Similarly, when the user 1 sends out the voice message "take 500g of grapes out of the refrigerating chamber", the voice recognition module 232 matches the voice data with the voice command vocabulary to obtain a matching result that the matching degree of the voice data with five voice command vocabularies of "refrigerating chamber", "take out", "500", "g" and "grape" in sequence in time order is more than a threshold value and the semantic meaning is clear, and then generates a voice instruction reflecting "refrigerating chamber grape-500 g", and sends the voice instruction to the database of the refrigerator 2. The food materials and other related data in the database of the refrigerator 2 can be modified by the voice command of the user 1 recognized by the voice recognition module 232.
The inventory management module 233 is configured to record and store the food material data information stored in or taken out from the refrigerator main body 20 according to the voice command sent from the voice recognition module 232. Specifically, the library management module 233 includes a memory (not shown) in which the current food material data information and the food material data information of the history of the storage or the extraction are stored.
The food material data information includes at least food material consumption term information associated with a food material type, previously entered and stored in the library management module 233, and may be one or more of the type, number, consumption term, storage location in the refrigerator main body 20, and the like of the food material. The food material data information stored in the library management module 233 includes the food material consumption time limit information associated with the food material type and previously recorded and stored in the library management module 122. That is, the food consumption time limit information of each food material is already stored in the inventory management module 233, so that the user does not need to input the information every time the user uses the food material, and the food consumption time limit management of the food material is facilitated. In addition, when the consumption time limit of a certain food material is not stored in the library management module 122 or the user wishes to define the consumption time limit of the food material by himself/herself, the consumption time limit of the food material may be recorded and modified by a voice command. For example, the food material consumption time limit information pre-recorded in the library management module 233 for apple is 15 days, and if the user 1 wishes to consume the apple within a week, the food material consumption time limit of the apple can be changed to 7 days by a voice instruction.
The expiration counting module 234 can calculate and count the expired food materials based on the current food material data information, the user 1 is not required to actively calculate the food material consumption time limit information of the expired food materials, the health can be prevented from being influenced by the fact that the user 1 mistakenly eats food exceeding the food material consumption time limit according to calculation and counting of the food material consumption time limit of the food materials, and good planning can be made on the purchase and use of the subsequent food materials, so that the waste of the food materials is reduced and even avoided. For example, the expiration counting module 234 counts that the total consumption time of 500g of food materials exceeds the food material consumption time limit of the food materials, and the user 1 can correspondingly reduce the purchase amount of the food materials after knowing the consumption time, so as to avoid the same waste and repeated manner. Moreover, the expiration statistical module 234 may be triggered by the externally input voice information, that is, when the user 1 sends out the voice information to inquire about the time limit of consumption of the food material to be eaten or to inquire about what food material is expired, the statistical data in the expiration statistical module 233 is output to notify the user 1, the expiration statistical data of the food material can be known without opening a refrigerator door or operating any device, energy is saved, the convenience of using the refrigerator 1 is improved, the man-machine interface is friendly, and the experience of the user 1 is improved.
In the food material data information, the current expiration statistical information is a state quantity, which reflects the number of expired food materials consumed in the current refrigerator 2, for example, when 500g of food materials are consumed in the current refrigerator 2, the expiration statistical information is a variation. The expiration counting module 234 can calculate and count the data of the expired consumed food materials based on the state quantity and the variation quantity, and the expiration counting module 234 includes a processor (not shown) for calculating a food material supplement instruction.
Preferably, in the first embodiment of the present invention, the food material consumption deadline information of the food material is generated by superimposing a preset number of storage days on a date counted from a date when the voice recognition module 232 generates the voice command. If the user 1 puts 3 apples in 1 month and 1 day, and the preset storage days of the apples are 15 days, the food consumption period of the 3 apples is 1 month and 16 days. Different food materials mostly have different food material consumption periods, and the food material consumption period of some food materials is closely related to the storage position and the storage temperature of the food material in the refrigerator main body 20. For example, meat can be stored in the freezer for up to 2-3 days, and in the freezer for more than 90 days. The food material consumption period generated by superposing the preset storage days according to the date of generating the voice command as the starting date does not need to be mastered and memorized by the user 1, so that the user 1 can use the food material consumption period conveniently.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a speech processing method according to a first embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 4, the speech processing method provided by the first embodiment includes:
a voice processing step of encoding the voice information collected by the microphone 21 to generate voice data;
a voice recognition step of generating a voice command after matching the voice data generated by the voice processing module 232 with the pre-embedded voice command vocabulary,
in the warehouse management step, according to the voice instruction, the food material data information of the food material stored in the storage box main body 20 is recorded and stored, and the food material data information at least includes the food material consumption time limit information associated with the food material type and pre-recorded and stored in the warehouse management module 233;
an expiration counting step, in which if the current date of the consumed food material is later than the food material consumption time limit of the consumed food material, the food material data information of the consumed food material is superimposed in the statistical data of the expiration counting module 234.
In this embodiment, the voice processing step is completed by the voice processing module 231, the voice recognition step is completed by the voice recognition module 232, the in-store management step is completed by the in-store management module 233, and the expiration statistics step is completed by the expiration statistics module 234. In other embodiments of the present invention, a part of the independent modules in the speech processing circuit may also perform two or more steps of the speech processing method. In some other embodiments, the voice processing circuit may also include one or more processors, and a memory communicatively connected to the processors, where the memory stores processor-readable instructions, and the processor performs all the steps of the voice processing method provided in the first embodiment by executing the processor-readable instructions. In addition, the processor and the memory can also be arranged in a cloud server or other terminal equipment in communication connection with the refrigerator.
According to the refrigerator 2 and the voice processing method provided by the embodiment, since the speed of the voice recognition on the information processing is high and the efficiency is high, the user 1 can put in or take out the food material and send out the voice information collected by the microphone 21 at the same time, and can send out the voice information collected by the microphone 21 in a mode of reading documents or counting the food material after all the food material is put in or taken out, so that the intelligent management on the food material in the refrigerator can be realized at low cost only by the common microphone 21, the common loudspeaker 22 and the voice processing circuit without depending on other hardware equipment including a display screen, and the usable data entry, update or deletion mode of the refrigerator is more flexible.
Secondly, the recognition accuracy of voice recognition is high, compared with image data, the number of voice command vocabularies such as food material names, quantity, weight and the like is limited, exhaustion can be conveniently carried out, the data volume of a database which needs to be established in advance is small, and the cost of data and software which need to be recorded can be effectively reduced.
Moreover, compared with the method of radio frequency tag identification, the method of voice identification does not need to increase the cost of consumables of the radio frequency tag, and the equipment such as the loudspeaker 22 and the microphone 21, which is used for picking up sound or broadcasting sound towards the outside of the refrigerator, is only installed on the outer side surface of the refrigerator main body or nearby, so that the refrigerator is not easily affected by the cold environment inside the refrigerator, and the cost and the design difficulty of the refrigerator body are lower than those of the refrigerator additionally provided with the radio frequency reading device.
Then, the food material data information stored in the library management module 233 includes the food material consumption term information associated with the food material type, which is previously entered and stored in the library management module 233. That is, the food consumption time limit information of each food material is already stored in the storage management module 233, and the user 1 does not need to enter the information every time the user uses the food material, so that the food consumption time limit management of the food material is facilitated. In addition, when the consumption time limit of a certain food material is not stored in the library management module 233 or the user 1 wishes to define the consumption time limit of the food material by himself/herself, the consumption time limit of the food material may be recorded and modified by a voice command.
Finally, the expiration counting module 234 can calculate and count the expired food materials based on the current food material data information, the user 1 is not required to actively calculate the food material consumption time limit information of the food materials, the health of the user 1 can be prevented from being influenced by the fact that the user 1 mistakenly eats food exceeding the food material consumption time limit according to calculation and counting of the food material consumption time limit of the food materials, and the follow-up purchasing and using of the food materials can be well planned, so that the waste of the food materials is reduced and even avoided. Moreover, the expiration statistical module 234 can be triggered by voice information input from the outside, that is, when a user sends out voice information to inquire about the consumption time limit of food materials needing to be eaten or to inquire about what food materials are expired, the statistical data in the expiration statistical module 234 is output to inform the user, the user can know what and how many food materials are expired without opening a refrigerator door or operating any equipment, the convenience of using the refrigerator is improved while energy is saved, a human-computer interface is friendly, and the experience of the user 1 is improved.
In the present embodiment, the refrigerator 2 may also include a voice output module (not shown) that outputs voice data to the speaker 22. Through above mode, user 1 need not to open the refrigerator door, also need not to touch refrigerator 2 or look over the display screen, can learn the inside guide information of refrigerator 2 through pronunciation distantly, improves the convenient degree of use of pronunciation guide function. Of course, in some other embodiments, the refrigerator 2 may also include a printing device or a display device, and the voice guidance instruction is presented to the user 1 by being printed on paper or displayed on a screen.

The consumption time limit management module 235 is in communication connection with the in-store management module 233, and can calculate the time when the distance between the food materials exceeds the food material consumption time limit according to the comparison between the food material consumption time limit information in the in-store management module 233 and the current date, and if the time when the distance between the food materials exceeds the food material consumption time limit is smaller than a preset threshold, a consumption time limit reminding instruction is recorded and generated, so that a user is reminded to use the food materials before the food material consumption time limit as soon as possible, and waste of the food materials is avoided. For example, if the user 1 puts 3 apples in 1 month and 1 day, and the preset storage days of the apples are 15 days, the consumption time of the food materials of the 3 apples is 1 month and 16 days. The reminding time threshold preset by the user 1 is 3 days, and the consumption term management module 235 records and generates a consumption term reminding instruction "if 3 apples are placed in 1 month and 1 day, the consumption term exceeds the consumption term and you ask for consumption as soon as possible. "
The voice output module 236 is communicatively connected to the consumption time limit management module 235, converts the consumption time limit reminding instruction into voice data, and outputs the voice data to the speaker 22. Fig. 6 is a flowchart of a speech processing method according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 6, a speech processing method according to a second embodiment includes:
a voice processing step of encoding the voice information collected by the microphone 21 to generate voice data;
a voice recognition step of generating a voice command after matching the voice data generated by the voice processing module 231 with the pre-embedded voice command vocabulary,
and a consumption time limit management step, namely recording and generating a consumption time limit reminding instruction according to the comparison between the food material consumption time limit information and the current date.
And a voice output step of converting the consumption time limit reminding instruction into voice data and outputting the voice data to the loudspeaker 22.
Compared with the voice processing method in the first embodiment, under the combined action of the consumption time limit management step and the voice output step, the refrigerator 1 can generate the consumption time limit reminding instruction to remind the user 1 to consume the food material before the food material exceeds the food material consumption time limit, so that waste is avoided. And the consumption time limit reminding instruction fed back to the user 1 is played through the loudspeaker 22, the user 1 can acquire the relevant information of the corresponding actions of the refrigerator 2 and the user 1 instruction through voice without opening a refrigerator door or checking a display screen, and the like, so that the use convenience degree of the man-machine voice interaction function is improved.
As shown in fig. 7, in the refrigerator 2 according to the second embodiment of the present invention, the voice processing circuit 23 further includes a saving amount statistic module 237, which is connected to the inventory management module 233 and the consumption term management module 235 in a communication manner. If the current date of the consumed food material is earlier than or equal to the consumption time limit of the food material recorded in the library management module 233 and the consumption time limit management module 235 records the consumption time limit reminding instruction of the food material, the food material data information of the food material is superimposed in the statistical data of the energy saving amount statistical module 237. For example, if the user 1 puts 3 apples in 1 month and 1 day, and the preset storage days of the apples are 15 days, the food consumption period of the 3 apples is 1 month and 16 days. The reminding time threshold preset by the user 1 is 3 days, and the consumption term management module 235 records and generates a consumption term reminding instruction "if 3 apples are placed in 1 month and 1 day, the consumption term exceeds the consumption term and you ask for consumption as soon as possible. If the user 1 consumes the 3 apples in 1 month and 15 days due to the consumption deadline reminding instruction, the 3 apples are regarded as the food materials saved for the user 1 by the refrigerator 2. The amount of the food materials saved is counted, and a user can conveniently know the consumption condition of the food materials.
As shown in fig. 8, preferably, in the refrigerator 2 provided in the second embodiment of the present invention, the voice processing circuit 23 further includes a zero clearing module 238, which is respectively connected in communication with the voice recognition module 232, the expiration statistic module 234 and/or the saving statistic module 237. And a zero clearing module for clearing the statistical data in the expiration statistical module 234 and/or the saving statistical module 237 according to the voice command transmitted in the voice recognition module 232. For example, the voice recognition module 232 may send the voice command of user 1 to "clear the expiration statistic module 234", and the clear module 238 may re-count the data counted in the expiration statistic module 234 from zero. The zero clearing function of the zero clearing module 238 may be implemented by a counter, a trigger, or a zero clearing program in a chip, which is not limited herein.

The functions and the connection relationships of the voice processing module 231, the voice recognition module 232, the inventory management module 233, the expiration statistics module 234, the consumption term management module 235, the voice output module 236, the saving statistics module 237 and the clear module 238 may refer to the second embodiment, which is not described herein again.
The period counting module 239 can count the statistical data in a specified time period, and count the food materials overdue and/or saved by week, month and year, as shown in table 1 below.

The statistical data in the form of the table is clear, so that the user 1 can conveniently know the statistical data of different time periods, and can adjust the purchasing and consumption plan of the food materials according to the statistical data of different time periods, thereby avoiding the waste of the food materials caused by excessive purchasing quantity at one time. As shown in the above table, a lot of food waste occurs in one month, and in the next month, the user 1 can correspondingly increase consumption of food and/or reduce purchase of food to reduce waste according to the data of the amount of the waste food.
Preferably, in the third embodiment of the present invention, the expiration statistics module 234 and/or the saving statistics module 237 make statistics on the number of food materials in association with the food material types. The food material calculating module 230 can calculate and output a food material supplement instruction based on the current food material data information, and the user 1 does not need to actively calculate information such as the type or the number of food material supplements, thereby facilitating the food material supplement of the user. For example, when the threshold of the stock quantity of the apples is preset to be 10, and the number of the apples displayed in the current food data information stored in the stock management module 233 is less than 10 (for example, 5), the food material calculating module 230 generates a food material supplement instruction, such as "the number of the apples currently stored is 5, and is less than 10 of the threshold of the stock quantity, please supplement in time". However, when a certain food material frequently exceeds the food material consumption period, the food material calculating module 233 does not issue the food material supplement instruction of the food material any more, thereby avoiding more waste caused by supplement of the food material. The threshold may be the expiration number or the expiration amount of a certain food material, for example, if the expiration number of an apple exceeds the expiration number threshold by 3 times or the number of expired apples exceeds the expiration amount threshold, it indicates that frequent or large amount of waste occurs in the apples, and the food material calculating module 230 does not regenerate the food material supplement instruction of the apples, thereby avoiding generating more waste.
In the above embodiment of the present invention, the voice command may be transmitted to the intelligent terminal in the intelligent refrigerator system and displayed on the display screen of the intelligent terminal. According to the embodiment, the output mode of the intelligent refrigerator system is increased, so that when the condition that human-computer interaction operation cannot be carried out during voice output faults is avoided, the voice instruction output to the intelligent terminal can be further processed, for example, the voice instruction can be shared with other servers, and efficient and convenient intelligent voice guidance is further realized.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A refrigerator, characterized by comprising:
a refrigerator main body;
a microphone and a speaker provided in the refrigerator main body;
a voice processing circuit arranged in the refrigerator main body and electrically connected with the microphone and the loudspeaker, wherein the voice processing circuit comprises,
the voice processing module is used for coding and generating voice data according to the voice information collected by the microphone;
the voice recognition module is used for generating a voice instruction after matching the voice data generated by the voice processing module with a pre-embedded voice command vocabulary;
the in-store management module records and stores food material data information of food materials stored in the refrigerator main body according to the voice instruction, wherein the food material data information at least comprises food material consumption time limit information which is associated with food material types and is pre-recorded and stored in the in-store management module;
and the expiration counting module is used for superposing the food material data information of the consumed food material in the counting data of the expiration counting module if the current date of the consumed food material is later than the food material consumption time limit of the consumed food material.
2. The refrigerator of claim 1, wherein the food material consumption term information is generated by superimposing a preset number of storage days on a date of the voice command generated by the voice recognition module.
3. The refrigerator according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the voice processing circuit further comprises:
the consumption time limit management module is used for recording and generating a consumption time limit reminding instruction according to the comparison between the food material consumption time limit information and the current date;
and the voice output module is used for converting the consumption deadline reminding instruction into voice data and outputting the voice data to the loudspeaker.
4. The refrigerator of claim 3, wherein the voice processing circuit further comprises:

if the expiration statistical data of the specific food material type in the expiration statistical module is higher than the threshold, the food material calculating module prohibits outputting the food material supplement instruction containing the specific food material type.
9. An intelligent refrigerator system is characterized by comprising,
the refrigerator of any one of claims 1-8;
an intelligent terminal in communication connection with the refrigerator,
and the statistical data obtained by the overdue statistical module is sent to the intelligent terminal and displayed on a display screen of the intelligent terminal.

an intelligent terminal in communication connection with the refrigerator,
