As shown in fig. 3, the clamping assembly includes a bracket fixing plate 11 and a clamping fixing plate 12, the end of the bracket fixing plate is fixed on a guide rail capable of moving up and down, the clamping fixing plate is connected with the bracket fixing plate through a connecting member, an air cylinder 14 is installed between the two plates, a piston head of the air cylinder is connected with one end of a tensioning plate 13 through a lever member, and the middle part of the tensioning plate is connected with the clamping fixing plate through a movable pin.
As shown in FIG. 4, the weight assembly 7 comprises a weight 15 and a flexible rod 16, wherein the flexible rod 16 is fixed on the top of the weight and crosses the weight in a crisscross manner. The length of the flexible rod is smaller than the diameter of the trouser legs, and the flexible rod can be made of flexible materials such as silica gel, polyurethane and the like. When the diameter is too large, the intensity is large, the flexibility is weak, and the trousers are easy to scratch; when the diameter is small, the force is not enough, and the blade can fall off in the process of turning over. When the length is too long, the whole weight assembly 7 cannot penetrate through the trouser legs, so that the trousers turning action cannot be realized.
When the trousers are used, the trousers are vertically lifted, the waist of the trousers is sleeved on the clamping assembly 8, and the waist of the trousers is loosened and easily slides off. An operator steps on the foot switch 6 with feet, the automatic control system 5 sends an action command, the air cylinder 14 moves to drive the tensioning plate 13, so that trousers are tensioned firstly, then the clamping assembly and the trousers move upwards to the lower part of the cross beam, the heavy hammer assembly 7 falls into the two trouser legs from top to bottom under the action of gravity and penetrates through the trouser legs until the lower parts of the trousers are exposed, then the flexible rods 16 drive the trouser legs to move upwards, and meanwhile, the clamping assembly drives the trouser waist to move downwards, and the action of turning over the trousers is realized. Because no large external force acts on the local fabric of the trousers in the whole trousers turning process, no indentation is formed on the fabric.
The light-operated switches can be arranged on the upright posts and the cross beam, and when one action is not completed in place, the next action cannot be started, so that the continuity of the action is ensured, and the safety is also ensured.
The touch switch can be arranged on the clamping fixing plate 12 of the clamping assembly, when the waist of trousers is sleeved on the clamping assembly 8, the waist of trousers is loosened and is in an easy-to-slip state, the switch is arranged at the hand of the waist of trousers sleeved by an operator, and the touch switch can be pressed to tension the trousers conveniently. At the moment, the operator steps on the foot switch after withdrawing the two hands, so that the safety is improved.
