the lower mounting plate is matched with the upper mounting plate for use and is designed in a matching way, a lower notching die, a lower bending die, a side-punching internal die and a lower punching and shearing die are sequentially arranged on a horizontal central axis at the upper part of the lower mounting plate from left to right, wherein a first through hole is formed in the lower notching die and is coaxial with a first punching knife on the upper mounting plate, two through grooves are respectively arranged on two sides of the first through hole of the lower notching die and correspond to the notching knives on the upper mounting plate, and positioning holes matched with positioning needles are formed in the positioning corresponding positions of the lower notching die and the upper mounting plate; the two sides of the side punching inner die are symmetrically provided with check blocks of rectangular sliding holes, and a limit block is arranged inside one end of the side punching inner die of the rectangular sliding holes; four positioning columns are symmetrically arranged on the left side of the notching lower die along the horizontal central axis of the lower mounting plate, and the top ends of the positioning columns are rotatably connected with limiting wheels;
the pre-pressing mechanism consists of a first bolt, a first spring and a pressing plate, wherein the first bolt penetrates through the upper mounting plate and is in threaded connection with the pressing plate, and the first spring is sleeved on the first bolt and is positioned between the upper mounting plate and the pressing plate; the prepressing mechanisms are divided into two groups, one group is positioned above the lower punching groove die on the corresponding lower mounting plate, and the other group is positioned above the side punching inner die and the punching shear lower die on the lower mounting plate;
the side punching mechanism is arranged in a rectangular sliding hole of the stop block on the lower mounting plate and comprises a side punching plate, a second bolt, a third bolt, a second wedge block, a second spring, a second punching cutter and a side punching plate, wherein the side punching plate is connected with the side punching plate through the second bolt sleeved with the second spring, the second punching cutter is arranged between the side punching plate and the side punching plate, a third through hole matched with the second punching cutter is formed in the side punching plate, the second wedge block is arranged on the right side of the side punching plate, and the third bolt is sleeved with a limit block in the rectangular sliding hole of the stop block on the lower mounting plate, and the second spring penetrates through the side punching plate and a notch formed in the side punching plate and is in threaded connection with the limit block in the rectangular sliding hole of the stop block on the lower mounting plate.

The stamping die for the spot welding sample U-shaped piece as claimed in claim 1, wherein the side punching inner die is of a hollow cuboid structure, two second through holes are respectively formed along two side surfaces of a horizontal central axis of the lower mounting plate, and a through blanking groove is formed in the lower mounting plate of the hollow part in the middle of the side punching inner die.
3. The stamping die for a spot welding sample U-shaped piece according to claim 1, wherein the end of the positioning pin is of a conical structure.

The stamping die for spot welding sample U-shaped pieces as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper mounting plate is fixedly connected with the upper pressing table of the stamping machine through a bolt provided with a first mounting groove thereon, and the lower mounting plate is fixedly connected with the working table of the stamping machine through a bolt provided with a second mounting groove thereon.
5. The stamping die for spot welding sample U-shaped pieces as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first mounting groove and the second mounting groove are both elongated slots.
6. The stamping method for realizing the spot welding sample U-shaped piece as claimed in claim 1 is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) first stamping: clamping the steel plate material strip in ring grooves of the two groups of positioning column limiting wheels to move rightwards, operating a punching machine to enable an upper pressing table to slowly move downwards until a pressing plate just contacts the upper surface of the steel plate material strip, continuously feeding the steel plate material rightwards until the right end of the steel plate material strip crosses 5-10 mm of a through groove on a punching lower die, stopping feeding the steel plate material, operating the punching machine to enable the upper pressing table to continuously move downwards to complete first punching, and punching a first notch and a first positioning hole in the steel plate material strip by two punching knives and a first punching knife;
2) and (3) second stamping: operating the punching machine to lift the upper pressing table and enable the pressing plate to be just contacted with the upper surface of the steel plate material strip, moving the steel plate material strip to the right to enable the positioning pin to be aligned with the first positioning hole of the steel plate material strip to stop feeding, operating the punching machine to enable the upper pressing table to move downwards continuously, inserting the positioning pin into the first positioning hole to complete secondary punching, and punching a second notch and a second positioning hole in the steel plate material strip by the two notching knives and the first punching knife;
3) third stamping: the punching machine is operated to lift the upper pressing table and enable the pressing plate to be just contacted with the upper surface of the steel plate material strip, the steel plate material strip is moved to the right to enable the positioning pin to be aligned with the second positioning hole of the steel plate material strip and stop feeding, the punching machine is operated to enable the upper pressing table to move downwards, the positioning pin is inserted into the second positioning hole to complete third punching, the two notching knives and the first punching knife punch a third notch and a third positioning hole in the steel plate material strip, and meanwhile, the two bending blocks complete bending work of the steel plate material strip between the first positioning hole and the second positioning hole, namely a first U-shaped piece;
4) fourth stamping: the punching machine is operated to lift the upper pressing platform and enable the pressing plate to be just contacted with the upper surface of the steel plate material strip, the steel plate material strip is moved to the right to enable the positioning pin to be aligned with a third positioning hole of the steel plate material strip to stop feeding, the punching machine is operated to enable the upper pressing platform to move downwards, the positioning pin is inserted into the third positioning hole to complete fourth punching, two notching knives and a first punching knife punch a fourth notch and a fourth positioning hole in the steel plate material strip, two bending blocks complete the bending work of the steel plate material strip between the second positioning hole and the third positioning hole, namely a second U-shaped piece, meanwhile, as the upper pressing platform moves downwards, the first wedge block moves downwards to push the second wedge block to move towards the horizontal central axis of the lower mounting plate, so that the side punching plate moves towards the horizontal central axis of the lower mounting plate, two sides of the first U-shaped piece are clamped by the side pressing plate and the side punching inner die, the upper pressing platform continues to descend, so that the second punching knife moves towards the horizontal central axis of the lower mounting plate along with the movement of the side punching plate, punching holes on two sides of the first U-shaped part, and simultaneously cutting off a stub bar on the right side of the first U-shaped part, a first positioning hole and a first notch by using a pair of punching scissors;
5) fifth punching: the punching machine is operated to lift the upper pressing table, the pressing plate is enabled to be just contacted with the upper surface of the steel plate material belt, the steel plate material belt is moved to the right to enable the positioning pin to be aligned with a fourth positioning hole of the steel plate material belt and stop feeding, the punching machine is operated to enable the upper pressing table to move downwards, the positioning pin is inserted into the fourth positioning hole to complete fifth punching, a fifth notch and a fifth positioning hole are punched on the steel plate material belt by the two punching knives and the first punching knife, the two bending blocks complete bending work of the steel plate material belt between the third positioning hole and the fourth positioning hole, namely, a third U-shaped piece, the side punching mechanism completes punching of the second U-shaped piece, meanwhile, the first positioning hole and the first notch between the first U-shaped piece and the second U-shaped piece are cut off by the punching scissors, a first U-shaped piece finished product is obtained, and a plurality of U-shaped piece finished products can be obtained by analogy in sequence.
