In a preferred embodiment, the housing is connected to the bracket by a first movable cylinder so that the housing can move in a vertical direction.
In a preferred embodiment, the sweeping disc is connected to the housing through a second movable oil cylinder, and the sweeping disc can be controlled to move in the horizontal direction through the second movable oil cylinder.
In a preferred embodiment, the second movable oil cylinder is connected with the sweeping disc through a telescopic adjusting screw rod, and the length of the adjusting screw rod can be controlled by the second movable oil cylinder.
In a preferred embodiment, a turntable connected with the adjusting screw rod is further arranged on the housing, and the second movable oil cylinder can control the adjusting screw rod to rotate around the turntable.

Fig. 1 shows a road sweeping device 100 for a milling machine according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 1, the road surface sweeping device 100 for the milling machine includes a carriage 10, and the carriage 10 is used to be connected to the milling machine. Meanwhile, an electric control device (not shown) that controls the road surface cleaning device 100 is provided inside the bracket 10.
As shown in fig. 1, a cover 20 is connected to the bracket 10 via a link 15. An inner cavity 25 is defined in the housing 20, and the inner cavity 25 is communicated with a material conveyor (not shown) of the milling machine. The sweeping disks 30 are symmetrically connected to both sides of the housing 20, and the sweeping disks 30 can clean the impurities on the road surfaces on both sides of the housing 20 to the road surface below the housing 20 through rotation, so that the cleaning device 100 can primarily clean the road surface milled by the milling machine.
In a preferred embodiment, the connecting rod 15 is configured as a telescopic connecting rod, and the connecting rod 15 is connected to the bracket 10 through a first movable cylinder 18, so that the housing 20 can move in the vertical direction under the control of the first movable cylinder 18, thereby adjusting the vertical height of the housing 20 from the road surface. It is easily understood that the vertical distance between the sweeping disk 30 and the road surface can be adjusted by adjusting the vertical height of the housing 20 from the road surface.
As shown in fig. 1, a water tank 40 with a high pressure water pump is further provided on the bracket 10, and clean water is stored in the water tank. Meanwhile, a nozzle 50 connected to the water tank 40 is further provided on the upper end surface 22 of the housing 20. The spray pipe 50 can spray high-pressure water in the water tank 40 to the road surface below the housing 20 to impact the road surface dust, and further cleaning work of the road surface is completed.
In a preferred embodiment, a plurality of nozzles 55 are uniformly disposed on the nozzle 50, and the high pressure water in the water tank 40 is sprayed onto the road surface through the nozzles 55. Thus, a uniform high-pressure water mist can be formed by the nozzle 55, and the dust removal and cleaning effect of the cleaning device 100 can be further improved.
Meanwhile, a negative pressure generating device (not shown) is also arranged on the material conveying machine of the milling machine. The negative pressure generating device may be a fan, for example. The negative pressure generating means are capable of generating a negative pressure in the inner cavity 25 of the casing 20. Meanwhile, a negative pressure hole 28 is formed in the lower end surface 24 of the cover 20. As a result, the negative pressure generated in the cavity 25 can be used to absorb the impurities on the road surface below the housing 20 and the high-pressure water sprayed from the spray pipe 50 into the cavity 25 through the negative pressure hole 28 and further into the material conveyor of the milling machine.
In summary, the sprinkling and dust removal of the nozzle 50 and the dust collection of the negative pressure hole 28 can synchronously complete the dust removal and dust fall operation and the collection operation of the cleaned sundries in the process that the sweeping disc 30 cleans the road surfaces on the two sides of the housing, thereby greatly improving the cleaning efficiency.
In a preferred embodiment, the four vertical faces 26 of the casing 20 are provided with rubber sealing layers 29. The four vertical surfaces 26 of the housing 20 can be sealed by the rubber sealing layers 29, so that a negative pressure in the interior 25 of the housing 20 is ensured.
As shown in fig. 1, the sweeping disk 30 is connected to the housing 20 through a second movable cylinder 60, and the sweeping disk 30 can be controlled to move in a horizontal direction through the second movable cylinder 60, in which the specific movement will be described in detail below.
On one hand, the second movable oil cylinder 60 is connected with a rotary table 65, and the rotary table 65 is connected with the sweeping disk 30 through an adjusting screw 62. Therefore, the turntable 65 can be controlled to rotate by the movement of the second movable oil cylinder 60, and the sweeping disk can be controlled to rotate on the horizontal plane.
On the other hand, the adjusting screw 62 is configured as a telescopic link, which can be connected to the turntable 65, for example, in an articulated manner. Therefore, the second movable oil cylinder 60 can control the expansion and contraction of the adjusting screw rod 62, so that the sweeping disc 30 can expand and contract along the axial direction of the screw rod 62, and the included angle between the sweeping disc 30 and the horizontal plane and the distance between the sweeping disc and the housing 20 are controlled.
Therefore, the sweeping disk 30 can be controlled to move in the vertical direction by adjusting the vertical height of the housing 20 from the road surface, and the sweeping disk 30 can be controlled to move and rotate in the horizontal direction by the second movable oil cylinder 60. Thereby, the sweeping disk 30 can be freely adjusted according to the actual conditions of the road surface to be swept, thereby improving the sweeping effect of the sweeping disk 30 as much as possible.
As shown in fig. 1, in a preferred embodiment, a plurality of casters 70 are further disposed on the lower end surface 22 of the housing 20, and the casters 70 may be disposed at four corners of the lower end surface 24, for example. Since the lower end surface 35 of the sweep plate 30 and the lower end surface 22 of the housing 20 do not need to be disposed on the same horizontal plane in a normal case, the lower end surface 35 of the sweep plate 30 may be lower than the lower end surface 22 of the housing 20. The casters 70 provided on the lower end surface 22 of the casing 20 can limit the range of downward movement of the casing 20 in the vertical direction, and prevent the lower end surface 35 of the sweeping disk 30 from being pressed by contact with the road surface in advance. On the other hand, when the lower end surface 22 of the housing 20 is below a certain range, the movement of the housing 20 can be assisted by rolling the caster 70 on the road surface.
The operation of the road surface sweeping device 100 for a milling machine according to the present invention is briefly described as follows.
During the process of milling the road surface by the milling machine, the angle and the vertical height of the sweeping disk 30 are adjusted, and the sweeping disk 30 is used to clean the impurities on the road surface on the two sides of the encloser 20 to the road surface below the encloser 20, so that the cleaning device 100 can clean the road surface on the two sides of the encloser 20 after the milling machine mills the road surface. In this process, the nozzle 50 can spray the high-pressure water in the water tank 40 to the road surface below the housing 20, and the water flow impacts the road surface at high pressure, thereby achieving the effect of removing dust. Meanwhile, the negative pressure generating device can generate negative pressure in the inner cavity 25, so that the impurities on the road surface below the housing 20, which are washed up by the high-pressure water flow, and the high-pressure water sprayed from the spray pipe 50 are absorbed into the inner cavity 25 and further absorbed into the material conveying machine of the milling machine. Therefore, the road surface cleaning device 100 not only can remove dust and fall dust and improve the cleaning effect, but also can collect sundries in the cleaning process and improve the working efficiency.
