The electric heater includes a pipe electric heater, a conductive oil electric heater, a tank heater, and an electric heating element, which can relatively quickly obtain a high temperature of an object and can reduce electric power dissipated into air and lost in electric resistance.
In the heating manner, the electric heater can perform overall heating and local heating on the object, and the type of the object to be heated may be solid, liquid or gas.
In this embodiment, defrosting electric heater links to each other with the control panel, arranges on air conditioner condenser for when the air conditioner defrosting, through its self heat heating air conditioner condenser, accelerate air conditioner condenser's programming rate, thereby accelerate air conditioner condenser's defrosting time.

Specifically, the defrosting electric heaters can be uniformly arranged on the air conditioner condenser or randomly arranged on the air conditioner condenser; the number of the defrosting electric heaters may be one or more, and is not particularly limited.
It should be noted that the defrosting electric heater is disposed on the air conditioner condenser, and the size of the defrosting electric heater is adapted to the size of the air conditioner condenser.
In a specific embodiment, 3 defrosting electric heaters are arranged on the air conditioner condenser, and the distance between the 3 defrosting electric heaters can be adjusted according to actual conditions. Specifically, fig. 2 shows a schematic layout of the defrosting electric heaters provided by the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, 3 electric heaters are disposed on the air conditioner condenser, and when the air conditioner is defrosted, the defrosting electric heaters can heat the air conditioner condenser, so that the temperature rising speed of the air conditioner condenser is increased, and thus the defrosting time of the air conditioner condenser is increased.
The control panel is a core element of a computer controller, generally consists of hardware and software, and is used for automatic control of large-scale equipment and systems such as air conditioners, elevators, building automatic control and the like.
In this embodiment, the control board is connected to the defrosting electric heater, and based on this connection, the control board can control the start and stop of the defrosting electric heater, and at the same time, based on this connection, when the defrosting electric heater is short of power, the control board can also directly charge the defrosting electric heater.
It can be understood that, the defrosting system of the air conditioner comprises a defrosting electric heater and a control panel, when the air conditioner enters a defrosting mode, the control panel controls the air conditioner to start the defrosting electric heater, the defrosting electric heater starts to preheat to heat an arrangement carrier of the defrosting electric heater, namely, an air conditioner condenser, and after the air conditioner condenser is heated, the surface temperature of the air conditioner condenser can be rapidly increased, so that the defrosting speed of the air conditioner condenser can be correspondingly increased, and the defrosting time of the air conditioner condenser is greatly shortened.
And when the temperature of the condenser of the air conditioner reaches a temperature threshold value, the defrosting mode is quitted, and the control panel controls the air conditioner to stop operating the defrosting electric heater. The temperature threshold value can be set according to actual conditions, and generally speaking, when the surface temperature of the air conditioner condenser reaches above 0 ℃, frost on the air conditioner condenser begins to melt.
In this embodiment, the defrosting system of the air conditioner includes a defrosting electric heater and a control panel, wherein the defrosting electric heater is disposed on the air conditioner condenser, when the air conditioner enters a defrosting mode, the control panel connected to the defrosting electric heater controls the air conditioner to start the defrosting electric heater, the defrosting electric heater heats the air conditioner condenser, and when the temperature of the air conditioner condenser reaches a temperature threshold, the control panel controls the air conditioner to stop operating the defrosting electric heater, and the air conditioner exits the defrosting mode. In the operation process of a defrosting system of the air conditioner, the air conditioner condenser is heated by the defrosting electric heater, so that the temperature of the air conditioner condenser is quickly increased, the defrosting speed of the air conditioner condenser is increased, the defrosting time of the air conditioner is shortened, and the experience of a user on the air conditioner is improved.
On the basis of the above embodiment, further, the defrosting system further includes: and the storage battery is connected with the control panel and the defrosting electric heater and provides power for the defrosting electric heater.
