Referring to fig. 2, the present application provides an automatic conference PPT generation apparatus, including:
the first generation module 1 is used for generating a PPT file according to a template specified by a user and displaying the PPT file;
the first acquisition module 2 is used for acquiring target decision parameter retrieval information input by a user when receiving a decision parameter insertion instruction; the target decision parameter retrieval information is used for indicating the type of the decision parameter which needs to be inserted by the user;
the first display module 3 is used for retrieving information according to the target decision parameter and displaying related reference data for a user to refer to so as to make a decision parameter;
the evaluation module 4 is used for acquiring the decision parameters input by the user, evaluating the decision parameters according to the reference data and displaying the evaluation result;
and the second generating module 5 is configured to perform a confirmation operation on the decision parameter to generate text information for introducing the decision parameter, and insert the text information into the PPT file.
After the PPT file is generated according to the template designated by the user, if the user needs to insert the decision parameters into the PPT file, the related reference data is displayed according to the specific types of the decision parameters which need to be inserted by the user, so that the user can make specific decision parameters according to the reference data, the user does not need to call various related data for analysis, the efficiency of making the decision parameters by the user is improved, and meanwhile, the reasonability of the decision parameters made by the user is improved by evaluating the decision parameters made by the user.
The conference PPT automatic generation device can be applied to a cloud platform or a server inside an enterprise to provide a service for generating PPT files. The user accesses the cloud platform or the server through a user terminal (such as a PC, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, but not limited thereto) to perform the generation operation of the PPT file.
The generation of the PPT file according to the template specified by the user can be implemented according to any method in the prior art, which is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, the first obtaining module 2 is configured to, when receiving the decision parameter insertion instruction, obtain target decision parameter retrieval information input by a user, and specifically includes:
when a decision parameter insertion instruction is received, popping up a retrieval box for a user to input target decision parameter retrieval information;
and extracting target decision parameter retrieval information input into the retrieval box by a user.
When the user triggers the decision parameter insertion button, the user terminal generates and sends a decision parameter insertion instruction.
The target decision parameter retrieval information generally includes information about the type of decision parameter to be inserted, such as, but not limited to, sales, labor cost, product price, development cost, product yield, marketing cost, etc. After the user inputs the target decision parameter retrieval information, the type information of the decision parameter to be inserted by the user can be identified through a keyword identification method to obtain a plurality of identification results with high possibility, an option list is generated and displayed according to the identification results for the user to select, and finally the target decision parameter retrieval information in the retrieval frame is adjusted according to the selection results of the user.
Preferably, the first display module 3 is configured to, when retrieving information according to the objective decision parameter and displaying relevant reference data for the user to refer to make the decision parameter, perform:
searching information according to the target decision parameter, traversing various operation parameters (such as sales, human cost, product price, development expense, product yield, marketing expense and the like, but not limited to the above) of the enterprise to which the user belongs in a database to extract a plurality of operation parameters with high correlation with the target decision parameter searching information as reference data;
and generating a reference information list according to the reference data, and displaying the reference information list.
The operation parameters of the enterprise to which the user belongs are collected and uploaded by an operation management system of the enterprise in advance so as to be recorded in a database. By screening multiple operation parameters with high correlation as reference data for users to refer to, the decision efficiency of the users is prevented from being influenced by excessive displayed reference data, and meanwhile, the decision parameters made by the users can be guaranteed to have sufficient basis, so that the rationality of the decision parameters made by the users is guaranteed.
The fact that the correlation between the operational parameters and the target decision parameter search information is high means that the correlation between the operational parameters and the target decision parameter search information is high compared with other operational parameters. In order to represent the correlation between each operation parameter and the target decision parameter retrieval information, the correlation between each operation parameter and the target decision parameter retrieval information (the type of the corresponding decision parameter) may be generated in advance, and the reference data may be screened according to the correlation. The correlation degree can be defined by the user, or preset by the system according to the industry attribute of the enterprise to which the user belongs.
For example, if the user wants to adjust the product price, the decision parameter to be made is the adjusted product price, and the reference data may include, but is not limited to, human cost, development expenditure, marketing expenditure, and the like.
For example, in some embodiments, the first display module 3 performs, when retrieving information according to the objective decision parameter, traversing the business parameters of the enterprise to which the user belongs in the database to extract, as reference data, a plurality of business parameters having higher correlation with the objective decision parameter retrieval information:
extracting the correlation degree of each operation parameter of an enterprise to which a user belongs and target decision parameter retrieval information (the type of the corresponding decision parameter);
sorting the operation parameters in descending order according to the correlation;
and extracting the top N operation parameters as reference data according to the sorting result, wherein N is a preset positive integer larger than 1.
Wherein, N can be set according to actual needs, such as 5-10, but is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments, the reference information list is a data table directly recording data values of the respective reference data. Thus, the first display module 3 directly displays the data value of each reference data in the reference information list.
When the reference information list is generated, the reference data may be sorted in a descending order according to the degree of correlation of each reference data, that is, in the reference information list, the reference data with the greater degree of correlation is displayed earlier, for example, the information of each item of reference data is displayed from top to bottom in the reference information list, the greater degree of correlation is, and the higher the position is.
Sometimes, the reference data automatically selected by the system may not be all data of interest to the user, and there may be data of no interest to the user (hereinafter referred to as irrelevant data), and the irrelevant data may adversely affect the decision making process of the user; for this reason, in some preferred embodiments, the reference information list is an index table that records indexes of the reference data (for example, the indexes are names, numbers, and the like of the reference data, but not limited thereto);
the first display module 3, after generating the reference information list according to the reference data and displaying the reference information list, further performs:
and generating and displaying a data table according to the indexes selected by the user in the reference information list, wherein the data table is used for displaying the data values of the reference data corresponding to all the selected indexes.
The data concerned by the user is selected by the user, and the specific content is displayed according to the selection result, so that the influence of the irrelevant data on the decision making process of the user can be avoided, and the rationality of the decision making parameters made by the user can be improved.
Further, the reference information list may include a search box for inputting search information (such as, but not limited to, name, number, etc. of the business parameter) of the business parameter to be searched, and the first display module 3 further performs, after generating the reference information list according to the reference data and displaying the reference information list: and according to the search information input by the user in the search box, updating the reference information list by taking the corresponding operation parameter as supplementary reference data. Therefore, when the reference data screened by the system does not meet the requirements of the user, the user can quickly obtain the required reference data through searching.
Preferably, the first display module 3 further performs, after generating and displaying the data table according to the index selected by the user in the reference information list:
and adjusting the correlation degree of the corresponding reference data and the target decision parameter retrieval information according to the index selected by the user in the reference information list.
Therefore, if the same type of decision parameters are inserted again later, data screening and display can be carried out according to the adjusted relevance, so that the matching of the data screening result and a decision maker (user) is improved, and the displayed reference data is more consistent with the thinking mode of the decision maker.

Thus, when the first display module 3 adjusts the correlation between the corresponding reference data and the target decision parameter retrieval information according to the index selected by the user in the reference information list, the following steps are performed: and adding 1 to the y value of the corresponding reference data according to the selection result of the selected index in the reference information list, then calculating the new correlation according to the formula (1), and updating the correlation of the corresponding reference data according to the calculation result.
The specific correlation adjustment method is not limited thereto.
Preferably, the evaluation module 4 is configured to, when obtaining a decision parameter input by a user, evaluating the decision parameter according to reference data, and displaying an evaluation result, execute:
acquiring a decision parameter input by a user;
retrieving information according to the target decision parameters to obtain reference data of a reference enterprise; the reference enterprise and the enterprise to which the user belongs are the same-industry enterprises (for example, if the enterprise to which the user belongs is an air conditioner production enterprise, the same-industry enterprises are other air conditioner production enterprises except the enterprise to which the user belongs), and the operating parameters of the target decision parameter retrieval information corresponding to the reference enterprise are close to the decision parameters input by the user;
and comparing the reference data of the reference enterprise with the reference data of the enterprise to which the user belongs to evaluate the decision parameters, and displaying the evaluation result.
A decision parameter input box can be displayed for the user to input the decision parameter, so that the evaluation module 4 executes the following steps when acquiring the decision parameter input by the user: and extracting the decision parameters input by the user from the decision parameter input box.

and the second generation module is used for performing confirmation operation on the decision parameters to generate text information for introducing the decision parameters and inserting the text information into the PPT file.
9. An electronic device, comprising a processor and a memory, wherein the memory stores a computer program executable by the processor, and the processor executes the computer program to perform the steps of the conference PPT automatic generation method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
