Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of personal cleaning sanitary products, and particularly relates to flushable ring moisturizing toilet paper and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
Most of the existing toilet paper adopts dry type reel or sheet type wrinkled toilet paper, along with the improvement of living standard of people and the development of production technology of toilet paper, related toilet paper production enterprises develop a flushable wet toilet paper made of 100% cellulose fiber in recent years, and the new product is released, thereby overcoming the defects of unclean wiping, low strength, easy breaking when meeting water, no sterilization effect and the like of the prior dry toilet paper, being directly thrown into a toilet after use, not causing blockage after being flushed by water, greatly improving the cleaning effect when people wipe, reducing related diseases, preventing the blockage of a discarded sewer and being degraded by 100%. Due to the advantages, the wet toilet paper is rapidly developed into an indispensable cleaning article in daily life, and is popular with people.
Although the wet toilet paper has the advantages, the production and processing technology of the wet tissue commonly used by people is still used in the product design, so the production and the use of the wet toilet paper have some defects. The following aspects are mainly presented.
1. The wet toilet paper has the greatest characteristic that the former dry toilet paper is changed into the wet toilet paper, so that the paper with certain sterilizing liquid can clean the wiping part, the residue of dirt and bacteria is reduced, the paper can be directly thrown into a toilet after being used, the environment cannot be polluted after being flushed by water, and blockage cannot be caused.
2. The packaging of wet toilet paper is the current packaging form of wet tissue commonly used by people, a small opening is formed in a sealed packaging bag and sealed by using a non-setting adhesive, the non-setting adhesive is uncovered when the wet toilet paper is used, the wet toilet paper in the bag is pulled out from the opened hole, and the process also requires that the wet toilet paper has certain wet strength, otherwise, the wet toilet paper is very easy to be pulled out in the pulling-out process, so that the wet toilet paper cannot be used, and waste is caused. This requires wet strength of the wet toilet paper to prevent breakage during removal, and also affects the flushing effect and causes clogging in order to ensure strength. In addition, in the process of pulling out, the wet toilet paper does not have the folded shape before, and needs to be folded again to meet the wiping requirement, so that the use is troublesome.
3. The raw material of the wet toilet paper is fully degraded cellulose fiber, bacteria are easy to breed under a wet condition, and the shelf life of the product is two years, so a large amount of antibacterial agent is added into the liquid to prevent mildew and bacteria. Because the antibacterial requirement is high, the common natural antibacterial agent can not achieve the effect, a chemically synthesized antibacterial agent is needed, and when the antibacterial agent is used by consumers, the added antibacterial agent can remain on the skin to cause allergy or local skin injury.
4. The liquid content of the wet toilet paper is 2-3 times of that of the base paper, and the wet toilet paper needs to be packaged by a relatively thick waterproof plastic bag due to relatively high water content to prevent the packaging bag from being crushed and leaking water, so that the cost of the packaging bag is increased, the environmental influence is increased after the packaging bag is discarded, and in addition, the cost is increased due to the increase of the weight of the wet toilet paper, the external packaging, the transportation, the storage and the like of the product, and the burden of a consumer is increased.

In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein, as those skilled in the art will recognize without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. The technical characteristics in the embodiments of the invention can be correspondingly combined without mutual conflict.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a dispersible ring moisturizing toilet paper is provided, which is different from the conventional wet toilet paper in that the original form of the dispersible ring moisturizing toilet paper is not wet, but dry, and the user needs to go through a simple DIY manufacturing procedure to change the dry state into the wet state, so that the toilet paper is really a wet toilet paper. Therefore, the product of the flushable ring moisturizing toilet paper comprises three parts, namely base paper, a functional auxiliary material bag and a storage box. The specific forms of the three parts are described in detail below.
The base paper is dry sheet wet non-woven fabric; the functional auxiliary material bag is independently sealed and packaged, and the content is the functional auxiliary material required by the wet toilet paper; the storage box includes box body and open-close type sealed lid, be equipped with in the box body and be used for placing the body paper with the impervious chamber that holds of content in the functional auxiliary material package, just the water yield that allows that holds the chamber should guarantee that the hydroenergy of adding can contact and place the body paper and the content that finishes.
