The invention aims to provide a disinfection control system for logistics disinfection equipment, which solves the following technical problems:
the existing disinfection mode can only disinfect the surface above the material commodity, so that the bottom surface is difficult to be sufficiently disinfected and insufficient.
The aim of the invention can be achieved by the following technical scheme:
a disinfection control system for logistics disinfection equipment comprises a control system unit and a driving unit;
the driving unit comprises a feeding module, a conveying module and a sterilizing module;
the control system unit comprises a servo control system, and the servo control system is used for controlling a servo driving device of the feeding module, the conveying module and the disinfection module;
the conveying module comprises two groups of conveying frames which are oppositely arranged, a plurality of groups of conveying rollers are uniformly arranged between the conveying frames on two sides, and the end parts of the conveying rollers of each group are fixedly connected with the output end of a driving motor arranged on the outer side of the conveying frame through a belt and a belt pulley;
wherein, each group on the roller wall of the conveying roller evenly slides and lays the multiunit push rod, the push rod end is the arc end, and the corresponding multiunit cylinder body of laying of conveying roller, the interior sliding arrangement of cylinder body has the push pedal with push rod fixed connection, and the push pedal other end is fixed with the extension spring, extension spring and cylinder body inner wall fixed connection.
Preferably, the push rods on the surfaces of two adjacent conveying rollers are staggered at intervals along the axial direction.
Preferably, the conveying frame is fixedly provided with a sealing box body, one end of the sealing box body is provided with a feed inlet, and the other end of the sealing box body is provided with a discharge outlet.
Preferably, the disinfection module comprises a plurality of groups of first ultraviolet lamp tubes uniformly distributed at the inner top of the sealed box body, a plurality of groups of spray heads are distributed between two adjacent first ultraviolet lamp tubes, and the spray heads are connected with a disinfectant delivery pump.
Preferably, the disinfection module further comprises a liquid storage tank arranged on one side of the conveying frame, a liquid storage cavity is arranged in the conveying roller, a plurality of groups of infusion tubes are arranged on the liquid storage tank, and one end, far away from the liquid storage tank, of each infusion tube is communicated with the liquid storage cavity through a bearing;
wherein, evenly lay the multiunit orifice on the conveying roller, the cylinder body passes through feed liquor pipe and stock solution cavity intercommunication, and the check valve that only is limited to the feed liquor is laid between feed liquor pipe and the cylinder body, and the cylinder body other end passes through the drain pipe to be connected with the orifice, lays the check valve that only is limited to the flowing back between drain pipe and the cylinder body.

wherein, the pushing cylinder distributes photoelectric switch sensor towards the feed inlet direction.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) According to the invention, a plurality of groups of push rods are uniformly distributed on the conveying rollers, so that the push rods play a role in pushing commodities to be conveyed forwards in the rotating process of the conveying rollers, the commodities are prevented from being blocked in the gaps between two adjacent conveying rollers, and the stability of conveying materials is improved;
(2) The push rod is extruded towards the axial end of the conveying roller under the action of gravity of commodity circulation, the push rod pushes the push plate to slide in the cylinder body in the shrinkage process, the cylinder body pumps out disinfectant in the liquid storage cavity through the liquid inlet pipe and then conveys the disinfectant to the spray hole through the liquid outlet pipe, and finally the disinfectant is sprayed to the bottom surface of the commodity through the spray hole, so that the disinfection treatment of the bottom of the commodity is realized, and the disinfection treatment is more sufficient.

The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1-3, the present invention is a disinfection control system for a logistics disinfection apparatus, comprising a control system unit and a driving unit;
the driving unit comprises a feeding module, a conveying module and a sterilizing module;
the control system unit comprises a servo control system, and the servo control system is used for controlling a servo driving device of the feeding module, the conveying module and the disinfection module;
the conveying module comprises two groups of conveying frames 1 which are oppositely arranged, a plurality of groups of conveying rollers 5 are uniformly arranged between the conveying frames 1 at two sides, and the end parts of the conveying rollers 5 in each group are fixedly connected with the output end of a driving motor 101 arranged at the outer side of the conveying frame 1 through a belt and a belt pulley;
wherein, a plurality of groups of push rods 501 are uniformly and slidingly arranged on the roller walls of the conveying rollers 5, the tail ends of the push rods 501 are arc-shaped ends, a plurality of groups of cylinder bodies 502 are correspondingly arranged on the conveying rollers 5, push plates 506 fixedly connected with the push rods 501 are slidingly arranged in the cylinder bodies 502, and the other ends of the push plates 506 are fixedly connected with the inner walls of the cylinder bodies 502 through telescopic springs 507; placing the commodity to be killed on the conveying roller 5 through the feeding module, sending a control signal by the servo control system, starting the driving motor 101, driving the conveying roller 5 to rotate by the output end of the driving motor 101 through a belt and a belt pulley, and driving the commodity in the logistics to be conveyed by the conveying roller 5 in the rotating process, meanwhile, uniformly arranging a plurality of groups of push rods 501 on the conveying roller 5, wherein the push rods 501 play a role in pushing the commodity to be conveyed forwards in the rotating process of the conveying roller 5, so that the commodity is prevented from being blocked in the gap between two adjacent conveying rollers 5, and the conveying stability of the commodity is improved;
referring to fig. 4, the push rods 501 on the surfaces of two adjacent conveying rollers 5 are alternately arranged at intervals along the axial direction, so that the phenomenon that the push rods 501 on the two adjacent conveying rollers 5 interfere with each other can be avoided;
