7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the confirming module is used for confirming that the terminal to be opened has the opened 4G function;
and the receiving module is used for triggering the online charging process of the terminal to be activated and receiving the online charging information.
8. The apparatus of claim 7,
and the confirmation module is also used for sending the online charging message corresponding to the 4G function to the unified data management UDM module for signing.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the steps of the method for turning on a 5G functionality according to any of claims 1 to 5 are implemented when the program is executed by the processor.
10. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of turning on a 5G functionality of any of claims 1-5.
