Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of the embodiments of the disclosure are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the present disclosure. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, a scanning method is provided, and fig. 1 is a flowchart of a scanning method provided in a first embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 1, the scanning method may include the following steps:
step S101, acquiring identification information of the scanning device.
In one embodiment, the identification information of the scanning device is a unique identification id (Identity Document) for identifying the scanning device.
Step S102, sending a scanning request to the target device, wherein the scanning request carries identification information and a storage path, the scanning request is used for indicating the target device to send a scanning instruction to the scanning device, and the storage path is used for storing a scanning result obtained by scanning of the scanning device.
It should be understood that, in the related art, in an application scenario where a computer is required to control a scanner to scan, a user needs to place a document to be scanned on the scanner first, and then send a scan instruction for controlling the scanner to scan before returning to a target computer, which requires the user to perform operations back and forth between the scanner and the target computer, and brings inconvenience to the user. In the related art, after the document to be scanned is placed on the scanner, the target computer may be selected on the scanner according to the identifier of the bound computer, but in practical applications, one scanner usually binds a plurality of computers, when the target computer is selected through the identifier, the target computer may be selected by mistake, and the identifier corresponding to the target computer is selected from the plurality of identifiers, which may cause inconvenience to the user. In addition, in the related art, after the scanner finishes scanning the files, the scanner sends the scanning result to a specific folder in the target computer, and when the types of the scanned files are different and the scanning results of the files of different types need to be stored separately, a user needs to newly set several corresponding folders according to the file types, and then selects a corresponding file from the specific folder and stores the selected file into the newly set folder, which also brings inconvenience to the user.
In one embodiment, the execution subject of the method is a mobile terminal, for example, the identification information of the scanning device can be acquired by the mobile terminal. In some embodiments, the mobile terminal may be various, for example, the mobile terminal may include a cell phone, a tablet, and so on. The target device may be various, for example, the target device may be a computer, a server, or the like.
According to the method, the identification information of the scanning device is obtained through the mobile terminal, the scanning request is sent to the target device through the mobile terminal, and the scanning request is used for indicating the target device to send the scanning instruction to the scanning device and indicating the target device to send the scanning result sent by the scanning device to the storage path sent by the mobile terminal. The user can bring the mobile terminal to the scanning device, and establish a new saving path or select a corresponding saving path according to the type of the file to be scanned. The user sends a scanning request to the target equipment through the mobile terminal, then the target equipment controls the scanning equipment to scan, and the scanning result is automatically stored in the storage path. Therefore, the user can complete the scanning control of the target device on the scanning device without walking back and forth between the scanning device and the target device, the user experience is improved, and the problem of inconvenient user operation in the related technology is solved. In addition, the scanning result is automatically stored to the storage path corresponding to the scanning file, a user does not need to select the scanning result corresponding to the scanning file from a plurality of scanning results in the same storage path in a manual mode, and then the scanning result corresponding to the scanning file is stored to the corresponding storage path, so that the user experience is improved, and the problem of inconvenience in user operation in the related technology is solved.
In some optional embodiments, after sending the scan request to the target device, the scan result sent by the target device is received, and in a case that the scan result does not meet a predetermined requirement, a deletion instruction for deleting the scan result is sent to the target device. For example, the mobile terminal receives the scanning result sent by the target device, and directly sends a deletion instruction to control the target device to delete the scanning result when the scanning result does not meet the predetermined requirement. In the related art, a user needs to confirm whether a scanning result meets a requirement on a target device, and when the scanning result does not meet a predetermined requirement, the scanning result on the target device needs to be deleted and rescanned. This requires the user to put the document to be rescanned on the scanner again, and then return to the target device, and the target device resends the scanning command to control the scanning device to rescan, which brings inconvenience to the user. By adopting the processing mode of directly sending the deleting instruction to control the target equipment to delete the scanning result when the scanning result does not meet the preset requirement, the user can obtain the scanning result meeting the requirement directly through the operation of the mobile terminal without confirming whether the scanning result meets the requirement on the target equipment, so that the user experience is improved, and the problem of inconvenient operation of the user in the related technology is solved.
In some optional embodiments, the identification information of the scanning device is obtained by scanning a two-dimensional code containing the identification information of the scanning device. The method for acquiring the identification information of the scanning equipment is simple and easy to operate, and improves user experience.
In one embodiment, the identification information of the scanning device is obtained by inputting an account password containing the identification information of the scanning device into the mobile terminal.
