Abstract

The mixed microbial agent for inhibiting the growth of false smut according to claim 1, comprising the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 10% of Siamese bacillus, 10% of lactobacillus plantarum, 10% of bifidobacterium, 15% of lysine bacillus, 40% of purified water and an auxiliary additive, wherein the auxiliary additive is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 5% of dispersing agent, 7% of stabilizing agent and 3% of antioxidant.
5. A method for preparing the mixed microbial agent for inhibiting the growth of false smut according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
the method comprises the following steps: weighing raw materials such as 10-15% of Siamese bacillus, 10-15% of lactobacillus plantarum, 10-15% of bifidobacterium, 10-15% of lysine bacillus, 40-50% of purified water, 3-8% of dispersing agent, 3-8% of stabilizing agent, 3-8% of antioxidant and the like by using a weighing device;
step two: then, pouring 10% -15% of Siamese bacillus, 10% -15% of lactobacillus plantarum, 10% -15% of bifidobacterium, 10% -15% of lysine bacillus and 40% -50% of purified water into a stirring tank, and stirring by using a stirring device;
step three: while stirring, adding 3-8% of dispersing agent, 3-8% of stabilizing agent and 3-8% of antioxidant while stirring, and stirring for 10-20 minutes after adding until each raw material is fully mixed and dissolved in purified water;
step four: and after the raw materials are fully fused, the microbial agent can be prepared, and finally the microbial agent can be filled in a medicine by using a filling device for sale, so that the preparation of the microbial agent is completed.
6. The method for preparing a mixed microbial inoculant for inhibiting the growth of false smut according to claim 5, wherein the preparation method is implemented by a preparation system, and the preparation system comprises a weighing device, a stirring device and a filling device.
7. The method for preparing a mixed microbial agent for inhibiting the growth of false smut according to claim 6, wherein the weighing device is at least one of a balance, an electronic platform scale and an electronic platform-hung scale, and is preferably an electronic platform scale.

The method for preparing a mixed microbial inoculant for inhibiting the growth of false smut according to claim 7, wherein the stirring device comprises a hand-held shell, the inner wall of the hand-held shell is provided with a motor, the output shaft of the motor is connected with a rotating rod, and the outer wall of the rotating rod is provided with a plurality of stirring rods which are distributed equidistantly.

The method for preparing a mixed microbial inoculant for inhibiting the growth of false smut according to claim 8, wherein the filling device is at least one of a full-automatic filling machine, a gravity type negative pressure filling machine and a rotary type liquid quantitative filling machine, and preferably a rotary type liquid quantitative filling machine.
10. The method for preparing a mixed microbial inoculant for inhibiting the growth of false smut according to claim 9, wherein the stabilizing agent is calcium stearate, the dispersing agent is polyisobutylene diamine, and the antioxidant is a water-soluble antioxidant.
