That is, the processor 202 may be configured to identify the tag provided on the material by the reading device 10 in a case where the material is located outside the sterilization room 100, the reading device 10 being provided on the sterilization room 100; and information for confirming the material based on the information of the identification tag, the information of the material including at least one of a kind, a weight and a volume of the material; and is also used for controlling the first door 20 of the disinfection room 100 to unlock in case that the information of the supplies accords with the predetermined information, so that the supplies can enter the disinfection room 100 through the first door 20; also for closing and locking the first door 20 and the second door 30, the first door 20 and the second door 30 being disposed at different sides of the sterilization room 100; and for opening the sterilizing device 40 located in the sterilizing compartment 100.
The material disinfection method in the embodiment of the application comprises the following steps: in the case where the materials are located outside the sterilizing compartment 100, the tags provided on the materials are identified by the reading device 10, the reading device 10 being provided on the sterilizing compartment 100; confirming information of the material based on the information of the identification tag, wherein the information of the material comprises at least one of material type, weight and volume; controlling the first door 20 of the disinfection room 100 to unlock in case that the information of the materials accords with the predetermined information, so that the materials can enter the disinfection room 100 through the first door 20; closing and locking the first door 20 and the second door 30, the first door 20 and the second door 30 being disposed at different sides of the sterilizing compartment 100; the sterilizing device 40 located in the sterilizing compartment 100 is opened. In this way, the reading device 10 can read the information on the material label to realize approval of the material information, and the sterilizing chamber 100 can realize intelligent control of material circulation through the first door 20 and the second door 30, and the material can be sterilized by the sterilizing device 40 when arriving at the sterilizing chamber 100.
Specifically, the label may be an identification label having information, such as a two-dimensional code or a barcode, attached to an outer surface of the material, or may be an electronic label that can be read by a card reader, and when the material is located outside the door, the label can be read and identified by the reading device 10. For example, the number of the reading devices 10 may be two, and the two reading devices 10 are Radio Frequency readers respectively disposed at one side of the first door 20 and the second door 30 of the sterilization room 100, and the Radio Frequency readers may identify tags by a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) method. After the reading device 10 reads the tag of the material, at least one of the type, weight and volume of the material can be obtained, so as to ensure that the material meeting the predetermined requirement can enter the disinfection room 100.
Further, only after the reader 10 at the side of the first door 20 recognizes the tag to confirm that the material information corresponds to the predetermined information, the first door 20 may be unlocked to feed the material from the first door 20 into the sterilizing compartment 100. That is, the reading apparatus 10 may determine whether the material is a predetermined batch of material according to one or more of the type, weight, and volume of the material. In one example, the reading device 10 may issue a prompt to allow the staff to check the kind of the material when the kind of the material is read to be inconsistent with the kind of the material to be stored. In another example, the reading device 10 may issue a prompt when the weight of the material is not consistent with the weight of the material to be stored, so as to avoid the material being overweight. In another example, the reader 10 may give a prompt when the volume of the material is not consistent with the volume of the material scheduled to be deposited, so as to prevent the material from entering the disinfection room 100 due to too large volume. The prompt may be a prompt sound or a prompt light, or the prompt may be a character displayed on an electronic screen, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Illustratively, the sterilization chamber 100 may be an integrated sterilization enclosure including a first door 20 and a second door 30, and the first door 20 and the second door 30 may communicate the sterilization enclosure with the external environment. The first door 20 and the second door 30 may be disposed at different sides of the sterilization cabinet, and the materials may enter the sterilization room 100 from the first door 20 and be removed from the second door 30 after being sterilized in the sterilization room 100, thereby completing the sterilization of the materials. The sterilizing room 100 can be used for sterilizing materials by the sterilizing equipment 40, the sterilizing room 100 can be provided with a plurality of sterilizing equipment 40, and the sterilizing equipment 40 can be matched with each other to realize the sterilizing action. In the embodiment of the present application, the type and number of the sterilizing devices 40 are not limited to meet various demands. For example, the disinfecting device 40 may be a baking disinfector 41, the disinfecting device 40 may also be an ultraviolet disinfector 42, the disinfecting device 40 may also be a spraying disinfector 43, and of course, a plurality of disinfecting devices 40 may also be mixed in the disinfection room 100 to achieve a better disinfecting effect. Wherein, the baking sterilizer 41 can heat and bake the materials to sterilize various germs on the materials; the ultraviolet sterilizer 42 may sterilize germs on the surface of the materials by emitting ultraviolet rays; the spray sterilizer 43 may atomize and disperse the disinfectant in the space of the sterilization room 100, thereby achieving the function of killing germs. Of course, the sterilization device 40 may also be used to sterilize materials in other forms, such as sterilization by flushing water, sterilization by ozone, etc.
