After the grease in the container is completely subpackaged, the piston rod 94 is pulled to move upwards for resetting, the piston rod 94 moves upwards for resetting, the air in the air bag 91 is pumped back to the cylinder body 93 through the hose 92, the air bag 91 is continuously contracted and reset along with the pumping away of the air, the air bag 91 is separated from the inner wall of the container for contact, the telescopic rod of the electric push rod 84 can be started to shorten and drive the placing plate 83 to move downwards for resetting, and the placing plate 83 is also enabled to drive the container to move downwards for resetting. On the basis of the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 2, the device further includes an extension mechanism 11, the extension mechanism 11 includes an L-shaped pipe 111, a connection sleeve 112 and an extension pipe 113, please refer to fig. 1 and 8, the tail end of the discharge pipe 2 is communicated with the L-shaped pipe 111, the bottom end of the L-shaped pipe 111 is connected with the connection sleeve 112, and the extension pipe 113 is detachably mounted on the connection sleeve 112.
When the grease is discharged into the discharge pipe 2, the grease in the discharge pipe 2 is discharged into the L-shaped pipe 111, the grease in the L-shaped pipe 111 is discharged into the extension pipe 113, and the extension pipe 113 discharges the grease, whereby the discharged grease can be dispensed. When the position of discharging the grease is required to be adjusted, the extension pipe 113 is detached from the connection sleeve 112, and the designated extension pipe 113 is snapped back to the connection sleeve 112. So, can adjust the discharged lubricating grease position according to the demand, more convenient partial shipment.
Example 4
A spiral feeding method for split charging of thread sealing lubricating grease comprises the following steps:
s1, discharging, namely placing the container filled with the lubricating grease on the placing plate 83;
s2, adjusting, starting the electric push rod 84 to drive the placing plate 83 to move upwards, driving the lubricating grease to move upwards through the container by the placing plate 83 to be contacted with the circular plate 4, contacting the lubricating grease with the spiral conveying shaft 5, and closing the electric push rod 84;
s3, conveying, starting the driving motor 71 to rotate reversely, driving the lubricating grease to move upwards by the forward rotation of the spiral conveying shaft 5, conveying the lubricating grease into the discharging pipe 2, and discharging the lubricating grease for subpackage by the discharging pipe 2;
and S4, taking materials, starting the telescopic rod of the electric push rod 84 to drive the placing plate 83 to move downwards to reset after all the lubricating grease is subpackaged, driving the container to move downwards to reset by the placing plate 83, and taking down the container.
It should be understood that this example is only for illustrating the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Further, it should be understood that various changes or modifications of the present invention may be made by those skilled in the art after reading the teaching of the present invention, and such equivalents may fall within the scope of the present invention as defined in the appended claims.
Claims (8)
1. A screw feeding device for subpackaging thread sealing lubricating grease comprises a support (1), a discharging pipe (2), a guide pipe (3), a circular plate (4), a screw conveying shaft (5) and an annular sleeve (6), wherein the discharging pipe (2) is fixedly connected to the outer top of the support (1), the guide pipe (3) is fixedly connected to the position, close to the discharging pipe (2), of the support (1) in a penetrating mode, one end of the guide pipe (3) corresponds to one end of the discharging pipe (2), the circular plate (4) is fixedly connected to the end portion, far away from the discharging pipe (2), of the guide pipe (3), the screw conveying shaft (5) for driving lubricating grease to convey is rotatably connected to the middle of the circular plate (4) in a penetrating mode, the screw conveying shaft (5) is located in the guide pipe (3), the annular sleeve (6) is rotatably sleeved between the outer side of the guide pipe (3) and the outer side of the discharging pipe (2), the inner side of the annular sleeve (6) is fixedly connected with the outer side of the screw conveying shaft (5), the device is characterized by further comprising a driving mechanism (7) and a lifting mechanism (8), wherein the driving mechanism (7) used for providing driving force is arranged between the outer side of the annular sleeve (6) and the material guide pipe (3), the driving mechanism (7) is further connected with the material discharge pipe (2), and the lifting mechanism (8) used for driving the container to move is arranged on the inner side of the support (1).

The spiral feeding device for split charging of thread sealing lubricating grease as claimed in claim 1, wherein the driving mechanism (7) comprises a driving motor (71), a fixing plate (72), a gear (73) and an outer gear ring (74), the outer side of the annular sleeve (6) is fixedly sleeved with the outer gear ring (74) along the circumferential direction, the position of the discharge pipe (2) close to the annular sleeve (6) is fixedly sleeved with the fixing plate (72) along the circumferential direction, the outer side of the guide pipe (3) close to the annular sleeve (6) is fixedly connected with the driving motor (71), an output shaft of the driving motor (71) penetrates through the fixing plate (72), the output shaft of the driving motor (71) is connected with the gear (73) for driving the outer gear ring (74) to rotate through a coupler, and the gear (73) is meshed with the outer gear ring (74).

The spiral feeding device for split charging of the thread sealing lubricating grease as claimed in claim 2, wherein the lifting mechanism (8) comprises a sleeve (81), a movable rod (82), a placing plate (83) and an electric push rod (84), the sleeve (81) is fixedly connected to one side of the support (1) facing the discharging pipe (2), the movable rod (82) is connected to the sleeve (81) in an inward sliding manner, the placing plate (83) for placing the container is fixedly connected to the end portion of the movable rod (82) facing the circular plate (4), the electric push rod (84) is fixedly connected to one side of the support (1) close to the sleeve (81), and the end portion of the telescopic rod of the electric push rod (84) is fixedly connected with the placing plate (83).

The spiral feeding device for split charging of thread sealing grease as claimed in claim 3, further comprising a scraping mechanism (9) for scraping grease on the inner wall of the container, wherein the scraping mechanism (9) comprises an air bag (91), a hose (92), a cylinder body (93) and a piston rod (94), the air bag (91) for scraping grease on the inner wall of the container is fixedly sleeved on the outer side surface of the circular plate (4), the hose (92) is communicated with the air bag (91), the cylinder body (93) is fixedly connected to one side of the circular plate (4) far away from the placing plate (83), the cylinder body (93) is connected and communicated with the tail end of the hose (92), and the piston rod (94) is connected to the cylinder body (93) in an inward sliding manner.

7. The screw feeder for split charging of thread sealing grease as claimed in claim 6, wherein the top of the placing plate (83) is fixedly connected with a rubber block.
8. A spiral feeding method for split charging of thread sealing lubricating grease comprises the following steps:
s1, discharging, namely placing the container filled with the lubricating grease on a placing plate (83);
s2, adjusting, starting the electric push rod (84) to drive the placing plate (83) to move upwards, driving the lubricating grease to move upwards through the container to be contacted with the circular plate (4) by the placing plate (83), contacting the lubricating grease with the spiral conveying shaft (5), and closing the electric push rod (84);
s3, conveying, starting the driving motor (71) to rotate reversely, driving the lubricating grease to move upwards by the forward rotation of the spiral conveying shaft (5), conveying the lubricating grease into the discharging pipe (2), and discharging the lubricating grease by the discharging pipe (2) for subpackaging;
and S4, taking materials, starting an expansion link of an electric push rod (84) to drive a placing plate (83) to move downwards to reset after all the lubricating grease is subpackaged, driving the container to move downwards to reset by the placing plate (83), and taking down the container.
