Description

Manufacturing method of a jockey doll
Technical Field
The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a doll.
Background
A doll as an ornamental doll is known. Since the doll can assume various postures and the beauty of the posture itself is also an object of appreciation, the shape is usually fixed and it can be said that the fixed posture is excellent in view of the appreciation. Furthermore, it is needless to say that the clothes worn on the doll also become objects of appreciation. The garment is formed integrally with the doll body or formed by separately molding the garment worn on the doll body from the doll body, but is generally manufactured using the same resin as that used for molding the doll body. Among them, there is an example in which a garment is manufactured using a resin having properties different from those of the resin used for molding the doll body.
For example, patent document 1 discloses a technique in which a garment worn on a doll body is molded using a resin having properties different from those of a resin used for molding a doll body, thereby making it possible to manufacture a light-weight doll in which a thin garment is closely attached to the body.
On the other hand, with the recent increase in taste, there is also a demand for a highly beautiful doll which is a beautiful doll intended to be finished with a high-grade dress. In this regard, as a so-called high-grade appreciation doll, a conventional japanese doll which is worn and dressed is known. However, the japanese doll is a complete doll obtained by combining a part of the doll body with the garment, and after all, the trunk portion does not have the shape of a doll, but is formed by arranging a straw trunk or a wooden trunk on the back surface of the garment, or by arranging foam as shown in fig. 10. Therefore, it is quite different from a doll for providing realistic appreciation by decorating a doll. Therefore, the fabrication technology of japanese doll never links the idea of wearing a doll.

Detailed Description
A method for manufacturing a doll according to an embodiment of the present invention includes at least: a doll manufacturing step of manufacturing a naked doll main body having a fixed posture, and four limbs and a head portion which are separated at a portion not related to a joint portion; a dressing step of dressing the doll main body by fixing a plurality of accessories to the doll main body and the clothes using an adhesive that can be peeled off without damaging the fabric; and an accessory attaching step of attaching the four limbs and/or the head portion to the doll body at an intermediate stage and/or an end stage of the wearing step.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention, particularly embodiments related to a manufacturing process, will be described with reference to the drawings, which are conceptual views created for illustrative purposes and which are not intended to show the embodiments as they are.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing an entirety of a doll 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The naked doll body 2 is worn with a Chinese character 'jian' 3. The left half body is opened and both arms are obliquely lifted and the umbrella 4 is fixed in a state of taking off one layer of jacket on the right half body in a state of wearing the jacket on the back, thereby performing an elegant action. It can be understood from this state that the conventional concept of the japanese doll and the doll is not simply merged, but strictly distinguished from the japanese doll and the doll, respectively. This is because the japanese doll does not have a torso, which is hidden under the clothing and sufficiently maintains the figure shape, and the clothing of the doll is made of almost the same material as the doll body. The present invention is achieved only by a characteristic configuration of a combination of the doll main body 2 and the doll 3 as a base and a characteristic method as a manufacturing method of the doll 1. The features of the embodiments of the present invention (the manufacturing method, the structure of the doll and the clothes) will be described in detail with reference to the respective steps of the manufacturing method of the doll.
(doll manufacturing Process)
First, a doll manufacturing process of the doll 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described. Fig. 2 shows a naked doll main body 2 having a fixed posture, which is manufactured by a known predetermined manufacturing method. Fig. 2 is a trial product, and thus shows a doll main body 2 manufactured using a 3D printer. However, in mass production, the doll main body 2 is manufactured by injecting ABS resin or the like for molding the doll main body 2 into a mold. In fig. 2, although not shown, parts of the doll, such as the upper arm portion 22, the ankle portion 23, and the head portion 21, which are separated from the upper portion of the elbow joint, are also individually manufactured using a mold. Thereafter, the main body and other components are colored as necessary.
(dressing step)
Next, a wearing process of the doll 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described. As described above, the conventional japanese doll has a main body portion (body portion) formed by a simple substitute called foam. Then, as shown in fig. 10, the forearm portion was formed by winding polyurethane foam around a wire, and the head portion was formed by sticking plaster with an adhesive tape. In addition, the garment portion is mainly put on by nailing.