In performing step S12, the information of the supplies includes at least one of the kind, weight, and volume of the supplies, so that the sterilization method of the sterilization apparatus 40 can be determined according to the kind of the supplies. For example, the sterilization chamber 100 may sterilize the materials using the spray sterilizer 43 when the materials are not heated or flammable. When the materials can not contact with the humid environment, the materials can be sterilized by baking and ultraviolet sterilization.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the method for sterilizing materials further comprises the steps of:
s16, reporting the information of the tag and the status information of the first door 20.
In certain embodiments, the material sterilizing device 50 further includes a transfer module 56, and the step S16 can be performed by the transfer module 56. That is, the transmission module 56 may be used to report the information of the tag and the status information of the first door 20.
In some embodiments, the step S16 can be performed by the processor 202. That is, the processor 202 may be configured to report the tag information and the status information of the first gate 20.
In this way, the reading device 10 and the first door 20 may be connected to the cloud server 60, so that the tag information identified by the reading device 10 and the status information of the first door 20 may be acquired by the cloud server 60, and then comprehensively judged and controlled by the cloud server 60. Thus, comprehensive utilization of information is facilitated, and operators can inquire and operate the disinfection process of materials through the cloud server 60.
It can be understood that, when the disinfecting device 40 is used for disinfecting materials, in order to avoid the influence of the disinfecting device 40 on the human body, the material disinfecting method of the embodiment of the application can be implemented without the participation of personnel, and only the disinfecting process of the materials needs to be monitored. Thus, the influence of high temperature, sterilizing gas and ultraviolet radiation on the human body can be avoided. Therefore, step S16 needs to be executed to report the information of the tag and the status information of the first door 20, so that the staff can query the cloud server 60 to check the information in the material tag, thereby ensuring that no staff needs to participate in the material sterilization process in the field.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the method for sterilizing materials further comprises the steps of:
and S17, controlling the operation parameters of the sterilizing equipment 40 according to the information of the supplies.
In certain embodiments, step S17 described above may be performed by the control module 53. That is, control module 53 may be used to control the operating parameters of disinfection apparatus 40 based on the information on the supplies.
In some embodiments, the step S17 can be performed by the processor 202. That is, processor 202 may be configured to control operating parameters of disinfection apparatus 40 based on the information about the supplies.
Like this, disinfecting equipment 40 can be according to the information of discernment goods and materials in order to confirm the operating parameter of self, that is to say to different goods and materials, disinfecting equipment 40 can be with different forms and power operation to reach different disinfection effects, can guarantee the sterile effect and can avoid the waste of disinfectant or electric energy.
It will be appreciated that different types of supplies require different sterilisation steps to be performed to achieve different sterilisation effects. For example, when the bake sterilizer 41 and the spray sterilizer 43 cannot be used for the materials, the sterilization room 100 can sterilize the materials only by using the ultraviolet sterilizer 42, and the ultraviolet sterilizer 42 needs to be operated for a sufficiently long time and with a sufficiently strong power in order to secure the sterilization effect.
Further, referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the material sterilization method includes the steps of:
s18, after the sterilizing device 40 has been operating for the first predetermined length of time, the sterilizing device 40 is turned off.
In certain embodiments, step S18 described above may be performed by the control module 53. That is, control module 53 may be configured to shut down disinfection device 40 after disinfection device 40 has been operating for a first predetermined length of time.
In some embodiments, the step S18 can be performed by the processor 202. That is, processor 202 may be configured to shut down disinfection device 40 after disinfection device 40 has been operating for a first predetermined length of time.
Therefore, after the sterilizing equipment 40 runs for a first preset time, a good sterilizing effect on materials can be ensured, and the waste of the sterilizing agent or electric energy caused by the over-long work of the sterilizing equipment 40 can be avoided. Meanwhile, the sterilization work of a plurality of groups of materials through the sterilization room 100 can be realized, and the sterilization efficiency of the materials can be ensured.
Specifically, when multiple groups of materials need to be sterilized through the sterilization chamber 100, different materials need to be sterilized in different modes, or different materials need different sterilization apparatuses 40 and sterilization time. The tag on the material may be read by the reading device 10 at one side of the first door 20 before the material passes through the first door 20 to determine the sterilization method and the first predetermined time period for the material. The materials can be carried from the front of the first door 20 to the sterilizing compartment 100 by a carrying device. After the materials enter the sterilization chamber 100 and the first door 20 is closed, the sterilization device 40 may be sterilized for a first predetermined period of time.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, a method for sterilizing materials includes the steps of:
and S19, unlocking the second door 30 after the sterilizing apparatus 40 is closed for a second predetermined period of time, so that the sterilized goods and materials can be removed from the second door 30.
In certain embodiments, step S19 described above may be performed by the control module 53. That is, the control module 53 may be used to unlock the second door 30 after the sterilizing apparatus 40 is turned off for a second predetermined period of time, so that the sterilized supplies can be removed from the second door 30.
In some embodiments, the step S19 can be performed by the processor 202. That is, the processor 202 may be configured to unlock the second door 30 after the sterilizing device 40 is turned off for a second predetermined length of time to enable the sterilized supplies to be removed from the second door 30.