The defrosting system of the air conditioner provided in this embodiment includes the defrosting electric heater, the control panel, and the storage battery, and the defrosting electric heater and the control panel have been described in detail in the previous embodiment, and are not described again here. The storage battery can regenerate internal active substances in a charging mode and store electric energy into chemical energy; chemical energy is converted into electrical energy again when electrical discharge is required.
It can be understood that the storage battery is connected to the control board and the defrosting electric heater at the same time, and specifically, the storage battery is connected to the defrosting electric heater to provide power to the defrosting electric heater in the defrosting mode, so as to ensure that the defrosting electric heater can normally operate. And the battery is connected with the control panel for the control panel can monitor the electric quantity of battery in real time, and when the electric quantity of battery was not enough, the control panel can in time be for battery charging.
In this embodiment, the defrosting system of the air conditioner includes a defrosting electric heater, a control panel and a storage battery, wherein the storage battery is connected with the control panel and the defrosting electric heater simultaneously, and is used for providing a power supply for the defrosting electric heater in a defrosting mode, and ensuring that the defrosting electric heater can normally operate when the air conditioner defrosts, so as to accelerate defrosting speed and reduce defrosting time.
On the basis of the above embodiment, further, the defrosting system further includes: and the photovoltaic power generation board is connected with the control board and the storage battery and charges the storage battery.
The defrosting system of the air conditioner provided by the embodiment comprises a defrosting electric heater, a control panel, a storage battery and a photovoltaic power generation panel, wherein the defrosting electric heater, the control panel and the storage battery are already described in the previous embodiment and are not further detailed here.
The photovoltaic power generation is a technology of directly converting light energy into electric energy by utilizing the photovoltaic effect of a semiconductor interface, and the photovoltaic power generation panel in the embodiment directly converts solar light energy into electric energy by utilizing a solar cell, and charges a storage battery by utilizing the converted electric energy.
It can be understood that, in the defrosting process of the air conditioner, the storage battery provides power for the defrosting electric heater, and the photovoltaic power generation panel is added to charge the storage battery in consideration of the electric quantity requirement of the storage battery. The photovoltaic power generation board is connected with control panel and battery simultaneously, and the battery is connected to the control panel, but the electric quantity of real time monitoring battery, and based on the electric quantity value of the battery that the control obtained, control panel control photovoltaic power generation board charges for the battery. When the sunlight is insufficient, the electric energy converted by the photovoltaic power generation panel is insufficient to charge the storage battery, and the control panel can charge the storage battery.
In this embodiment, the defrosting system of air conditioner includes defrosting electric heater, control panel, battery and photovoltaic power generation board, and photovoltaic power generation board wherein is used for charging for the battery, guarantees that the battery stores sufficient electric quantity to make the battery can provide the power for defrosting electric heater when the air conditioner defrosting.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a defrosting method of an air conditioner according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the defrosting method includes:
s301, when the air conditioner enters a defrosting mode, the control panel starts a defrosting electric heater arranged on the air conditioner condenser to heat the air conditioner condenser;
it should be noted that the air conditioner condenser frosts only when the air conditioner heats, and in general, when the outdoor temperature is about 2 degrees celsius or below, the air conditioner condenser frosts easily, and when the outdoor temperature is above 2 degrees celsius, the air conditioner condenser does not frosts.
It can be understood that before the air conditioner enters the defrosting mode, the air conditioner operates in the heating mode, at the moment, the outdoor unit absorbs heat, the indoor unit dissipates heat, when the outdoor temperature is lower, the outdoor unit still needs to absorb heat, at the moment, the temperature of the condenser body of the air conditioner is reduced to be below 0 ℃, surrounding moisture can be quickly condensed into frost, and whether the air conditioner enters the defrosting mode or not is determined according to the temperature monitored by the outdoor environment temperature sensor or the defrosting sensor.
