本申请提出了一种参考时间信息的使用方法及装置,涉及无线通信技术领域。该方案为:UE获取在移动性管理命令中接收到的参考时间信息,并使用参考时间信息。本申请中,可以在移动性管理过程中向UE提供参考时间信息,从而可以解决相关技术中UE只有在变更其服务的小区后,才能从目标小区获取到参考时间信息的问题。UE能够在移动性管理过程中即时获取到参考时间信息,并使用该参考时间信息来实现UE侧时钟与网络侧的时钟的同步,无需等待移动性管理过程结束后再进行时钟同步。保证UE侧时钟的纠偏的及时性,不再延后纠偏,实时能与网络侧的时钟保持同步。
