The head air bag 31 is communicated with the manual inflating mechanism 15, so that the self requirements of the bedridden people can be met, the height of the head cushion body can be adjusted by inflating and deflating through the manual inflating mechanism, and the head air bag is unchanged in the rest cushion body massaging process, so that the use is more comfortable.

and fourthly, after the massage is finished, separating the first left sticky edge 66 from the second left sticky edge 68 to enable the left leg cushion body to be tiled, separating the first right sticky edge 67 from the second right sticky edge 69 to enable the right leg cushion body to be tiled.
The method for massaging the waist and the abdomen by using the multifunctional massage air mattress comprises the following steps:
