If the commodity inquiry message contains an unknown word segmentation result, further judging whether the unknown word segmentation result is an unknown high-frequency word segmentation result, wherein the unknown high-frequency word segmentation result refers to an unknown word segmentation result with the frequency exceeding a preset threshold value appearing in bullet screen information within a preset time range, and if the unknown word segmentation result is an unknown high-frequency word segmentation result, screening out the commodity inquiry message. The preset time range and the preset threshold may be pre-configured.
In other words, for each commodity query message, it is determined whether each participle result of the commodity query message is contained in the participle database, if one or more participle results of the commodity query message are not contained in the participle database, the frequency of occurrence of the participle result not contained in the participle database within a preset time range is determined, and if the frequency of occurrence exceeds a preset threshold, the commodity query message is screened out.
In a specific implementation of step S303, a commodity inquiry message containing the unknown high-frequency word segmentation result is sent to the external terminal. More specifically, each unknown high-frequency segmentation result may be marked in a commodity inquiry message sent to the external terminal to instruct the external terminal to determine the marked unknown high-frequency segmentation result.
Further, a judgment result of an unknown high-frequency word segmentation result can be obtained from an external terminal, and whether the unknown high-frequency word segmentation result is a referring word or not can be identified according to the judgment result. It should be noted that, if the determination result indicates that the unknown high-frequency word segmentation result is a word, the product referred by the unknown high-frequency word segmentation result may also be obtained from an external terminal.
In the above, according to the scheme of the embodiment of the present invention, by screening out the unknown high-frequency word segmentation result, sending the commodity inquiry message including the unknown high-frequency word segmentation result to the external terminal, and then obtaining the determination result of the unknown high-frequency word segmentation result from the external terminal, the referring words not related in the referring word database can be identified, in other words, the scheme of the embodiment of the present invention can identify various emerging referring words, solve the problem that the emerging referring words cannot be identified in the live telecast process of the e-commerce, and more comprehensively identify the referring words in the commodity inquiry message, so that the accuracy of commodity reference resolution can be improved.
Further, unknown high-frequency word segmentation results recognized as referring words may be added to the referring word database to update the referring word database.
In a non-limiting embodiment of the present invention, it may be determined whether the referring word database is updated according to a second preset time interval, that is, whether an unknown high-frequency word segmentation result is added to the referring word database is determined every second preset time interval. The second preset time interval may be preset. Further, each time the judgment representative word database is updated, the reference word recognition model is trained again by adopting a query message sample containing the newly added reference word to the reference word database so as to optimize the reference word recognition model. In other words, whenever an unknown high-frequency word segmentation result is added to the word reference database, the word reference recognition model is trained again using query message samples containing the unknown high-frequency word segmentation result. Therefore, in the scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the referential word recognition model is trained by adopting the query message sample containing the unknown high-frequency word segmentation result which is newly recognized as the referential word, and the referential word recognition model can be updated, so that the referential word recognition model can recognize emerging referential words.
It should be noted that, in the solution of the embodiment of the present invention, the pronouns in the product query message may be identified by using multiple identification manners. The recognition results of different recognition modes may be the same or different. In other words, the reference words identified by different identification methods may be the same or different for each goods inquiry message. The identification method may be any of the above-described identification methods, but is not limited thereto.
Furthermore, the recognition results of multiple recognition modes can be combined, that is, the repeated processing can be performed on the reference words recognized by the multiple recognition modes to obtain each reference word in the commodity inquiry message.
Specifically, the reference words have different types, and different recognition modes have different effects of recognizing the different types of the reference words. For example, the effect of identifying the pronouns indicated by the attribute by adopting the identification mode of the word-indicating identification model is better, and the effect of judging whether each word segmentation result is the pronouns indicated by the identification mode identification time sequence of the word-indicating is better by adopting the preset word-indicating database. Therefore, the reference words of the commodity inquiry messages are identified by adopting different identification modes, the identification effects of different identification modes on different types of reference words can be exerted, the reference words in each commodity inquiry message are identified as much as possible, the reference words in the commodity inquiry messages are identified more comprehensively, and the accuracy of commodity reference resolution can be improved.
With continued reference to fig. 2, in a specific implementation of step S203, the reference word has multiple types, the live broadcast commodity information may include commodity information corresponding to the various types of reference words, the type of the reference word may be identified, the commodity information corresponding to the type of the reference word is searched according to the type of the reference word, and the commodity referred by the reference word is determined according to the searched commodity information corresponding to the type of the reference word. In other words, the live broadcast commodity information includes a plurality of types of commodity information, and the types of the commodity information and the types of the reference words may be in one-to-one correspondence.
Specifically, if the type of the pronouns is identified as the attribute reference, the attribute information of the commodities in the live broadcast room is searched. The attribute information is commodity information describing an attribute of a commodity. The attributes of the commodities refer to the inherent characteristics of the commodities, and the inherent characteristics are not changed along with the advance of the live broadcast. The attribute information of the commodity can be uploaded to a live broadcast platform in advance. More specifically, attribute information of the commodity can be searched in the live script data. Therefore, the attribute of the commodity described by the index word can be determined according to the index word indicated by the attribute, and the attribute information is the commodity information describing the attribute of each commodity, so that the commodity indicated by the index word indicated by the attribute can be determined according to the attribute information of each commodity.
Further, if the type of the pronouns is identified as the time sequence reference, searching the time sequence information of the commodities in the live broadcast room. The time-series information is commodity information describing an explanation order of commodities. The time sequence information of the commodities can be uploaded to the live broadcast platform in advance. More specifically, the time sequence information of the commodity can be searched in the live script data.
In a non-limiting embodiment of the present invention, considering that the time sequence information uploaded to the live broadcasting platform is preset, the explanation sequence of the goods may be randomly adjusted during the live broadcasting process, which is different from the preset explanation sequence. Therefore, the time sequence information of the commodities can be searched in the live commodity information identified according to the live broadcast picture and/or the live broadcast audio of the live broadcast room. In other words, the explanation sequence of each commodity can be analyzed according to the live broadcast picture and/or live broadcast audio of the live broadcast room. Specifically, when the barrage information is acquired, a live broadcast picture and/or live broadcast audio in a same time interval can be acquired, the current commodities being explained can be determined according to the live broadcast picture and/or the live broadcast audio, and along with the advancement of live broadcast, the explanation sequence of each commodity can be sequentially obtained.
Therefore, the explanation sequence of the commodities described by the reference word can be determined according to the time sequence reference word, and the commodities described by the time sequence reference word can be determined according to the time sequence information of each commodity because the time sequence information is the commodity information describing the explanation sequence of each commodity.
Further, if the type of the pronouns is identified as the spatial state reference, the spatial state information of the commodities in the live broadcast room is searched. Spatial status information refers to merchandise information that describes the status and/or location of merchandise. The state of the commodity may refer to a display state of the commodity in the live broadcast room, and the position of the commodity may refer to a position of the commodity in the live broadcast room.
It should be noted that the spatial state information of the commodity generally changes as the live broadcast advances, and therefore, the spatial state information of the commodity can be searched from the live broadcast commodity information identified from the live broadcast picture and/or the live broadcast audio. In other words, the status and/or location of the item may be identified from the live view and/or live audio. Therefore, the state and/or the position of the commodity described by the space state can be determined according to the reference word, and the commodity described by the space state can be determined according to the space state information of each commodity because the space state information is commodity information describing the state and/or the position of each commodity.
It should be noted that, after determining, for each item query message, the items indicated by the respective reference words in the item query message, since each reference word may indicate a plurality of items, the same item indicated by each reference word may be used as the item pointed by the item query message.
In the scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the barrage information and the live broadcast commodity information of the live broadcast room can be acquired, and the live broadcast platform further identifies the pronouns in the commodity inquiry message aiming at the barrage information containing the commodity inquiry message; the live broadcast commodity information is information for describing commodities in the live broadcast room, and the commodities indicated by the reference words can be determined according to the obtained live broadcast commodity information, so that the commodities pointed by the commodity inquiry message can be accurately determined.
Further, after the commodity to which the commodity inquiry message is directed is determined, detailed information of the commodity may be acquired, and the detailed information may be used to reply to the commodity inquiry message. The detailed information may be introduction information such as text, graphics, etc., or may be a link of corresponding information.