After the air conditioner enters a defrosting mode, the operation frequency of the outer machine compressor is reduced, when the frequency of the outer machine compressor is reduced to a preset frequency, the control panel controls the air conditioner to start a defrosting electric heater arranged on an air conditioner condenser, the defrosting electric heater starts to preheat and heat the air conditioner condenser, after the compressor stops operating, an outer machine fan stops after operating for a period of time, the four-way valve reverses, the outer machine compressor restarts, the air conditioner starts a refrigerating mode, and the air conditioner condenser starts to defrost.
And S302, when the temperature of the air conditioner condenser reaches a temperature threshold value, the control board stops the operation of the defrosting electric heater and exits the defrosting mode.
It can be understood that, after the air conditioner enters the defrosting mode, the defrosting electric heater starts to heat the air conditioner condenser, and the temperature of the air conditioner condenser is increased, so that the defrosting speed of the air conditioner condenser is increased, and the defrosting time of the air conditioner condenser is shortened. When the temperature of the condenser of the air conditioner reaches the temperature threshold value, the air conditioner exits the defrosting mode, and the control panel controls the air conditioner to stop the operation of the defrosting electric heater.
After the air conditioner exits the defrosting mode, the outer machine compressor is shut down and stopped, the four-way valve is reversed, when the four-way valve is reversed, the control panel controls the air conditioner to stop the operation of the defrosting electric heater, then the outer machine compressor is restarted, the frequency is slowly increased, and the air conditioner is started in the heating mode.
The temperature of the air conditioner condenser can be obtained through an outdoor environment temperature sensor or a defrosting sensor. The temperature threshold can be set according to actual conditions, and generally speaking, when the surface temperature of the air conditioner condenser reaches above 0 ℃, frost on the air conditioner condenser begins to melt.
In this embodiment, when the air conditioner enters the defrosting mode, the control board starts a defrosting electric heater arranged on the air conditioner condenser to heat the air conditioner condenser, and when the temperature of the air conditioner condenser reaches a temperature threshold, the control board stops the operation of the defrosting electric heater, and the air conditioner exits the defrosting mode. In the method, the air conditioner condenser is heated by the defrosting electric heater, so that the temperature of the air conditioner condenser is quickly increased, the defrosting speed of the air conditioner condenser is increased, the defrosting time of the air conditioner is shortened, and the experience of a user on the air conditioner is improved.
On the basis of the above embodiment, further, the defrosting method further includes:
in the defrosting mode, monitoring the electric quantity of a storage battery connected with the defrosting electric heater in real time;
when the electric quantity of the storage battery is not lower than the first electric quantity threshold value, the storage battery supplies power to the defrosting electric heater;
when the electric quantity of the storage battery is lower than the first electric quantity threshold value, the control panel supplies power to the defrosting electric heater.
It should be noted that, this embodiment relates to three main parts, namely defrosting electric heater, control panel and battery, and two pairs of interconnect between the three, namely defrosting electric heater is connected with control panel and battery simultaneously, and the control panel is connected with the battery too.
It can be understood that the battery is connected with the control panel, and under the condition that the air conditioner got into the defrosting mode, the control panel can real time monitoring the electric quantity of battery, when the electric quantity of battery was not less than first electric quantity threshold value, provided the power for defrosting electric heater by the battery, when the electric quantity of battery was less than first electric quantity threshold value, the electric quantity of battery can't satisfy defrosting electric heater's normal operating condition this moment, then provided the power for defrosting electric heater by the control panel.
Wherein, the first electric quantity threshold value can be set according to the actual situation. For example, in one specific embodiment, the first charge threshold is set to 20%, that is, when the charge of the battery is not lower than 20%, the electric heater for defrosting is powered by the battery, and when the charge of the battery is lower than 20%, the electric heater for defrosting is powered by the control board.
In this embodiment, through under the defrosting mode at the air conditioner, the electric quantity of real time monitoring battery, when the electric quantity of battery is higher than first electric quantity threshold value, charge for defrosting electric heater through the battery, when the electric quantity of battery is less than first electric quantity threshold value, the electric quantity of battery is not enough to support the normal operating of defrosting electric heater promptly, directly give the battery power supply by the control panel, effectively guaranteed that defrosting electric heater can normal operating when the air conditioner defrosting, accelerated defrosting speed, reduced the defrosting time.
