In one possible embodiment, the teller transaction information includes at least one of the following: the method comprises the steps of processing service identification of the processed service of the teller, average processing time length and processing times corresponding to each processed service respectively, and evaluation information corresponding to each processed service of the teller.
In a possible implementation manner, the first receiving module is specifically configured to acquire account information of a bank card when it is detected that a user inserts the bank card; when a preset password corresponding to the account information of the bank card is consistent with the password input by the user, prompting the user to select a banking business identifier of the banking business to be handled; acquiring the identity of the user according to the account information; and determining the business handling request submitted by the user according to the banking business identifier and the identity identifier.

In one possible embodiment, the operation information includes at least one of the following: the user submits the signature information through the signature information acquisition device of the ATM, and the identity card image and the face image of the user are acquired by the image acquisition device on the ATM.
In addition, another embodiment of the present invention further provides a banking transaction processing method based on a blockchain, where the banking counter server is a node in the blockchain, and as shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
s301: receiving an idle counter information acquisition request sent by an ATM;
s302: according to the banking service identification and the user identity identification contained in the idle counter information acquisition request, determining an idle counter terminal capable of handling the banking service corresponding to the banking service identification from each node of the block chain;
s303: generating idle counter information according to counter identification, position information, teller identification and teller service handling information of an idle counter terminal, and sending the idle counter information to the ATM;
s304: after receiving the counter identification selected by the user and sent by the ATM, determining a counter terminal selected by the user according to the counter identification selected by the user, and sending a service processing instruction to the counter terminal selected by the user; the business processing instruction carries a banking business identifier, an identity identifier of the user and an equipment identifier of the ATM; the counter terminal selected by the user sends an operation instruction to the ATM according to the service processing instruction, and the user sends operation information to the selected counter terminal by using the ATM according to the operation instruction;
s305: and receiving service processing information sent by the counter terminal selected by the user according to the operation information of the user, and completing service handling for the user according to the service processing information.
In the embodiment of the invention, a bank counter server is used as a node of a block chain, and the following method is executed: receiving an idle counter information acquisition request sent by an ATM; according to the banking business identification and the identity identification of the user contained in the free counter information acquisition request, determining a free counter terminal capable of handling the banking business corresponding to the banking business identification from each node of the block chain; generating idle counter information according to counter identification, position information, teller identification and teller service handling information of an idle counter terminal, and sending the idle counter information to the ATM; after receiving the counter identification selected by the user and sent by the ATM, determining a counter terminal selected by the user according to the counter identification selected by the user, and sending a service processing instruction to the counter terminal selected by the user; the business processing instruction carries a banking business identifier, an identity identifier of the user and an equipment identifier of the ATM; the counter terminal selected by the user sends an operation instruction to the ATM according to the service processing instruction, and the user sends operation information to the selected counter terminal by using the ATM according to the operation instruction; and receiving service processing information sent by the counter terminal selected by the user according to the operation information of the user, and completing service handling for the user according to the service processing information. Therefore, the ATM can be connected with counter terminals of all bank outlets to help users to complete counter business on the ATM, and allocation of counter resources of all bank outlets is realized through the ATM, so that allocation efficiency of the bank counter resources is improved, resource waste is reduced, business handling efficiency of the bank counters is improved, queuing time of the users is shortened, and user experience is improved.
The banking business handling method based on the block chain applied to the bank counter server in the embodiment of the present invention is described in detail below.
In the step S301, the free counter information obtaining request is sent by the ATM to the bank counter server after the user submits a service handling request on the ATM, and the free counter information obtaining request carries a banking service identifier of the banking service to be handled by the user and an identity identifier of the user.
For the above S302, each bank counter terminal is also accessed into the block chain as a node of the block chain, and when receiving the idle counter information acquisition request, the bank counter server determines, from each node of the block chain, an idle counter terminal capable of handling the banking service corresponding to the banking service identifier according to the banking service identifier and the user identity identifier included in the idle counter information acquisition request.
Aiming at the S303-S304, the bank counter server sends the free counter information to the ATM, so that a user can obtain the free counter information through the ATM, a counter mark of a counter terminal which needs to handle business is selected according to the free counter information, the bank counter server receives the counter mark submitted by the user through the ATM, the counter terminal selected by the user is determined according to the counter mark submitted by the user, and a business processing instruction is sent to the counter terminal selected by the user; and the counter terminal selected by the user sends an operation instruction to the ATM according to the service processing instruction, and the user sends operation information to the selected counter terminal by using the ATM according to the operation instruction.
The service processing instruction carries a banking service identifier, the identity identifier of the user and the equipment identifier of the ATM.
In S305, the business process information is, for example, information that a response needs to be processed by the server during the banking process. Specifically, when the counter terminal handles the business for the user according to the operation information submitted by the user through the ATM, the counter terminal generates business processing information, then the business processing information is sent to the bank counter server, and the bank counter server receives the business processing information sent by the counter terminal and processes the business processing information so as to complete business handling for the user.
Illustratively, when the user performs a large amount of money transfer, the service processing information includes, for example: transfer party account information, payee account information, transfer amount, transfer verification information, and the like.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a banking business handling device based on the block chain, which is described in the following embodiment. Because the principle of solving the problems of the device is similar to the banking business handling method based on the block chain, the implementation of the device can refer to the implementation of the banking business handling method based on the block chain, and repeated parts are not described again.
As shown in fig. 4, a schematic diagram of another banking transaction apparatus based on a blockchain according to an embodiment of the present invention is applied to a bank counter server, where the bank counter server is a node in the blockchain, and the apparatus includes:
a third receiving module 401, configured to receive an idle counter information obtaining request sent by an ATM;
a fourth processing module 402, configured to determine, from each node of the block chain, an idle counter terminal capable of handling banking services corresponding to the banking service identifier according to the banking service identifier and the identity identifier of the user included in the idle counter information acquisition request;
the free counter information generating module 403 is configured to generate free counter information according to a counter identifier, position information, a teller identifier, and service handling information of a teller at a free counter terminal, and send the free counter information to the ATM;
a second sending module 404, configured to determine, after receiving the counter identifier selected by the user and sent by the ATM, a counter terminal selected by the user according to the counter identifier selected by the user, and send a service processing instruction to the counter terminal selected by the user; the business processing instruction carries a banking business identifier, an identity identifier of the user and an equipment identifier of the ATM; the counter terminal selected by the user sends an operation instruction to the ATM according to the service processing instruction, and the user sends operation information to the selected counter terminal by using the ATM according to the operation instruction;
a fifth processing module 405, configured to receive service processing information sent by the counter terminal selected by the user according to the operation information of the user, and complete service handling for the user according to the service processing information.
In addition, in order to better understand the banking transaction method based on the block chain according to the embodiment of the present invention, an overall implementation flow of the banking transaction method based on the block chain according to the embodiment of the present invention is illustrated in the following by taking fig. 5 as an example:
step 1: the ATM receives a business transaction request submitted by a user;
and 2, step: the ATM sends an idle counter information acquisition request to a bank counter server in the block chain according to the service handling request;
and step 3: the bank counter server determines an idle counter terminal capable of handling the banking business corresponding to the banking business identification from each node of the block chain according to the banking business identification and the identity identification of the user contained in the idle counter information acquisition request; generating idle counter information according to counter identification, position information, teller identification and teller service handling information of an idle counter terminal, and sending the idle counter information to the ATM;
and 4, step 4: the ATM receives the idle counter information sent by the bank counter server according to the banking service identification and provides the idle counter information for the user;
and 5: the ATM receives the counter identification selected by the user according to the free counter information;
step 6: the ATM sends the counter mark selected by the user to a bank counter server;
and 7: after receiving the counter identification selected by the user and sent by the ATM, the bank counter server determines a counter terminal selected by the user according to the counter identification selected by the user and sends a service processing instruction to the counter terminal selected by the user;
and 8: after receiving a business processing instruction sent by a bank counter server, the counter terminal sends an operation instruction to the ATM;
and step 9: the ATM receives an operation instruction sent by the counter terminal and provides the operation instruction for a user;
step 10: the ATM receives operation information submitted by the user according to the operation instruction;
step 11: the ATM sends the operation information to the counter terminal;
step 12: the bank counter terminal generates service processing information according to the operation information and sends the service processing information to the bank counter server;
step 13: and the bank counter server processes the service processing information to complete service handling.
The embodiment of the invention also provides computer equipment which comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein the banking business handling method based on the block chain is realized when the processor executes the computer program.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, which stores a computer program, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the banking business handling method based on the block chain is realized.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer program product, where the computer program product includes a computer program, and when executed by a processor, the computer program implements the banking business handling method based on the block chain.
In an embodiment of the invention, the ATM performs the following method: receiving a business handling request submitted by a user; the service handling request carries a banking service identifier and an identity identifier of the user; sending an idle counter information acquisition request to a bank counter server in the block chain according to the service handling request; the free counter information acquisition request carries the banking service identifier and the identity identifier of the user; the bank counter server and each counter terminal are respectively nodes in the block chain; receiving idle counter information sent by the bank counter server according to the banking business identifier; wherein, the idle counter information contains: counter identification and position information of the idle counter, teller identification corresponding to the idle counter and business handling information corresponding to the teller; providing free counter information for a user, receiving a counter identifier selected by the user according to the free counter information, and sending the counter identifier selected by the user to a bank counter server so that the bank counter server sends a service processing instruction to a counter terminal corresponding to the counter identifier selected by the user, wherein the service processing instruction carries a bank service identifier, an identity identifier of the user and an equipment identifier of the ATM; receiving an operation instruction sent by a counter terminal corresponding to the counter mark selected by the user after receiving the service processing instruction; providing the operation instruction for a user, and sending operation information submitted by the user according to the operation instruction to a counter terminal corresponding to the counter identifier selected by the user; and the counter terminal corresponding to the counter mark selected by the user completes service handling for the user according to the operation information. Therefore, the ATM can be connected with counter terminals of all bank outlets to help users to complete counter business on the ATM, and allocation of counter resources of all bank outlets is realized through the ATM, so that allocation efficiency of the bank counter resources is improved, resource waste is reduced, business handling efficiency of the bank counters is improved, queuing time of the users is shortened, and user experience is improved.

Claims (13)
1. A banking transaction method based on a blockchain, the method being applied to an ATM, the method comprising:
receiving a business handling request submitted by a user; the service handling request carries a banking service identifier and an identity identifier of the user;
sending an idle counter information acquisition request to a bank counter server in the block chain according to the service handling request; the free counter information acquisition request carries the banking service identifier and the identity identifier of the user; the bank counter server and each counter terminal are respectively nodes in the block chain;
receiving idle counter information sent by the bank counter server according to the banking business identifier; wherein, the idle counter information contains: counter identification and position information of the idle counter, teller identification corresponding to the idle counter and business handling information corresponding to the teller;
providing free counter information for a user, receiving a counter identifier selected by the user according to the free counter information, and sending the counter identifier selected by the user to a bank counter server so that the bank counter server sends a service processing instruction to a counter terminal corresponding to the counter identifier selected by the user, wherein the service processing instruction carries a bank service identifier, an identity identifier of the user and an equipment identifier of the ATM;
receiving an operation instruction sent by a counter terminal corresponding to the counter mark selected by the user after receiving the service processing instruction;
providing the operation instruction for a user, and sending operation information submitted by the user according to the operation instruction to a counter terminal corresponding to the counter identifier selected by the user; and the counter terminal corresponding to the counter mark selected by the user completes service handling for the user according to the operation information.
2. The block chain based banking method of claim 1 wherein the teller's transaction information includes at least one of: the method comprises the steps of processing service identification of the processed service of the teller, average processing time length and processing times corresponding to each processed service respectively, and evaluation information corresponding to each processed service of the teller.
3. The banking transaction method based on the blockchain according to claim 1, wherein receiving a transaction request submitted by a user includes:
when detecting that a user inserts a bank card, acquiring account information of the bank card;
when a preset password corresponding to the account information of the bank card is consistent with the password input by the user, prompting the user to select a banking service identifier of the banking service to be handled;
acquiring the identity of the user according to the account information;
and determining the business handling request submitted by the user according to the banking business identifier and the identity identifier.
4. The method of banking transaction based on block chain of claim 1 wherein the operation instructions include: a voice operation instruction; providing the operation instruction to a user, comprising: playing the voice industry operation instruction to the user through a connected earphone;
and/or the operation instruction comprises: a text operation indication; providing the operation instruction to a user, comprising: and displaying the text operation instruction on a graphical interactive interface of the ATM.
5. The banking transaction method according to claim 1, wherein the operation information includes at least one of: the user submits the signature information through the signature information acquisition device of the ATM, and the identity card image and the face image of the user are acquired by the image acquisition device on the ATM.
