Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a temporomandibular joint rehabilitation training device.
Background
The temporomandibular joint is also called temporomandibular joint or mandibular joint, consists of a mandibular head, a temporomandibular fossa and joint nodules, is the only left and right bilateral linkage joint of the maxillofacial region, has certain stability and multidirectional mobility, and governs various important activities such as chewing, swallowing, speaking, expression and the like.
At present, common temporomandibular joint diseases comprise temporomandibular joint disorder syndrome, or chewing muscle group dysfunction, joint structural disorder and joint organic change caused by external serious trauma, radioactive therapy and the like, so that patients cannot chew, swallow, speak and the like normally.
The existing temporomandibular joint rehabilitation methods mainly include traditional rehabilitation methods such as cork method, wet towel method, or self-exercise without aid of an apparatus, and apparatus-assisted rehabilitation methods. Such methods are tedious and often difficult to persist. The instrument assisted rehabilitation method is to perform rehabilitation training of temporomandibular joints by means of medical instruments. The temporomandibular joint rehabilitation training device on the market at present is often simple in function, can only realize static traction or has a large integral volume and unadjustable traction force, and the temporomandibular joint rehabilitation device with complex function is usually complex in structure and large in head bearing.
In summary, the existing temporomandibular joint rehabilitation training device is still inconvenient and deficient in use function and structure, and the patient experience is poor, so further improvement is urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings of the prior art, the present invention aims to provide a temporomandibular joint rehabilitation training device with adjustable stretching force, simple structure, small mouth weight, low cost and high user experience.
The application provides a temporomandibular stretching device, which comprises an upper biting plate, a lower biting plate and a pneumatic device, wherein the pneumatic device is connected between the upper biting plate and the lower biting plate.

In contrast, when an element is referred to as being "directly on" another element, there are no intervening elements present.
The invention will now be described in detail by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which a temporomandibular stretching device is pneumatically powered.
Fig. 1 shows a pneumatically driven temporomandibular stretching device according to an embodiment of the present invention, which includes an upper bite plate 1, a lower bite plate 2, and a pneumatic device 3, wherein the pneumatic device 3 is connected to the upper bite plate 1 and the lower bite plate 2. The pneumatic device is a device which applies work through the pressure intensity of gas or the force generated by expansion, the air pressure has better buffer performance, the experience of a patient is more comfortable, and the pneumatic device 3 is used for controlling the upper biting plate 1 and the lower biting plate 2 to open and close up and down.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the pneumatic device 3 comprises an air bladder 301 and an air pump 302; the air bag 301 is hermetically fixed between the upper bite plate 1 and the lower bite plate 2 to define a cavity therebetween for receiving gas; the chamber is in fluid communication with the air pump 302. In practice, the air bag 301 is a flexible air bag sealed around the upper bite plate 1 and the lower bite plate 2, having a certain elasticity suitable for multiple expansion and capable of automatically folding or contracting toward the inside of the mouth opening during the closing process of the upper and lower bite plates.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, in another embodiment, said pneumatic means 3 comprise a cylinder 303 and a gas pump 302; both ends of the cylinder 303 are fixed to the inner sides of the upper bite plate 1 and the lower bite plate 2, respectively. The air cylinder 303 is connected with the air pump 302 and used for driving the upper biting plate 1 and the lower biting plate 2 to open and close up and down.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the pneumatically driven temporomandibular stretching device in the embodiment of the present invention further comprises an air tube 304, one end of the air tube 304 is communicated with the air pump 302, and the other end is communicated with the cavity defined by the air bag 301 and the upper and lower bite plates or the air cylinder 303.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the air tube 304 is connected to the air bag 301 or the air cylinder 303 through a connector 305. The connector 305 can be a fixed connector or a quick-connection connector and is used for sealing the air bag 301 or the air cylinder 303 to avoid air leakage; the quick-connection connector is adopted, so that the air pipe 304 can be conveniently detached and is convenient to store.
Preferably, the balloon 301 is a flexible balloon adapted to be inflated multiple times and capable of automatically folding or collapsing towards the inside of the stoma during closure of the bite plate.
Preferably, the balloon 301 is resilient, adapted to expand multiple times and can automatically fold or contract inwardly of the stoma during closure of the bite plate.
Preferably, the air pump 302 is adjustable manually or electrically.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, there is shown a configuration between the upper bite plate 1 and the lower bite plate 2 after removing the air bag 301 as in fig. 1. At least four stroke control arms 4 are arranged between the upper bite plate 1 and the lower bite plate 2, and the stroke control arms 4 are connected through pin shafts 5.
In implementation, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, air compressed by the air pump 302 enters a cavity defined by the air bag 301 and the upper and lower biting plates or the air cylinder 303 through the air pipe 304, after a certain air pressure is reached, the air can slowly expand the upper biting plate 1 and the lower biting plate 2, the 4 stroke control arms 4 connected with the upper and lower biting plates control the movement tracks of the upper and lower biting plates, and the upper and lower biting plates are opened at an angle according to a designed track under the control of the 4 stroke control arms 4.
Preferably, the maximum opening angle between the upper bite plate 1 and the lower bite plate 2 is 30 degrees.
The specific working principle of the temporomandibular stretching device driven in a pneumatic mode in the embodiment of the invention is as follows: the upper bite plate 1 and the lower bite plate 2 are placed in the oral cavity of a patient in a state without an opening angle, and the opening speed and the opening angle of the upper bite plate and the lower bite plate are controlled by adjusting the air inflow of the air pump 302 and controlling the air pressure, so that the purpose of stretching temporomandibular joints of the patient is achieved.
In summary, compared with the prior art, the invention provides a temporomandibular stretching device, which comprises an upper bite plate, a lower bite plate and a pneumatic device, wherein the pneumatic device is fixed between the upper bite plate and the lower bite plate. The temporomandibular stretching device is simple in structure, low in cost, small in load bearing of the mouth of a patient and high in user experience degree, and overcomes the defects that the existing temporomandibular stretching device is large in size, large in self weight and bad in patient experience. Meanwhile, the invention better realizes dynamic traction on the temporomandibular joint under the condition of ensuring that the device has small volume and light dead weight, and simultaneously, the air pressure has better buffer performance, so that the patient experience is more comfortable.
