It will be appreciated that the data so used may be interchanged under appropriate circumstances such that embodiments of the application may be practiced in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein, and that the terms "first," "second," and the like are generally used herein in a generic sense and do not limit the number of terms, e.g., the first term can be one or more than one. In addition, "and/or" in the specification and claims means at least one of connected objects, a character "/" generally means that a preceding and succeeding related objects are in an "or" relationship.
The method and the device for dynamically updating the Wi-Fi password provided by the embodiment of the present application are implemented by specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof in combination with the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a dynamic update method of a Wi-Fi password applied to a Wi-Fi router according to an embodiment of the present application. The Wi-Fi password dynamic updating method applied to the Wi-Fi router can comprise the following steps:
step 101: starting a Wi-Fi password dynamic updating function under the condition that a second electronic device except the first electronic device is detected to be in communication connection with a Wi-Fi router;
step 102: under the condition that the connection states of the first electronic device and the second electronic device with the Wi-Fi router meet a first condition, updating the Wi-Fi password from a first password to a second password;
step 103: and sending the second password to the first electronic equipment so that the first electronic equipment updates the Wi-Fi password.
Specific implementations of the above steps will be described in detail below.
In the embodiment of the application, the Wi-Fi router starts a Wi-Fi password dynamic updating function when detecting that a second electronic device except the first electronic device is in communication connection with the Wi-Fi router; under the condition that the connection states of the first electronic device and the second electronic device with the Wi-Fi router meet a first condition, updating the Wi-Fi password from a first password to a second password; and sending the second password to the first electronic equipment so that the first electronic equipment updates the Wi-Fi password. Therefore, the user does not need to manually change the Wi-Fi password on the first electronic device, the first electronic device can automatically update the Wi-Fi password, the communication connection with the Wi-Fi router is not interrupted, and the communication efficiency can be improved.
In some possible implementations of the embodiment of the present application, the first electronic device in the embodiment of the present application may be an electronic device set by a user, for example, an electronic device corresponding to an electronic device identifier (for example, a MAC address) added by the user in a configuration file of the Wi-Fi router or in a setting interface.
In some possible implementations of the embodiments of the present application, the first electronic device in the embodiments of the present application may also be an electronic device determined according to historical connection conditions with the Wi-Fi router. For example, the electronic device which is in communication connection with the Wi-Fi router for more than a time threshold and has the connection duration of more than a second duration threshold is determined as the first electronic device.
Illustratively, the number threshold is 5, and the second duration threshold is 8 hours. The user usually leaves home and goes to work at about 8 points, and leaves home and arrives at home at about 18 points, when the user leaves home and goes to work, the electronic equipment used by the user exceeds the Wi-Fi signal coverage range of the Wi-Fi router at home, the electronic equipment can be disconnected from the communication connection with the Wi-Fi router, and when the user arrives at home at work, the electronic equipment is in the Wi-Fi signal coverage range of the Wi-Fi router, and at the moment, the electronic equipment and the Wi-Fi router establish communication connection again. Outside one week, the number of times of communication connection between the electronic equipment and the Wi-Fi router is more than 5, the connection time length of each time is about 14 hours, namely the connection time length of each time is more than 8 hours, and the electronic equipment is determined to be the first electronic equipment.
It will be appreciated that the first electronic device may be considered a device that requires a long term and may use the Wi-Fi router.
In some possible implementations of embodiments of the present application, the Wi-Fi router may be preconfigured with a Wi-Fi password dynamic update function for dynamically updating the Wi-Fi password.
In some possible implementations of the embodiments of the present application, when the Wi-Fi router is a Wi-Fi router used in a family, the second electronic device may be an electronic device used by a non-family member, and then the first electronic device may be an electronic device used by a family member; when the Wi-Fi router is a Wi-Fi router used in a company, the second electronic device may be an electronic device used by a non-company employee, and then the first electronic device may be an electronic device used by a company employee.
In some possible implementations of the embodiments of the present application, the connection states of the first electronic device and the second electronic device with the Wi-Fi router in the embodiments of the present application satisfy a first condition, which may include:
the second electronic equipment disconnects the communication connection with the Wi-Fi router; or the like, or, alternatively,
the communication connection time of the second electronic equipment and the Wi-Fi router is longer than a first time threshold.
Illustratively, when the user A goes to the home of the user B to make a visitor, the user B informs the user A of a Wi-Fi password of a Wi-Fi router in the home of the user A, and the electronic device of the user A is in communication connection with the Wi-Fi router in the home of the user B through the Wi-Fi password. It is to be understood that in this example, the electronic device of user a is the second electronic device and the electronic device of user B is the first electronic device. When the user A leaves the home of the user B, the electronic equipment of the user A is disconnected from the Wi-Fi router in the home of the user B in a communication mode, and at the moment, the connection state of the first electronic equipment, the second electronic equipment and the Wi-Fi router meets the first condition.