On the other hand, in the doll 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the doll material molded using ABS resin or the like is used as the main body of the doll, and this doll material is excellent in that it can exhibit a natural body curve. However, such doll materials cannot be nailed, and even if a bag-shaped garment or the like is prepared, the doll is put on the garment without any trouble, but an extra space is created between the doll and the body curve, and the hard and beautiful body curve of the doll material is lost. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, a hot melt adhesive is used as an adhesive that can be peeled off without damaging the fabric when putting on the garment for a doll. Fig. 3 shows a state in which clothes are bonded to a rear side of the doll main body 2, that is, a hip portion, using a hot melt adhesive, and then the hot melt adhesive is applied to a front side of the doll main body 2, that is, a thigh portion, using a glue gun. After the hot melt adhesive is applied, the lower part of the garment is put on as shown in fig. 4. In fig. 4, the upper half of the doll body 2 is also bonded to the undershirt with the hot melt adhesive. Further, the doll body 2 can be seen from fig. 4 to the middle of the upper arm portion above the elbow joint. It will be appreciated that the portion 22 of the upper arm portion which is embedded in figure 3 is removed in figure 4 in order not to interfere with subsequent rigging operations. On the other hand, in the past, hot melt adhesives have not been used for wearing clothes on japanese puppets. This is because the polyurethane foam of the body is melted by the hot melt adhesive of high temperature.
The reason for using the hot melt adhesive is as follows: the garment is matched with the body curve, and the garment can be worn without wrinkles; compared with woodworking adhesives and the like, the drying speed is high, and the operation time can be shortened; the adhesive can not permeate into the clothes and can be stripped off midway; and easy re-pasting or repositioning. By effectively utilizing these advantages and controlling the coating amount or coating surface as much as possible, the doll can feel the body curve or texture of the doll itself when it is touched from the surface of the garment, and beautiful lines can be created from the appearance. As the type of the hot melt adhesive, any of a stick, a pellet, and a sheet can be used, and a stick using a glue gun is preferably used from the viewpoint of workability. In addition, a spray adhesive having a weak adhesiveness can be used instead of the hot melt adhesive.
In the conventional japanese doll, in order to maintain a more beautiful appearance in which the sleeves are suspended and the hem is wrinkled, the clothes are actually fixed to each other using a hot-melt adhesive as shown in fig. 5. Since the japanese doll is fixed to the exhibition site, not in a glass box, it is not considered that the japanese doll is touched by holding the doll in the hand. Therefore, hot melt adhesives have been used, but they are inevitably uncomfortable to the strength during drawing and to the long-term shape retention. On the other hand, after the doll of the embodiment of the present invention is completed, it must be able to stand up to be appreciated in the hand. Further, considering the case where the chance of exposure to the outside air is also more frequent than that of the conventional japanese doll, there is a fear that the adhesive deteriorates with time and comes to come unstuck due to long-term exposure to the outside air. Therefore, in the doll 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention, a hot melt adhesive is used for wearing the doll, and a stitch method is used for fixing the clothes to each other as shown in fig. 6. This is to adjust the shape between garments without deforming the shape. Thus, the production can be realized that is durable for long-term appreciation.
The doll 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention is further designed to show a beautiful and beautiful garment shape. In order to make the face surrounding look beautiful, japanese puppets are usually padded on the inside of the garment and tightened so that it does not wrinkle to maintain the contour. As a method, cotton is stuffed in a post-filling manner when each dressing process is performed. In the doll 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the cotton filling is adopted in consideration of the fact that the cotton is filled around the arm portion to make the figure more beautiful. However, since the part 22 of the detachable upper arm is attached to the doll main body 2 in the accessory attaching step described later, if the back wad method is adopted as in the case of the japanese doll, there is a possibility that the cotton around the part falls under the sleeve at the time of attachment and detachment. Therefore, in the doll 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, cotton is sewn to the clothing in advance around a portion from the shoulder to the forearm, so that the cotton can be prevented from falling off even when attached and detached. This also produces unexpected side effects. In the conventional production of the japanese doll, the cotton-back filling method is adopted when each dressing process is performed, and therefore, individual differences in shape are likely to occur, but in the production of the doll 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the individual differences in shape are not likely to occur because the garment is put on the body after the cotton-back filling process is performed. Furthermore, since the cotton is sewn to the garment in advance, individual differences can be further reduced.
(fitting installation Process)
Although the above description is sufficient to show that the doll as a toy is not comparable to the present invention, for the sake of caution, the doll type is a type in which the clothes itself is peeled off by a tape such as a hook and loop fastener or the doll is provided with a joint portion and the upper and lower body portions are made movable, thereby realizing the exchange. The present invention is not necessarily comparable to a change-over figure, and does not require comparison, but only in the dressing step, dressing is achieved by increasing the movable range of at least one of the garment or the figure. In the invention, the doll is put into a fixed posture, and the clothes worn by the doll are the clothes of the doll, so the technique adopted in the dress changing doll cannot be used. On the other hand, in the japanese doll, since the forearm part is usually moved by winding the urethane foam around the iron wire as described above, it can also be said to have the same characteristics in a sense as the re-fitting doll. However, the doll 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention does not have a movable portion, and thus cannot adopt a method such as a changing doll or a japanese doll. Further, the doll 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention assumes a posture in which the arms are angled, and therefore, the space around the arms is insufficient, resulting in a bulky garment, or a space for wearing a belt portion is not left. The dressing is reasonably difficult, and it is impossible to dress in such a posture. Therefore, by detachably attaching the part 22 of the upper arm portion that is disconnected at a portion not related to the joint portion, the attachment can be attached after the sleeve is put on with the attachment removed, and the wearing itself can be eased, thereby greatly alleviating the posture restriction.
This point will be described in detail with reference to fig. 8. First, the arms are sleeved with sleeves, but if not removable at this stage, the problem arises that the arms are too long to be sleeved with sleeves. Also in the next stage, if a sufficient angle and space are not provided for removably, a problem arises in that the belt portion cannot be worn at all. These problems are solved by attaching only the roots of the forearms and upper arms to the torso. After finishing the general dressing, the shape of the arm portion 22 is adjusted by attaching. If the region of the four limbs which is to be cut off is limited to the region hidden by the clothing, the effect can be obtained that the cut-off region is not visible when the doll is completely assembled.
The doll 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention opens both arms to support the umbrella 4, and the upper arm is inevitably separated at a portion above the elbow bend. However, if the upper arm and forearm are in a straight posture (this is another charm), it is needless to say that the elbow can be separated. In short, the present invention is intended not to necessarily set the fracture site to the position of the joint, and does not exclude a form in which the fracture site accidentally coincides with the joint. However, when the technique of forming the breaking portion as a shoulder is employed, it is difficult to restore the original shape when the joining portion is detached due to an impact or the like during transportation, and the shape of the garment itself may be broken, which is not preferable. However, even such a method is not excluded from the idea of the present invention as long as it can be solved by using a jig or the like.
The head 21 and the ankle 23 are also detachable, except for the upper arm portion 22. In addition, not only the doll main body 2 and the ankle portion 23 but also the ankle portion 23 and the base can be attached and detached. Fig. 9 is a view showing a state in which the ankle portion 23 is fitted to the base. These fittings also contribute to ease of donning. In particular, in the case of a long hair style, the problem of difficulty in wearing the head due to insufficient space around the neck can be solved by making the head detachable. In the case of dolls, since the hair of dolls is often molded from a plastic material having low flexibility, such a problem is more likely to be manifested than in conventional japanese dolls that can be attached while avoiding the hair. By making the various accessories detachable in this manner, the following additional effects can be exhibited. The accessories for the doll and the clothes are produced in parallel, but the overall construction period can be shortened by producing the accessories (a part of the trunk and the upper arm) required for the wearing preferentially and producing the other parts (the parts with the head and the ankle down) completely during the wearing. When defective products occur, they can be handled by replacing individual parts. By providing the portion below the ankle with a divided structure, the risk of damage during transportation can be reduced. These effects are also achieved by the characteristic structure and manufacturing method of the present invention.
[ appendix ]
It is another object of the present invention to provide a doll and clothing combination suitable for the above-described novel manufacturing method.
(appendix 1)
One mode of the present invention is a doll, comprising: a naked doll body having an arbitrarily fixed posture; and a garment worn on the doll body portion; and detachable limbs and a head part which are mounted on the doll main body, wherein the clothes and the clothes are fixed on the doll main body by using an adhesive which can be peeled without damaging the fabric.
(appendix 2)
One aspect of the present invention is a doll including a doll body portion that clearly constitutes a part of a doll without using a substitute having a simple structure, and a detachable four-limb portion that is a part that is separated at a position not related to a joint portion and a head portion and that corresponds to a naked body in a fixed posture, and a clothing worn on the doll body portion.
While the doll 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the drawings and the manufacturing process thereof and the characteristic structure of the doll and the clothes have been described, the specific structure is not limited to these examples, and design changes and the like without departing from the spirit of the present invention are also included in the present invention. For example, if the ankle portion 23 is configured to have a shape that can maintain a stable standing position and a shape that does not provide a base, the ankle portion 23 may not be detachable. In other words, it is the broadest technical idea of the present invention to set the detachable portion suitable for wearing in accordance with the form determined as the fixed posture and the shape of the garment. Further, even if the clothing as a pair is not a bag, a modified example of the sewing fabric is included in the scope of the present invention. In addition, the above embodiments can be combined by following the techniques of each other as long as there is no particular contradiction or problem in the purpose, structure, and the like.
