目前市场上的具有补水、抗皱以及紧致肌肤作用的美容保湿护肤品很多,多数都是化学合成的一些抗皱保湿产品,虽然可以短期内起到抗皱保湿的功效,从长远看,对皮肤又是另一种伤害。光子嫩肤等是近年来运用比较多的技术,该手段虽然在短时期内能够有立竿见影的效果,但是效果难以维持,而且治疗费用高昂,不适宜推广使用。
随着经济迅速发展,人们的消费理念发生了较大改变,其中,对护肤品的要求也越来越高,保湿、修复等理念逐渐深入人心。以中药材或其提取物为原料制备的护肤品在具备上述功效的同时还具有温和、安全、低敏等优点,深受广大消费者青睐。
发明内容
有鉴于此,针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种保湿精华乳,具有持久保湿、减少肌肤皱纹的功效,不含任何激素及有害化学物质,易吸收,长期使用能够显著抗皱、使肌肤保持水润光泽;此外,本发明还提供了上述保湿精华乳的制备方法,该方法工艺简单、原料易得,适合工业化生产。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种保湿精华乳,由精华乳基底成分、抗氧化剂活性成分、皮肤调理活性成分和去离子水组成;其中,按质量百分含量计,精华乳基底成分32.9%、抗氧化剂活性成分1.77%~3.76%、皮肤调理活性成分17%~31%。
进一步,上述保湿精华乳还包括防腐活性成分,所述防腐活性成分包括以下质量百分含量的组分:0.05~0.1%茴香酸、0.013~0.016%辛酰羟肟酸。
优选的,上述保湿精华乳中,精华乳基底成分、抗氧化剂活性成分、皮肤调理活性成分、防腐活性成分和去离子水总质量百分数为100%。
优选的,所述精华乳基底成分包括以下质量百分含量的组分:8%甘油、1%1,2-己二醇、0.2%黄原胶、1%EDTA二钠、0.2%卡波姆、3.5%二甲基硅油、4.5%角鲨烷、7%橄榄油、2%辛酸/癸酸和甘油三酯、3%环五聚二甲基硅氧烷蜂蜡、1%维生素C丙二醇透明质酸酯、1.5%聚甘油脂肪酸酯。

②将混合提取液于121℃灭菌30min,降温至37~40℃,接入混合提取液重量6%~10%的复合菌种粉,再分别加入复合菌种粉重量5%~7%果糖和6%~8%氯化铵,置于30~37℃,转速120r/min,培养10~16h,用氢氧化钠调PH为5,加入溶菌酶反应1h,用200目纱布滤除残渣,将过滤液加入其重量的3.5%的活性炭,于80~90℃下脱色30min,滤除活性炭,收集滤液,浓缩至重量的一半;将浓缩液通过200nm的陶瓷膜精滤即得中草药发酵提取液。
优选的,复合菌种粉由枯草芽孢杆菌粉、乳酸菌粉、纳豆芽孢杆菌粉、酵母菌粉按重量比1:1:1:混合而成。

ⅰ:按质量百分含量计,将卡波姆在去离子水中分散均匀后再加入甘油、1,2~己二醇、黄原胶、EDTA二钠搅拌下加热至全部溶解,得到水相混合料;
ⅱ:按质量百分含量计,将二甲基硅油、角鲨烷、橄榄油、辛酸/癸酸和甘油三酯、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷蜂蜡搅拌混匀,加入抗氧化剂活性成分、维生素C丙二醇透明质酸酯、聚甘油脂肪酸酯,搅拌下加热至全部溶解,得到油相混合料;
ⅲ:将水相混合料倒入油相混合料中,混合均匀,加入真空乳化机中,均质乳化,抽真空得到乳化料;
ⅳ:按质量百分含量计,将乳化料一次降温,加入防腐活性成分,搅拌均匀,二次降温,加入皮肤调理活性成分,搅拌均匀,静置,即得保湿精华乳。
优选的,步骤ⅰ和步骤ⅱ中,加热温度为75~90℃。
优选的,步骤ⅲ中的均质乳化温度为75~85℃,均质乳化时间为8~10min,搅拌速度为20~30r/min,真空度为-0.1~-1.0MPa。
优选的,步骤ⅳ中一次降温温度为55~65℃,二次降温温度为40~45℃,静置时间为30~60min。
经由上述的技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明公开提供了一种保湿精华乳,在本发明技术方案以精华乳基底为基础,添加天然皮肤调理活性成分、防腐活性成分和抗氧化活性成分,各种活性成分相互协同发挥增效作用,对衰老、缺少皮肤皮肤发挥显著的持久补水保湿功效的同时强健肌底、提高皮肤抗氧化、抗老化能力,具有改善皮肤暗沉、提亮肤色、紧致肌肤、抗皱抗衰老,减少肌肤皱纹的功效;并且纯天然草本成分,不含任何激素及有害化学物质,安全温和无刺激,使用体验感佳,滋润而不黏腻,容易被衰老皮肤吸收,成本低,保质期长。
1、传统常规的化学合成小分子保湿护肤品虽然能给皮肤带来即时的补水和抗皱,但是却不能达到持久作用,因此需要连续使用,长期使用必然会给皮肤带来一定的伤害,本发明提供的保湿精华乳选用了纯天然的植物草本成分作为调理皮肤的活性成分,无任何刺激、对皮肤温和、低敏、能够解决皮肤缺水、皱纹的根本问题,并且达到持久效用。
2、本发明技术方案中添加了多种天然成分,如角豆肽提取物不仅促进了水通道蛋白的表达,从而调节了水分重吸收、液体分泌和细胞内外水平衡功能,有效保护了皮肤免受脱水诱导的胁迫,而且和丝素肽相互配合清除皮肤中过剩的自由基或过氧化物,减弱了皮肤中胶原网络结构的破坏,提高了皮肤的弹性,从而发挥抗皱功效,同时还加入了马乳,相比于牛乳、羊乳而言,马乳含有更加丰富的不饱和脂肪酸、能够防止自由基对皮肤细胞的伤害,防止皮肤干燥和角质化;如大秃马勃提取液,大秃马勃提取液中含有大秃马勃多糖,大秃马勃多糖有较强的清除羟基自由基、过氧化氢、DPPH自由基的能力,同时由于大秃马勃多糖是多羟基的大分子结构有利于与水分子形成氢键,从而容易从环境中吸收水分,因此具有较好的吸湿性,能够对皮肤起到很好的锁水保湿作用。
3、现有技术中的中草药花化妆品,较多直接添加中草药提取物,本发明使用的是将混合中草药提取液经过多菌种发酵的发酵提取液,添加中草药发酵提取液的优势在于,通过多菌种发酵,使得中草药中的多糖等活性成分含量增加,抗氧化、保湿性、抗衰老作用更强;而且通过发酵使得中草药中的一些大分子物质分解为小分子物质,能够更好的被肌肤吸收,同时减少肌肤过敏的发生率。
4、相比于添加传统的尼泊金酯类类的防腐成分相比,本发明添加了茴香酸和辛酰羟肟酸。茴香酸,茴香酸来源于天然物质茴香菜和茴香油,又名对茴香酸或大茴香酸,具有较好的防腐效果,辛酰羟肟酸也称辛酰氧肟酸,是有机酸的一种,对金属离子有较强的螯合能力;在茴香酸的防腐体系中,既可以帮助茴香酸更好的溶解在产品中,保持茴香酸在产品中的稳定性,又起到协同增效的作用,进一步提高了茴香酸防腐的功效。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1~3的保湿精华乳,包括质量百分含量为如表1所示组分。

将表1中的配方按照以下步骤进行制备
ⅰ:按质量百分含量计,将卡波姆在去离子水中分散均匀后再加入甘油、1,2~己二醇、黄原胶、EDTA二钠搅拌下加热至全部溶解,加热温度控制75~90℃,得到水相混合料;
ⅱ:按质量百分含量计,将二甲基硅油、角鲨烷、橄榄油、辛酸/癸酸和甘油三酯、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷蜂蜡搅拌混匀,加入抗氧化剂活性成分、维生素C丙二醇透明质酸酯、聚甘油脂肪酸酯,搅拌下加热至全部溶解,加热温度控制75~90℃,得到油相混合料;
ⅲ:将水相混合料倒入油相混合料中,混合均匀,加入真空乳化机中,均质乳化,乳化温度为75~85℃,乳化时间为8~10min,搅拌速度为20~30r/min,抽真空得到乳化料,真空度为-0.1~-1.0MPa;
ⅳ:按质量百分含量计,将乳化料一次降温至55~65℃,加入防腐活性成分,搅拌均匀,二次降温至40~45℃,加入皮肤调理活性成分,搅拌均匀,静置30~60min,即得保湿精华乳。
所述表1配方中的实施例1的中草药发酵提取液制备方法为:
①按重量份计,分别将千日菊15份、茯苓7份、乌拉草8份、三七10份四种原料于粉碎机中粉碎至100目后混合制成混料,按料液比1︰20与水混合,放入80℃恒温水浴锅中加热搅拌3h,用细纱布过滤,得混合提取液;
②将混合提取液于121℃灭菌30min,降温至37℃,接入混合提取液重量6%的复合菌种粉,再分别加入复合菌种粉重量5%果糖和6%氯化铵,置于30℃,转速120r/min,培养16h,用氢氧化钠调PH为5,加入溶菌酶反应1h,用200目纱布滤除残渣;将过滤液加入其重量的3.5%的活性炭,于80℃下脱色30min,滤除活性炭,收集滤液,浓缩至重量的一半;将浓缩液通过200nm的陶瓷膜精滤即得中草药发酵提取液,其中,复合菌种粉由枯草芽孢杆菌粉、乳酸菌粉、纳豆芽孢杆菌粉、酵母菌粉按重量比1:1:1:混合而成。
所述表1配方中的实施例2的中草药发酵提取液制备方法为:
①按重量份计,分别将千日菊20份、茯苓15份、乌拉草12份、三七17份四种原料于粉碎机中粉碎至100目后混合制成混料,按料液比1︰25与水混合,放入90℃恒温水浴锅中加热搅拌2h,用细纱布过滤,得混合提取液;
②将混合提取液于121℃灭菌30min,降温至40℃,接入混合提取液重量10%的复合菌种粉,再分别加入复合菌种粉重量7%果糖和8%氯化铵,置于37℃,转速120r/min,培养16h,用氢氧化钠调PH为5,加入溶菌酶反应1h,用200目纱布滤除残渣,将过滤液加入其重量的3.5%的活性炭,于90℃下脱色30min,滤除活性炭,收集滤液,浓缩至重量的一半;将浓缩液通过200nm的陶瓷膜精滤即得中草药发酵提取液;其中,复合菌种粉由枯草芽孢杆菌粉、乳酸菌粉、纳豆芽孢杆菌粉、酵母菌粉按重量比1:1:1:混合而成。
所述表1配方中的实施例3的中草药发酵提取液制备方法为:
①按重量份计,分别将千日菊18份、茯苓10份、乌拉草10份、三七15份四种原料于粉碎机中粉碎至100目后混合制成混料,按料液比1︰22与水混合,放入85℃恒温水浴锅中加热搅拌2.5h,用细纱布过滤,得混合提取液;
②将混合提取液于121℃灭菌30min,降温至38.5℃,接入混合提取液重量8%的复合菌种粉,再分别加入复合菌种粉重量6%果糖和7%氯化铵,置于35℃,转速120r/min,培养12h,用氢氧化钠调PH为5,加入溶菌酶反应1h,用200目纱布滤除残渣,将过滤液加入其重量的3.5%的活性炭,于85℃下脱色30min,滤除活性炭,收集滤液,浓缩至重量的一半。将浓缩液通过200nm的陶瓷膜精滤即得中草药发酵提取液。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

试验例1
按照实施例1、实施例2和实施例3配方以及制备方法制备的保湿精华乳产品的粘度为5000~10000Pa.S,淡中草药香味、色泽亮白、外观细腻pH值为5.5~6.5,同时按照行业标准QB/T2286进行检测,检测结果符合规定(pH在4.0~8.5范围)。检测项目如下:在~10℃、40℃及高低温交变箱中放置24h无油水分离现象。
试验例2
本试验通过考察实施例1、实施2和实施3制备的保湿精华乳对·OH和DPPH·两种自由基的清除作用,评价其抗氧化性能。测定方法依照行业标准《T~SHRH006-2018化妆品-自由基(DPPH)清除实验方法》。具体测试结果见表2。

从表2数据明显可知,本发明制备的保湿精华乳DPPH·的清除率和·OH的清除率分别达到了81.29%和54.18%,说明具有较好的抗氧化能力。
试验例3
本发明实施例1、实施2和实施3制备的保湿精华乳抗皱功效测定。测定方法以弹性蛋白酶抑制率表征抗皱功效;弹性蛋白酶抑制率的测定方法根据《化药部颁标准》弹性酶章节中的弹性蛋白酶活性测定方法而设计。测定结果见表3。

弹性蛋白是维持皮肤弹性的重要蛋白,抑制弹性蛋白酶可减缓弹性蛋白流失导致的皮肤老化松弛、下垂和细纹;从表3测定的数据明显可以看出,本发明实施例制备的保湿精华乳物具有显著的弹性蛋白酶抑制作用,能够很好的发挥抗皱的功效。
试验例4
本发明实施例1、实施2和实施3制备的保湿精华乳保湿能力测定。将每个实施例分别称取2份5g样品置于直径为4cm的称量瓶中,室温下分别在相对湿度43%和75%的环境中放置8h,记录最终质量变化计算吸湿率,测定结果见表4。
吸湿率计算公式为:吸湿率=(m8-m0)/m0×100%,式中m8为第8小时的样品质量,g;m0为试验前样品质量,g。

从表4数据可知,吸湿率均为负值,说明本发明制备的保湿精华乳较长时间放置也会失水,但失水非常缓慢,反应出本发明制备的保湿精华乳具有较好的保湿能力,使用后能够很好的锁住皮肤的水分,让皮肤长时间保持水润性。
试验例5
按表5将抗氧化剂进行复配后用于制备保湿精华乳,标号A-1、A-2、A-3、A-4、A-5、A-6,进行抗氧化能力测试,测试结果见表6。测试方法同试验例2中一致。

从表6数据可以看出,A-1组作为空白组,未添加任何抗氧化剂,DPPH·的清除率和·OH的清除率是6组之中最低的,分别为8.85%和6.59%。相比于A-1组,A-6组抗氧化剂选择了市售的抗坏血酸,DPPH·的清除率和·OH的清除率有所提高,分别为19.98%和10.61%,V C能促进组织中胶原蛋白的形成,在人体内还能直接将电子供给DPPH·和·OH,使它们失活,产生不活跃的自由基产物;A-2组中加入了生育酚和银耳多糖,相比于单一添加抗坏血酸,DPPH·的清除率和·OH的清除率进一步提高,生育酚能与活泼的自由基发生反应,使脂质过氧化物转化为羟脂,具有较强的自由基清除能力;银耳多糖也具有一定的抗氧化能力,分别为50.43%和40.37%;A-3组在A-2组的基础上又加入了盐肤木叶多酚,盐肤木叶多酚具有较强的抗氧化性,在生育酚的协同增效作用下,使得A-3组制备的精华乳相比A-2组,DPPH·的清除率和·OH的清除率提高到62.88%和31.62%;A-4组在A-3组的基础上,加入了黑米花青素,花青素具有良好的抗氧化活性,可以通过减少脂质氢过氧化物和丙二醛的形成抑制脂质氧化,使得DPPH·的清除率和·OH的清除率提高到73.56%%和43.58%;A-5组又加入了褐藻胶寡糖,褐藻胶寡糖具有更好的清除DPPH自由基和羟基自由基的能力,与A-4组的抗氧化剂共同构成了抗氧化网络体系,因此,使得DPPH·的清除率和·OH的清除率提高到81.29%%和54.18%。
试验例6
按照实施例1、实施例2和实施例3配方以及制备方法制备的保湿精华乳抑菌功效进行测定,测定方法依照国家卫生行业标准《W/S/T 650~2019抗菌和抑菌效果评价方法》中的5.1悬液定量抑菌试验,样品与菌悬液作用时间10min,以金黄色葡萄球菌作试验菌;菌悬液浓度4.6×106CFU/ml。测试结果见表7。

从表7数据可知,本发明制备的保湿精华乳抑菌活性达到了90%以上,充分说明抑菌活性很强。
试验例7
本发明制备的保湿精华乳使用效果评价
1、测试人群:随机选取30名35~60岁健康女性(妊娠哺乳期除外),无严重系统疾病、无免疫性缺陷或自身免疫性疾病者、无过敏性疾病,参与测试前1个月内未参加其他临床实验;且无活性过敏史;无炎症等皮肤病未愈者。且根据实验需求选取眼部皮肤有明显细纹及色斑等衰老现象者。
2、皮肤涂用:选取30名志愿者,取适量本发明实施例3制备的保湿精华乳轻拍在皮肤上,适当按摩,使精华乳能更好地被吸收,每天早晚各使用一次,连续用30d,使用前测试一次,1个月后测试一次。
3测试方法
①使用皮肤弹性测定仪Cutometer dual MPA580检测每次使用前后眼部的弹性指标R2,测量3次取平均值。R2值是无负压时皮肤的回弹量与有负压时的最大拉伸量比。R2值越接近1,说明皮肤弹性越好。
②使用皮肤光泽度测定探头Probe Skin-GlossymeterGL200检测每次使用前后皮肤光泽度,测量3次取平均值。光泽度值越高,说明皮肤光泽度越好。
③使用皮肤水分测定探头Probe Corneometer CM825检测每次使用前后皮肤的水分,测量10次取平均值。
4、人体测试结果
30名志愿者使用本发明实施例3制备的保湿精华乳1个月前后皮肤的弹性、光亮度、水分含量数值变化的平均值列于表8。

从表8测试结果可以看出,使用本发明制备的保湿精华乳后,皮肤弹性、光泽度、水分含量的评分均值都有一定增长。其中弹性数值R2增加了0.215,肤色光泽度增加了1.18,水分含量增加了11.7%。充分体现了本发明制备的保湿精华乳在较短时间内可以改善皮肤暗沉、增加皮肤含水量以及皮肤弹性,说明本发明制备的精华乳保湿效果和抗皱效果好,对皮肤能够起到很好的紧致作用。

Claims (10)

1.一种保湿精华乳,其特征在于,所述保湿精华乳包括以下组分:精华乳基底成分、抗氧化剂活性成分、皮肤调理活性成分和去离子水;所述精华乳基底成分包括以下组分:甘油、1,2-己二醇、黄原胶、EDTA二钠、卡波姆、二甲基硅油、角鲨烷、橄榄油、辛酸/癸酸和甘油三酯、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷蜂蜡、维生素C丙二醇透明质酸酯、聚甘油脂肪酸酯;所述抗氧化剂活性成分包括以下组分:银耳多糖、盐肤木叶多酚、生育酚、黑米花青素和褐藻胶寡糖;所述皮肤调理活性成分包括以下组分:角豆肽提取物、丝素肽、红球藻发酵液、桦褐孔菌提取物、大秃马勃提取液、中草药发酵提取液、马乳。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保湿精华乳,其特征在于,按质量百分含量计,所述精华乳由32.9%精华乳基底成分、1.77%~3.76%抗氧化剂活性成分、17%~31%皮肤调理活性成分和去离子水组成;
所述精华乳基底成分包括以下组分:8%甘油、1%1,2-己二醇、0.2%黄原胶、1%EDTA二钠、0.2%卡波姆、3.5%二甲基硅油、4.5%角鲨烷、7%橄榄油、2%辛酸/癸酸和甘油三酯、3%环五聚二甲基硅氧烷蜂蜡、1%维生素C丙二醇透明质酸酯、1.5%聚甘油脂肪酸酯;
所述抗氧化剂活性成分包括以下质量百分含量组分:0.02~0.06%银耳多糖、0.2~0.4%盐肤木叶多酚、0.3~1.5%生育酚和0.5~0.8%黑米花青素、褐藻胶寡糖0.7~1%;
所述皮肤调理活性成分包括以下质量百分含量组分:1.5~2%角豆肽提取物、1~2%丝素肽、2~4%红球藻发酵液、3~5%桦褐孔菌提取物、2.5~4%大秃马勃提取液、5~10%中草药发酵提取液、2~4%马乳。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种保湿精华乳,其特征在于,还包括防腐活性成分,所述防腐活性成包括以下质量百分含量的组分:0.05~0.1%茴香酸、0.013~0.016%辛酰羟肟酸。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种保湿精华乳,其特征在于,中草药发酵提取液制备方法为:
①分别将千日菊、茯苓、乌拉草和三七四种原料于粉碎机中粉碎至100目后混合制成混料,按料液比1︰20~25与水混合,放入80~90℃恒温水浴锅中加热搅拌2~3h,用细纱布过滤,得混合提取液;
②将混合提取液于121℃灭菌30min,降温至37~40℃,接入混合提取液重量6%~10%的复合菌种粉,再分别加入复合菌种粉重量5%~7%果糖和6%~8%氯化铵,置于30~37℃,转速120r/min,培养10~16h,用氢氧化钠调PH为5,加入溶菌酶反应1h,用200目纱布滤除残渣;将过滤液加入其重量的3.5%的活性炭,于80~90℃下脱色30min,滤除活性炭,收集滤液,浓缩至重量的一半;将浓缩液通过200nm的陶瓷膜精滤即得中草药发酵提取液。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种保湿精华乳,其特征在于:复合菌种粉由枯草芽孢杆菌粉、乳酸菌粉、纳豆芽孢杆菌粉、酵母菌粉按重量比1:1:1:混合而成。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种保湿精华乳,其特征在于:按重量份计,千日菊15~20份、茯苓7~15份、乌拉草8~12份、三七10~17份。
7.一种根据权利要求1~6任一所述的保湿精华乳的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
ⅰ:按质量百分含量计,将卡波姆在去离子水中分散均匀后再加入甘油、1,2-己二醇、黄原胶、EDTA二钠搅拌下加热至全部溶解,得到水相混合料;
ⅱ:按质量百分含量计,将二甲基硅油、角鲨烷、橄榄油、辛酸/癸酸和甘油三酯、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷蜂蜡搅拌混匀,加入抗氧化剂活性成分、维生素C丙二醇透明质酸酯、聚甘油脂肪酸酯,搅拌下加热至全部溶解,得到油相混合料;
ⅲ:将水相混合料倒入油相混合料中,混合均匀,加入真空乳化机中,均质乳化,抽真空得到乳化料;
ⅳ:按质量百分含量计,将乳化料一次降温,加入防腐活性成分,搅拌均匀,二次降温,加入皮肤调理活性成分,搅拌均匀,静置,即得保湿精华乳。
8.根据权利要求7所述的保湿精华乳的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤ⅰ和步骤ⅱ中,加热温度为75~90℃。
9.根据权利要求7所述的保湿精华乳的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤ⅲ中的均质乳化温度为75~85℃,均质乳化时间为8~10min,搅拌速度为20~30r/min,真空度为-0.1~-1.0MPa。
10.根据权利要求7所述的保湿精华乳的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤ⅳ中一次降温温度为55~65℃,二次降温温度为40~45℃,静置时间为30~60min。