6. A banking business handling method based on a block chain is characterized in that the banking business handling method is applied to a node of the block chain, the node is a bank counter server, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving an idle counter information acquisition request sent by an ATM;
according to the banking service identification and the user identity identification contained in the idle counter information acquisition request, determining an idle counter terminal capable of handling the banking service corresponding to the banking service identification from each node of the block chain;
generating idle counter information according to counter identification, position information, teller identification and teller service handling information of an idle counter terminal, and sending the idle counter information to the ATM;
after receiving the counter identification selected by the user and sent by the ATM, determining a counter terminal selected by the user according to the counter identification selected by the user, and sending a service processing instruction to the counter terminal selected by the user; the business processing instruction carries a banking business identifier, an identity identifier of the user and an equipment identifier of the ATM; the counter terminal selected by the user sends an operation instruction to the ATM according to the service processing instruction, and the user sends operation information to the selected counter terminal by using the ATM according to the operation instruction;
and receiving the service processing information sent by the counter terminal selected by the user according to the operation information of the user, and completing service handling for the user according to the service processing information.
7. A banking transaction device based on a blockchain is applied to an ATM and comprises:
the first receiving module is used for receiving a business transaction request submitted by a user; the service handling request carries a banking service identifier and an identity identifier of the user;
the first sending module is used for sending an idle counter information acquisition request to a bank counter server in the block chain according to the service handling request; the free counter information acquisition request carries the banking service identifier and the identity identifier of the user; the bank counter server and each counter terminal are respectively nodes in the block chain;
the second receiving module is used for receiving the idle counter information sent by the bank counter server according to the banking business identifier; wherein, the idle counter information contains: counter identification and position information of the free counter, counter identification corresponding to the free counter and business handling information corresponding to the counter;
the first processing module is used for providing free counter information for a user, receiving a counter identifier selected by the user according to the free counter information, and sending the counter identifier selected by the user to the bank counter server so that the bank counter server can send a service processing instruction to a counter terminal corresponding to the counter identifier selected by the user, wherein the service processing instruction carries a bank service identifier, an identity identifier of the user and an equipment identifier of the ATM;
the second processing module is used for receiving the counter terminal corresponding to the counter identifier selected by the user and sending an operation instruction after receiving the service processing instruction;
the third processing module is used for providing the operation instruction for a user and sending operation information submitted by the user according to the operation instruction to the counter terminal corresponding to the counter identifier selected by the user; and the counter terminal corresponding to the counter mark selected by the user completes service handling for the user according to the operation information.
8. The device of claim 7, wherein the first receiving module is specifically configured to obtain account information of a bank card when detecting that a user inserts the bank card;
when a preset password corresponding to the account information of the bank card is consistent with the password input by the user, prompting the user to select a banking service identifier of the banking service to be handled;
acquiring the identity of the user according to the account information;
and determining the business handling request submitted by the user according to the banking business identifier and the identity identifier.
9. The blockchain-based banking apparatus according to claim 7 wherein the operation instructions include: a voice operation instruction; the third processing module is specifically used for playing the voice industry operation instruction to the user through a connected earphone;
and/or the operation instruction comprises: a text operation indication; and the third processing module is specifically used for displaying the text operation instruction on the graphical interactive interface of the ATM.
10. A banking transaction device based on a blockchain is characterized in that the banking transaction device is applied to a node of the blockchain, the node is a bank counter server, and the banking transaction device comprises:
the third receiving module is used for receiving an idle counter information acquisition request sent by the ATM;
the fourth processing module is used for determining an idle counter terminal capable of handling the banking business corresponding to the banking business identification from each node of the block chain according to the banking business identification and the user identity identification contained in the idle counter information acquisition request;
the free counter information generating module is used for generating free counter information according to the counter identification, the position information, the teller identification and the business handling information of the teller of the free counter terminal and sending the free counter information to the ATM;
the second sending module is used for determining the counter terminal selected by the user according to the counter identifier selected by the user after receiving the counter identifier selected by the user and sent by the ATM, and sending a service processing instruction to the counter terminal selected by the user; the business processing instruction carries a banking business identifier, an identity identifier of the user and an equipment identifier of the ATM; the counter terminal selected by the user sends an operation instruction to the ATM according to the service processing instruction, and the user sends operation information to the selected counter terminal by using the ATM according to the operation instruction;
and the fifth processing module is used for receiving the service processing information sent by the counter terminal selected by the user according to the operation information of the user and completing service handling for the user according to the service processing information.
11. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the method of any one of claims 1 to 6 when executing the computer program.
12. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
13. A computer program product, characterized in that the computer program product comprises a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