The manner of replying to the goods inquiry message may be various appropriate manners. In a non-limiting example, the detailed information of the merchandise can be fed back to the live broadcast terminal, so that the anchor or customer service personnel on the side of the live broadcast terminal can reply to the merchandise inquiry message according to the information. In one non-limiting example, the link to the item may be sent to a customer service terminal of the live broadcast room, which may be a terminal used by a customer service person of the live broadcast room, and the customer service person of the live broadcast room replies to the item inquiry message.
In a non-limiting embodiment of the present invention, after determining the goods to which the goods inquiry message is directed, the question in the goods inquiry message may be identified and automatically replied, but is not limited thereto. For example, after determining the article pointed by the article inquiry message "how much money the article of clothing is on the anchor", the price of the article may be transmitted to the user terminal that transmitted the article inquiry message. It should be noted that, the embodiment of the present invention does not limit any processing manner after determining the product to which the product query message is directed.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a commodity designation digestion device of a live broadcast platform in the embodiment of the present invention. The commodity designation digestion device of the live broadcast platform in the embodiment of the invention can comprise: an acquisition module 41, a reference word recognition module 42 and a resolution module 43, wherein:
the acquisition module 41 is configured to acquire barrage information and live broadcast commodity information of a live broadcast room, where the live broadcast commodity information is information for describing commodities in the live broadcast room; the phrase identification module 42 is configured to determine whether the bullet screen information includes a commodity inquiry message, and if so, identify a phrase in the commodity inquiry message; and the digestion module 43 is configured to determine the commodity indicated by the representative word according to the live broadcast commodity information, so as to determine the commodity pointed by the commodity inquiry message.
Those skilled in the art understand that the commodity designation counteracting device of the live broadcast platform in the embodiment of the present invention may be used to implement the commodity designation counteracting method of the live broadcast platform shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3. More contents such as the working principle, the working mode, the beneficial effects and the like of the commodity designation resolution device of the live broadcast platform in the embodiment of the invention can refer to the above description related to the commodity designation resolution method of the live broadcast platform, and are not described again here.
Further, the embodiment of the present invention also discloses a storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the steps of the commodity designation resolution method of the live broadcast platform are executed. Preferably, the storage medium may include a computer-readable storage medium such as a non-volatile (non-volatile) memory or a non-transitory (non-transient) memory. The storage medium may include, but is not limited to, ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks, and the like. The processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), or may be other general-purpose processors, Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) or other programmable logic devices, discrete gates or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components, or the like. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
Further, the embodiment of the invention also discloses a computing device, which comprises a memory and a processor, wherein the memory is stored with a computer program capable of running on the processor, and the processor executes the steps of the commodity designation resolution method of the live broadcast platform when running the computer program. The computing device may include, but is not limited to, a mobile phone, a computer, a tablet computer, and other terminal devices. The memory may be either volatile memory or nonvolatile memory, or may include both volatile and nonvolatile memory. The nonvolatile Memory may be a Read-only Memory (ROM), a Programmable ROM (PROM), an Erasable PROM (EPROM), an Electrically Erasable PROM (EEPROM), or a flash Memory. Volatile memory can be Random Access Memory (RAM), which acts as external cache memory. By way of example and not limitation, many forms of Random Access Memory (RAM) are available, such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double data rate SDRAM (DDR SDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), synchlronous DRAM (SLDRAM), and Direct memory bus RAM (DR RAM).
It should be understood that, in the various embodiments of the present application, the sequence numbers of the above-mentioned processes do not mean the execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present application.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed method, apparatus and system may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative; for example, the division of the unit is only a logic function division, and there may be another division manner in actual implementation; for example, various elements or components may be combined or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not implemented. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may be physically included alone, or two or more units may be integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, or in a form of hardware plus a software functional unit.