Further, the connection states of the first electronic device and the second electronic device with the Wi-Fi router satisfy the first condition, and the communication connection with the Wi-Fi router may also be disconnected for the second electronic device, and the number of the first electronic devices in communication connection with the Wi-Fi router is greater than the number threshold.
Illustratively, the number threshold is 3. And 5 persons exist in the user B home, each person has one electronic device, and the 5 electronic devices are in communication connection with the Wi-Fi router in the home. It is understood that the electronic devices of each of the 5 persons in the user B's home are the first electronic devices described above.
When the user A goes to the home of the user B to do a visitor, the family of the user B is not out of the house, the user B informs the user A of the Wi-Fi password of the Wi-Fi router in the house of the user B, and the electronic equipment of the user A is in communication connection with the Wi-Fi router in the house of the user B through the Wi-Fi password. It is to be understood that in this example, the electronic device of user a is the second electronic device. When the user A leaves the home of the user B, 4 family members in the home of the user B are not out of the home, 1 family member is out of the home, the electronic equipment of the user A is disconnected from the Wi-Fi router in the home of the user B in communication, at the moment, 4 first electronic equipment in communication connection with the Wi-Fi router in the home of the user B are larger than the quantity threshold value 3, and therefore the connection states of the first electronic equipment and the second electronic equipment with the Wi-Fi router meet the first condition.
When the user A goes to the home of the user B to make a visitor, the family of the user B is not out of the house, the user B informs the user A of the Wi-Fi password of the Wi-Fi router in the house of the user B, and the electronic equipment of the user A is in communication connection with the Wi-Fi router in the house of the user B through the Wi-Fi password. When the user A leaves the home of the user B, 2 family members in the home of the user B are not out of the home, 3 family members are out of the home, the electronic equipment of the user A is disconnected from the Wi-Fi router in the home of the user B in communication, at the moment, 2 first electronic equipment in communication connection with the Wi-Fi router in the home of the user B are smaller than the quantity threshold value 3, and therefore the connection states of the first electronic equipment and the second electronic equipment with the Wi-Fi router do not meet the first condition.
In the embodiment of the application, the situation that a visitor user can automatically connect to a Wi-Fi network only when arriving at a nearby area after connecting to the Wi-Fi network once so as to occupy the network or perform communication connection through the network is prevented.
Further illustratively, the first duration threshold is 2 hours. And the neighbor user B of the user A breaks the home network, and the user B needs to be in communication connection with the external network temporarily by virtue of a Wi-Fi router in the home of the user A. At this point, user A informs user B of the Wi-Fi password of the Wi-Fi router in his home. It is to be understood that in this example, the electronic device of user B is the second electronic device and the electronic device of user a is the first electronic device. When the communication connection time of the electronic equipment of the user B and the Wi-Fi router is longer than 2 hours, the connection state of the first electronic equipment and the second electronic equipment and the Wi-Fi router meets a first condition.
In the embodiment of the application, the situation that other users take network resources of the Wi-Fi router for a long time is prevented, and therefore the user with the overlong access time is determined as the second electronic device.
In some possible implementations of the embodiment of the present application, in a case that a communication connection duration of the second electronic device with the Wi-Fi router is greater than a first duration threshold, before step 102, the method for dynamically updating the Wi-Fi password provided by the embodiment of the present application may further include: and adjusting the Wi-Fi signal coverage range of the Wi-Fi router to disconnect the communication connection of the second electronic equipment and the Wi-Fi router.
In some possible implementations of the embodiments of the present application, the coverage of Wi-Fi signals of the Wi-Fi router may be reduced, and the propagation direction of the Wi-Fi signals of the Wi-Fi router may be adjusted to adjust the coverage of the Wi-Fi signals of the Wi-Fi router. After the Wi-Fi signal coverage range of the Wi-Fi router is adjusted, the second electronic equipment is not in the Wi-Fi signal coverage range of the Wi-Fi router, the first electronic equipment is in the Wi-Fi signal coverage range of the Wi-Fi router, at the moment, the communication connection between the second electronic equipment and the Wi-Fi router is disconnected, the communication connection between the first electronic equipment and the Wi-Fi router is not disconnected, and then the Wi-Fi password is updated to the second password from the first password; and sending the second password to the first electronic equipment.
