compartment for home use in case of fire according to claim 4, wherein a plurality of positioning beads (16) are arranged at the lower end of the upper ring seat (7) and the upper end of the middle part of the lower ring seat (8), the plurality of positioning beads (16) are circumferentially and uniformly distributed, and the head parts of the positioning beads (16) are clamped with the shaft sleeve seats (12).

The escape compartment for home use in case of fire according to claim 1, wherein the pressure spring releasing component is a pull pin (15), the pull pin (15) radially penetrates through the upper end of the middle part of the upper ring seat (7) and the lower end of the middle part of the lower ring seat (8), and both ends of the pull pin (15) penetrate through the middle parts of the upper ring seat (7) and the lower ring seat (8).
7. The escape capsule for household use in case of fire according to claim 6, wherein the pressure spring releasing assembly comprises a mounting frame (19), a jaw (20), a mounting frame (21) and a switch shaft (22);
the middle part of the lower ring seat (8) is in a hollow shaft shape, the mounting rack (19) is arranged in the lower end of the middle part of the lower ring seat (8), the two sides of the mounting rack (19) are symmetrically connected with the clamping jaws (20), the upper end of each clamping jaw (20) is in a hook shape and extends out of the middle part of the lower ring seat (8) to limit the pressure spring (14), a tension spring (23) is arranged between the lower ends of the two clamping jaws (20), and the lower ends of the two clamping jaws (20) are close to each other;
the mounting frame (21) is arranged at the lower end of the lower ring seat (8), the mounting frame (21) is internally and elastically connected with the switch shaft (22), and the switch shaft (22) is abutted between the lower ends of the two clamping jaws (20).

The escape compartment for home use in case of fire according to claim 1, wherein a self-retracting system is arranged above the upper ring seat (7), the steel wire rope (1) is connected with the upper ring seat (7) through the self-retracting system, and the self-retracting system comprises a battery box (24) with an embedded storage battery, a support frame (25) arranged on the battery box (24) and a reel (26) connected to the upper end of the support frame (25) in a switching manner;
the steel wire rope (1) is wound on the reel (26), a motor plate (27) is arranged at the upper end of the support frame (25) and extends out of the reel (26), a driving motor (28) is arranged on the motor plate (27), the driving motor (28) is in gear transmission with the inner ring of the reel (26), and the driving motor (28) is connected with a storage battery.

The escape compartment for home use in case of fire according to claim 1, wherein the outer supporting mechanism is wrapped with a buffering device (29), the buffering device (29) is a ball made of a buffering cloth bag, the buffering cloth bag comprises an inflation layer and a fire-proof layer which are sequentially arranged inside and outside, the buffering device (29) is arranged around the outer supporting mechanism, and the buffering device (29) is provided with an inlet and outlet zipper (30).
