Abstract
The invention provides a multi-color gradually-changed multifunctional combined powder disc and a preparation method thereof. In the invention, by combining the multicolor powder mixing process, the gradual layer process, the color spray printing process and the laser process, classified products with different functions are presented in one tray body, so that the obtained powder tray is separated from the singleness of the appearance of the traditional product, the novelty of the product is improved, and the powder tray is suitable for popularization and use.

The at least three powders mentioned in the present invention refer to powders of different colors or different kinds or different efficacies.
The invention particularly limits the steps of processing powder materials by a multicolor powder mixing process, a gradual layer process, a color spray printing process and a laser process, because the powder materials with different efficacies can be fused in a disc body within the limit range, the attraction of the powder disc is enhanced, the practicability is stronger, and if any one step is lacked or the sequence of the steps is disturbed, the multifunctional combined powder disc cannot be prepared.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the multicolor powder mixing process comprises the steps of preparing a multicolor powder filling mold, sequentially filling at least three kinds of powder into the multicolor powder filling mold, removing redundant powder on the surface, and carrying out compression molding.
The multicolor powder filling mold provided by the invention is a vertical-brand multicolor powder filling mold, and powder can be mixed more uniformly under the selection of the mold, and the mold is more standard, so that the color can be mixed more conveniently.
The compression molding of the invention specifically adopts an automatic powder pressing machine to perform powder block compression molding by one die and two holes, and the parameters of the specific used tools are as follows: 40kg of pressure, 3s of pressing time and two times of pressing.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the step of loading the multicolor powder filling mold needs to adopt a powder isolating wax sheet operation.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the gradual change layer process comprises the steps of preparing a gradual change powder mold, mechanically mixing powder materials with different colors, and filling the powder materials into the gradual change powder mold along the horizontal direction through a powder feeding mechanism.

The multicolor powder mixing process includes the steps of preparing multicolor powder filling mold, loading into the multicolor powder filling mold, successively loading three kinds of powder of different colors into the multicolor powder filling mold with the powder separating wax sheet to eliminate excessive powder on the surface, and pressing to form.
The gradual change layer technology comprises the steps of preparing a gradual change powder mold, mechanically mixing powder of three colors, filling the powder into the gradual change powder mold along the horizontal direction through a powder feeding mechanism, and mechanically mixing the powder through a material mixing mechanism by adopting gradual change powder machine equipment.

Comparative examples 1 and 2 lack a certain stage of the manufacturing process as compared to the examples of the present invention, and therefore, the resulting powder pan product does not have the appearance of the multifunctional bonded powder pan of the present invention and is not novel and elegant as the powder pan of the present invention.

Claims (10)
1. A preparation method of a multi-color gradually-changed multifunctional combined powder tray is characterized by comprising the following steps:
preparing at least three powder materials, and sequentially carrying out multicolor powder mixing process, gradient process, color spray printing and laser process treatment to obtain the multifunctional combined powder disc.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the multi-color powder mixing process comprises preparing a multi-color powder filling mold, sequentially filling at least three kinds of powders into the multi-color powder filling mold, removing excess powders, and press-molding.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the step of loading into the multi-color powder-filled mold is performed using a powder-separating wax sheet.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the gradual layer process comprises preparing a gradual powder mold, mechanically mixing powders of different colors, and horizontally filling the powders into the gradual powder mold through a powder feeding mechanism.
5. A method of manufacturing as claimed in claim 4, wherein the mechanical mixing is performed by a mixing mechanism using a progressive powder machine apparatus.
6. The method of any one of claims 1-5, wherein the color jet printing comprises jet printing different colors and different patterns on the powder surface using four-base color inks.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the four primary color inks comprise C cyan, M magenta, Y yellow, and K black, and the color jet printing employs a color inkjet printer.
8. The method of any one of claims 1-7, wherein the laser process comprises laser engraving lines on the surface of the frit mold.
9. The method according to claim 8, wherein the lines are hollowed out.
10. A multi-color gradient multifunctional combined powder tray, which is obtained by the preparation method of any one of claims 1 to 9.