In the embodiment of the application, only the first electronic device still keeps the connection state with the Wi-Fi router after the Wi-Fi signal coverage is adjusted, so that only the first electronic device can receive the updated second password and update the password along with the Wi-Fi router. And the second electronic equipment which is disconnected cannot be automatically connected after the password of the Wi-Fi router is updated and the second electronic equipment is within the range of the Wi-Fi router next time.
In some possible implementations of the embodiment of the present application, after step 103, the method for dynamically updating a Wi-Fi password provided by the embodiment of the present application may further include: and restoring the Wi-Fi signal coverage range of the Wi-Fi router.
In the embodiment of the application, the Wi-Fi signal coverage range of the Wi-Fi router is possibly the Wi-Fi signal coverage range of the Wi-Fi router, but the second electronic equipment cannot be connected to the Wi-Fi router through the original Wi-Fi password because the Wi-Fi password is updated at the moment.
In some possible implementations of embodiments of the present application, step 102 may include: generating a second password according to the Wi-Fi password updating algorithm and the Wi-Fi password updating key; and updating the Wi-Fi password from the first password to the second password.
The embodiment of the present application does not limit the specific process of generating the second password according to the Wi-Fi password update algorithm and the Wi-Fi password update key, and any available manner may be used in the embodiment of the present application.
In some possible implementations of the embodiment of the present application, in step 103, the Wi-Fi router sends a second password generated according to the Wi-Fi password update algorithm and the Wi-Fi password update key to the first electronic device, and the first electronic device updates the Wi-Fi password to the second password.
The Wi-Fi password dynamic updating method provided by the embodiment of the present application is described below by taking a specific application scenario as an example.
For example, after a certain user purchases a Wi-Fi router, the user installs the Wi-Fi router in his home, and at this time, the user may use the initial Wi-Fi password of the Wi-Fi router to perform networking or reconfigure the Wi-Fi password of the Wi-Fi router, and perform networking through the reconfigured Wi-Fi password. Then, the electronic device used by it and the electronic devices used by its family may be configured as the first electronic device. When a guest visits, the user informs the Wi-Fi password to the guest, and the electronic equipment of the guest is in communication connection with a Wi-Fi router in the home of the user through the Wi-Fi password. When the guest leaves the home of the user, the electronic equipment of the guest is disconnected from the Wi-Fi router in the home of the user in a communication mode, at the moment, the Wi-Fi router updates the Wi-Fi password and sends the updated Wi-Fi password to the electronic equipment used by the user and the electronic equipment used by the family of the user. And the electronic equipment used by the user and the electronic equipment used by the family of the user update the Wi-Fi password to the Wi-Fi password sent by the Wi-Fi router. When the guest again visits the user's home, the guest's electronic device cannot automatically connect to the Wi-Fi router because the Wi-Fi password has been updated.
Further illustratively, after a certain user purchases a Wi-Fi router, he or she installs the Wi-Fi router in his or her home, and at this time, the user may use the initial Wi-Fi password of the Wi-Fi router to perform networking or reconfigure the Wi-Fi password of the Wi-Fi router, and perform networking through the reconfigured Wi-Fi password. Then, the electronic device used by the user and the electronic devices used by the family members can be configured as the first electronic device. When the adjacent house is disconnected, the neighbor needs to be in communication connection with the external network temporarily by means of the Wi-Fi router in the house of the user. At this point, the user informs its neighbors of the Wi-Fi password of the Wi-Fi router in his home. And the electronic equipment of the neighbor is temporarily in communication connection with the external network through the Wi-Fi router in the home of the user. When the communication connection time between the electronic device of the neighbor and the Wi-Fi router is long, at this time, the neighbor may be in a network rubbing the home of the user. In order to prevent network from being scratched, the Wi-Fi router can adjust the Wi-Fi signal coverage range of the Wi-Fi router, so that the electronic equipment used by the user and the electronic equipment used by the family of the user are in the Wi-Fi signal coverage range, the electronic equipment of the neighbor is not in the Wi-Fi signal coverage range, the electronic equipment of the neighbor is disconnected from the communication connection with the Wi-Fi router in the family of the user, the Wi-Fi router updates the Wi-Fi password, and the updated Wi-Fi password is sent to the electronic equipment used by the user and the electronic equipment used by the family of the user. And the electronic equipment used by the user and the electronic equipment used by the family of the user update the Wi-Fi password to the Wi-Fi password sent by the Wi-Fi router. The Wi-Fi router's Wi-Fi signal coverage is then restored. At this time, even if the electronic device of the neighbor is in the Wi-Fi signal coverage of the Wi-Fi router in the home of the user, the electronic device of the neighbor cannot automatically connect to the Wi-Fi router at this time because the Wi-Fi password is updated, although the electronic device of the neighbor can search for the wireless network of the Wi-Fi router in the home of the user.
