Please refer to fig. 1, which is a schematic structural diagram of a radio frequency tag positioning apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The radio frequency tag positioning device 10 of an embodiment includes a book case 100 and a positioning assembly 200. The book case 100 includes a book case body and an audio module 130. The audio module 130 is connected with the book case body. The audio module 130 is used for transmitting audio information. The book case body is used for accommodating books. Wherein, the audio information corresponds to the character information on the book. The positioning assembly 200 includes a radio frequency reader 210 and a plurality of radio frequency tag sets. The radio frequency reading element 210 is connected to the audio module 130 through the book case body. The radio frequency tag groups are sequentially arranged on the book page groups at intervals. Each of the rf tag sets includes a plurality of rf location tags 220. Each of the rf positioning tags 220 is connected to a page of the book, and a projection of each of the rf positioning tags 220 on the book case body at least partially overlaps a projection of the rf reading element 210 on the book case body. The book is provided with a plurality of book page groups, each book page group comprises a plurality of book pages, and each book page group is arranged corresponding to one radio frequency label group.
In this embodiment, the radio frequency reading unit 210 transmits the radio frequency coded signals, which are embedded in the storage unit of the radio frequency positioning tags, in the form of radio frequency electromagnetic waves, according to the different radio frequency signals of the radio frequency positioning tags, and the page groups of the book correspond to the radio frequency tag groups one to one, and the arrangement position relationship of the radio frequency positioning tags 220 in the corresponding radio frequency tag groups corresponds to effectively position the current page position where the book is opened, so that the text in the book can be read aloud through the corresponding audio information. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the book case body includes a casing 110 and a control circuit board 120, the casing 110 is disposed adjacent to a spine of a book, and the control circuit board 120 is used as a cover of the book, wherein the control circuit board 120 is a flexible circuit board, the rf reading element 210 is electrically connected to a circuit corresponding to the audio module 130 through a circuit layout on the control circuit board 120, and the control circuit board 120 is similar to a "gold finger" circuit board between the rf reading element 210 and the audio module 130. In order to improve the positioning accuracy of the radio frequency positioning tag 220, the number of the radio frequency reading pieces 210 is two, two radio frequency reading pieces 210 are respectively located at two ends of the control main board, that is, the two radio frequency reading pieces 210 respectively correspond to the front cover and the back cover of the book, and the two radio frequency reading pieces 210 are both connected with the control main board, so that the position of the radio frequency positioning tag 220 in the book is determined from two directions. In addition, in this embodiment, the radio frequency positioning tag may be attached to a page, or may be embedded in a page, when the radio frequency positioning tag is attached to a page, only the book needs to be replaced, the radio frequency positioning tag may be reused, and only the radio frequency positioning tag corresponds to the corresponding page; when the radio frequency positioning tags are embedded in the pages, the books and the radio frequency positioning tags are replaced simultaneously, namely, one set of radio frequency positioning tags are bound with the corresponding books, and at the moment, the positions of the pages of the radio frequency positioning tags on the books do not need to be adjusted, and only the books and the embedded radio frequency positioning tags are replaced together.
In another embodiment, the position of the audio module is adjusted according to the use state of the book, namely the position design of the audio module on the shell and the control circuit board. When a book is used as an external component of the radio frequency tag positioning device, the book can be replaced, that is, the radio frequency tag positioning device corresponds to the book in a one-to-many manner, different books can be used on the same radio frequency tag positioning device, the radio frequency tag is only required to be arranged on a page number corresponding to the book, and corresponding audio information is acquired and played, at this time, a plurality of audio information is stored in the audio module to correspond to the contents of a plurality of different books, and the audio module can be arranged on at least one of the shell and the control circuit board; when books are used as a part of the radio frequency tag positioning device, the control circuit board is embedded in the cover of the books for reducing cost, and the audio module is large in size and inconvenient to embed or hang externally on the cover, so that the audio module is arranged on the shell. In addition, for audio playing of different books, the radio frequency reading element distinguishes different books by acquiring a radio frequency coding signal of a nearest radio frequency positioning tag, at the moment, the occupied space of the audio frequency module is further increased, and the audio frequency module is simultaneously positioned on the shell and the control circuit board.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the projections of the rf positioning tags of the same group on the book case body coincide. In this embodiment, the projections of the same group of the plurality of rf positioning tags 220 on the control motherboard 120 coincide. The radio frequency positioning tags 220 are tags capable of generating radio frequency signals, that is, the radio frequency positioning tags 220 perform positioning by transmitting radio frequency signals, the radio frequency reading component 210 receives the radio frequency signals generated by the radio frequency positioning tags 220, and the radio frequency reading component 210 determines the number of the radio frequency positioning tags 220 in the same group close to the radio frequency reading component 210 according to the strength of the effective penetration readwrite performance of the radio frequency positioning tags 220 in the same group, that is, the greater the strength of the effective penetration readwrite performance of the radio frequency positioning tags 220 in the same group is, the greater the number of the radio frequency positioning tags 220 in the same group close to the radio frequency reading component 210 is. In order to facilitate the mapping relationship between the number of the rf reading elements 210 and the strength of the effective penetration reading and writing ability, that is, to unify the strength of the effective penetration reading and writing ability formed by different rf tag groups, the projections of the plurality of rf positioning tags 220 in each group on the control main board 120 are set to be coincident, that is, the projections of the plurality of rf positioning tags 220 in the same group on the control main board 120 are overlapped, that is, the positions of the plurality of rf positioning tags 220 in the same group on the page are the same. In this way, the superposition strength of the rf signals emitted by the plurality of rf positioning tags 220 of each group is the same, so that the reference standard for effective penetration reading and writing performance formed by the plurality of rf positioning tags 220 of each group is the same, which is convenient for determining the number of the rf positioning tags 220 of each group close to the rf reading element 210 according to the strength of the effective penetration reading and writing performance, thereby determining the number of the rf positioning tags 220 required by the book.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, a projection of each rf positioning tag on the case body is located in a projection of the rf reading element on the case body. In this embodiment, the projection of each rf positioning tag 220 on the control motherboard 120 is located within the projection of the rf reader 210 on the control motherboard 120. Each of the radio frequency positioning tags 220 corresponds to the radio frequency reading element 210, and a corresponding relationship is formed between the radio frequency positioning tags and the radio frequency positioning tags, that is, the radio frequency reading element 210 and each of the radio frequency positioning tags 220 form a one-to-many mapping relationship, so that the radio frequency reading element 210 can obtain different groups of strength of effective penetration read-write performance. Since the radio frequency tag groups are sequentially arranged on the book, the radio frequency tag groups are sequentially arranged, and the projections of the radio frequency positioning tags 220 on the control main board 120 are located in the projections of the radio frequency reading pieces 210 on the control main board 120, that is, each radio frequency positioning tag 220 is arranged opposite to the radio frequency reading piece 210, so that each radio frequency positioning tag 220 completely corresponds to the radio frequency reading piece 210, the radio frequency signals transmitted by each radio frequency positioning tag 220 are all read by the radio frequency reading pieces 210, partial radio frequency signals of some radio frequency tag groups are avoided being lost, misjudgment of the positioning positions of the radio frequency positioning tags 220 is avoided, and misjudgment probability of the positioning of the book pages of the currently opened book is reduced.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the projections of the plurality of rf tag sets on the book case body are disposed in a staggered manner. In this embodiment, the projections of the rf tag sets on the control board 120 are disposed in a staggered manner. The pages corresponding to the rf positioning tags 220 in each rf tag group are different, so that the page groups corresponding to each rf tag group are different, that is, the page ranges corresponding to each rf tag group are different. In order to avoid mutual interference of the rf signals between the rf tag groups, the projections of the rf tag groups on the control motherboard 120 are arranged to be staggered, so that the projection position of each rf tag group on the control motherboard 120 is different, so that the projections of each rf tag group on the control board 120 are mutually staggered, so that there is no overlap in the projection of any two rf tag sets on the control board 120, the mutual shielding among the radio frequency tag groups is avoided, the mutual interference of the radio frequency signals among the radio frequency tag groups is reduced, the accuracy of the radio frequency reading piece 210 in acquiring the radio frequency signals of the radio frequency tag groups is ensured, and the accurate reading of the radio frequency signals of the radio frequency positioning tags by the radio frequency reading piece 210 is ensured.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the book case body has a control area, the control area is disposed away from the case body, and the radio frequency reading element is located in the control area. In this embodiment, the control main board 120 has a control area 122, the control area 122 is disposed away from the housing 110, and the rf reader 210 is located in the control area 122. The control area 122 is used for placing the rf reader 210, and the rf reader 210 is further used for corresponding to each rf positioning tag 220, so that the control area 122 corresponds to each rf positioning tag 220. In order to avoid the radio frequency positioning tag 220 produces the condition of sheltering from to the characters on the page, control area 122 is kept away from casing 110 sets up, for example, control area 122 is located the marginal zone of control mainboard 120 makes each radio frequency positioning tag 220 forms in the marginal blank area of page, under the condition that does not influence the characters on the page and shelter from, with each radio frequency positioning tag 220 sets up on the page that corresponds, has improved the panel utilization ratio to the page effectively, has avoided the occupation to page content, has reduced the characters typesetting degree of difficulty on the page.
Further, the ratio of the area of the control zone to the area of the case body is 1/4 to 1/2. In the present embodiment, the ratio of the area of the control region 122 to the area of the control main board 120 is 1/4 to 1/2. The area of control mainboard 120 equals with the area of page, the outside strip of paper used for sealing of control mainboard 120 as the books, promptly control mainboard 120 and casing 110 forms the encapsulation cover of books, control mainboard 120 is used for wrapping up books, moreover, be provided with on the control mainboard 120 the radio frequency reads piece 210, and the radio frequency reads piece 210 just is located in control area 122, the area size of control area 122 directly influences the reading integrity of radio frequency reading piece 210 to radio frequency signal. In order to further reduce the difficulty of arranging the characters on the pages by the rf reading element 210 of the control area 122, the ratio of the area of the control area 122 to the area of the control main board 120 is controlled to be 1/4 to 1/2, and in the case that the control area 122 is disposed at the edge of the control main board 120, the area ratio of the control area 122 is reduced as much as possible, which facilitates the arrangement of the characters on the pages. In this way, by arranging the rf reader 210 in the edge priority region of the control main board 120, the situation that the volume of the rf reader 210 is too large is avoided, thereby reducing the production cost of the rf tag positioning apparatus. In another embodiment, the ratio of the area of the control area 122 to the area of the control main board 120 is 1/3, that is, the area of the control area 122 occupies one third of the control panel, that is, the area of the control area 122 occupies one third of the single book page.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the audio module 130 has a power data interface 132, and the power data interface 132 is used for transmitting audio data. In this embodiment, the audio module 130 is configured to transmit audio data, the audio data and the text in the book form a corresponding relationship, and in order to facilitate updating of text contents of different books, the audio module 130 writes the audio data corresponding to different books into the audio module 130 through the power data interface 132 on the audio module 130. In this way, after the control motherboard 120 receives the radio frequency signal read by the radio frequency reading component 210, the audio signal is correspondingly played, so as to read the text content in different books. For example, after a book is replaced, audio data corresponding to the replaced book is input through the power data interface 132, so that after the radio frequency reading element 210 acquires a radio frequency signal corresponding to the radio frequency tag group, the control motherboard 120 retrieves the updated audio data in the audio module 130, and then plays the audio signal corresponding to the page. The power data interface 132 has functions of deleting audio data and charging, in addition to functions of importing and exporting audio data.
Furthermore, the audio module is provided with an audio playing hole, and the audio playing hole is used for playing a corresponding audio signal. In this embodiment, the audio playing hole corresponds to a microphone in the audio module, and the audio playing hole is used for playing the voice corresponding to the audio data in the audio module, so as to realize reading characters on a book.
Furthermore, the audio module is further provided with a Bluetooth communication module, and the Bluetooth communication module is used for outputting corresponding audio signals to the earphone. In this embodiment, bluetooth communication module is as audio signal's output module, bluetooth communication module realizes wireless connection with outside bluetooth headset, is convenient for with audio signal in the audio frequency module exports to bluetooth headset to realize audio signal's wireless transmission. Moreover, in this embodiment, the bluetooth communication module further has a bluetooth sharing function, that is, the audio information between two different radio frequency tag positioning devices is mutually transmitted in a bluetooth wireless transmission mode.
In other embodiments, the control panel further has a function selection area, and the function selection area has a plurality of function buttons, for example, at least one of a system switch button, a volume adjustment button, a while-reading book or class button, a room-recording note-making button, a bluetooth sharing record note-making button, and a book-closing and listening button. And the shell is also provided with an earphone audio output interface, and the shell is also provided with a recording note button, a loudspeaker and a state indicator lamp which correspond to the deleted page number.
It can be understood that, in the above embodiments, in order to facilitate the positioning of the content on each sheet of the book, one radio frequency positioning tag 220 is disposed on each sheet of the book, and the sheets are grouped by taking the number of fixed sheets as a preset value, for example, each 100 sheets are divided into one group, so that each 100 continuously distributed radio frequency positioning tags 220 are divided into one radio frequency tag group, which facilitates the reading of different radio frequency signals of each radio frequency positioning tag, thereby facilitating the positioning of each sheet of the book according to different encoded information of the radio frequency signals. Thus, one radio frequency identification tag 220 is disposed on each sheet of paper, such that one radio frequency identification tag 220 corresponds to each sheet of paper of the book, and the radio frequency identification tag 220 can be placed on either side of the sheet of paper. In this way, when the number of the paper sheets of the book is large, the number of the radio frequency positioning tags 220 on the book is easily large, so that the manufacturing and production cost of the radio frequency tag positioning device is increased.
In order to reduce the number of the rf positioning tags 220, i.e. reduce the production cost, the rf positioning tags 220 correspond to the pages of the beginning sections of each section in the book, and the rf positioning tags 220 corresponding to the sections of the same chapter form a rf tag group, i.e. each rf tag group corresponds to a plurality of sections in the same chapter of the book, wherein each section corresponds to one rf positioning tag 220, and the rf positioning tags 220 correspond to the pages of the first section of each section of the book. Thus, under the condition that a plurality of pages correspond to one section, the radio frequency positioning tag 220 corresponds to only the first page of the section, so that the radio frequency positioning tag 220 and the page number of the book are in a one-to-many condition, the number of the radio frequency positioning tags 220 is greatly reduced, the number of the radio frequency positioning tags 220 required by the radio frequency tag positioning device is reduced, and the manufacturing cost of the radio frequency tag positioning device is reduced.
However, when a plurality of sections in the same chapter are on the same page, the rf positioning tags 220 on the page are located at the same positions, so that the same positions on the same page are provided with a plurality of rf positioning tags 220, that is, the plurality of rf positioning tags 220 are stacked, which increases the distance between pages of the book, increases the thickness of the book, and damages some of the stacked rf positioning tags 220 when the book is closed, thereby preventing the rf positioning device from being used normally. In order to avoid the above situation, a plurality of the radio frequency positioning tags 220 are arranged on the same page of the book, the radio frequency positioning tags 220 adopt small-area radio frequency tags, for example, the maximum number of the small sections in the same page exists in the same chapter, the areas of the small-area radio frequency tags are equally divided according to the maximum number of the small sections, so that the areas of the small-area radio frequency tags are equal, the total area of the small-section radio frequency tags is equal to the area of the radio frequency positioning tags 220, the radio frequency tags corresponding to the small sections of the same chapter can be conveniently placed on the same page, the condition that the radio frequency tags are arranged in a laminated mode is avoided, the condition that the thickness between the pages is too large is reduced, and the probability that the radio frequency positioning tags 220 in the book are damaged by squeezing is reduced.
When the audio module 130 plays the audio information last time, there is a page without the rf positioning tag 220 in the book, that is, the last audio information played last time is located in a section of the book with multiple pages, and the position of the pause of the playing is not the page of the beginning section of the section. In this way, when the book is opened next time, the playing needs to be performed again from the beginning of the bar, which easily results in repeated playing, and furthermore, the fast cut-in to the last pause position is not favorable for fast tracking and playing of the audio information.
In order to facilitate fast cutting into the audio information that is played in the last pause, referring to fig. 3, the rf tag positioning apparatus 10 further includes a book band assembly 300, referring to fig. 4, where the book band assembly 300 includes a book band soft board 310 and an auxiliary rf tag 320, the book band soft board 310 is connected to the control main board 120, the auxiliary rf tag 320 is located on a side of the book band soft board 310 close to the book, the auxiliary rf tag 320 is slidably connected to the book band soft board 310, so that the auxiliary rf tag 320 moves on the book band soft board 310, the control main board 120 has a temporary pause area, and the temporary pause area is respectively disposed corresponding to the auxiliary rf tag 320 and the rf reader 210. In this embodiment, the temporary suspension area and the area where each rf tag group is located are staggered, the rf reader 210 obtains the rf signal of the auxiliary rf tag 320 in the temporary suspension area, that is, the rf reader 210 receives the rf signal of the auxiliary rf tag 320 in a specific area, and according to the unique rf signal of the auxiliary rf tag 320, that is, the encoded information corresponding to the rf signal of the auxiliary rf tag 320 is greatly different from the rf positioning tag, it is convenient to determine the page number where the auxiliary rf tag 320 is located. In this way, when the book needs to be paused, the auxiliary rf tag 320 is inserted into the corresponding pause page, and the rf reading component 210 sets a corresponding interruption time node at the playing time of the audio information according to the received rf signal in the temporary pause area, so that when the book is opened next time, the last remaining audio information that has not been played is played continuously directly according to the interruption time node. When the auxiliary rf tag 320 is inserted into a book, the rf signal of the auxiliary rf tag 320 is equivalent to an interrupt signal, and provides an interrupt clock signal for the interrupt time node, so that the playing is suspended at a corresponding time point, and the first received rf signal of the auxiliary rf tag 320 is taken as a reference, that is, the time node corresponding to the first received rf signal of the auxiliary rf tag 320 is taken as the interrupt time node; when the book is opened, the auxiliary rf tag 320 is taken out of the book, the interrupt signal of the auxiliary rf tag 320 disappears, and the control main board 120 controls the audio module 130 to continue playing the audio information that is not played last time, i.e. the audio information that is not played in the last bar, according to the interrupt time node. In addition, when the playing is not required to be paused, the auxiliary rf tag 320 is placed on the back of the bottom cover of the book, that is, the penetrating read-write strength of the auxiliary rf tag 320 is the lowest, and at this time, the rf signal of the auxiliary rf tag 320 is completely blocked, so that the audio module 130 corresponds to a playing mode without pausing.
Further, in order to facilitate the auxiliary rf tag 320 to move on the book tape soft board 310, referring to fig. 4, the book tape soft board 310 is provided with a sliding groove 312, the book tape assembly 300 further includes a sliding rod 330, the sliding rod 330 is connected with the auxiliary rf tag 320, and the sliding rod 330 is slidably disposed in the sliding groove 312. In this embodiment, the extending direction of the sliding groove 312 is gradually away from the control main board 120, and the sliding rod 330 slides in the sliding groove 312, so that the distance between the auxiliary rf tag 320 and the control main board 120 is adjustable, which is convenient for the auxiliary rf tag 320 to change positions between different pages, thereby enabling the auxiliary rf tag 320 to set a pause position on different pages in the book.
Furthermore, the interrupt time node needs to interrupt the clock signal, and therefore a chip with an interrupt logic determination function is needed, in order to reduce the cost of such control chip, please refer to fig. 3 and fig. 4 together, the book tape assembly 300 further includes an interrupt button 340, the interrupt button 340 is located at a position of the control motherboard 120 far away from the book tape flexible board 310, the interrupt button 340 is electrically connected to the control motherboard 120, an interrupt receiving slot 314 is formed on a side of the book tape flexible board 310 close to the auxiliary rf tag 320, the interrupt receiving slot 314 corresponds to the interrupt button 340, and the bottom of the interrupt receiving slot 314 is used for pressing the interrupt button 340, so that the control motherboard 120 receives the interrupt time node. Thus, when the book is closed, the flexible book strip 310 spans one side of the book, one end of the flexible book strip 310, which is far away from the control main board 120, gradually approaches the control main board 120, so that the flexible book strip 310, the control main board 120 and the casing 110 jointly clamp the book, the interrupt accommodating groove 314 accommodates the interrupt button 340 therein, so that the interrupt button 340 is pressed against the bottom of the interrupt accommodating groove 314, the interrupt button 340 is triggered to open, an interrupt signal is triggered through the interrupt button 340, an interrupt time node is provided for the control main board 120, an interrupt signal is not required to be provided for a control chip through the radio frequency reading element 210, namely, the interrupt signal is automatically triggered through the touch of the flexible book strip 310 and the interrupt button 340, and an interrupt signal is not required to be formed inside the chip through logic control, and then select for use comparatively simple control chip, reduced the cost of chip to reduced the cost of manufacture of radio frequency label positioner.
In the above embodiments, the audio information may be, in addition to the text information in the book, information used in combination with the text information in the book, for example, the book is used as a teaching material, the audio information further includes an audio signal for reading specific content or concept in the book, and the audio signal may be used in combination with specific text in the book, or the audio signal is an audio signal recorded by reading a corresponding paragraph in the book; for another example, the book is used as a record book in a court trial process, the audio information is real-time recording during the trial of a court case, or the audio information is explanation audio of evidence during the trial of the case, and the evidence can be a photo, a receipt or a certificate attached to a page; for another example, the book is used as a notepad for police recording, and the audio information is interrogation recording audio during interrogation; for another example, the book is used as a conference recording manual, the audio information is the voice information of the conference participants during the conference, and is used as the audio content of the conference recording, and at this time, a part of blank pages or all blank pages may exist on the book.
