The vibrating assembly comprises a moving plate 6, a vibrator 7, a first buffer, a second buffer, a fixing rod 64, a torsion spring 641 and a stop ring 643, wherein the moving plate 6 is wedge-shaped, the wedge-shaped surface of the moving plate 6 is abutted to the buffer frame 545, and the other surface of the moving plate is fixedly connected with one end of the second connecting rod 8. In the embodiment, the working frequency of the vibrator is 30-60Hz, and the joint of the patient is driven to vibrate slightly through the working of the vibrator, so that the activity of chondrocytes and osteogenic differentiation are promoted, the aggravation of bone absorption is avoided, and the adhesion is released.
The two ends of the moving plate 6 are provided with connecting shafts 61, the fixing rods 64 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the shell 1, one end of the first buffer is connected to one of the connecting shafts 61, the other end of the first buffer is connected to one of the fixing rods 64, one end of the second buffer is connected to the other connecting shaft 61, the other end of the second buffer is connected to the other fixing rod 64, and the moving plate 6 is matched with the second connecting rod 8 and installed in the shell 1. The first buffer member and the second buffer member have the same structure. The buffer bar 623 is fixedly disposed on the first buffer block 62, and the catch plate 624 is fixedly disposed at a free end of the buffer bar 623. The second buffer block 63 is sleeved on the fixing rod 64, and a second buffer ring 642 is sleeved at the joint of the second buffer block 63 and the fixing rod 64, so that the vibration intensity of the second buffer block 63 and the fixing rod 64 is reduced. In the second embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that: the first silicone pad 241 is provided with a first biting groove 242, and the upper teeth are connected with the first biting groove 242 by the arrangement of the first biting groove 242, so that the stability of the first silicone pad 241 and the upper teeth is enhanced. The second silicone rubber pad 811 is provided with a second engagement groove 812, and the second silicone rubber pad 811 can further drive the passive movement of the lower jaw when the lower jaw moves by the arrangement of the second engagement groove 812, so that the training effect is enhanced. The first fixing plate 24, the second fixing plate 81, the first silica gel pad 241 and the second silica gel pad 811 are all arranged in an arc shape, so that the influence on the mucosa in the oral cavity is reduced.
When the sliding door is used, the door plate 13 is opened, the connecting pipe 32 and the ball 31 are taken out, the handle 41 is rotated according to different patients, the handle 41 is positioned on different scale marks on the guide block 42, the sliding distance of the sliding plate 2 is limited, and the expansion degree of the air bag 33 is further limited;
then, the first fixing plate 24 and the second fixing plate 81 are placed in the oral cavity of the patient, so that the first silica gel pad 241 abuts against the upper teeth, the second silica gel pad 811 abuts against the lower teeth, the ball 31 is pinched by the medical staff, the air bag 33 is inflated, during the inflation process of the air bag 33, on one hand, the sliding plate 2 is driven to move upwards in the shell 1, so that the sliding plate 2 abuts against the handle 41, at the moment, the first connecting rod 23 and the first fixing plate 24 are driven to move upwards, on the other hand, the mounting frame 5 is driven to descend, during the descending process of the mounting frame 5, the first wedge block 52 is driven to move towards the first sliding groove 102, when the first wedge block 52 moves downwards, the second wedge block 54 is driven to move in the second sliding groove 101, and the second wedge block 54 moves to drive the sliding rod 541 and the pushing block 543 to move forwards;
when the pushing block 543 moves forwards, the moving plate 6 is pushed to move towards the oblique front, the moving plate 6 moves to drive the second connecting rod 8 and the second fixing plate 81 to extend towards the oblique front, the lower jaw is driven to move forwards, the first fixing plate 24 is matched, the mouth of the patient is opened, the first buffer block 63 and the buffer rod 623 are driven to move and extrude the third spring 625 in the process that the moving plate 6 moves forwards, the vibrator 7 starts to work to drive the moving plate 6, the second connecting rod 8 and the second fixing plate 81 to vibrate downwards, and therefore osteogenesis is stimulated, adhesion is released, and rehabilitation of the joint of the patient is promoted.
When the patient closes, the medical staff releases the air in the air bag 33 through the air release valve 321 to contract the air bag 33, in the process, the first connecting rod 23 and the first fixing plate 24 are reset under the driving of the sliding plate 2, the moving plate 6, the second connecting rod 8 and the second fixing plate 81 are reset under the action of the torsion spring 641 and the third spring 625, meanwhile, the mounting frame 5 is reset under the action of the first spring 511 and the second spring 542, the patient can be continuously subjected to mouth opening training through repeated inflation and deflation of the air bag 33, the oral cavity of the patient cannot be damaged in the training process, and the rehabilitation of the lower jaw joint of the patient can be promoted.
