Ward personnel positioning ward-looking-up monitoring system and method
Technical Field
The invention relates to a ward personnel positioning ward-round monitoring system and a ward personnel positioning ward-round monitoring method.
Background
The nursing business ward-round is a part of the work of nurses, and is divided into three forms, namely clinical nursing ward-round, nursing individual ward-round and nursing teaching ward-round according to the different contents and purposes of the ward-round.
For clinical nursing ward-round, nurses need to carry out some nursing operations, such as turning over, sputum aspiration, intravenous transfusion, drug administration and the like, on patients in ward-round according to different conditions of patients receiving ward-round during ward-round.
In particular, in clinical care work, medical staff needs to turn over a patient incapable of voluntarily moving or limited in movement at regular time, so that comfort of the patient is promoted, and the occurrence of stress injury caused by limb soreness and joint stiffness and even long-term compression of local tissues caused by long-time co-integration of the patient is prevented.
In addition, in clinical care, medical staff is required to perform regular sputum aspiration on some patients, such as opening the mouth of a comatose patient with a tongue depressor or an opener, and then performing sputum aspiration; for example, the patient is a tracheal cannula or tracheotomy patient, and sputum is sucked through the tracheal cannula or the cannula; for example, it is difficult to suck phlegm through the oral cavity, and people can insert the phlegm through the nasal cavity.
However, in some extreme cases (e.g., the nurse is busy forgetting to visit, the nurse is asleep and not going to visit, the nurse suddenly falls down and cannot visit), there may be cases where the nurse does not visit on time, in which case if the patient cannot be turned over or transfused at regular time, the health or illness of the patient may be affected; furthermore, if the patient cannot inhale phlegm in time, even suffocation death of the patient can be caused.
Thus, it is desirable to prevent the danger of failing to check the room in time, which occurs in extreme situations such as a nurse forgetting to check the room, the nurse falling asleep without checking the room, the nurse suddenly falling down and failing to check the room.