And, sealed lid lock box-in seal when on the box body, sealed lid is opened the body paper can freely be taken out, and does not receive or does not receive basically in the process of taking out the box body with the stretch-draw of sealed lid.
The core of the toilet paper capable of being flushed and dispersed and capable of moisturizing is that two aspects of improvement are carried out:
on the first hand, because the base paper exists in a dry state initially, the base paper can be pulled out after being changed into a wet state and can be smoothly taken out for use without being stretched and deformed like the traditional wet toilet paper in a non-setting adhesive seam form, so that the strength requirement of the whole process on the base paper is low, the washout performance of the base paper can be considered preferentially, the strength requirement of the base paper is reduced, and the problems of damage and blockage are effectively prevented.
In the second aspect, the invention breaks through the conventional method of wet toilet paper, changes the original wet product into the wet product before use, and saves the packaging, transportation and sale costs. And the dry product can be simply packaged by adopting common paper materials, so that the product is more environment-friendly, the shelf life of the product is greatly shortened when the product is used, a plurality of natural antibacterial materials can be used, the use of a chemical synthetic preservative is reduced, and the safety performance of the product is improved.
It should be noted that, in the toilet paper with flushable ring and moisture retention of the present invention, the specific materials and the implementation forms of the three parts can be adjusted according to the actual needs.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the base paper is a laminated sheet-like nonwoven material formed by mixing wood pulp fibers and regenerated cellulose fibers to form a slurry, and then sequentially performing wet-laying, hydroentanglement, dewatering and drying, slitting, and folding. The regenerated cellulose fiber may be at least one of tencel fiber and viscose fiber, or may be other types of regenerated cellulose fiber. When the wet-laid nonwoven material is prepared, the slurry parameters need to be optimized and adjusted according to the actual process. As a preferred mode of the embodiment of the invention, 10-30% of cellulose fibers and 70-90% of wood pulp fibers are mixed to form slurry, wet-laid web is used for preparing a wet fiber layer, spunlace is used for entanglement, dewatering and drying are carried out to prepare a semi-finished product with the gram weight of 40-80 g/square meter, slitting, folding and packaging are carried out to prepare raw paper with certain sheet folding quantity, and the independent packaging of the raw paper adopts a paper packaging material.
Because the base paper exists in a dry state, the base paper needs to be wetted when in use, so that the wet strength of the base paper can be reduced to 3-5N/5 cm of longitudinal strength MD and 1-3N/5 cm of transverse strength CD; and the dispersion percentage of the flushable performance shaking box in the test is more than 95 percent.
The laminated sheet non-woven fabric material may be provided with its own independent outer package or may be set inside the outer package of wet toilet paper product. As a preferable mode of the embodiment of the present invention, the dry base paper may be formed by hermetically packaging a laminated wet-process nonwoven fabric with a paper bag. The folding form of the base paper is not limited, and can be 1/2 folds, 1/4 folds, N folds and the like, and the size of the base paper can be (10-30) cm x (30-10) cm.
In addition, the functional auxiliary material bag has the function that the functional auxiliary material which is originally added into the wet toilet paper in the production stage is independently packaged firstly and is added by a user in the DIY manufacturing process. The specific type of the functional auxiliary materials in the wet toilet paper is determined according to the product parameters. As a preferred mode of the embodiment of the present invention, the functional auxiliary material is a natural antiseptic and antibacterial material, preferably one or more of natural antibacterial concentrated materials such as aloe, shea butter, chamomile essential oil, borneol, tea tree essential oil, and other additional auxiliary materials may be added as needed.
The functional auxiliary material bag can be in a dry state or a liquid state.