In some optional embodiments, connection information of the target device is obtained; and establishing a binding relation with the target equipment based on the connection information. For example, after the mobile terminal and the target device establish a binding relationship, the mobile terminal and the target device may communicate with each other, and the mobile terminal may send identification information for identifying the scanning device to the target device, obtain a stored path on the target device, and further obtain a scanning result sent by the target device. After the mobile terminal and the target device supervise the binding relationship, the mobile terminal can send a scanning request to the target device, and then the target device controls the scanning device to scan, so that the user experience is improved.
In some optional embodiments, the connection information of the target device is obtained by scanning a connection information two-dimensional code, wherein the connection information two-dimensional code is generated based on a transmission control protocol application on the target device. The method comprises the steps of generating a connection information two-dimensional code based on a transmission control protocol on the target equipment, obtaining the connection information of the target equipment through the connection information two-dimensional code, and establishing a binding relationship with the target equipment based on the connection information.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a scanning method according to a second embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 2, the scanning method may include the steps of:
step S201, receiving a scanning request sent by the mobile device, where the scanning request includes identification information of the scanning device and a storage path.
The identification information is used to identify the scanning device, and may be a unique identification id of the scanning device. The execution subject of the method can be target equipment, and the target equipment can be various types, for example, the target equipment can be a computer, a server, and the like; the mobile device may be of various types, for example, the mobile device may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, or the like.
Step S202, in response to the scan request, sends a scan instruction to the scanning device.
And after the scanning request is acquired, sending a scanning instruction to the scanning equipment corresponding to the identification information.
Step S203, receiving a scanning result obtained after the scanning device performs scanning based on the scanning instruction, and saving the scanning result to a saving path.
By the method, the scanning request sent by the mobile equipment is received, the scanning instruction is sent to the corresponding scanning equipment according to the scanning request, and the scanning result is stored in the storage path. The user does not need to directly send the scanning instruction to the scanning device, and the user does not need to operate back and forth with the scanning device when scanning a plurality of files, so that the user experience is improved. According to the saving path sent by the mobile equipment, the scanning result is automatically saved under the saving path, a user does not need to select the scanning result corresponding to the scanning file from a plurality of scanning results under the same saving path, and then the scanning result corresponding to the scanning file is saved under the corresponding saving path, so that the user experience is improved, and the problem of inconvenient user operation in the related technology is solved.
In some optional embodiments, the scan results are sent to the mobile device; and under the condition that the mobile equipment determines that the scanning result does not meet the preset requirement, receiving a deleting instruction sent by the mobile equipment, and deleting the scanning result according to the deleting instruction.
By the method, the scanning result is sent to the mobile equipment, and the scanning result is deleted by receiving the deleting instruction of the mobile equipment under the condition that the scanning result does not meet the preset requirement. Therefore, the user can obtain the scanning result meeting the requirement without confirming whether the scanning result meets the requirement on the mobile terminal, the user experience is improved, and the problem of inconvenient user operation in the related technology is solved.
In some optional embodiments, the connection information two-dimensional code is generated based on a transmission control protocol application; and establishing a binding relationship with the mobile equipment based on the connection information two-dimensional code. The connection information two-dimensional code is generated based on the transmission control protocol, the mobile terminal obtains the connection information through the connection information two-dimensional code, and a binding relation is established between the mobile terminal and the mobile terminal based on the connection information.
Based on the above embodiments and alternative embodiments, an alternative implementation is provided, which is described in detail below. In the present alternative embodiment, the mobile terminal is a mobile phone, the target device is a computer, and the scanning device is a scanner.
In daily office, many documents such as meeting materials, contracts, etc. are often scanned. In an office environment, a scanner is usually shared by a plurality of computers.
In the related art, document scanning is generally achieved by the following method: one is that the computer and the scanner are bound and the control authority of the scanner is obtained. When scanning, a user needs to walk to the scanner and place a scanned file in a corresponding position in the scanner, then return to the computer, select the scanner according to the unique identification number corresponding to the scanner, then click the scanning starting control, the computer sends a scanning instruction to the scanner, the scanner sends a scanning result to the computer after completing scanning, and the computer generates a readable file according to the scanning result. The user previews the scanning result on the computer, when the scanning result meets the preset requirement, the scanning result is stored in the appointed folder, and when the scanning result does not meet the preset requirement, the scanning result is deleted, and the scanning file is rescanned. This method has the following problems: when a plurality of documents need to be scanned, the scanned documents need to be taken out first, new scanned documents are put in, then the scanning is started by clicking before the documents return to the computer, and the scanning result needs to be saved in a corresponding saving path by clicking, so that the user needs to operate back and forth between the computer and the scanner, and inconvenience is brought to the operation of the user.