a sealed box body 2 is fixedly arranged on the conveying frame 1, one end of the sealed box body 2 is provided with a feed inlet 202, and the other end is provided with a discharge outlet 201;
the disinfection module comprises a plurality of groups of first ultraviolet lamp tubes 601 which are uniformly distributed at the inner top of the sealed box body 2, a plurality of groups of spray heads 6 are distributed between two adjacent first ultraviolet lamp tubes 601, and the spray heads 6 are connected with a disinfectant delivery pump; in the process of conveying materials on the conveying roller 5, a first ultraviolet lamp tube 601 and a disinfectant conveying pump are started, the surface of the materials is subjected to illumination sterilization treatment through the first ultraviolet lamp tube 601, the disinfectant conveying pump conveys the disinfectant to a spray head 6, and the disinfectant is sprayed on the surface of the materials commodity through the spray head 6 to be subjected to secondary sterilization treatment;
referring to fig. 5, the disinfection module further includes a liquid storage tank 4 disposed at one side of the conveying frame 1, a liquid storage cavity 508 is disposed in the conveying roller 5, a plurality of groups of infusion tubes 401 are disposed on the liquid storage tank 4, and one end of the infusion tube 401, which is far away from the liquid storage tank 4, is communicated with the liquid storage cavity 508 through a bearing;
wherein, a plurality of groups of spray holes 504 are uniformly distributed on the conveying roller 5, the cylinder body 502 is communicated with the liquid storage cavity 508 through the liquid inlet pipe 505, a check valve which is only limited to liquid inlet is distributed between the liquid inlet pipe 505 and the cylinder body 502, the other end of the cylinder body 502 is connected with the spray holes 504 through the liquid outlet pipe 503, and a check valve which is only limited to liquid discharge is distributed between the liquid outlet pipe 503 and the cylinder body 502; when the logistics commodity is conveyed on the conveying roller 5, the push rod 501 is extruded towards the axial center end of the conveying roller 5 under the action of the gravity of the logistics commodity, in the shrinkage process, the push rod 501 pushes the push plate 506 to slide in the cylinder 502, the telescopic spring 507 is shrunk to generate elasticity, the cylinder 502 pumps out the disinfectant in the liquid storage cavity 508 through the liquid inlet pipe 505 and then conveys the disinfectant to the spray hole 504 through the liquid outlet pipe 503, and finally the disinfectant is sprayed to the bottom surface of the material commodity through the spray hole 504, so that the disinfection treatment on the bottom of the material commodity is realized, and the disinfection is more sufficient;
referring to fig. 6, a second ultraviolet lamp 602 is disposed below two adjacent conveying rollers 5, and the second ultraviolet lamp 602 is used for sterilizing the bottoms of the material commodities; in one embodiment of the invention, through the arrangement of the conveying rollers 5, a gap is reserved between two adjacent conveying rollers 5, so that when the second ultraviolet lamp tube 602 is arranged below the gap, light can pass through the gap to realize the sterilization of the bottoms of the material commodities;
the feeding module comprises a feeding plate 3 arranged on one side of the feeding port 202, a pushing plate 304 is arranged on the feeding plate 3 in a sliding manner, and the pushing plate 304 is fixedly connected with the telescopic end of a pushing cylinder 302 arranged on one side of the feeding plate 3;
wherein, a photoelectric switch sensor 305 is arranged in the direction of the feed inlet 202 of the pushing cylinder 302, guide rods 303 are oppositely arranged at two sides of the pushing plate 304, and the guide rods 303 are in sliding connection with a support 301 fixedly arranged on the feed plate 3; firstly, placing commodity of a commodity to be killed on a feeding plate 3 through a conveyor belt, identifying the commodity through a photoelectric switch sensor 305 arranged on one side of a pushing plate 304, sending identification information to a servo control system, sending a control signal to a pushing cylinder 302 by the servo control system, pushing the pushing plate 304 to move towards a feeding hole 202 by the pushing cylinder 302, and pushing the commodity of the material onto a conveying roller 5 to realize feeding;
in an embodiment of the present invention, the end of the feeding port 202 and the end of the discharging port 201 are both provided with a window shade, so as to prevent the light rays of the first ultraviolet lamp tube 601 and the second ultraviolet lamp tube 602 from being emitted.
Example 2
The disinfection control system for the logistics disinfection equipment in the embodiment of the invention executes the following control steps:
firstly, placing a commodity of a commodity to be killed on a feeding plate 3 through a conveyor belt, identifying the commodity through a photoelectric switch sensor 305 arranged on one side of a pushing plate 304, sending identification information to a servo control system, sending a control signal to a pushing cylinder 302 by the servo control system, pushing the pushing plate 304 to move towards a feeding hole 202 by the pushing cylinder 302, and pushing the commodity of the material to a conveying roller 5;
step two, the servo control system sends a control signal, a driving motor 101 is started, the output end of the driving motor 101 drives a conveying roller 5 to rotate through a belt and a belt pulley, and the conveying roller 5 drives logistics commodities to be conveyed in the rotating process;
step three, a servo control system sends a control signal, a first ultraviolet lamp tube 601 and a disinfectant delivery pump are started, the surface of a material is subjected to illumination sterilization treatment through the first ultraviolet lamp tube 601, the disinfectant delivery pump delivers disinfectant to a spray head 6, and the disinfectant is sprayed on the surface of the material commodity through the spray head 6 to be subjected to secondary sterilization treatment;
step four, extruding the push rod 501 to shrink towards the axle center end of the conveying roller 5 under the action of the gravity of the commodity, pushing the push plate 506 to slide in the cylinder 502 by the push rod 501, pumping the disinfectant in the liquid storage cavity 508 out of the cylinder 502 through the liquid inlet pipe 505, conveying the disinfectant to the spray hole 504 through the liquid outlet pipe 503, spraying the disinfectant to the bottom surface of the commodity through the spray hole 504, and simultaneously starting the second ultraviolet lamp 602 to disinfect and sterilize the bottom of the commodity.