As a preferable mode of the embodiment of the present invention, the content of the functional adjuvant package is one or more pieces of dry base paper to which the essence of the functional adjuvant is adsorbed. Under the dry-state making method, the packaging bag of the functional auxiliary material bag preferably adopts a paper bag, so that the environmental protection property is improved. Furthermore, the dry functional adjuvant bag can be made of natural antiseptic and antibacterial materials, concentrated, adsorbed by base paper with a certain size, dried, and placed into a paper film coating bag, opened during use, the paper sheet is taken out and placed into a storage box, and after clear water is added, the antiseptic and antibacterial materials adsorbed on the base paper can be dissolved in water. When the base paper is put into the storage box of the base paper sheet and water in the existing auxiliary material bag, the liquid containing the antibacterial material can be quickly absorbed by the base paper, after the put base paper completely and uniformly absorbs the liquid, the wet toilet paper is manufactured, the cover of the box is covered, and the cover can be opened at any time and taken out for use.
As another preferable mode of the embodiment of the present invention, the content of the functional adjuvant bag is essence of the functional adjuvant. Under this kind of wet doing method, the wrapping bag of functional auxiliary material package preferably adopts waterproof bag, and waterproof bag does not necessarily require whole bag body waterproof, also can adopt the design that the container bag is inside to be attached with waterproof membrane. Furthermore, when the wet functional auxiliary material bag is used, one corner of the packaging bag can be torn, essence is squeezed into the storage box, and the essence is diluted by adding water.
In addition, because the wet toilet paper of the invention needs to be added with water by the user, the wet toilet paper is converted into the usable wet toilet paper. Therefore, in order to enable a user to know the minimum water adding amount, a lowest water amount marking line is marked in the accommodating cavity of the storage box, and the lowest water amount marking line can ensure that all base papers placed in the accommodating cavity can absorb water after water is added to the water amount marking line. In addition, in order to enable a user to increase the water amount according to the self-preference under the condition of ensuring the basic water adding amount, a plurality of water amount marking lines with different heights can be further designed on the basis of the lowest water amount marking line, the water amount marking lines respectively represent the wetting degrees of different wet tissues, and the user can select and use the wet tissues according to actual needs. As shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, three water quantity marking lines 4 representing three different humidity levels of dry, medium and wet are designed at the accommodating cavity of the storage box 2, so that a user can add different water quantities according to needs, and the base paper 1 can absorb different water quantities to form different humidity levels after being put in. Meanwhile, the box body and the sealing cover of the storage box 2 are in a half-and-half opening and closing mode, and the box body and the sealing cover are buckled and locked through a self-locking buckle 3. The storage box is made of PP and PLA materials, and the sealing cover can be provided with a sealing strip to ensure the sealing performance when locked and prevent the internal water loss. In addition, since the base paper 1 may have different sizes and length-width ratios, a base paper positioning strip for positioning the base paper placing position may be provided in the storage box 2, and the base paper positioning strip may mark the base paper placing direction or the edge position, and the like. An exemplary storage case 2 size design is shown in fig. 1, but the actual size may be determined according to the folded size of the base paper 1 or adjusted according to the design requirements of the product appearance.
It should be noted that the toilet paper with flushable ring and moisture retention of the invention has three different parts, so the actual products can be separately and independently packaged, and can also be integrally packaged in a whole outer package. As another preferable mode of the embodiment of the present invention, the base paper and the functional auxiliary are packed in the storage box, and the storage box is then placed in an outer package.
And all parts of the package of the invention can adopt paper packaging materials, and the storage box can also adopt safe and environment-friendly resin processing, thereby fully reducing the usage amount of non-degradable materials and protecting the environment. The antibacterial agent is made of natural materials, and can protect human health. The storage box can be used after the cover is opened and the wet toilet paper is taken out in a whole piece, so that the storage box is convenient and quick to use, the storage box can be used for multiple times, the pollution is reduced, and the cost is saved.
In addition, the invention also provides a manufacturing method of the flushable ring moisturizing toilet paper, which comprises the following steps:
s1, taking the storage box to be flat placed, and then opening the sealing cover to open the box body;
s2, opening the functional auxiliary materials, and putting the contents in the functional auxiliary materials into the bottom of the accommodating cavity of the box body;
