At this time, the moving motor 415 is started to rotate reversely, the water spraying pipe 408 slides and is far away from the rack 412, the water spraying pipe 408 releases the extrusion on the horizontal plate 419, the small spring 420 rebounds, the piston rod of the first oil cylinder 422 rises, the piston rod of the second oil cylinder 436 contacts with the extrusion on the adjusting gear 435, the adjusting gear 435 is meshed with the water pumping gear 437 again, at this time, the water outlet of the water spraying pipe 408 is already upward, the water pump 440 pumps water again and utilizes the water spraying pipe 408 to spray water to wash the fan blades 2, and accumulated dust, dirt and the like on the fan blades 2 are washed clean.
The washed water enters the collecting tank 406, the two spiral rods 425 are driven to rotate by the side motor 445, the mixture of the water, soil and dust in the collecting tank 406 is pumped into the water storage tank 430, the stirring blades 446 are driven to rotate by the intermediate gear 428 at the same time, the water is driven to do centrifugal motion, impurities, soil and the like in the water stay on the silt rack 449, the clean water is discharged from the opening 447 and pumped into the water spray pipe 408 again through the water pump 440 to be cleaned, the water recycling is realized, and the waste of the water is reduced; the silt rack 449 needs to be replaced periodically, as can the water in the storage tank 430.
The whole cleaning process comprises the following steps: the water outlet of the water spray pipe 408 faces downwards to clean the cooling fin 3, then when the cooling fin slides to the rack 412, the water spray pipe 408 rotates by an angle, the water outlet faces upwards to clean the fan blade 2, when the cooling fin slides to the rack 412 again, the angle is changed to clean the cooling fin 3, and the operation is repeated in such a way, so that the full-automatic dedusting and flocculation process of the fan blade 2 and the cooling fin 3 of the refrigerating unit is realized; meanwhile, water is recycled during cleaning, and water is saved.
After the cleaning is completed, the first rod 401 is pulled back manually, the first rod 401 drives the second rod 402 to retreat, the second rod 402 does not contact with the pressure switch 405, and the operation of the present invention is stopped.

Claims (1)

1. A full-automatic dust removal wadding adsorption device of an outdoor refrigerating unit of medical equipment comprises a shell (1), wherein fan blades (2), cooling fins (3) and a dust removal mechanism (4) are arranged on the shell (1), and the full-automatic dust removal wadding adsorption device is characterized in that the dust removal mechanism (4) comprises a brush part, a flushing part and a water recovery part; the brush part is arranged on the shell (1) in a sliding manner and is positioned on one side of the fan blade (2), and the brush part is used for cleaning the fan blade (2); a flushing component is slidably mounted above the radiating fin (3), and the flushing component slides above the radiating fin (3) in a reciprocating manner to clean the radiating fin (3); when the washing component slides to one end of the radiating fin (3), the fan blade (2) is cleaned by the rotation angle; a water tank is arranged below the radiating fins (3), the cleaned wastewater enters the water recovery part from the water tank, and after impurity separation is carried out on the water recovery part, the water is washed by the part again to clean the fan blades (2) and the radiating fins (3);