On the basis of the above embodiment, further, the defrosting method further includes:
when the electric quantity of the storage battery is lower than a second electric quantity threshold value, the storage battery is charged by the charging equipment or the control board, wherein the storage battery is charged by the control board only when the output current of the charging equipment is lower than a preset current value; wherein the second power threshold is higher than the first power threshold.
It is understood that the battery is charged by the charging device or control panel when the charge of the battery is above the first charge threshold and below the second charge threshold.
Specifically, under the condition that the electric quantity of the storage battery is in the electric quantity interval from the first electric quantity threshold value to the second electric quantity threshold value, if the output current of the charging equipment is lower than the preset current value, the power supply of the charging equipment to the storage battery at the moment cannot meet the requirement of the normal power supply of the storage battery to the defrosting electric heater, and the storage battery can be directly charged by the control board.
It should be noted that the battery is charged by the control board if and only if the output current of the charging device is lower than the preset current value, and otherwise, the battery is charged by the charging device.
The second electric quantity threshold value is higher than the first electric quantity threshold value, and the second electric quantity threshold value and the preset current value can be set according to actual conditions. For example, in a specific embodiment, when the charge of the storage battery is 20% higher than the first charge threshold and 75% lower than the second charge threshold, and the output current of the charging device is 1A and lower than the preset current value 2A, the control board charges the storage battery.
The charging device is any device capable of supplying power, or converting other energy sources into electric energy and supplying power to the storage battery. For example, in one particular embodiment, the charging device is a photovoltaic panel.
Fig. 4 shows a power supply diagram of the air conditioner in the defrosting mode. As shown in fig. 4, it relates to a tetragonal body, i.e., a defrosting electric heater, a control panel, a storage battery, and a photovoltaic power generation panel, wherein the control panel and the storage battery are respectively connected with other tetragonal bodies.
When the air conditioner enters a defrosting mode, the defrosting electric heater is started and starts to heat the condenser of the air conditioner, in the process, the control panel monitors the electric quantity of the storage battery at any time, and when the electric quantity of the storage battery is higher than a first electric quantity threshold value, namely 20%, the storage battery supplies power to the defrosting electric heater; when the electric quantity of the storage battery is lower than the first electric quantity threshold value, the control panel directly supplies power to the defrosting electric heater.
When the charge of the storage battery is higher than the first charge threshold value, but lower than the second charge threshold value, i.e. 75%, the storage battery can be charged by the control panel or the photovoltaic panel. Specifically, under the normal condition (the output current of photovoltaic power generation board is not less than 2A, and sunshine is sufficient this moment), control photovoltaic power generation board by the control panel and give the battery charging, but, when the output current of photovoltaic power generation board was less than 2A, it is not sufficient to show sunshine this moment, and the electric energy that photovoltaic power generation board obtained through the conversion can not provide sufficient electric quantity for the battery, so, directly give the battery charging by the control panel.
That is, in fig. 4, the first option of supplying power to the defrosting electric heater is a storage battery, the first option of charging the storage battery is a photovoltaic power generation panel, the defrosting electric heater is directly supplied with power by the control panel when the storage battery does not satisfy the condition for supplying power to the defrosting electric heater, and similarly, the storage battery is directly charged by the control panel when the photovoltaic power generation panel does not satisfy the condition for charging the storage battery.
In this embodiment, the second electric quantity threshold value has been set for the electric quantity of battery, when the electric quantity of battery is higher than first electric quantity threshold value and is less than the second electric quantity threshold value promptly, can be through battery charging equipment or control panel for the battery, wherein, when battery charging equipment's output current is less than preset current value, directly charge for the battery by the control panel, other circumstances are by battery charging equipment for the battery, it has guaranteed that the battery has stored sufficient electric quantity, thereby make the battery can provide the power for defrosting electric heater when the air conditioner defrosting.
