According to the double-scraper wiper arm, the pressure of the two scrapers is controlled by the different springs, the pressure distribution is uniform, the wiping efficiency of the scrapers is guaranteed, the whole size is reduced by adopting a partially covered or fully covered arm plate structure, the double-scraper wiper arm is also suitable for a small vehicle, and the wind resistance is reduced and the floating condition is prevented by adopting an inclined plane design or opening of the arm plate.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a wiper arm, in particular to a double-wiper-blade wiper arm capable of independently controlling the pressure of each wiper blade.
Background
At present, two wiper blades are assembled on a rotating arm of a wiper arm with double wiper blades, and pressure distribution is not carried out on the two wiper blades with different lengths, so that the pressure distribution of the wiper blades is uneven, and the wiping efficiency of the wiper blades is influenced.
Meanwhile, such wiper arms also have two drawbacks:
1. the structure size is large, and the structure is not suitable for some small vehicles;
2. when the vehicle runs at high speed, the scraping arm is easy to float under the action of wind, so that the scraping and brushing of the scraping blade are not clean.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, provides a double-blade wiper arm, and solves the problems that the existing wiper arm with double blades is uneven in pressure distribution of the blades, large in structural size and strong in wind and is easy to float.

Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, and it will be understood that they are described herein for the purpose of illustration and explanation and not limitation.
As shown in fig. 1-3, a double-blade wiper arm comprises an arm base 1, wherein the rear end of the arm base 1 is connected with a rotating drive shaft (not shown in the figure), the front end of the arm base 1 is connected with a first arm plate 2 and a second arm plate 3, the front ends of the first arm plate 2 and the second arm plate 3 are respectively connected with a first wiper blade 4 and a second wiper blade 5, and the rear ends of the first arm plate 2 and the second arm plate 3 are hinged with the front end of the arm base 1; the front end of the arm seat 1 is provided with a first spring fixing piece 6, the position of the first arm plate 2 close to the rear end thereof is provided with a second spring fixing piece 7, a first spring 8 is arranged between the first spring fixing piece 6 and the second spring fixing piece 7, the position of the second arm plate 3 close to the rear end thereof is provided with a third spring fixing piece 9, and a second spring 10 is arranged between the first spring fixing piece 6 and the third spring fixing piece 9.
The working principle is as follows:
by adopting the structure, the pressure of the first scraping blade is independently controlled by the first spring, the pressure of the second scraping blade is independently controlled by the second spring, the condition that the pressure of the two scraping blades is controlled by the same spring to cause uneven pressure distribution can not occur, and the scraping and brushing efficiency of each scraping blade is ensured.
A first groove is formed in the lower end face of the front end of the arm seat 1, a second groove is formed in the lower end face of the rear end of the first arm plate 2, and a third groove is formed in the lower end face of the rear end of the second arm plate 3; the front end of the arm seat 1 is integrally positioned in the second groove, the rear end of the second arm plate 3 is integrally positioned in the first groove, and the rest part of the second arm plate 3 is positioned in the second groove; the rivet 11 penetrates through the front end of the arm seat 1, the rear end of the first arm plate 2 and the rear end of the second arm plate 3 to realize the hinge joint of the three. The first spring fixing piece 6 is a pin and is positioned in the first groove, the second spring fixing piece 7 is a perforated plate and is positioned in the second groove together with the first spring 8, and the third spring fixing piece 9 is a pin and is positioned in the third groove together with the second spring 10. Structure more than adopting utilizes first armboard to cover the second armboard completely, has reduced overall dimension, can be applicable to multiple motorcycle type. The second groove can be designed into a half-wrapping structure according to actual requirements, and the second arm plate part is positioned in the second groove, namely the partially-covered arm plate structure.
The first arm plate 2 is provided with five rhombic holes 12 which are arranged at equal intervals, so that the wind resistance of the first arm plate is effectively reduced, and the floating condition of a vehicle in high-speed running is prevented.
According to actual needs, the outer surface of the first arm plate can be designed into an inclined surface, and the effect of reducing wind resistance can be achieved.

the front end of the arm seat is integrally positioned in the second groove, the rear end of the second arm plate is integrally positioned in the first groove, and the rest part of the second arm plate is positioned in the second groove;
the rivet penetrates through the front end of the arm seat, the rear end of the first arm plate and the rear end of the second arm plate to realize the hinge joint of the front end of the arm seat, the rear end of the first arm plate and the rear end of the second arm plate.
3. A dual blade wiper arm as defined in claim 2 wherein: the first spring fixing piece is located in the first groove, the second spring fixing piece and the first spring are located in the second groove, and the third spring fixing piece and the second spring are located in the third groove.
4. A dual blade wiper arm as defined in claim 3 wherein: the first spring fixing piece and the third spring fixing piece are both pins, and the second spring fixing piece is a perforated plate.
5. A dual blade wiper arm as defined in claim 1 wherein: the first arm plate is provided with a plurality of holes.
6. A dual blade wiper arm according to claim 5, wherein: the openings are rhombic holes which are arranged at equal intervals.
7. A dual blade wiper arm as defined in claim 1 wherein: the outer surface of the first arm plate is provided with an inclined surface.