In this manner, after the sterilizing apparatus 40 is turned off after completing the sterilizing task, the second door 30 may be unlocked and the supplies may be removed from the second door 30 after the supplies are left standing in the sterilizing compartment 100 for a second predetermined period of time. In this way, the residual disinfectant or sterilizing gas may be allowed to fall to the ground to be dissipated, the residual disinfectant or sterilizing gas is prevented from leaking out of the sterilizing compartment 100 along with the supplies from the second door 30, or the high temperature inside the sterilizing compartment 100 may be prevented from escaping from the second door 30.
It will be appreciated that after the materials are sterilized in the sterilization chamber 100, the second door 30 is left to stand and wait for the sterilizing device 40 to be closed for a second predetermined time period before the second door 30 is unlocked. At this time, the materials may be carried out of the sterilization chamber 100 through the second door 30 by the carrying device, thereby emptying the sterilization chamber 100, and the sterilization chamber 100 may recognize and prepare to sterilize the second group of materials.
Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments, the method for sterilizing materials further comprises the steps of:
s21, reading the information of the label on the disinfected material through the mobile terminal;
s22, acquiring disinfection parameters of the materials according to the information of the label, wherein the disinfection parameters comprise at least one of disinfection type and disinfection duration;
and S23, confirming the qualification of material disinfection according to the disinfection parameters.
In certain embodiments, the above-described steps S21-S23 may all be performed by the control module 53. That is, the control module 53 may be configured to read information of the tag located on the sterilized material through the mobile terminal; and the disinfection parameters are used for acquiring the disinfection parameters of the materials according to the information of the label, and the disinfection parameters comprise at least one of disinfection type and disinfection duration; and the method is also used for confirming the qualification of material disinfection according to the disinfection parameters.
In some embodiments, the above steps S21-S23 may all be performed by the processor 202. That is, the processor 202 may be configured to read information of the tag located on the sterilized supplies via the mobile terminal; and disinfection parameters used for obtaining the materials according to the information of the label, wherein the disinfection parameters comprise at least one of disinfection type and disinfection duration; and the method is also used for confirming the qualification of material disinfection according to the disinfection parameters.
So, can read the label on the goods and materials through mobile terminal, and then make mobile terminal can acquire the disinfection parameter of goods and materials to confirm whether the disinfection type is correct, whether long enough is disinfected, and then can confirm the sterile qualification of goods and materials, guarantee the disinfection effect of goods and materials.
It can be understood that after the materials pass through the sterilization room 100 and are moved out of the second door 30, the staff can read the label information on the materials through the portable mobile terminal, and then obtain the sterilization parameters of the materials. The mobile terminal can judge the qualification of disinfection according to the conditions of disinfection type, disinfection duration and the like in the disinfection parameters, and certainly, the mobile terminal can also judge the qualification of materials directly by inquiring the disinfection type and the disinfection duration through workers.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in some embodiments, a method for sterilizing materials includes the steps of:
and S30, sending out an alarm when the information of the materials does not accord with the preset information.
In certain embodiments, step S30 described above may be performed by the control module 53. That is, the control module 53 may be configured to issue an alarm if the information of the material does not conform to the predetermined information.
In some embodiments, the step S30 can be performed by the processor 202. That is, the processor 202 may be configured to issue an alarm if the information of the asset does not comply with the predetermined information.
Therefore, under the condition that the material information does not accord with the preset information, an alarm is given to prompt a worker to check whether the batch of the materials is correct or not, the materials are prevented from entering the wrong disinfection cabin, and the materials are prevented from receiving the wrong disinfection mode.
Specifically, step S30 may be executed after step S23, and step S30 may also be executed after step S12. In one example, after step S12 is executed, if it is determined that the information of the materials does not conform to the predetermined information, an alarm is issued to prevent the materials from entering the sterilization chamber 100 for sterilization. For example, when the disinfection room 100 is a fumigation disinfection room 100, and the materials cannot be stained with water to avoid the materials from being wet, after the steps S11 and S12 are performed, it is determined that the information of the materials does not conform to the predetermined information, and the disinfection room 100 gives an alarm. In another example, after step S23 is executed, if it is determined that the information of the material does not conform to the predetermined information, an alarm is issued to perform corresponding remedy. For example, when the disinfection time of the materials in the disinfection room 100 is insufficient, the mobile terminal sends out an alarm, and the staff can send the materials into the disinfection room 100 again for secondary disinfection.
In the embodiment of the application, the alarm mode is not limited to meet various requirements. For example, the indication lamp 50 may be provided outside the disinfection room 100, the indication lamp 50 may flash to alarm, or the mobile terminal may sound an alarm.
Referring to fig. 4, a computer readable storage medium of the present application stores a computer program, and the computer program is executed by the processor 202 to implement the material sterilizing method of the above embodiment. For example, referring to fig. 1, the computer readable instructions, when executed by the processor 202, cause the processor 202 to perform the following steps of the material sterilization method:
