Abstract

A processing method for searching information, a processing device for searching information and an electronic device are disclosed. The processing method of the search information comprises the following steps: acquiring first search information of a target language; obtaining a plurality of keywords of first search information; obtaining an entity corresponding to the keyword; and editing the first search information for optimizing the search effect based on the entity to obtain second search information, wherein the second search information is the first search information with the optimized search effect. Thus, the search effect of the search information is optimized.

Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of search information processing technology, and more particularly, to a search information processing method, a search information processing apparatus, and an electronic device.
Background
The cross-border electronic commerce is an international business activity which belongs to transaction main bodies of different relations, achieves transaction and payment settlement through an electronic commerce platform, and delivers commodities through cross-border logistics to complete the transaction.
At present, cross-border electronic commerce activities in China are developed vigorously, and transaction scales are enlarged day by day, particularly cross-border sellers in China sell a large number of commodities manufactured in China to all over the world through an electronic commerce platform.
According to quantitative investigation and qualitative visit of cross-border sellers, most cross-border sellers are characterized by multiple platforms, multiple stores and general categories at the present stage, monthly sales amount is 2000-4000 dollars, and the cross-border sellers are managed by using a mature ERP tool and operated by multiple platforms.
However, these cross-border vendors have great defects in the tools for translation, editing and management of contents, and particularly for the contents of commodities in small languages, they basically depend on the third-party translation company or machine translation tool. Therefore, the local Chinese and cultural customs are not understood, the local preference is not understood to become a barrier to the further development of the part of sellers, and particularly, the search effect of the sold commodities of the sellers is obviously influenced.
Accordingly, it is desirable to provide an improved processing scheme for optimizing the search effect of search information.
Disclosure of Invention
The present application is proposed to solve the above-mentioned technical problems. Embodiments of the present application provide a processing method for search information, a processing apparatus for search information, and an electronic device, which obtain a keyword of the search information and an entity obtaining the keyword to edit first search information based on the entity, thereby optimizing a search effect of the search information.
According to an aspect of the present application, there is provided a processing method of searching information, including: acquiring first search information of a target language; obtaining a plurality of keywords of first search information; obtaining an entity corresponding to the keyword; and editing the first search information for optimizing the search effect based on the entity to obtain second search information, wherein the second search information is the first search information with the optimized search effect.

In the method for determining the quality of the search information, the plurality of quality evaluation indexes include at least one of: searching whether the first preset number of characters of the information contain words of all categories or not; whether the keyword contains a hot search word; whether the total word number of the search information exceeds a predetermined threshold; and whether the keyword contains a repeated word.
According to still another aspect of the present application, there is provided an interactive method of searching information, including: receiving input operation of a user on first search information; displaying the first search information to a user; generating second search information with optimized search effect; and displaying the keyword of the second search information and the entity thereof to the user.

Hereinafter, example embodiments according to the present application will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application and not all embodiments of the present application, and that the present application is not limited by the example embodiments described herein.
Summary of the application
As described above, at present, the attribute, the hot search degree, and the like of the translated text keyword themselves, and the matching with the maturity and the conversion capability of the commodity itself are often not considered in the machine or manual translation for the commodity title, which often causes the situation that the search effect of the title is not good after the translation, resulting in the situation that the flow and the conversion are not improved or even dropped.
Even though some tools provide title optimization capabilities, they are simple space participles for title segmentation and do not have any further functionality. Moreover, the word segmentation method cannot segment words in languages without spaces (such as chinese and thai).
In addition, the existing hot search term of the title is also data in a keyword analysis tool which crawls the backstage of a seller on an electronic commerce platform.
In view of the above technical problems, the basic concept of the present application is to first obtain a keyword of search information, then obtain an entity of the keyword, and edit the search information based on the entity to optimize the search effect.
Specifically, the processing method of the search information, the processing device of the search information, and the electronic device first obtain first search information in a target language, then obtain a plurality of keywords of the first search information, then obtain entities corresponding to the keywords, and finally edit the first search information for optimizing a search effect based on the entities to obtain second search information, where the second search information is the first search information with the optimized search effect.
In this way, the keyword plays a more important role in searching the search information, and the entity can more clearly express the search effect relative to the text of the search information, so the search effect of the search information can be improved by obtaining the entity of the keyword and editing based on the entity.
It should be noted that, in the method for processing search information, the apparatus for processing search information, and the electronic device provided in the present application, the search information may be a title of a commodity sold on an e-commerce platform, or may be other texts that a user wishes to enhance a search effect, such as an announcement item. The product mentioned here includes a service product in addition to a physical product.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating an application scenario of a processing method of searching information according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the processing method of search information according to the embodiment of the present application may be applied to a cloud server C, for example, a cloud server of a web service provider of a shopping website. The cloud server C receives the unoptimized first search information I1, I2 and the like input by the user U1, the user U2 and the like through terminal devices thereof, such as a smartphone M1 or a computer M2.
Then, the cloud server C processes the unoptimized first search information I1, I2, and the like based on the search information processing method according to the embodiment of the present application, and generates optimized second search information I3, I4, and the like. The optimized second search information I3, I4, etc. may be stored in the database DB corresponding to the cloud server C for use by the users U1, U2, etc. on the shopping website, and may also be returned to the users U1, U2 for use by the users on the terminal devices M1, M2, or other terminal devices.
Of course, the processing method of the search information according to the embodiment of the present application may also be directly applied to the terminal devices of the users U1 and U2, such as M1 and M2, as an application program, for example, an application program of a shopping website, so as to locally apply the processing method of the search information according to the embodiment of the present application.
Having described the general principles of the present application, various non-limiting embodiments of the present application will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Exemplary method one
Fig. 2 illustrates a flowchart of a processing method of searching information according to an embodiment of the present application.
As described above, the processing method for search information according to the embodiment of the present application may be applied to various terminal devices of an end user or a website service provider, such as a smartphone, a laptop computer, a desktop computer, and the like of the end user, or a server of a network service provider, and the like.
As shown in fig. 2, a processing method of searching information according to an embodiment of the present application includes the following steps.
Step S110, first search information of the target language is acquired. As described above, the first search information in the target language is the search information that the user wants to perform search effect optimization, and may be the source search information input by the user, or may be a search after further processing or translation processing is performed on the source search information. For the case where the first search information in the target language is a translated text, further details will be described below.
Here, the target language is a language for searching the first search information, and for example, if the first search information is searched in english applied to an english search engine, the target language is english.
Step S120, a plurality of keywords of the first search information are obtained. Here, the keyword is a keyword used for searching in the first search information, and for example, the search information is "2019 new leather coat and jacket short", and the keywords are "2019 new, leather coat, jacket and short".
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present application, the keyword of the first search information may be obtained by performing word segmentation on the first search information, and the word segmentation is based on the target language of the first search information. For example, if the target language of the first search information is english, segmentation based on english is performed, and if the target language of the first search information is chinese, segmentation based on chinese is performed.
It should be noted that, in the method for processing search information according to the embodiment of the present application, the obtained plurality of keywords of the first search information may also include words with more important non-entity meanings, such as auxiliary words, prepositions, and discourse words, in addition to the words with entity meanings. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, the keyword refers to all words having an effect on the search of the search information, not only words having a meaning of entity.
Further, in the embodiment of the present application, if the usage of the keywords is not standardized, such as the keywords are abbreviated, etc., or contain wrongly written words, the keywords may be automatically corrected to obtain correct keywords.
Step S130, an entity corresponding to the keyword is obtained. In the embodiment of the present application, entities corresponding to keywords can be obtained through named entity identification, that is, entities having specific meaning of each keyword are identified by using a named entity model. Here, Named Entity Recognition (NER) refers to Recognition of an Entity having a specific meaning in search information, and mainly includes a person name, a place name, an organization name, a proper noun, and the like. Briefly, named entity recognition is a technique for recognizing the boundaries and categories of entity designations in natural search information.
Therefore, by obtaining the entity corresponding to the keyword, richer information of each keyword can be obtained, thereby being more beneficial to grasping each keyword in the search information and improving the understanding level of the search information.
The identified entities are also different for different types of search information. For a title of a commodity, the identified entities may include core product words, category words, attribute words, material words, modifiers, crowd words, marketing words, and the like.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, various named entity identification methods may be adopted, for example, a conventional rule-based method, a statistical method based on a large-scale corpus, or an artificial intelligence learning method based on a deep neural network, etc. Also, as described above, in the embodiments of the present application, named entity identification does not also define the type of identified entity, and may include any entity that facilitates search information understanding, i.e., serves as named entity identification and classification in an open domain.
In addition, for each keyword, multiple entities corresponding to a certain keyword may also be obtained by named entity recognition, for example, an entity of a certain keyword may represent both the category of a product and the material of the product. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, it is not limited that each keyword can only obtain a corresponding entity.
In step S140, the first search information is edited based on the entity to optimize the search effect to obtain second search information, and the second search information is the first search information with the optimized search effect.
Through the above steps, the keywords of the first search information and the corresponding entities, such as categories, materials, attributes, and the like, are obtained. For example, for the first search information "2019 new leather clothing jacket short", keywords thereof are obtained as "2019 new", "leather clothing", "jacket", "short", and entities corresponding to each keyword are identified as "sales promotion word" (i.e., 2019 new), a "category word" (i.e., leather clothing), a "category word" (i.e., jacket), and a "property word" (i.e., short), respectively. And the real leather clothing can further identify that the entity is the material word.
Therefore, through the keywords of the first search information and the corresponding entities thereof, the user can conveniently edit the first search information, for example, add, delete or modify the keywords thereof, so as to obtain the second search information with better search effect. For example, if the user thinks that "2019 New money" as the "promotional word" may limit the search time range, the "2019 New money" may be modified to "latest money". Or, if the user considers that "genuine leather clothing" as the "item class word" may limit the range of searched items, the "genuine leather clothing" may be modified to "genuine leather" so as to represent only the material of the product and not the item class of the product, and the item class of the product is represented only by the keyword "woman coat".
That is, in the processing method of search information according to the embodiment of the present application, the edit for optimizing the search effect includes at least one of: adding keywords with excellent search effect; replacing the original keywords with better search effect; and deleting the keywords with bad search effects.
Therefore, according to the processing method of the search information, by obtaining the keywords of the search information and obtaining the entities corresponding to the keywords, the first search information can be edited based on the entities, so that the keywords of the first search information can better accord with the search attributes, and the search effect of the search information is improved.
As described above, the processing method of search information according to the embodiment of the present application may be used for processing search information of the same language or across languages, and a certain search information preprocessing may be performed in advance before obtaining the keyword of the search information and obtaining the entity of the keyword, which will be further described below.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating an example of a homonymous preprocessing process in a search information processing method for optimizing a search effect according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 3, step S110 further includes the following steps on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 2.
Step 1111, obtaining third search information of the target language, where the third search information is search information that has not been subjected to word order adjustment. For example, in a case where the first search information is "2019 new leather jacket short", the third search information may be "short leather jacket 2019 new". Also, in this example, search information processing of search information of the same language is performed, and therefore, the third search information before preprocessing is also in the target language.
In step S1112, the category of the third search information is determined. Here, the category refers to a category to which the third search information belongs, such as clothing, furniture, and the like. For example, for the commodity title "new style of the short genuine leather coat 2019 for women", the category to which the commodity title belongs is determined as "clothing category", so that the word order of the third search information is adjusted.
Step S1113, adjusting the word order of the third search information based on the category to obtain the first search information. That is, in this example, only the word order of the third search information is adjusted, thereby further facilitating the following participle and named entity recognition processing for the first search information. For example, for the commercial title "short genuine leather coat 2019 new style" for women "as described above, the" clothing ", specifically" women's coat ", according to the category thereof, and further subdivided," short genuine women's coat "is adjusted in the language order to" 2019 new genuine leather coat for women's coat.
Thus, according to the above-mentioned word segmentation and named entity recognition, the keywords "2019 new style", "leather jacket", "women's coat", "short style", and the corresponding entities, "sales promotion word", "category word", and "attribute word" can be obtained.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating an example of a cross-language preprocessing process in a processing method of search information according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 4, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the step S110 further includes the following steps.
Step S1121, obtaining fourth search information of the source language, where the fourth search information is search information that has not been subjected to word order adjustment. That is, in this example, search information processing of cross-language search information is performed, and therefore, the fourth search information before preprocessing is in a source language different from the target language. For example, the target language may be English and the source language may be Chinese.
Step S1122, the category of the fourth search information is confirmed. For example, as for the title of the article, the category to which the article belongs is determined so as to edit the fourth search information, similarly to the above-mentioned step S1112.
Step S1123, adjusting the language order of the fourth search information based on the category to obtain fifth search information in the source language. That is, in this example, by adjusting the word order of the fourth search information, the subsequent participle and named entity recognition processing can be facilitated.
In step S1124, the fifth search information in the source language is translated into the first search information in the target language. Through the word order adjustment in the steps, the accuracy of translation from the source language to the target language can be improved, and therefore subsequent word segmentation and named entity recognition processing of the first search information is promoted.
In addition, in the search information processing method for optimizing search effects according to the embodiment of the application, named entity recognition may also be performed on fourth search information in a source language to optimize the fourth search information.
Specifically, first, sixth search information in the source language is acquired, where the sixth search information is search information in the source language before optimization, that is, search information originally input by the user, such as "women's short leather coat 2019 new money" in chinese, as described above. Then, named entity recognition is carried out on the sixth search information to obtain an entity corresponding to the word in the sixth search information. Here, the named entity recognition performed on the sixth search information is similar to the named entity recognition described earlier, and is not described here again. And finally, removing the nonsense words in the sixth search information based on the entities corresponding to the words to obtain fourth search information of the source language. Here, the nonsense word refers to a word in the sixth search information that does not face the search user, such as a marketing word seen to the wholesaler, for example, "one-touch distribution" or the like.
In addition, in the process of translating the source language into the target language, in order to ensure the effect of subsequent named entity recognition on the first search information of the target language, a special word stock with named entity recognition tags can be adopted for translation. Here, the named entity recognition tag refers to a tag of a word corresponding to an entity having a specific meaning, for example, a tag of a core product word, a category word, an attribute word, a material word, or the like. For example, in the case of translating a name of a commodity, the named entity identification tag may be "women's coat," "leather coat," "short," or the like.
That is, in the processing method of search information according to an embodiment of the present application, translating the fifth search information in the source language into the first search information in the target language includes: and translating the fifth search information in the source language into the first search information in the target language by using the word stock with the named entity identification tag.
It is to be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, in order to ensure an editing effect on the first search information, an entity corresponding to a keyword of the first search information may be translated into any language, so as to facilitate editing by a user. In particular, it may be determined whether the entity is in a reference language, such as the user's native language, thereby translating the entity to the reference language.
Therefore, in the processing method of search information according to an embodiment of the present application, editing the first search information for optimizing a search effect based on the entity to obtain the second search information includes: determining whether the entity is a reference language; in response to the entity not being in the reference language, translating the entity to the reference language; and editing the first search information of the target language for optimizing the search effect based on the entity of the reference language to obtain second search information of the target language.
As described above, the first search information may be edited to optimize the search effect based on the entity corresponding to each keyword of the first search information. Specifically, the editing of the first search information may include the following operations.
First, the keywords of the first search information may be filtered based on time, region, category, and the like. For example, if the merchandise is expected to emphasize a new money for the current year, keywords having the year for the current year may be filtered. Alternatively, if the goods are sold in a specific region, keywords may be filtered based on the region.
In addition, a predetermined keyword may be selected to view attributes and associated data of the keyword. That is, according to the search information processing method for optimizing the search effect of the embodiment of the present application, the attribute data and the associated data of each keyword can be obtained based on mass data, for example, e-commerce domain data, so that the user can better grasp the association between the keyword and a specific service.
For example, for the search information "2019 new leather coat and coat jacket short", the attribute and associated data of the keyword "short" can be viewed, for example, the attribute data of "short" indicates that the style belongs to the clothes, and the associated data displays the specific popular data of the current style. If the user determines that the style may limit the search effect based on the attribute data and the associated data, the keyword "short money" may be removed.
Further, one or more hot search terms corresponding to the first search information in the target language may be viewed based on at least one of time, region, category. That is, there may be a hot search word that the user does not understand for the first search information of the target language due to the local language, cultural customs, local people's taste, and the like. Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, a function that a user views the hot search word corresponding to the first search information of the target language is provided.
When the hot search terms are displayed, the heat value of the hot search terms, such as search popularity, search index, click rate, payment conversion rate, competition index and the like, can be displayed at the same time. And, the above indexes of the keywords in the first search information, such as search popularity, search index, click rate, payment conversion rate, competition index, etc., may also be obtained and compared with the above indexes of the hot search words.
And when one or more hot search words corresponding to the first search information of the target language are viewed, the translation of the one or more hot search words and the corresponding entities obtained by the named entity recognition can be displayed at the same time, so that the user can better understand the hot search words.
Next, by looking at the hot search term, the user may further add a certain or some hot search terms to the first search information, so as to improve the search effect of the search information by the hot search term containing the flow attribute. For example, in the case of a certain television drama hot broadcast, there may be a hot search word "same-style fur collar", so that the user may add the hot search word "same-style fur collar" to the search information "2019 new leather jacket and coat jacket short", for example, edit to "2019 new leather jacket and coat short same-style fur collar", thereby improving the search effect.
Finally, keywords may be added, modified, or deleted in other ways.
Therefore, in the processing method of search information according to the embodiment of the present application, the editing for optimizing the search effect further includes at least one of: screening the keywords of the first search information based on at least one of time, region and category; selecting a predetermined keyword to view attribute data and associated data of the keyword; viewing one or more hot search terms corresponding to first search information of a target language based on at least one of time, region and category, and adding at least one of the one or more hot search terms to the first search information; and, keywords are added, modified, or deleted in other ways.
In addition, as described above, based on the heat degree of one or more hot search terms, the heat degree of the keyword in the second search information after the search effect is optimized may also be compared, that is, in the method for processing search information according to the embodiment of the present application, after the editing for optimizing the search effect is performed on the first search information based on the entity to obtain the second search information, the method further includes: determining the heat degree of the keyword; and comparing the heat of the one or more hot search words with the heat of the keywords.
After the editing of the first search information is completed and the second search information is obtained, the quality of the second search information may be further determined, which will be described in further detail below.
Exemplary method two
Fig. 5 illustrates a flowchart of a method of processing a title of an item for online shopping according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 5, the method for processing a title of a product for online shopping according to the embodiment of the present application includes: s210, acquiring a first commodity title of a target language; s220, obtaining a plurality of keywords of the title of the first commodity; s230, acquiring an entity corresponding to the keyword; and S240, editing the first commodity title for optimizing the search effect based on the entity to obtain a second commodity title, wherein the second commodity title is the first commodity title with the optimized search effect.
In one example, in the above processing method of a title of a commodity on online shopping, the edit for optimizing the search effect includes at least one of: adding keywords with excellent search effect; replacing the original keywords with better search effect; and deleting the keywords with bad search effects.
In one example, in the above processing method of a title of a commodity on online shopping, the edit for optimizing the search effect further includes at least one of: screening the keywords of the first commodity title based on at least one of time, region and category; selecting a predetermined keyword to view attribute data and associated data of the keyword; viewing one or more hot search words corresponding to a first commodity title of a target language based on at least one of time, region and category, and adding at least one of the one or more hot search words to the first commodity title; and, keywords are added, modified, or deleted in other ways.
Those skilled in the art can understand that, compared with the first exemplary method described with reference to fig. 2 to 4, the search information in the second exemplary method is the title of the product purchased online, and in addition, other details in the second exemplary method are completely the same as those in the first exemplary method, and are not repeated to avoid redundancy.
Exemplary method three
FIG. 6 illustrates a flow chart of a method for processing a seller title according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 6, the method for processing the seller title according to the embodiment of the present application includes: s310, acquiring a first seller title of a target language; s320, obtaining a plurality of keywords of the title of the first seller; s330, conducting named entity recognition on at least one keyword in the plurality of keywords to obtain an entity corresponding to the at least one keyword; s340, determining the seller attention corresponding to at least one keyword based on the entity; and S350, editing the first seller title for optimizing the seller attention based on the seller attention to obtain a second seller title, wherein the second seller title is the first seller title with the optimized seller attention.
In one example, in the above method for processing a seller title, the edit for optimizing the seller's attention includes at least one of: adding keywords with higher seller attention; replacing the original keywords with higher seller attention; and deleting keywords with lower seller attention.
In one example, in the above method for processing a seller title, the edit for optimizing the seller's attention further includes at least one of: screening the keywords of the title of the first seller based on at least one of time, region and category; selecting a predetermined keyword to view attribute data and associated data of the keyword; viewing one or more words with higher seller attention corresponding to a first seller title of a target language based on at least one of time, region and category, and adding at least one of the one or more words with higher seller attention to the first seller title; and, keywords are added, modified, or deleted in other ways.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the search information in exemplary method three is the vendor title, in contrast to exemplary method one described with reference to fig. 2 through 4. In addition, in the third exemplary method, by means of named entity identification based on the keyword and seller attention calculation, the named entity identification as an atomic capability and the seller attention calculation can be applied to overall optimization of the seller title, so that the search effect of the seller title is improved. In addition, other details in the third exemplary method are completely the same as corresponding details in the first exemplary method, and are not repeated to avoid redundancy.
Exemplary method four
Fig. 7 illustrates a flowchart of a method of determining quality of search information according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 7, a method for determining the quality of search information according to an embodiment of the present application includes: s410, obtaining search information with optimized search effect; s420, acquiring keywords and entities thereof in the search information; s430, determining whether a plurality of quality evaluation indexes of the search information are met or not based on the search information, the keywords and the entities thereof; and S440, displaying the search information, the keywords and the entities thereof and the determination result whether the plurality of quality evaluation indexes are met.
Fig. 8 illustrates a schematic diagram of a determination method of quality of search information according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 8, search information, such as a title of a product, for which a search effect has been optimized is first acquired. Then, keywords and their entities in the title of the product, such as the keywords "manual", "polipoto", "cadena", and their entities "style", "other", "category" shown in fig. 8, are obtained. As shown in fig. 8, while acquiring a keyword and its entity in a title of a product, a translation of the keyword and its entity may be displayed, so that a user can clearly understand the meaning of the keyword and its entity, which may be referred to as "title perspective".
Then, based on the search information, the keyword, and the entity thereof, it may be determined whether the search information meets a plurality of quality evaluation indexes. For example, as shown in fig. 8, for example, for a title of a product, the quality of the title of the product may be determined by a series of evaluation indexes, such as whether all category main words are included in the first 50 characters (i.e., the category to which the product belongs, such as "chain" and "3 meter capstan" in fig. 8), whether hot search words are included, whether the number of characters exceeds a limit, whether duplicate words are included, and the like.
That is, in the method of determining the quality of search information according to the embodiment of the present application, the plurality of quality evaluation indexes include at least one of: searching whether the first preset number of characters of the information contain words of all categories or not; whether the keyword contains a hot search word; whether the total word number of the search information exceeds a predetermined threshold; and whether the keyword contains a repeated word.
In this way, by the method for determining the quality of the search information according to the embodiment of the present application, the quality of the second search information on which the search effect optimization has been performed as described above can be determined, where the quality refers to the text quality of the second search information with respect to the search effect, for example, the first predetermined number of characters of the search information include words of all kinds, the keyword includes a hot search word, the total number of words of the search information does not exceed the predetermined threshold, and the keyword does not include a repeat word, which both contribute to improving the search effect of the search information, thereby indicating the high quality of the search information. Otherwise, the search effect of the search information is not improved, so that the quality of the search information is low.
Exemplary method five
Fig. 9 illustrates a flowchart of an interactive method of searching for information according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 9, an interactive method for searching information according to an embodiment of the present application includes: s510, receiving input operation of a user on first search information; s520, displaying the first search information to a user; s530, generating second search information with optimized search effect; and S540, displaying the keyword of the second search information and its entity to the user.
Fig. 10 illustrates a schematic diagram of an interaction method of searching information according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 10, the interactive method for searching information according to the embodiment of the present application is used for optimizing the search effect on the title of a commodity sold on a cross-border e-commerce platform. First, the user inputs first search information, i.e., an original title of the goods. In addition, based on the original title of the goods input by the user, the category, source language and target language of the goods may be determined, and of course, the category, source language and target language of the goods may also be input by the user. As shown in fig. 10, the title of the product is "package mailbag return 2018 autumn and winter new leather coat Women's coat short slimming high waist sheep leather locomotive small wallet plus velvet", the category is "Fashion > Women's coat (fast > Women's exit)", and the language is chinese to english.
That is, in the interactive method of searching for information according to an embodiment of the present application, displaying the first search information to the user includes: displaying at least one of the belonged category, the source language and the target language of the first search information.
Then, based on the processing method of the search information according to the embodiment of the present application, as described above, an optimized target title may be generated, where "2018 New Leather coatings Women's jack Short clips High wait sheet Skin low cooperative Small wave slip High wait sheet Skin low cooperative thin challenge killer king kekehke.
And, for the optimized target title, each keyword, corresponding chinese translation and entity thereof can be exposed through the "title perspective" as described above. For example, the translation of "2018 New" is "2018 New", which is actually a marketing word; the translation of "Leather Coats" is "dermal skin coat", the entity of which is a category word; the translation of the Short slim is Short form, and the entity of the Short slim is an attribute word; the translation of the Skin is the sheepskin, and the entity of the Skin is a texture word; the translation of "lococotive" is "Locomotive", whose entity is a modifier, etc.
In addition, as described above, the processing method of search information according to the embodiment of the present application may search for a current hot search word and add the current hot search word to a title, and may further classify the hot search word into, for example, a "hot search word", "sales word", "long-tailed word", "attribute word", "promotional word", "brand word", and the like as shown in fig. 10. And, for each searched hot search word, the translation thereof, the popularity of the search, the competitive index and other heat indexes can be further displayed, so that the user can conveniently determine whether to add the search word into the title.
That is, in the interaction method of search information according to an embodiment of the present application, displaying a keyword of second search information and an entity thereof to a user includes: other words having a good search effect are displayed.
In the above interaction method of search information, displaying other words having a good search effect includes: and displaying the heat indexes of other words.
In this way, the user may choose to add one or more words to the title of the item. That is, in the interaction method of search information according to an embodiment of the present application, after displaying the keyword of the second search information and the entity thereof to the user, further comprising: receiving an operation of adding at least one word in other words by a user; adding at least one word to the second search information to obtain third search information; and displaying the third search information.
Finally, when the user completes editing of the title, the completed title may be submitted or the editing of the next title may continue.
That is, in the interaction method of search information according to an embodiment of the present application, after displaying the third search information, further comprising: and receiving the operation that the user confirms the third search information.
In addition, in the above search information interaction method, after receiving an operation of confirming the third search information by the user, the method further includes: and receiving an input operation of the user on the fourth search information.
Therefore, by the interaction method for searching information according to the embodiment of the application, the rewriting and translation of the commodity title and the optimization process of the searching effect can be unified, and the operation of a user is facilitated. In addition, the seller can be helped to operate the commodity titles of various languages aiming at commodities with different stages and attributes based on massive data in the E-commerce field and hot searching words with flow attributes.
In addition, as described with reference to fig. 1, the processing method for searching information according to the embodiment of the present application may be used for a server such as a shopping website, and a user interacts with the server through a terminal device of the user, for example, a smart phone.
FIG. 11 illustrates a schematic diagram of multi-terminal interaction of search information according to an embodiment of the application.
As shown in fig. 11, in S601, the terminal device UE of the user receives first search information, for example, a title of a product to be optimized by the user, from the user. Then, in S602, the first search information input by the user is displayed to the user at the terminal device UE.
At S603, the first search information is sent from the terminal device UE to a server side, such as a server S of a shopping website, and then the processing of the first search information is performed at the server S to optimize the search effect thereof.
The process at the server S is as in the exemplary method one previously described. Specifically, the first search information may be first translated, sorted, and the like at S604. Then, in S605, the first search information is word-segmented to obtain a keyword. Next, at S606, an entity corresponding to the keyword is obtained by named entity identification.
In order to enable the user to autonomously edit the first search information, the keyword and its entity may be transmitted from the server S to the terminal device UE at S607, and the keyword of the first search information and its corresponding entity are displayed at the terminal device UE at S608.
The terminal apparatus UE receives the editing operation of the user, such as addition, deletion, and modification of a keyword S609, and transmits the editing result of the user to the server S610.
At S611, the server S edits the first search information based on the editing result of the user to generate second search information. Then, at S612, the second search information is transmitted from the server S to the terminal apparatus UE. And displaying the second search information with the optimized search effect on the terminal equipment UE at S613.

Fig. 12 illustrates a block diagram of a processing apparatus for searching information according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 12, a processing apparatus 700 for searching information according to an embodiment of the present application includes: an information acquisition unit 710 for acquiring first search information of a target language; a keyword obtaining unit 720 for obtaining a plurality of keywords of the first search information; an entity obtaining unit 730, configured to obtain an entity corresponding to the keyword; and a search editing unit 740 for editing the first search information for optimizing the search effect based on the entity to obtain second search information, the second search information being the first search information for which the search effect has been optimized.
In one example, in the processing apparatus 700 for searching information, the edit for optimizing the search effect includes at least one of: adding keywords with excellent search effect; replacing the original keywords with better search effect; and deleting the keywords with bad search effects.
In one example, in the processing apparatus 700 for searching information, the information obtaining unit 710 is configured to: acquiring third search information of the target language, wherein the third search information is search information without word order adjustment; determining a category of the third search information; and adjusting the word order of the third search information based on the category to obtain the first search information.
In one example, in the processing apparatus 700 for searching information, the information obtaining unit 710 is configured to: obtaining fourth search information of the source language, wherein the fourth search information is search information which is not subjected to word order adjustment; determining a category of the fourth search information; adjusting the word order of the fourth search information based on the category to obtain fifth search information of the source language, wherein the fifth search information is search information which is adjusted in word order; and translating the fifth search information in the source language into the first search information in the target language.
In one example, in the processing apparatus 700 for searching information described above, the information acquiring unit 710 acquiring the fourth search information in the source language includes: acquiring sixth search information of the source language, wherein the sixth search information is search information originally input by a user; carrying out named entity identification on the sixth search information to obtain an entity corresponding to the word in the sixth search information; and removing the words which are not oriented to the searching user in the sixth text information based on the entity corresponding to the words to obtain fourth searching information of the source language.

As shown in fig. 15, a device 1000 for determining the quality of search information according to an embodiment of the present application includes: a search information acquisition unit 1010 for acquiring search information for which a search effect has been optimized; a word and entity obtaining unit 1020 configured to obtain a keyword and an entity thereof in the search information; a quality index determination unit 1030 for determining whether a plurality of quality evaluation indexes of the search information are met based on the search information, the keyword, and an entity thereof; and a determination result display unit 1040 for displaying the search information, the keywords and their entities, and the determination result of whether or not the plurality of quality evaluation indexes are met.
In one example, in the apparatus 1000 for determining the quality of the search information, the plurality of quality evaluation indexes include at least one of: searching whether the first preset number of characters of the information contain words of all categories or not; whether the keyword contains a hot search word; whether the total word number of the search information exceeds a predetermined threshold; and whether the keyword contains a repeated word.

As described above, each of the exemplary apparatus one to the exemplary apparatus five according to the embodiments of the present application may be implemented in various terminal devices, such as a server for running an e-commerce platform, and the like. In one example, the apparatuses according to the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into the terminal device as one software module and/or hardware module. For example, each device may be a software module in the operating system of the terminal device, or may be an application developed for the terminal device; of course, each device may equally well be one of many hardware modules of the terminal equipment.
Alternatively, in another example, each of the exemplary apparatus one to the exemplary apparatus five according to the embodiments of the present application and the terminal device may also be separate devices, and each apparatus may be connected to the terminal device through a wired and/or wireless network and transmit the interaction information according to an agreed data format.

As shown in fig. 17, the electronic device 10 includes one or more processors 11 and a memory 12.
The processor 13 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU) or other form of processing unit having data processing capabilities and/or instruction execution capabilities, and may control other components in the electronic device 10 to perform desired functions.
Memory 12 may include one or more computer program products that may include various forms of computer-readable storage media, such as volatile memory and/or non-volatile memory. Volatile memory can include, for example, Random Access Memory (RAM), cache memory (or the like). The non-volatile memory may include, for example, Read Only Memory (ROM), a hard disk, flash memory, and the like. In one example, the electronic device 10 may further include: an input device 13 and an output device 14, which are interconnected by a bus system and/or other form of connection mechanism (not shown).
The input device 13 may include, for example, a keyboard, a mouse, and the like.
The output device 14 may output various information including the second search information, etc. in which the search effect is optimized, to the outside. The output devices 14 may include, for example, a display, speakers, a printer, and a communication network and its connected remote output devices, among others.
Of course, for the sake of simplicity, only some of the components of the electronic device 10 relevant to the present application are shown in fig. 17, and components such as buses, input/output interfaces, and the like are omitted. In addition, the electronic device 10 may include any other suitable components depending on the particular application.

Claims (32)

1. A method for processing search information, comprising:
acquiring first search information of a target language;
obtaining a plurality of keywords of first search information;
obtaining an entity corresponding to the keyword; and
and editing the first search information based on the entity to optimize the search effect to obtain second search information, wherein the second search information is the first search information with the optimized search effect.
2. The method for processing search information according to claim 1, wherein the editing for optimizing the search effect includes at least one of:
adding keywords with excellent search effect;
replacing the original keywords with better search effect; and
keywords having a bad search effect are deleted.
3. The method for processing search information according to claim 1, wherein acquiring the search information in the target language comprises:
acquiring third search information of the target language, wherein the third search information is search information without word order adjustment;
determining a category of the third search information; and
and adjusting the word order of the third search information based on the category to obtain the first search information.
4. The method for processing search information according to claim 1, wherein acquiring the first search information in the target language comprises:
obtaining fourth search information of the source language, wherein the fourth search information is search information which is not subjected to word order adjustment;
determining a category of the fourth search information;
adjusting the word order of the fourth search information based on the category to obtain fifth search information of the source language, wherein the fifth search information is search information which is adjusted in word order; and
and translating the fifth search information in the source language into the first search information in the target language.
5. The method of processing search information according to claim 4, wherein obtaining fourth search information in the source language comprises:
acquiring sixth search information of the source language, wherein the sixth search information is search information originally input by a user, and the sixth search information is subjected to named entity identification so as to obtain an entity corresponding to a word in the sixth search information; and
and removing the words which are not oriented to the searching user in the sixth text information based on the entity corresponding to the words to obtain fourth searching information of the source language.
6. The method of processing search information according to claim 4, wherein translating the fifth search information in the source language into the first search information in the target language comprises:
and translating the fifth search information in the source language into the first search information in the target language by using the word stock with the named entity identification tag.
7. The method of processing search information according to claim 1, wherein editing the first search information for optimizing a search effect based on the entity to obtain the second search information comprises:
determining whether the entity is a reference language;
in response to the entity not being in the reference language, translating the entity to the reference language; and
and editing the first search information of the target language for optimizing the search effect based on the entity of the reference language to obtain second search information of the target language.
8. The method of processing search information according to claim 2, wherein the editing for optimizing the search effect further comprises at least one of:
screening the keywords of the first search information based on at least one of time, region and category;
selecting a predetermined keyword to view attribute data and associated data of the keyword;
viewing one or more hot search terms corresponding to first search information of a target language based on at least one of time, region and category, and adding at least one of the one or more hot search terms to the first search information; and
keywords are added, modified, or deleted in other ways.
9. The text processing method for optimizing a search effect according to claim 8, further comprising, after editing the first search information for optimizing a search effect based on the entity to obtain the second search information:
determining the heat degree of the keyword; and
the heat of one or more hot search terms is compared with the heat of the keyword.
10. The text processing method for optimizing a search effect according to claim 1, further comprising, after editing the first search information for optimizing a search effect based on the entity to obtain the second search information:
the quality of the second search information is determined based on the search effect of the second search information.
11. A processing method of a title of a commodity for online shopping is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a first commodity title of a target language;
obtaining a plurality of keywords of a first commodity title;
obtaining an entity corresponding to the keyword; and
and editing the first commodity title for optimizing the search effect based on the entity to obtain a second commodity title, wherein the second commodity title is the first commodity title with the optimized search effect.
12. The method for processing titles of products for online shopping according to claim 11, wherein the edit for optimizing the search effect includes at least one of:
adding keywords with excellent search effect;
replacing the original keywords with better search effect; and
keywords having a bad search effect are deleted.
13. The method for processing titles of products for online shopping according to claim 12, wherein the edit for optimizing the search effect further comprises at least one of:
screening the keywords of the first commodity title based on at least one of time, region and category;
selecting a predetermined keyword to view attribute data and associated data of the keyword;
viewing one or more hot search words corresponding to a first commodity title of a target language based on at least one of time, region and category, and adding at least one of the one or more hot search words to the first commodity title; and
keywords are added, modified, or deleted in other ways.
14. A method for processing a title of a seller, comprising:
acquiring a first seller title of a target language;
obtaining a plurality of keywords of a first seller title;
carrying out named entity recognition on at least one keyword in the plurality of keywords to obtain an entity corresponding to the at least one keyword;
determining a seller attention corresponding to at least one keyword based on the entity; and
and editing the first seller title for optimizing the seller attention based on the seller attention to obtain a second seller title, wherein the second seller title is the first seller title with the optimized seller attention.
15. The seller title processing method of claim 14, wherein the edits to optimize seller interest include at least one of:
adding keywords with higher seller attention;
replacing the original keywords with higher seller attention; and
keywords with lower seller attention are deleted.
16. The vendor title process of claim 15, wherein the edits to optimize vendor focus further comprise at least one of:
screening the keywords of the title of the first seller based on at least one of time, region and category;
selecting a predetermined keyword to view attribute data and associated data of the keyword;
viewing one or more words with higher seller attention corresponding to a first seller title of a target language based on at least one of time, region and category, and adding at least one of the one or more words with higher seller attention to the first seller title; and
keywords are added, modified, or deleted in other ways.
17. A method for determining the quality of search information, comprising:
acquiring search information with optimized search effect;
acquiring keywords and entities thereof in the search information;
determining whether a plurality of quality evaluation indexes of the search information are met based on the search information, the keywords and the entities thereof; and
and displaying the search information, the keywords and the entities thereof and the determination result of whether the search information, the keywords and the entities thereof accord with a plurality of quality evaluation indexes.
18. The method of determining the quality of search information according to claim 17, wherein the plurality of quality evaluation indexes include at least one of:
searching whether the first preset number of characters of the information contain words of all categories or not;
whether the keyword contains a hot search word;
whether the total word number of the search information exceeds a predetermined threshold; and
whether the keyword contains a repeated word.
19. An interactive method for searching information, comprising:
receiving input operation of a user on first search information;
displaying the first search information to a user;
generating second search information with optimized search effect; and
and displaying the keywords of the second search information and the entities thereof to the user.
20. The interactive method of searching for information of claim 19, wherein displaying the first search information to the user comprises:
displaying at least one of the belonged category, the source language and the target language of the first search information.
21. The interactive method of search information according to claim 19, wherein displaying the keyword of the second search information and the entity thereof to the user comprises:
other words having a good search effect are displayed.
22. The interactive method of searching for information of claim 21, wherein displaying the other words having a good search effect comprises:

23. The interactive method for search information of claim 22, further comprising, after displaying the keyword of the second search information and its entity to the user:
receiving an operation of adding at least one word in other words by a user;

and a search editing unit for editing the first search information for optimizing the search effect based on the entity to obtain second search information, wherein the second search information is the first search information with the optimized search effect.
27. A processing method of a title of a commodity for online shopping is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a product title acquisition unit for acquiring a first product title in a target language;
a title keyword obtaining unit for obtaining a plurality of keywords of a title of a first article;
a title entity obtaining unit, configured to obtain an entity corresponding to the keyword; and
and the commodity title editing unit is used for editing the first commodity title for optimizing the search effect based on the entity to obtain a second commodity title, and the second commodity title is the first commodity title with the optimized search effect.
28. A seller title processing apparatus, comprising:
a seller title acquisition unit, configured to acquire a first seller title in a target language;
a seller keyword obtaining unit configured to obtain a plurality of keywords of a first seller title;
the named entity recognition unit is used for carrying out named entity recognition on at least one keyword in the keywords so as to obtain an entity corresponding to the at least one keyword;
the attention degree determining unit is used for determining the attention degree of the seller corresponding to at least one keyword based on the entity; and
and the seller title editing unit is used for editing the first seller title for optimizing the seller attention based on the seller attention to obtain a second seller title, and the second seller title is the first seller title with the optimized seller attention.
29. An apparatus for determining a quality of search information, comprising:
a search information acquisition unit for acquiring search information for which a search effect has been optimized;
a word and entity obtaining unit, configured to obtain a keyword and an entity thereof in the search information;
a quality index determination unit for determining whether a plurality of quality evaluation indexes of the search information are met based on the search information, the keyword and an entity thereof; and
and the determining result display unit is used for displaying the searching information, the key words and the entities thereof and determining results whether the plurality of quality evaluation indexes are met.
30. An interactive apparatus for searching information, comprising:
the first input unit is used for receiving input operation of a user on the first search information;
a first display unit for displaying first search information to a user;
a first generating unit for generating second search information with optimized search effect; and
and the second display unit is used for displaying the keywords of the second search information and the entities thereof to the user.
31. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor; and
a memory in which computer program instructions are stored, which, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform the method of processing search information according to any one of claims 1 to 10, the method of processing a title of an item for online shopping according to any one of claims 11 to 13, the method of processing a title of a seller according to any one of claims 14 to 16, the method of determining the quality of search information according to claim 17 or 18, and the method of interacting with search information according to any one of claims 19 to 25.
32. A computer readable medium having stored thereon computer program instructions which, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to execute a method of processing search information according to any one of claims 1 to 10, a method of processing a title of an item for online shopping according to any one of claims 11 to 13, a method of processing a title of a seller according to any one of claims 14 to 16, a method of determining a quality of search information according to claim 17 or 18, and a method of interacting search information according to any one of claims 19 to 25.