The integrated unit implemented in the form of a software functional unit may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. The software functional unit is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute some steps of the methods according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
It should be understood that the term "and/or" herein is merely one type of association relationship that describes an associated object, meaning that three relationships may exist, e.g., a and/or B may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. Claims (12)

1. A commodity designation resolution method of a live broadcast platform is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring bullet screen information and live broadcast commodity information of a live broadcast room, wherein the live broadcast commodity information is information for describing commodities in the live broadcast room;
judging whether the barrage information contains a commodity inquiry message or not, and if so, identifying the pronouns in the commodity inquiry message;
and determining the commodities referred by the pronouns according to the live commodity information so as to determine the commodities pointed by the commodity inquiry message.
2. The method for commodity reference resolution of a live platform according to claim 1, wherein identifying a reference word in the commodity inquiry message comprises:
segmenting the commodity inquiry message to obtain a segmentation result of the commodity inquiry message;
and for each word segmentation result, judging whether the word segmentation result is contained in a preset word reference database, if so, identifying the word segmentation result as a word reference, wherein the word reference database contains a plurality of preset word references.
3. The method for commodity reference resolution of a live platform of claim 1, wherein identifying the referent in the commodity inquiry message comprises:
inputting the commodity inquiry message into a reference word recognition model to obtain a reference word in the commodity inquiry message;
the index word recognition model is used for recognizing index words in the commodity inquiry messages, the index word recognition model is generated by training a preset model by taking a plurality of inquiry message samples as training data, and each inquiry message sample comprises a labeled index word.
4. The method for commodity reference resolution of a live platform of claim 1, wherein identifying the referent in the commodity inquiry message comprises:
segmenting the commodity inquiry message to obtain a segmentation result of the commodity inquiry message;
screening out commodity inquiry messages containing unknown high-frequency word segmentation results according to a preset word database, wherein the unknown high-frequency word segmentation results refer to word segmentation results which are not contained in the word database, and the times of occurrence of the unknown high-frequency word segmentation results in the barrage information within a preset time range exceed a preset threshold;
sending the commodity inquiry message containing the unknown high-frequency word segmentation result to an external terminal, and obtaining a judgment result of the unknown high-frequency word segmentation result from the external terminal, wherein the judgment result is used for indicating whether the unknown high-frequency word segmentation result is a reference word or not.
5. The commodity designation resolution method for the live broadcast platform according to claim 4, further comprising:
and adding the unknown high-frequency word segmentation result with the judgment result of yes into the representative word database.
6. The method for commodity reference resolution of a live platform of claim 1, wherein identifying the referent in the commodity inquiry message comprises:
identifying the pronouns in the commodity inquiry message by adopting a plurality of identification modes;
and merging the recognition results of the multiple recognition modes to obtain the pronouncing words in the commodity inquiry message.

The method for resolving commodity designation of a live broadcast platform according to claim 1, wherein the designation words have a plurality of types, the live broadcast commodity information includes commodity information corresponding to the various types of designation words, and determining the commodity designated by the designation words according to the live broadcast commodity information includes: identifying the type of the representative word;
according to the type of the pronoun, searching commodity information corresponding to the type of the pronoun, and determining the commodity referred by the pronoun according to the commodity information.

The commodity reference resolution method of the live broadcast platform according to claim 6, wherein according to the type of the pronoun, commodity information corresponding to the type of the pronoun is searched, and according to the commodity information, determining that the commodity referred by the pronoun includes one or more of the following items:
if the type of the reference word is attribute reference, searching attribute information of the commodities in the live broadcast room, and determining the commodities to which the reference word refers according to the attribute information, wherein the attribute information is used for describing the attributes of the commodities;
if the type of the reference word is time sequence reference, searching time sequence information of the commodities in the live broadcast room, and determining the commodities referred by the reference word according to the time sequence information, wherein the time sequence information is used for describing an explanation sequence of the commodities;
if the type of the meaning word is space state meaning, searching space state information of the commodities in the live broadcast room, and determining the commodities indicated by the meaning word according to the space state information, wherein the space state information is used for describing the state and/or position of the commodities.
9. The commodity reference resolution method of the live broadcast platform according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the method for acquiring the live broadcast commodity information includes:
and identifying the live broadcast picture and/or the live broadcast audio of the live broadcast room to obtain the live broadcast commodity information.
10. An article designation resolution device of a live broadcast platform, which is characterized by comprising:
