In the specific application, when a target unit has a salary item comparison requirement of an employee, a target manager enters a salary management interface of the salary management system, and the target manager clicks a salary item configuration icon to be compared on the salary management interface to send a salary item configuration request to be compared of the target unit to the salary management system.
And the salary management system responds to the received salary item configuration request to be compared of the target unit and displays a salary item configuration interface. After entering the payroll item configuration interface, the target administrator sends a payroll item selection instruction to be compared to the payroll item configuration interface (for example, the payroll item selection instruction to be compared to the payroll item is sent by clicking the payroll item of the payroll item configuration interface) to the payroll management system according to the payroll item configuration requirement to be compared of the target unit.
And the salary management system responds to the received salary item selection instruction to be compared aiming at the salary item configuration interface, and determines a salary item matched with the salary item selection instruction to be compared in the salary item configuration interface as a salary item to be compared.
After acquiring salary item data of target staff (any staff in the target unit) of salary to be calculated under the current designated salary issuing year and month, the salary management system determines salary item data (called second salary item data) matched with the salary item to be compared from the salary item data of the salary to be calculated, and then compares the second salary item data of the target staff under the current designated salary issuing year and month with the second salary item data of the target staff under the last designated salary issuing year and month to obtain the salary item data change condition of the target staff for issuing salaries for the last two times.

In a specific application, when a target unit has salary audit requirements of employees, a target manager enters a salary management interface of the salary management system, and the target manager clicks a salary audit configuration icon on the salary management interface to send a salary audit configuration request of the target unit to the salary management system.
And the salary management system responds to the received salary checking configuration request of the target unit and displays a salary checking configuration interface. The salary audit configuration interface comprises: a set of audit levels for satisfying the audit levels for the different unit required configurations is shown in fig. 4.
For example, a group includes two units, namely a head office and a branch office, and the auditing level required to be configured by the head office is two-level auditing, that is, the employee salary of the head office is sequentially audited by two auditors; the auditing grade required to be configured by the branch is first grade auditing, namely the employee salaries of the branch are only audited by one auditor, and the auditing grade set displayed on the salary auditing configuration interface of the salary management system of the group at least comprises the following steps: one-level auditing and two-level auditing. In the specific application, after the salary management system obtains the salary of each employee in the target unit, the salary management system audits the salary of each employee in the target unit according to the target audit level, and if the target unit has employees whose salary audit does not pass, prompt information including employee IDs (Identification numbers) whose salary audit does not pass is generated so as to prompt the target manager which employees whose salary audit does not pass.
It should be noted that, after the target unit configures the salary management system (configure salary item + configure salary calculation formula/configure salary item to be compared/configure audit level) suitable for the salary calculation/comparison/audit standard of the unit as required, when the salary of each employee in the target unit is calculated/compared/audited next time, the salary management system corresponding to the target unit that has been configured before may be directly used, and unless the salary calculation/comparison/audit standard of the target unit changes, the salary management system suitable for the salary calculation/comparison/audit standard of the unit that has changed needs to be configured again according to the above configuration steps.
In addition, if the salary calculation/comparison/audit standards of different employees in the same unit are different, based on the similar principle of the data management method, a salary management system suitable for the salary calculation/comparison/audit standards of a certain employee can be configured in a personalized manner.

The data management apparatus includes:
the first display module 51 is configured to display a salary item configuration interface in response to the received salary item configuration request of the target unit; wherein, the salary item configuration interface comprises: a salary item set used for satisfying salary items configured by different units; the target unit is any one of different units;

the first matching module 53 is configured to obtain salary item data of payables to be calculated of each employee in the target unit, and determine first salary item data matched with the salary item combination structure of the target unit from the salary item data of payables to be calculated;
the salary calculation module 54 is configured to perform salary calculation on the first salary item data of each employee in the target unit based on a salary calculation relational expression preset for the target unit, and correspondingly obtain salaries of each employee in the target unit; the salary calculation relational expression of the target unit is configured based on the salary item combination structure of the target unit.
The data management device responds to a received salary item configuration request of a target unit and displays a salary item configuration interface; responding to a received salary item selection instruction aiming at a salary item configuration interface, and determining a salary item matched with the salary item selection instruction in the salary item configuration interface so as to obtain a salary item combination structure of a target unit consisting of all salary items selected by the current configuration; acquiring salary item data of salary to be calculated of each employee in a target unit, and determining first salary item data matched with a salary item combined structure of the target unit from the salary item data of salary to be calculated; and carrying out salary calculation on the first salary item data of each employee in the target unit based on a salary calculation relational expression preset aiming at the target unit, and correspondingly obtaining the salary of each employee in the target unit. Therefore, according to the data management mode of the application, if the salary calculation standards of the employees of the new branch company and the employees of the rest branch companies are different, the responsible person of the new branch company can directly configure the salary management system suitable for the salary calculation standard of the new branch company according to needs, research and development personnel do not need to develop the new system again, and the data management method is high in efficiency and good in flexibility.
As an alternative embodiment, the first display module 51 is specifically configured to:
responding to the received salary item configuration request of the target unit, and displaying a configuration password input interface;
receiving configuration password information input by a manager, and judging whether the configuration password information is consistent with preset configuration password reference information of a target unit or not;
if yes, displaying a salary item configuration interface;
if not, carrying out configuration password error prompt.
As an alternative embodiment, the data management apparatus further includes:
the second display module is used for responding to the received salary item updating request of the target unit and displaying a salary item updating interface; wherein, salary item update interface includes: a salary item configuration interface and a salary item combination interface for displaying the salary item combination structure of the target unit;
the system comprises a deleting module, a calculating module and a calculating module, wherein the deleting module is used for responding to a received salary item deleting instruction aiming at a salary item combined interface and deleting salary items matched with the salary item deleting instruction in a salary item combined structure of a target unit;
and the adding module is used for responding to the received new salary item selection instruction aiming at the salary item configuration interface, determining a new salary item matched with the new salary item selection instruction in the salary item configuration interface, and adding the selected new salary item to the salary item combination interface to obtain an updated salary item combination structure of the target unit.
As an alternative embodiment, the first matching module 53 is specifically configured to:
acquiring salary item data of salaries to be calculated of each employee in a target unit, and judging whether the salary item data of the salaries to be calculated belong to data under a current designated salary release year and month or not;
if yes, determining first salary item data matched with the salary item combination structure of the target unit from salary item data of salary to be calculated;
and if not, carrying out data import error prompt.
As an alternative embodiment, the data management apparatus further includes:
the third display module is used for responding to the received salary item configuration request to be compared of the target unit and displaying a salary item configuration interface;
the second selection module is used for responding to a received salary item selection instruction to be compared aiming at the salary item configuration interface, and determining a salary item matched with the salary item selection instruction to be compared in the salary item configuration interface as a salary item to be compared;
the second matching module is used for determining second salary item data matched with the salary item to be compared from the salary item data of the target staff in the target unit after salary item data of the target staff in the current designated salary issuing year and month are obtained;
and the comparison module is used for comparing the second salary item data of the target employee under the current designated salary release year and month with the second salary item data under the last designated salary release year and month to obtain a salary item data change result of the target employee.
As an alternative embodiment, the data management apparatus further includes:
the fourth display module is used for responding to the received salary audit configuration request of the target unit and displaying a salary audit configuration interface; wherein, the salary audit configuration interface comprises: the audit level set is used for meeting the audit levels required to be configured by different units;
the third selection module is used for responding to a received auditing grade selection instruction aiming at the salary auditing configuration interface and determining an auditing grade matched with the auditing grade selection instruction in the salary auditing configuration interface as a target auditing grade;
the auditing module is used for auditing the salaries of all the employees in the target unit according to the target auditing grade after the salaries of all the employees in the target unit are obtained;
and the generating module is used for generating salary details of each employee in the target unit if the salary of each employee in the target unit passes the audit.
As an alternative embodiment, the data management apparatus further includes:
and the prompt module is used for generating prompt information containing the ID of the employee who fails the salary audit if the employee who fails the salary audit exists in the target unit.

Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 6, the electronic apparatus includes: a memory 61 and a processor 62. The memory 61 may be configured to store other various data to support operations on the electronic device. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on the electronic device. The memory 61 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
The processor 62 is coupled to the memory 61 and configured to execute the computer program stored in the memory 61 to implement the steps or functions of the methods provided by the embodiments, and specific contents thereof can refer to the descriptions of the embodiments.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, the electronic device further includes: communication components 63, display 64, power components 65, audio components 66, and the like. Only some of the components are schematically shown in fig. 6, and the electronic device is not meant to include only the components shown in fig. 6.
Accordingly, the embodiments of the present application also provide a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, and the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps or functions of the methods provided by the above embodiments.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and the parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. One of ordinary skill in the art can understand and implement it without inventive effort.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that each embodiment can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware. Claims (10)

1. A method for managing data, comprising:
responding to the received salary item configuration request of the target unit, and displaying a salary item configuration interface; wherein, the salary item configuration interface comprises: a salary item set used for satisfying salary items configured by different units; the target unit is any one of the different units;
responding to a received salary item selection instruction aiming at the salary item configuration interface, and determining salary items matched with the salary item selection instruction in the salary item configuration interface so as to obtain a salary item combination structure of the target unit consisting of all salary items selected by the current configuration;
acquiring salary item data of to-be-calculated salaries of all employees in the target unit, and determining first salary item data matched with the salary item combination structure of the target unit from the salary item data of to-be-calculated salaries;
carrying out salary calculation on first salary item data of each employee in the target unit based on a salary calculation relational expression preset for the target unit, and correspondingly obtaining salary of each employee in the target unit; wherein the salary calculation relational expression of the target unit is configured based on the salary item combination structure of the target unit.
2. The data management method of claim 1, wherein displaying a payroll item configuration interface in response to a received payroll item configuration request for a target unit comprises:
responding to the received salary item configuration request of the target unit, and displaying a configuration password input interface;
receiving configuration password information input by a manager, and judging whether the configuration password information is consistent with preset configuration password reference information of the target unit;
if yes, displaying the salary item configuration interface;
if not, carrying out configuration password error prompt.
3. The data management method of claim 1, wherein the data management method further comprises:
responding to the received salary item updating request of the target unit, and displaying a salary item updating interface; wherein the salary item update interface comprises: the salary item configuration interface and a salary item combination interface are used for displaying the salary item combination structure of the target unit;
responding to a received salary item deleting instruction aiming at the salary item combination interface, and deleting salary items matched with the salary item deleting instruction in the salary item combination structure of the target unit;
and in response to the received new salary item selection instruction aiming at the salary item configuration interface, determining a new salary item matched with the new salary item selection instruction in the salary item configuration interface, and adding the selected new salary item to the salary item combination interface to obtain an updated salary item combination structure of the target unit.
4. The data management method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining payroll item data of payrolls to be calculated of employees in the target unit, and determining first payroll item data matching with the payroll item combination structure of the target unit from the payroll item data of payrolls to be calculated, comprises:
acquiring salary item data of salaries to be calculated of each employee in the target unit, and judging whether the salary item data of the salaries to be calculated belong to data under the current designated salary issuing year and month;
if yes, determining first salary item data matched with the salary item combined structure of the target unit from the salary item data of the salary to be calculated;
and if not, carrying out data import error prompt.
5. The data management method of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the data management method further comprises:
responding to the received salary item configuration request to be compared of the target unit, and displaying the salary item configuration interface;
responding to a received salary item selection instruction to be compared aiming at the salary item configuration interface, and determining a salary item matched with the salary item selection instruction to be compared in the salary item configuration interface as a salary item to be compared;
after salary item data of target staff in the target unit under the current appointed salary release year and month are obtained, second salary item data matched with the salary item to be compared are determined from the salary item data of the salary to be calculated;
and comparing the second salary item data of the target employee in the current designated salary dispensing month and the second salary item data of the target employee in the last designated salary dispensing month to obtain a salary item data change result of the target employee.
6. The data management method of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the data management method further comprises:
responding to the received salary checking configuration request of the target unit, and displaying a salary checking configuration interface; wherein, said salary audit configuration interface comprises: a set of audit levels for satisfying the audit levels required by the different units for configuration;
in response to a received checking level selection instruction for the salary checking configuration interface, determining a checking level matched with the checking level selection instruction in the salary checking configuration interface as a target checking level;
after the salaries of all the employees in the target unit are obtained, checking the salaries of all the employees in the target unit according to the target checking level;
and if the salary of each employee in the target unit passes the audit, generating salary details of each employee in the target unit.
7. The data management method of claim 6, wherein the data management method further comprises:
and if the target unit has staff which cannot pass the salary audit, generating prompt information containing the staff ID which cannot pass the salary audit.
8. A data management apparatus, comprising:
the first display module is used for responding to the received salary item configuration request of the target unit and displaying a salary item configuration interface; wherein, the salary item configuration interface comprises: a salary item set used for satisfying salary items configured by different units; the target unit is any one of the different units;
a first selection module, configured to determine, in response to a received salary item selection instruction for the salary item configuration interface, a salary item in the salary item configuration interface that matches the salary item selection instruction, so as to obtain a salary item combination structure of the target unit that is composed of all salary items selected by the current configuration;
the first matching module is used for acquiring salary item data of salary to be calculated of each employee in the target unit and determining first salary item data matched with the salary item combination structure of the target unit from the salary item data of salary to be calculated;
the salary calculation module is used for carrying out salary calculation on first salary item data of each employee in the target unit based on a salary calculation relational expression preset aiming at the target unit, and correspondingly obtaining salaries of each employee in the target unit; wherein the salary calculation relational expression of the target unit is configured based on the salary item combination structure of the target unit.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory for storing a computer program;
a processor for implementing the steps of the data management method according to any of claims 1-7 when executing said computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, which computer program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the data management method according to any one of claims 1-7.