In the related art, file scanning can also be realized by the following method: the computer and the scanner are in a binding relationship, a user needs to walk to the scanner and place a scanned file into a corresponding position in the scanner when scanning, and the computer needed by the user is selected on the scanner according to the identifier of the computer, wherein the identifier of the computer is usually the name of the computer. After selecting the computer needed by the user, the user clicks on the scanner to start scanning, the scanner starts scanning, the scanning result is sent to the corresponding computer after the scanning is finished, and the computer generates a file according to the scanning result and stores the file under the corresponding storage path. This method has the following problems: the computer is selected by the identifier, when a plurality of computers to be selected exist, the situation of wrong selection can occur, and the computer required by the user can be selected only by selecting the computers for a plurality of times, when the user does not know the identifier of the required computer, the user needs to return to the computer to inquire the identifier of the computer, or the user needs to determine the identifier of the required computer by a method of seeking help of other people, so that inconvenience is brought to the operation of the user. In addition, the user cannot flexibly change the saving path of the scanning result, for example, the file scanned by the user includes a contract of company a and a contract of company B, in which case, the corresponding scanning result needs to be saved under the saving paths corresponding to company a and company B, respectively. However, the scanner cannot automatically identify and select an accurate storage path, and usually all the scanning results are stored in the same storage path, which requires the user to select a plurality of scanning results in the same path, select the scanning result of the contract of company a by manual operation and store the scanning result in the storage path corresponding to company a, and select the scanning result of the contract of company B and store the scanning result in the storage path corresponding to company B, which brings inconvenience to the user.
In view of this, the optional embodiment of the present disclosure provides a scanning method, in which a user can perform scanning control on a scanner without performing back and forth operations between the computer and the scanner, and select or create a storage path on a mobile phone, and send the storage path to the computer, so that the computer automatically stores a scanning result to the storage path, thereby improving user experience and solving the problem of inconvenient user operations in the related art.

Specifically, a TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) service is run on the computer, and a two-dimensional code is displayed on the computer, where the two-dimensional code carries connection information of the TCP service, and the connection information is ip and a port. After the mobile phone is used as a client to establish connection with the TCP service on the computer, the mobile phone can be communicated with the computer, and can send a scanning start signal to the computer and receive a preview file of a scanning result.
Step S303, scanning the two-dimensional code on the scanner by using the mobile phone to obtain the unique identification id of the scanner.
Specifically, the two-dimensional code stores the model of the scanner and the unique identifier id of the scanner. The unique identification id is the same as the unique identification id in step S301.
And step S304, setting a saving path to be saved for the scanning result on the mobile phone.
Specifically, an existing saving path may be selected on the mobile phone, or a new saving path may be created. Wherein, the saving path corresponds to a folder used for storing the scanning result in the computer.
Step S305, click to start scanning on the mobile phone.
After the mobile phone clicks to start scanning, the mobile phone sends a scanning start request to the computer bound with the mobile phone, where the scanning start request includes the storage path set in step S304 and the unique identifier id of the scanner obtained in step S303.
And after receiving the scanning starting request, the computer sends a scanning starting instruction to the scanner corresponding to the unique identifier id, the scanner starts scanning after receiving the scanning starting instruction and sends a scanning result to the computer, and the computer stores the scanning result under the storage path in the step S304 according to the storage path.
Step S306, the mobile phone receives the scanning result sent by the computer.
Specifically, the computer sends the scanning result to the mobile phone, and the mobile phone receives the scanning result sent by the computer.
Step S307, determining whether the scanning result meets the predetermined requirement, if yes, ending the operation, otherwise, returning to step S305, and scanning the file from the new one.
Specifically, the user can preview the scanning result on the mobile phone, click and delete the scanning result on the mobile phone under the condition that the scanning result does not meet the preset requirement, the mobile phone sends a deleting instruction for deleting the scanning result to the computer, and the computer deletes the scanning result after receiving the deleting instruction.
The mobile phone can be carried beside the scanner, the binding relationship between the mobile phone and the computer is established, and the unique identifier id of the scanner is obtained in a two-dimensional code scanning mode, so that the computer required by a user does not need to be selected on the scanner according to the identifier of the computer, the user does not need to operate back and forth between the computer and the scanner, and the user experience is improved. The storage paths required to be stored in the scanning can be modified or set on the mobile phone according to the requirements, so that the scanning result can be automatically stored in the corresponding storage paths, and the user experience is improved. In addition, the communication between the mobile phone and the computer is realized by binding the mobile phone and the computer, so that the mobile phone and the computer software are compatible with some old-version scanners, and the user experience is improved.
